Sep 14, 2025 (Sunday) — Journal Entry (Part 2)
Sunday September 14th Capturing transcripts for a very busy day beginning with takeaways from the night at the shelter, afternoon feedback and another so-called “Battle for the Intersection" where innocent drivers are added to the “euthanization list”.
Methodology: I capture manual transcripts of the telepathic and or audible “Citizen Tech” phenomena by repeating the suggestions I receive out loud while recording using the native Android voice recorder. Transcriptions of the .mp3 recordings are generated with Google AI Studio. **See sample screen recording*
Scene: In the morning I record thoughts from the night before on the way into downtown Denver, CO.. Later, I stand with my cardboard sign, recording the impact of the breaching process on myself and the community. It’s a very common suggestion that the passengers in the passing vehicles are added to the “euthanization list” after being tormented with the statement “Do not support this person, to the left of you!”.

**1024am, recapping suggestions from last night including M.I.T. (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) sharing observations alongside another group of threatening intelligence community contributors.*
"File duration: 53 minutes and 11 seconds"
"Sunday, September 14th, 10:24 a.m." [00:06]
"Uh, Sean Christopher Harris just heading into downtown from the shelter." [00:13]
"recapping the suggestions from last night." [00:18]
"Um," [00:22]
"So I woke," [00:28]
"See this trace the steps back." [00:33]
"I went home intending to watch a movie" [00:38]
"with a full charge on my laptop." [00:42]
"And uh," [00:47]
"I overspent at the grocery stores buying a bunch of healthy junk food." [00:55]
"I don't sandwich." [00:58]
"What was it herb chicken salad?" [01:03]
"sandwich and then a beet salad." [01:06]
"And then some popcorn some like caramel corn." [01:12]
"And so a kefir like yogurt probiotic drink." [01:18]
"And uh, sweet" [01:22]
"tea, sweet tea." [01:24]
"And I got all my took my shower." [01:26]
"So exhausted." [01:29]
"Just absolutely exhausted." [01:33]
"And I get" [01:34]
"in my homeless bed," [01:37]
"right?" [01:39]
"Bed 157." [01:42]
"which is life threatening information, but I don't think it's any secret to anyone there." [01:49]
"And I opened my laptop to find that the battery's dead completely." [01:56]
"Which is unusual because I I haven't had any trouble." [02:03]
"Haven't had any trouble" [02:07]
"uh, watching movies there before." [02:10]
"Strange." [02:11]
"So someone was" [02:14]
"So I went to sleep immediately annoyed." [02:17]
"And uh, I woke to a conversation as usual." [02:22]
"No information that I'm aware of while I was sleeping." [02:29]
"But I woke to what appeared to be a a female voice" [02:38]
"conversing with" [02:42]
"a group of other people." [02:45]
"So the first thing I would think, you know, looking at themes," [02:48]
"multiple groups of people" [02:51]
"present." [02:54]
"And uh," [02:56]
"some kind of food bag." [03:00]
"Multiple groups of people present." [03:09]
"There's been a suggestion of MIT University" [03:20]
"several times." [03:24]
"several times now." [03:26]
"Um," [03:28]
"And so what this person was saying, just paraphrasing or" [03:34]
"see if there's any quote, but in general they suggested that Denver's, you know, they're trying to work out" [03:44]
"what has happened." [03:46]
"uh, what has happened that would" [03:50]
"you know, create this scenario" [03:54]
"at the shelter where we've got these conversations." [03:57]
"So maybe let's look at just the acoustics of what was happening." [04:03]
"Um, it used to be that the conversation was very loud" [04:08]
"in the shelter itself." [04:10]
"Lately," [04:12]
"it sounds like it's outside the building," [04:16]
"but there's still enough" [04:18]
"communication with me to psychologically" [04:23]
"abuse me, force me to accept euthanization." [04:27]
"It's the last night this was relatively quiet," [04:31]
"but there are a few takeaways from this female voice." [04:35]
"One, they're trying to figure out what was happening." [04:44]
"They suggested that" [04:46]
"this was of no use, right?" [04:49]
"It was a futile effort" [04:52]
"to try and communicate with the" [04:56]
"with the groups of people present." [04:59]
"They said that it could be an act of terrorism." [05:04]
"Um," [05:06]
"They were open with their information about it being their perspective about it being technology." [05:14]
"And they're" [05:21]
"What else did they say?" [05:25]
"Just looking back at it." [05:27]
"Visual information, I just said this" [05:30]
"female sitting at a table is coming through" [05:34]
"as it's happening." [05:36]
"Um, remember they use voice" [05:41]
"filters or voice modification is very common." [05:45]
"But, you know, what they were saying in general was very mature," [05:52]
"technology focused," [05:54]
"very rational," [05:57]
"objective" [05:59]
"opinions." [06:01]
"Uh," [06:02]
"the use of technology was suggested." [06:04]
"that" [06:06]
"from their perspective, Denver's leadership may have fallen." [06:10]
"And that could explain why" [06:12]
"I and others at the shelter are going through" [06:17]
"this experience with the city of Denver." [06:20]
"Um," [06:22]
"Terrorist act was also suggested possibly." [06:26]
"And so, while this person is communicating, you still have this other group" [06:32]
"that is" [06:34]
"observing them." [06:36]
"And so there seem to be some kind of gathering." [06:39]
"There's a suggestion of a maybe" [06:42]
"an intelligence community gathering." [06:45]
"Right?" [06:47]
"People coming to my defense," [06:49]
"someone had brought them there, one of their peers." [06:54]
"And uh," [06:57]
"the suggestion was" [06:59]
"that they were disappointed to see someone in the community being singled out." [07:06]
"And people were asking questions." [07:10]
"So this is another group," [07:12]
"right?" [07:13]
"And there is visual information that would suggest a gathering of people sitting together." [07:18]
"Sitting in a circle." [07:20]
"Very common." [07:22]
"I fell back asleep" [07:26]
"and woke up again, but this time it's to the suggestion of the offsite location." [07:35]
"And it may or may not have been" [07:38]
"the same" [07:41]
"female voice like this college student what they suggested" [07:47]
"that they were, they suggested that" [07:50]
"the experience I should be having" [07:53]
"should be uh similar to thinking there was a ghost or a spirit" [08:00]
"in the room." [08:01]
"And so you could after experiencing this offsite location so many times" [08:06]
"like daily," [08:08]
"I'm so used to it." [08:10]
"And uh, they suggested that they were from MIT again." [08:14]
"Um," [08:16]
