Tuesday August 5th morning walk with brief repeating of suggestions and a summary of the nightly patterns of suggestions at the 48th st. shelter, includes a possible “citizen tech” outage and thoughts on experiencing the breaching process as a dream.
Methodology: I capture manual transcripts of the telepathic and or audible “Citizen Tech” phenomena by repeating the suggestions I receive out loud while recording using the native Android voice recorder.
