10:29am: Possible continued use of a sound weapon, my ears are still ringing after 6.5hrs beginning at 2:09am. Almost 2 months ago I found that removing power from a smoke detector actually helped me feel physically better. Unfortunately I can not do that as a temporary guest in someone else’s home. My living situation is extremely fragile. Lots of telepathic conversation. Too much to take notes on right now. Its time for a workout.

5:59am: Possible continued, fluctuating and controlling use of a sound weapon

5:32am: Possible continued, fluctuating and controlling use of a sound weapon,.

**Daily morning suggestions of support that never arrive (intentional act of violence?) are beginning along with life threatening information*

4:16am - 5:27am: possible continued fluctuating / controlling use of sound weapon,

“Sweetheart are you going to add me to your notes doc?” **Male #1 protective?*,

“You CIA people are not doing a good job with this situation” **Male #1 both protective and threatening,*

“Do you think you can really just sit here and do this to us? *Male #2,*

“You people are all in a lot of trouble”, **Female,*

My roommate (renter) is crying in the living room, in the dark **In person*

“at this moment” **Male #2? *All received telepathically.* Background: Chris’s girlfriend is suffering through some medical challenges and my assumption is the sound weapon is making things worse for the entire building from a physical and emotional health perspective. Emergency medical was at the apartment to check her out. She refused to go to the ER. *There was a pause in the possible sound weapon but it’s still going now at 5:29am.*

3:46am-4:05am: possible use of a sound weapon, began with a subtle deployment and then strengthened and diminished several times. Are one specific group of communicators attempting to control these early morning conversations with a sound weapon? This may be due to the varying strength of the deployment and when it is deployed during conversation. “Be very careful what you say people” *Male #1,*“Sweetheart, sweetheart…” **Childlike?* repeated in a raspy childlike voice, “you need to stop communicating with this person!” **Male #2*, “Steven Greer has not seen these notes yet” *Male #2?, “see how that makes him feel” *Male #2? * all received telepathically there have been several male communicators using the word sweetheart in both predatory and protective ways, this was not the same. This slightly raspy, feminine and maybe childlike voice repeating “sweetheart” has different energy and is not necessarily threatening. Is it a failed attempt at creating fear by suggesting the illusion of a threatening spiritual presence?

2:09am: possible use of a sound weapon after waking up to a telepathic conversation, “I hate those fucking notes!”, also “FBI hands up!” **Received telepathically* again, partially audible sound from outside. Visuals include, white guy with shaggy beard sitting in a vehicle possibly controlling the sound weapon and false information coming from the use of an asian or non-caucasian female sitting in a bed with a laptop wearing a paintball mask. I used telepathic light to check the visual and plastic from the mask showed up. *Both people in the visuals have appeared telepathically 3-5+ est times each over the last few days