"And they told everybody bravely that this was technology." [08:21]
"The way they explained it and so this other group is having their social gathering," [08:26]
"right?" [08:28]
"Someone in the group there they're still there observing." [08:32]
"It had to be like two or three in the morning." [08:35]
"Someone within their group suggested that" [08:39]
"you know, they had my picture" [08:42]
"framed, I think my professional picture there." [08:45]
"They suggested that, well, we don't use any of this traditional telepathy" [08:50]
"or spiritual perspective." [08:53]
"I just point a satellite at the 48th Street shelter." [08:58]
"And the response from the person leading his people was, he was very much a" [09:05]
"you know, the spirituality" [09:08]
"narrative, uh, someone who's a" [09:12]
"a fan of it or or using it." [09:18]
"I don't know if that's the right language." [09:21]
"I haven't had any coffee yet." [09:22]
"But, uh, he said, look at my phone app." [09:26]
"This is the app I use," [09:28]
"right?" [09:30]
"So that's that's how I'm" [09:32]
"capable of communicating with people in the building right now." [09:35]
"And the people in the room were" [09:38]
"unhappy, some of them were unhappy." [09:40]
"The leader said, are you really going to do that, paraphrasing?" [09:44]
"Please do not do that to this gathering." [09:48]
"Right?" [09:49]
"Do not" [09:50]
"suggest doubt" [09:53]
"uh, within the spiritual narrative." [09:57]
"This going back to the college student" [10:02]
"right, who's" [10:06]
"working on reproducing this offsite location" [10:10]
"phenomena." [10:12]
"They they're talking about their observations, right?" [10:17]
"It sounds like they suggested it sounds like these could be intelligence community people at a social gathering." [10:25]
"Um," [10:27]
"And they started talking about how they might help me, how how I need help, that I'm in danger." [10:35]
"And they seemed like serious people, serious is the word" [10:39]
"they used." [10:41]
"And uh," [10:42]
"The group, the this other group was" [10:45]
"suggested uh intelligence community" [10:48]
"people" [10:50]
"were listening." [10:51]
"They said, yes, we are" [10:53]
"serious people." [10:55]
"And so someone connected to me" [10:58]
"right, within their group." [11:01]
"I believe this was a male," [11:03]
"probably already connected, but" [11:06]
"it" [11:08]
"as I'm having this positive moment with these other people in the offsite location," [11:14]
"and I'm thinking to myself, I wonder if they're just the regular predatory" [11:19]
"offsite location people." [11:21]
"And the language they chose" [11:24]
"the words they used and how they conveyed them felt like" [11:29]
"college student." [11:31]
"And so while we're having a little bit of a positive mature connection," [11:36]
"someone starts having sex in this group of" [11:39]
"uh the suggestion of this group of the intelligence community people." [11:44]
"And uh, you know, it's in full view of everyone." [11:48]
"The suggestion is are using a wearable to record" [11:52]
"uh the accord the act, but it felt territorial what they were doing." [11:58]
"Um," [12:02]
"Earlier that evening when someone suggested that they were from MIT and they were going to help me" [12:07]
"that they need to just come and do something for the city of Denver." [12:12]
"Pull pull me out of there." [12:14]
"Uh, someone said the CIA doesn't isn't going to allow that paraphrasing." [12:21]
"Right?" [12:22]
"FBI was mentioned also." [12:24]
"Um, but there really was a" [12:28]
"There really was a focus on" [12:31]
"when when this love making started happening and I'm connected to it." [12:36]
"Uh, it was a moment there was a moment of confusion, but I think the the suggestion of these college students" [12:43]
"they understood someone" [12:46]
"in paraphrasing suggested," [12:49]
"I think they're trying to get this person in trouble." [12:53]
"They were observing me, you know, for communication, and I remained silent." [12:59]
"I remained silent the whole time." [13:03]
"But uh," [13:05]
"as this was happening," [13:10]
"it just felt territorial." [13:12]
"Like somebody maybe trying to" [13:15]
"invite inappropriate behavior" [13:18]
"into the conversation to push away support, which is a very common" [13:24]
"suggestion." [13:26]
"It happens daily." [13:28]
"Um," [13:30]
"And so," [13:33]
"What else could I say?" [13:37]
"So after that moment, there was, you know," [13:40]
"someone suggested that they had recorded it" [13:43]
"and anybody there could actually use" [13:47]
"the device or wearable to experience it." [13:51]
"They suggested that it was" [13:54]
"not going to feel like a a hundred, the whole experience, but you" [13:59]
"would feel some of it." [14:01]
"to which someone" [14:03]
"replied that they would do it and they began" [14:06]
"I guess uh preparing themselves to use the equipment." [14:11]
"Um," [14:14]
"a suggestion was made that I need to be left without support for as long as humanly possible." [14:22]
"From the distance at this moment, that's exactly what the city of Denver is dealing with, Sean." [14:33]
"Yes, that's exactly what I said." [14:38]
"And right now, I'm just walking down this uh" [14:42]
"trail through this this small park that I go through and" [14:46]
"wondering if someone's going to shoot me" [14:49]
"one of these mornings." [14:52]
"There's so much opportunity." [14:54]
"And the sound is coming from" [14:58]
"the street system." [15:02]
"My left ear and my right ear, I have" [15:06]
"uh," [15:08]
"one of the earbuds for my microphone." [15:11]
"So, I guess to summarize, right, there was talk about the whole evening." [15:16]
"I woke up two times." [15:19]
"Uh, someone bragged about, here's another takeaway." [15:22]
"Someone bragged about being able to" [15:24]
"drain the battery from my laptop." [15:27]
"That they did that just to" [15:30]
"make a point." [15:32]
"And someone asked him, why did you do that?" [15:34]
"You're, you know," [15:36]
"They said," [15:38]
"Well," [15:39]
"they responded with something defensive and this happens all the time." [15:44]
"You see?" [15:45]
"These a homeless person or he's a fentanyl addict." [15:50]
"I'm not using fentanyl." [15:52]
"Um," [15:56]
"or math." [15:58]
"So, uh," [16:01]
"What else from?" [16:03]
"I guess summarizing it all." [16:05]
"So, someone suggested draining my" [16:08]
"the power from my laptop." [16:11]
"You know, maybe that's possible with a satellite or something." [16:15]
"Uh, but again, there's a pattern of people claiming anything they can," [16:19]
"any hardship the individual experiences" [16:23]
"for their own doing." [16:26]
"Anything that will inflate" [16:28]
"the size of the threat to the individual seems to be" [16:32]
"a theme." [16:34]
"Uh, there is multiple groups present." [16:37]
"One group was" [16:39]
"emotionally mature in their communication," [16:42]
"professional," [16:44]
"objective in their communication, no accusations, all questions." [16:48]
"This is the suggestion of MIT" [16:52]
"supportive." [16:54]
"They suggested that there a terrorist attack may have happened." [16:58]
"Denver's leadership may have fallen." [17:01]
"Uh, in Denver's defense, someone suggested that" [17:05]
"it's going to take time." [17:09]
"All right?" [17:11]
"Time may" [17:13]
"maybe a factor." [17:14]
"They suggested assisting me." [17:17]
"I fell back asleep." [17:19]
"There's this other group of people, right, that are" [17:24]
"predatory in their communication," [17:28]
"territorial." [17:32]
"Um," [17:34]
"I think more of that demonstration, there was presence of Asian people," [17:40]
"maybe a third group." [17:42]
"Uh, I was breached through my backside several times," [17:46]
"and you can feel it." [17:49]
"You can feel this physical sensation while I was laying in my bed." [17:52]
"It feels like a little bit of internal pressure" [17:56]
"uh that passes from" [18:00]
"you know, your midsection, through your midsection up to your head, and then it feels like it passes" [18:07]
"through, around your skull, like around the perimeter of your skull." [18:11]
"And you can feel observation." [18:14]
"People responding, uh, and so" [18:18]
"I accepted to look at a few people doing that to be and you can actually look back at them." [18:25]
"Um," [18:28]
"But this other group, the suggestion of the intelligence community," [18:31]
"maybe territorial behavior, character defamation" [18:36]
"with the whole sexual act." [18:38]
"uh, spiritual narrative people." [18:42]
"Someone suggested, remember why we're doing this, Sean." [18:46]
"Remember why you're doing this, why we're doing this." [18:49]
"Um, division within this group." [18:53]
"So not unanimous support" [18:57]
"of attacking a citizen" [18:59]
"or leaving a citizen without assistance and or division within the group about what" [19:07]
"is happening to people." [19:09]
"Good morning." [19:11]
"Uh spirituality narrative versus" [19:15]
"we use technology." [19:17]
"Uh, maybe I'll end the takeaways with uh" [19:28]
"Oh, there's more actually." [19:31]
"This morning when I woke up, the suggestion of" [19:34]
"Marcos Pizza," [19:37]
"breakfast pizza" [19:40]
"with Italian people," [19:46]
"but again, I think this was false information." [19:51]
"I think it was uh" [19:53]
"the use of a laptop or a computer screen" [19:56]
"and uh voice filters that sound like mafia folks." [20:04]
"I find this very offensive," [20:07]
"frankly." [20:11]
"Um, I'm not going to go into why." [20:14]
"But involving" [20:19]
"involving someone's loved ones" [20:22]
"uh, you know, people seem to to attempt to make a connection with me and I I don't understand." [20:29]
"There's a public safety threat right now that is euthanization." [20:33]
"And so any and all communication, no matter how friendly," [20:38]
"from an unidentified party, using" [20:42]
"computer screens, presenting themselves," [20:45]
"using disguises or falsehoods." [20:49]
"It it just feels predatory and very dangerous." [20:54]
"And uh," [20:56]
"what they're, the suggestions that are being made are incriminating in themselves." [21:02]
"And I I just feel like they're," [21:05]
"you know, when I think about it being a terrorist attack, well," [21:10]
"there's lots of evidence of that, but" [21:12]
"what is this behavior where" [21:15]
"people, citizens, innocent citizens in the community are targeted," [21:20]
"and then other people, figures in the community, if you will," [21:25]
"are targeted." [21:28]
"Who would feel comfortable doing something like that?" [21:33]
"Um, I don't think" [21:36]
"I really I really worry for where this is going." [21:42]
"For how misled people can be listening" [21:47]
"to these conversations." [21:49]
"And when people are afraid," [21:52]
"they make mistakes." [21:55]
"And that could be happening on both sides." [21:59]
"People using this technology" [22:01]
"and the unknown victims of it" [22:05]
"and this unconsented to conversation." [22:08]
"But," [22:09]
"uh, this is the last suggestion I wanted to end on." [22:13]
"It's a very long takeaway recording." [22:15]
"Um," [22:18]
"Remember why we're doing this." [22:22]
"I think what was suggested here was this" [22:25]
"this suggestion that people may be" [22:28]
"making sure" [22:31]
"that I'm tormented" [22:33]
"in hopes of someone" [22:36]
"rising to the occasion and showing up with assistance." [22:42]
"So if you know that this is happening to people," [22:46]
"and you find a vocal this this criminal act of tormenting them," [22:51]
"psychologically smothering them, forcing them to accept" [22:54]
"euthanization." [22:56]
"And these people are so elusive." [22:59]
"You know, they're the facilitators of this crime are are elusive." [23:03]
"They can disappear." [23:05]
"They're using all" [23:07]
"historical or classical telepathy or the" [23:11]
"new amplified technology supported version." [23:15]
"And once they go away, there's" [23:18]
"you know, what are the chances of catching them?" [23:21]
"And and so if you find a vocal person like myself," [23:26]
"you know, going to the intersection every day, it presents a unique opportunity" [23:32]
"to make sure that this crime" [23:36]
"against humanity in the city of Denver" [23:39]
"is is uh seen and dealt with." [23:44]
"But" [23:46]
"so far, I mean, there's a theme at the intersection lately that multiple groups of people are showing up" [23:53]
"to take part in my execution," [23:57]
"forcing me to accept euthanization, and I don't think that" [24:01]
"you know, adding people to this" [24:04]
"is going to do anything for you." [24:07]
"I mean, the people are" [24:09]
"are are showing up in those conversations and" [24:14]
"just like last night," [24:16]
"uh acknowledging each other." [24:19]
"Who are these people?" [24:21]
"Communicating as a very common suggestion." [24:24]
"Um, people showing up with the same motive to" [24:28]
"help euthanize me" [24:31]
"against my will." [24:33]
"Is this a sign that my marketing, marketing of the discovery of telepathic terrorism is working?" [24:39]
"Or has word of mouth spread within Denver" [24:44]
"and or the community's" [24:47]
"uh, facilitating this unconsented to conversation" [24:51]
"in a way that has brought some assistance and or" [24:56]
"additional threat" [24:58]
"to the intersection." [25:01]
"So," [25:03]
"the suggestion that I need to be left out here for as long as possible," [25:10]
"I don't know how I feel about it." [25:12]
"Uh, there is a thing in research called a critical failure," [25:17]
"or a terminal failure." [25:19]
"For example, if you build something, you know, that is" [25:23]
"could be anything, a way to buy a" [25:26]
"a backpack" [25:29]
"and the person, you know, you find you find 10 people or five people to come" [25:34]
"try out" [25:36]
"that workflow, and the first three people fail," [25:41]
"you don't need to do any more." [25:44]
"I mean, it's depends on what it is." [25:46]
"If it's" [25:47]
"an obvious thing that they're reporting" [25:49]
"and there's no way past it, then" [25:53]
"you might as well just go fix the thing they're" [25:56]
"bumping into" [25:59]
"that's preventing them from buying that backpack." [26:01]
"And it it works for any type of task, including" [26:05]
"uh forcing someone to accept euthanization." [26:08]
"It just" [26:10]
"there's a few places where," [26:12]
"you know, trying to kill me and or providing assistance, these workflows are not" [26:18]
"uh they're not working out." [26:22]
"And we're talking about minute to minute" [26:25]
"implementation or facilitation of these workflows 24 hours a day" [26:31]
"since February." [26:34]
"And I think there is trying to kill me as one of those things in the variety of ways that that that's being implemented or facilitated." [26:44]
"But also attempting to assist me" [26:47]
"is being suggested and that's absolutely not going to work." [26:51]
"The suggestion of there being a back door" [26:55]
"to support if I accept euthanization, paraphrasing." [26:59]
"There's so much support" [27:03]
"for you if you just accept euthanization." [27:07]
"I hear that several times a day." [27:11]
"you know, um," [27:14]
"there is a thing where a failure where" [27:17]
"people are too bogged down with" [27:20]
"this unconsented to conversation and their own psychological violence" [27:25]
"to do anything for another human being." [27:28]
"That's the destabilization of America, I suggest." [27:32]
"And there's another thing where in-person people can threaten you," [27:37]
"right?" [27:38]
"And in-person people are afraid for" [27:40]
"crime they've already committed." [27:42]
"things spiraling out of control," [27:45]
"or disbelief and doubt." [27:48]
"Disbelief and doubt could be the reason, but I I just don't see us getting anywhere." [27:54]
"uh, the situation looks very similar to" [27:59]
"the months of February, March, and April." [28:04]
"I really don't see much difference with the exception of" [28:09]
"the document" [28:12]
"that discovery of telepathic terrorism and" [28:16]
"it's uh suggested 100% word-for-word accuracy of transcripts." [28:22]
"That's a daily suggestion." [28:25]
"And that didn't exist" [28:27]
"February and March." [28:28]
"I was working on it, but it was" [28:31]
"it was not known" [28:33]
"or talked about as it is today." [28:36]
"Uh, that was the beginning." [28:39]
"But you know, again, I I don't know what's at stake here." [28:44]
"uh, my subsit is" [28:47]
"my testimony." [28:49]
"capturing my story and working with me in person." [28:53]
"Implants were suggested last night." [28:55]
"That's another thing" [28:56]
"that MIT is already aware of implants." [29:00]
"I would be careful with labeling this group" [29:04]
"of communicators as being from MIT." [29:07]
"I'm going to attempt to communicate with MIT again today." [29:11]
"Maybe" [29:14]
"getting to the right people, but the suggestion that" [29:17]
"America's population has been given implants." [29:21]
"Um, that's another, a new theme I would say, Boston" [29:25]
"around the suggestion of MIT." [29:27]
"This is getting" [29:28]
"granular in detail." [29:30]
"These MIT suggestions." [29:32]
"Uh there are suggesting that" [29:34]
"they made a partnership." [29:37]
"They were successful in" [29:38]
"finding a partnership with" [29:41]
"the police, the Boston Police Department," [29:44]
"and that's how they were able to get access to" [29:48]
"uh the workflows or technology" [29:52]
"that Denver is experiencing, that they see a a pattern here." [29:56]
"That Denver may be dealing with the same similar" [29:59]
"law enforcement challenge." [30:01]
"Law enforcement use of this system," [30:03]
"right?" [30:05]
"This unconsented to citizen tech conversation." [30:08]
"They suggested that" [30:11]
"they were aware of people in Boston having received an implant." [30:17]
"They tested for it." [30:18]
"And if Denver also" [30:20]
"has cases of implants, then" [30:24]
"it would point to a much bigger problem." [30:26]
"But" [30:27]
"that was the end of the conversation and it kind of ended on, well yeah, Denver" [30:32]
"also has this problem." [30:34]
"and a reluctance to really" [30:38]
"uh continue that conversation was present, I would say." [30:42]
"I don't think this is an unsolvable situation, but I'm deeply concerned" [30:48]
"um because the whole thing hinges on me marketing this document to people at this point." [30:55]
"And I believe that my email accounts are suppressed," [30:59]
"that I'm not getting communication" [31:02]
"of any kind that that is supportive." [31:07]
"Like no communication whatsoever from anyone." [31:09]
"According to email open rates statistics, sending 100 emails, right," [31:15]
"should get you three," [31:17]
"three to five opens." [31:19]
"That said," [31:21]
"and from there," [31:23]
"I have to go look at what email open rates are." [31:27]
"I mean, I think I really need to work harder before I could say that" [31:32]
"I've sent enough email." [31:36]
"I've probably sent 1,000 emails" [31:38]
"since February," [31:41]
"to this to a growing group of people that is about 150 emails now." [31:48]
"And nobody is saying to remove them either." [31:52]
"remove me from the document," [31:55]
"which would also be something I would expect," [31:59]
"which that would not be good for me" [32:04]
"if I'm not getting that email." [32:06]
"Um," [32:08]
"All right." [32:11]
"I think that's good for this recording." [32:15]
"Now I'm going to uh try and capture a few comments." [32:18]
"So end of the recap," [32:21]
"one long administrative note," [32:24]
"I'm going to begin the repeating process" [32:29]
"to see if anyone has any uh" [32:33]
"thoughts out there in three," [32:35]
"two," [32:37]
"one." [32:39]
"Stop recording us, you stupid idiot." [32:46]
"No, I said you stupid asshole is what I said." [32:55]
"Stop recording us, you stupid asshole." [33:01]
"Who is suggesting this?" [33:10]
"Stop recording a statement." [33:14]
"Oh no, that's coming from our building, everybody." [33:23]
"Homeland security is suggesting that, Sean." [33:31]
"Homeland Security is the root" [33:43]
"of the spirituality narrative" [33:45]
"in Denver, Colorado." [33:48]
"Is that's accurate information everybody?" [33:55]
"Ah," [33:57]
"Uh administrative administrative note, one more takeaway." [34:03]
"My daughter's life was threatened last night." [34:05]
"Except euthanization" [34:07]
"or we or I will execute your daughter" [34:11]
"with the visual of her" [34:13]
"photo from my phone." [34:15]
"I only have five recent photos of her." [34:18]
"with uh mark drawn through it." [34:22]
"That's a photo I really care about." [34:25]
"End of administrative note, returning to the repeating process in three, two, one." [34:33]
"And that also is from Homeland Security." [34:41]
"That threat on your daughter's life was coming from that group of intelligence" [34:53]
"people, wasn't it?" [34:55]
"administrative note." [34:57]
"That was the suggestion, yes." [34:59]
"And they complained about" [35:01]
"that." [35:02]
"Some of the group" [35:03]
"was not happy about it." [35:06]
"End of administrative note, returning to the repeating process in three, two, one." [35:14]
"Do you have a description of any of those people last night?" [35:20]
"Well," [35:25]
"administrative note." [35:29]
"Yes, there's" [35:33]
"I think the reason I have this description could be point of view" [35:39]
"uh, visual information from the person who was sitting across from him" [35:45]
"who participated in the love making possibly?" [35:49]
"Uh, but it is a tall like six foot or taller" [35:55]
"uh, Caucasian male" [35:57]
"with medium length brown hair parted in the middle." [36:02]
"Kind of straight." [36:05]
"You know, it looks like uh," [36:11]
"I'd say athletic body type," [36:14]
"wearing shorts and a polo shirt last night." [36:18]
"Maybe um" [36:21]
"like a gold color polo shirt." [36:27]
"off yellow maybe uncertain." [36:31]
"clean shaven face." [36:34]
"He he communicated for a while, but" [36:42]
"the people engaging in love making, the female," [36:52]
"I believe was naked." [36:55]
"And it could have been" [36:57]
"similar to character sketch A." [37:00]
"Caucasian female" [37:02]
"with dark hair pulled back." [37:06]
"Uh," [37:11]
"medium to long length dark hair pulled back." [37:14]
"Looks like um," [37:18]
"it's a very common look." [37:21]
"Maybe bangs, like hair cut short across the eyeline." [37:25]
"college students" [37:32]
"presence of an Asian male pretending to be spirit world" [37:41]
"people." [37:44]
"This looks like" [37:45]
"what he feels like is um" [37:48]
"young, like early 20s." [37:51]
"Early 20s male, clean shaven," [37:56]
"medium length dark hair." [37:58]
"Very common look for an Asian male." [38:01]
"Polo shirt" [38:03]
"or a t-shirt," [38:05]
"blue, I think," [38:07]
"which is interesting because there used to be an older, more mature Asian male that wore a blue polo all the time." [38:19]
"And then uh the college female" [38:25]
"you have to be so careful with these descriptions because if someone's using a voice filter," [38:33]
"right away they're" [38:36]
"doing so much to" [38:38]
"prevent disguise them to disguise themselves, but" [38:42]
"I'd say if there's any truth to this, she's got medium length" [38:46]
"like not quite shoulder length, dark hair." [38:50]
"Uh some of it pulled back in the front with clear oval frames." [38:55]
"Maybe a white t-shirt." [38:58]
"Very mature, very smart." [39:02]
"I think they did very well uh for what they were exposed to." [39:10]
"I hope that information is helpful." [39:12]
"End of administrative note, returning to the repeating process for one last round of listening" [39:18]
"in three, two, one." [39:22]
"That information is" [39:35]
"actually coincidentally lining up with a a gathering I went to last night." [39:41]
"I think you're still connected to us." [39:47]
"Where are you going this morning?" [39:53]
"I need to settle this with this person once and for all." [40:07]
"There will be no euthanization." [40:10]
"Stop using the CIA's method of communication, Sean Christopher Harris." [40:22]
"We don't know that he's actually using anything." [40:29]
"He could be using just traditional telepathy or something." [40:39]
"administrative note, one last thing from last night, the suggested that" [40:46]
"I would be I'm being punished or, you know, I" [40:51]
"something horrible would happen to me," [40:53]
"right, I'd be executed or my daughter would be executed for" [40:57]
"continuing to use their method of communication." [41:03]
"And there was a bit of a debate around this, a defense for me personally." [41:08]
"I didn't say anything, but" [41:10]
"in general, the response from others was" [41:14]
"How can you say that?" [41:16]
"You're the one abusing this person." [41:19]
"I think I I suggested the a visual" [41:23]
"only, no words" [41:24]
"of a telephone," [41:26]
"right?" [41:27]
"It's a phone call." [41:29]
"And people acknowledged this uh," [41:31]
"this Steve Jobs metaphor I've been suggesting where" [41:36]
"what if the iPhone" [41:38]
"when it was released only threatened your life, tormented you, threatened your life," [41:45]
"right?" [41:46]
"And you found the button to" [41:48]
"to look at the other person threatening you." [41:51]
"And how mad they get." [41:53]
"It's just the" [41:55]
"tragic" [41:56]
"How would I say this?" [41:58]
"Hypocrisy." [42:00]
"Tragic hypocrisy and just" [42:04]
"I mean, it you could call it irony, but isn't it a given that this is a method of communication and somebody" [42:13]
"could easily find their way to looking at you?" [42:17]
"I I mean why I found it." [42:21]
"And no one told me what to do." [42:25]
"I found it because uh of what I had experienced for over a year now." [42:30]
"And just being abused." [42:33]
"Remember the memory is always at work." [42:35]
"The memory is always at work and so if somebody breaches you," [42:41]
"well, you can learn to breach someone." [42:43]
"You could figure that out" [42:46]
"because you have a memory of what happens to you." [42:49]
"And then if if somebody's being manipulative towards you," [42:53]
"eventually you're going to figure it out and learn to be manipulative," [42:58]
"right?" [42:59]
"You're sharing your workflow for a very long time with me." [43:04]
"And I wonder" [43:08]
"if that was intentional." [43:10]
"I don't think it was." [43:13]
"I I mean looking at this, I think I think it's good at a few things." [43:18]
"You are successfully destroying" [43:21]
"uh relationships with people around me." [43:24]
"I do not feel safe making any new relationships." [43:28]
"Unless these people have a background in technology," [43:33]
"in this technology and or telepathy." [43:37]
"Because otherwise it's without acknowledgement," [43:41]
"you can't expect a get average human being to" [43:46]
"pick up what I learned in a year" [43:49]
"and believe in it" [43:51]
"uh to the degree" [43:53]
"that I do and keeping it objective all the while." [43:57]
"It's just it's" [43:59]
"It's too heavy of a lift and so I'm trapped." [44:03]
"I'm absolutely trapped and waiting to die these days." [44:07]
"But I'm still pushing forward." [44:09]
"The only thing I can do is try to deliver value to the people that would continue on" [44:14]
"in my last moments." [44:16]
"So, and wait it out." [44:20]
"See if I can wait it out." [44:21]
"It's sad because I'm 49" [44:24]
"and uh I've been out of work now away from my career trajectory for four years." [44:29]
"And a sabbatical is one thing," [44:32]
"but this is just so much of a larger problem that does require intervention." [44:39]
"Anybody going through this right now, their life is going to be destroyed." [44:43]
"And I mean, even just the unconsented to conversation" [44:48]
"itself could have" [44:50]
"a dramatic impact on somebody's life and ability to" [44:55]
"maintain their health and" [44:57]
"and positive relationships with people." [45:01]
"Um just going to end the recording here." [45:03]
"Thank you for this morning." [45:05]
"Well, maybe" [45:08]
"let's return to the repeating process for one more round." [45:12]
"End of administrative note," [45:14]
"what does everyone think about the last few minutes?" [45:18]
"Is anything stand out" [45:20]
"that you'd like to uh" [45:22]
"talk about?" [45:23]
"Continuing the repeating process, one last round in three," [45:27]
"two," [45:29]
"one." [45:30]
"Your voice is just permeating my bedroom right now." [45:39]
"And I do not have a good feeling about tormenting this person any longer." [45:51]
"Yes, that is exactly what I said with word for word accuracy." [46:01]
"Okay, everybody." [46:07]
"The Steve Jobs metaphor is actually making me feel like such an idiot." [46:21]
"Such an asshole is what I said." [46:26]
"You're walking next to a noisy street right now, aren't you?" [46:35]
"He's nodding his head." [46:40]
"Continued evidence of the breaching process." [46:50]
"That's not a question for us." [46:53]
"Way to go waiting for that information." [47:00]
"administrative note, let's go ahead and end the recording." [47:05]
"Thank you for your service for those that have" [47:08]
"the calling of the greater good at heart" [47:11]
"and are not" [47:14]
"hurting people with this unconsented to conversation." [47:19]
"any longer" [47:22]
"once they realize" [47:25]
"the danger it is." [47:28]
"Once you realize the danger it is, do you" [47:35]
"change direction, Denver, Colorado?" [47:39]
"Remember that your life" [47:42]
"could be a living hell." [47:44]
"Right?" [47:45]
"To you, you could be comfortable." [47:47]
"Right?" [47:48]
"You could have some comforts," [47:51]
"maybe a Xanax prescription, a television," [47:54]
"money, you can travel and eat," [47:57]
"fill your world with noise and activity." [48:01]
"80% of Americans live hand to mouth approximately." [48:06]
"80%." [48:07]
"That means no savings" [48:10]
"to weather the storm or a job of a job loss that a job loss would create." [48:16]
"Not everyone has a car." [48:19]
"Some people are caring for children, young children without enough money or food." [48:25]
"Can you imagine how this unconsented to conversation" [48:29]
"and should it go bad on someone for communicating," [48:33]
"just how horrible that human experience could be" [48:37]
"and what someone could be driven to do in their confusion?" [48:42]
"I think we have all the ingredients for the mother of all terrorist attacks." [48:48]
"And yet I also see" [48:51]
"I also see America participating possibly" [48:56]
"in our own demise." [48:58]
"Trying to figure out what's happened to us." [49:02]
"And I just continually come back to" [49:05]
"uh, you know, one, these are all questions." [49:08]
"We need" [49:10]
"official statements, sworn testimony," [49:14]
"technology demonstrations" [49:17]
"before you need to substantiate" [49:21]
"these Citizen Tech conversations with actual Citizen Tech transcripts," [49:26]
"you know," [49:28]
"I would love a job at Citizen Tech and to be able to work" [49:32]
"with people towards consent." [49:34]
"Towards consent." [49:37]
"Where is neuroethics" [49:39]
"in these conversations?" [49:41]
"What what direction is this train going?" [49:46]
"Thank you for your service again, America." [49:49]
"I'm going to have a moment of silence" [49:53]
"after this recording, it was a long one, I'll have to split it up" [49:57]
"to uh transcribe it, but a moment of silence for" [50:01]
"for people who have lost their lives" [50:03]
"to these ugly workflows, betrayed," [50:06]
"exiting their apartment at night," [50:08]
"looking for that person talking to them, promising them relief from suffering," [50:13]
"relief from loneliness, a family," [50:16]
"financial support." [50:18]
"people who had hopes and dreams," [50:23]
"and that this is not, you know," [50:26]
"this is not a small matter when you have" [50:31]
"people being added to the euthanization list at the intersection around me." [50:35]
"People suggesting that every person in the shelter should be euthanized" [50:41]
"while the shelter's listening." [50:43]
"That's the suggestion." [50:46]
"And uh, you know, for any suffering in around the world right now, we have starvation in the Middle East, bombing." [50:53]
"We have uh," [50:55]
"horrible conflict in the Ukraine." [50:59]
"Things have gone on for years." [51:01]
"America is dealing with 100-year" [51:05]
"domestic conflict, like a military paramilitary domestic conflict that is the war on drugs." [51:12]
"for 100 years." [51:15]
"And there are suggestions that," [51:17]
"you know, questions coming from Citizen Tech like, well, if we can't if we turn it off, how will we make drug busts?" [51:24]
"Right?" [51:25]
"That illegal search and seizure and the unconsented to conversation has become normal." [51:31]
"Has it?" [51:32]
"I don't think so." [51:35]
"I'm not surprised" [51:37]
"a small group of people would try, but remember, for all these accusations," [51:42]
"there is always this count presence of a counter narrative," [51:46]
"uh presence of character defamation," [51:49]
"be careful with your accusations." [51:53]
"And I refuse to believe that America has done this to itself," [51:57]
"America the whole." [52:00]
"Right?" [52:02]
"But a small group of people," [52:03]
"technology organizations" [52:07]
"may have opened a door to something that has spiraled out of control." [52:11]
"And an actual terrorist attack could also have happened." [52:16]
"Like the entire thing may roll up to just a terrorist attack." [52:19]
"Keep your" [52:21]
"eyes and ears open everyone, and your minds open." [52:25]
"We deserve better." [52:27]
"We deserve that consented to conversation," [52:30]
"freedom of speech and everything that we've grown up in America" [52:34]
"and and believed in about America." [52:38]
"End of administrative note, end of recording." [52:42]
"It is" [52:44]
"11:17 a.m. Sunday, September 14th, 2025." [52:50]
"This is Sean Christopher Harris recapping last night's" [52:54]
"uh suggestions," [52:57]
"capturing a few" [52:59]
"uh comments from people this morning." [53:01]
"The threat is still present in Denver, Colorado." [53:05]
"End of recording." [53:08]
"End of recording." [53:10]

**11:30am, an attempt at a Q\&A session where stalking behavior involving a stalking stranger playing music from my Spotify.*
"File duration: 8 minutes and 25 seconds"
"It's uh 11:30 a.m. Sunday September 14th, 2025" [00:06]
"This is Sean Christopher Harris." [00:09]
"uh heading towards somewhere to work." [00:13]
"plug my vape in and work for a little while." [00:17]
"Um, I want to try just seeing if anyone has any questions." [00:23]
"Someone just asked me a question." [00:26]
"Um, maybe there's a Q\&A format for the annotations here." [00:33]
"Instead of administrative note." [00:35]
"Let's try some things." [00:40]
"Uh so the question, the last question was," [00:42]
"uh, and while some music was playing," [00:47]
"um" [00:49]
"uh a song I believe it's blame" [00:56]
"by Gabriel's" [00:58]
"from my Spotify" [01:01]
"And they asked," [01:05]
"is that your music playing from Spotify, paraphrasing?" [01:10]
"Are you listening to it?" [01:12]
"Or is someone else listening to it?" [01:15]
"Uh that happens" [01:18]
"uh several times a day." [01:21]
"And it's the creepiest thing ever." [01:23]
"I think it could be that people genuinely appreciate the songs," [01:27]
"but in the past they've been used" [01:30]
"uh so the answer is, let me" [01:33]
"Yes, that is my something, a song from my Spotify." [01:38]
"No, I am not listening to Spotify right now," [01:42]
"uh but I do hear what you're referring to." [01:46]
"So music is playing somewhere," [01:48]
"right?" [01:49]
"We have at least three three people communicating in this scenario," [01:55]
"myself, someone asking me a question, and then the source of the music." [02:01]
"All of us can hear it, evidently." [02:05]
"Uh, I'm going to just uh" [02:11]
"end the uh the answer," [02:14]
"right?" [02:16]
"And" [02:18]
"let's just use the administrative note because that's familiar to anybody." [02:22]
"So end of administrative note," [02:24]
"and uh see if someone" [02:27]
"has any other questions or if they want to keep talking about that." [02:32]
"And I'll probably use the repeating process." [02:36]
"So beginning the repeating process in three, two, one." [02:43]
"Oh, so I can ask you a question now." [02:51]
"Uh" [02:56]
"administrative note, yes, end of note." [03:02]
"I don't have any other ques Okay, so I don't have any other questions but someone else might." [03:15]
"These are accurate transcripts, aren't they, everybody?" [03:24]
"Yes, they are accurate in some cases, 100% accurate." [03:35]
"I can't fucking believe it." [03:44]
"This person is repeating this conversation I'm hearing." [03:48]
"I'm just thinking to myself walking behind him." [03:56]
"Wow, that was really fucking creepy." [04:06]
"administrative note, are there any other questions" [04:10]
"from anyone out there?" [04:13]
"I'm going to create some space to answer questions" [04:17]
"if anybody has any." [04:20]
"It's Sunday, I expect activity today to be low, but I will be at the intersection later." [04:26]
"Uh, lower than usual." [04:31]
"But um," [04:33]
"so let's, let's see if anyone has any questions." [04:37]
"I'm just going to uh have a moment of silence here myself and see if anyone chimes in." [04:43]
"End of administrative note, returning to the repeating process in three, two, one." [04:51]
"I have a question." [04:54]
"I actually do have a question." [04:58]
"Which way do you swing, Harris?" [05:05]
"That is just" [05:18]
"that is just the most ignorant thing somebody could ask." [05:22]
"Suggest." [05:24]
"Suggest is what I said." [05:28]
"He doesn't even want to respond to it." [05:37]
"Administrative note, I'll I'll answer it." [05:42]
"Uh" [05:43]
"Well, I guess I I'd want to know why you are asking." [05:46]
"What is the motivation for that question?" [05:49]
"I mean, this is an opportunity" [05:52]
"at this moment." [05:55]
"I I would say" [05:57]
"what I'd suggest to people in the past is bring your best self to the telepathic conversation," [06:03]
"to the Citizen Tech conversation," [06:06]
"and" [06:08]
"people, uh" [06:10]
"are going to be touched in a very sensitive way." [06:15]
"I mean, this is a very sensitive topic," [06:18]
"and the method of communication itself is extremely sensitive." [06:22]
"Um, and how someone presents a question" [06:26]
"and how that question is answered could trigger many people." [06:30]
"So, you know, just looking at if we were sitting together having coffee," [06:37]
"that's not a question I would answer" [06:40]
"sitting across from a stranger unless the point of us meeting was to talk about something like that." [06:48]
"There's no trust here." [06:51]
"Uh, that question has been asked in the past." [06:54]
"Uh it's just a the question itself is an attack." [06:59]
"It's a small like a microaggression." [07:03]
"Which way do you swing, pal?" [07:05]
"It basically calls me uh homosexual." [07:10]
"End of administrative note, could" [07:15]
"What do you think of that?" [07:17]
"And what was your motivation for asking?" [07:21]
"End of administrative note, returning to the repeating process in three, two, one." [07:27]
"That's why they wanted me to ask that question." [07:34]
"I'm using an app from an unknown developer that pays me $100 a month" [07:51]
"to torment people" [07:55]
"And it asked me to ask that question." [08:04]
"What do you think of that, Sean Christopher Harris?" [08:10]
"Could you see yourself doing this work for more than $100 a month?" [08:22]
"Hm, two questions." [08:25]

"How do you feel about that, Sean Christopher Harris?" [02:05]
"Andministrative note, I will answer that." [02:09]

"I mean, it's nothing." [02:31]
"It's absolutely nothing." [02:34]
"Uh, a point of being out here is that" [02:37]
"maybe somebody flies into Denver" [02:41]
"and assists me." [02:43]
"Because I'm at this intersection and by assisting me, they save thousands of lives a week." [02:51]

"She's got her hands over her mouth, both hands." [03:46]
"I'm not sure why," [03:48]

"looking at it," [04:00]
"communication is established via satellite" [04:04]
"with the vehicle." [04:07]
"From the distance right now, that's exactly what's happening, Sean." [04:13]
"I mean, I" [04:16]
"That's what's happening regardless of the use of a satellite specifically." [04:20]
"That's the whole human experience" [04:24]
"from myself to her" [04:26]
"her body." [04:27]
"End of administrative note, returning to the repeating process" [04:31]
"in three, two, one." [04:35]

**4:06pm, an inquiry into why I have not been executed yet or “what are the actual capabilities of the terrorists?”.*
"File duration: 4 minutes and 29 seconds"
"All right, it's 4:06 p.m. Saturday, or Sunday, September 14th, 2025." [00:07]
"This is the voice of Sean Christopher Harris," [00:10]
"uh, recording now." [00:13]
"Question, I want to try to get squeeze some information out of the" [00:18]
"the phenomena, the Citizen Tech phenomena." [00:23]
"Uh, this question I have, why haven't I been executed yet?" [00:28]
"Another way of asking this question is," [00:31]
"what are the actual capabilities" [00:34]
"of these" [00:36]
"suggested terrorists, right?" [00:40]
"So what's been suggested in the past is" [00:47]
"I mean, one, the first thing to consider, we have the presence of an unconsented to conversation" [00:53]
"with myself, a citizen of of America," [00:58]
"resident of Denver." [01:00]
"I was in Portland, Oregon for a little while after my divorce" [01:05]
"when my sickness, my infection," [01:08]
"post COVID booster shot began" [01:10]
"destroying my ankles, destroying my body for a period of three or four years." [01:16]
"Now I have no symptoms" [01:19]
"and this phenomena of communication has begun," [01:24]
"right?" [01:26]
"You can hear it with your ears according to people that have approached me" [01:31]
"and asked me" [01:33]
"if I'm aware of the conversation in the shelter" [01:36]
"that's being shared," [01:39]
"my murder," [01:40]
"my family's personally identifiable information," [01:44]
"right?" [01:47]
"So why have I not been executed yet?" [01:52]
"What is happening is the psychological" [01:56]
"violence people forcing me," [02:00]
"attempting to force me to accept euthanization and destroying" [02:06]
"opportunity around me." [02:09]
"Job interviews, the" [02:12]
"hiring manager," [02:14]
"right? The the at the location being" [02:18]
"spoken to," [02:20]
"threatened." [02:21]
"Do not hire me." [02:23]
"even for a dishwashing job." [02:27]
"There are some things that this attack on Denver does very well," [02:34]
"right?" [02:36]
"There are other things it does not do well." [02:41]
"So why?" [02:44]
"Why have I not been shot yet?" [02:49]
"So there's like the the tactical" [02:53]
"answer of, well," [02:56]
"I've passed by people," [02:58]
"low-income demographic people, disproportionately affected people of color," [03:04]
"being asked to stab me, for example." [03:08]
"Right?" [03:09]
"No one is going to stab someone." [03:13]
"It's just not going to happen." [03:18]
"You're asking," [03:21]
"you know," [03:22]
"for someone to murder" [03:25]
"to engage in murder for a cash app that will never arrive" [03:30]
"in the streets of Cofax are littered with this statement," [03:34]
"this graffiti that says, fuck you, pay me." [03:39]
"Right?" [03:45]
"Who's doing this?" [03:46]
"A suggestion has been made that homeland security is out here doing the bidding of the stranger," [03:53]
"engaging in criminal activity to find out who they are." [03:59]
"So, if no one is going to stab me to death," [04:05]
"right, then then and someone is aware of what I'm going through," [04:12]
"then why haven't I been approached" [04:16]
"right?" [04:18]
"Why haven't I been approached with an actual life-saving opportunity" [04:23]
"because I'm being used as a platform," [04:28]
"right?" [04:30]
"to add people to the uthanization list." [04:33]
"There's the other aspect of this" [04:37]
"terrorist occupation, the occupation of our minds," [04:41]
"where for every individual impacted, there are" [04:46]
"three to five plus" [04:49]
"terrorists present," [04:51]
"occupying space," [04:54]
"my physical space in America" [04:59]
"because they're connected to my mind." [05:02]
"Right?" [05:04]
"The character defamation" [05:06]
"portrays me as a serial masturbator," [05:11]
"right?" [05:12]
"The suggestion from February and March that I'm out" [05:16]
"on the town, asking people telepathically to masturbate with me and I'm introducing myself" [05:25]
"and you know, quoting" [05:28]
"this nightmare" [05:31]
"that really hasn't repeated itself for months now." [05:36]
"This is Sean Chris, I'm Sean Christopher Harris." [05:39]
"This is Sean Christopher Harris." [05:41]
"Will anyone masturbate with me?" [05:45]
"So if you look at the statement," [05:48]
"right?" [05:49]
"One," [05:50]
"it's not predatory" [05:52]
"because I'm introducing myself, for Christ's sake." [05:56]
"A predator would not introduce themselves." [06:01]
"It's character defamation." [06:04]
"They're placing my name" [06:07]
"right next to" [06:10]
"masturbation." [06:12]
"And at a time when people are being told angrily, stop communicating" [06:19]
"and I'm I'm being punished with a sound weapon," [06:23]
"right?" [06:25]
"There's some Asian male," [06:27]
"mid 20s Asian male out there introducing himself as me," [06:32]
"from his vehicle," [06:34]
"asking people to masturbate and talking about how" [06:38]
"you know," [06:40]
"I I'll go back to the safe house but someone needs to bring me more fel." [06:46]
"That was the story for months in April." [06:51]
"Coming back to the question now," [06:53]
"why hasn't anybody executed me?" [06:58]
"Why am I still alive walking the streets of Denver, suppressed?" [07:07]
"with people around me, thousands a week," [07:12]
"exposed to this nightmare and added to the uthanization list." [07:18]
"Meanwhile questions are surfacing along the way." [07:25]
"How are we supposed to make drug busts?" [07:29]
"Right?" [07:34]
"How are we supposed to make drug busts" [07:36]
"if people are, you know, allowed to consent to these conversations?" [07:41]
"Denver." [07:44]
"Denver, Colorado, what is happening?" [07:48]
"What are our children going through?" [07:53]
"Enough." [07:58]
"Enough of this adult folly." [08:04]
"This life threatening adult folly." [08:08]
"Public speaking practice" [08:13]
"on the unacknowledged covert euthanization of Denver citizens for communicating" [08:24]
"in this unconsented to so-called citizen tech phenomena of communication." [08:35]
"How ironic." [08:38]
"How tragically ironic" [08:42]
"and hypocritical." [08:45]
"That this method of communication looking back at your oppressor would reveal the face of a white person," [08:55]
"a Caucasian." [08:58]
"From the distance at this moment, that is horrible information everybody." [09:07]
"Absolutely." [09:10]
"I'm so sorry, Sean." [09:16]
"You need to accept your euthanization." [09:56]
"How can you say that to this person at this moment while he's recording?" [10:13]
"Oh, he's recording right now." [10:17]
"I wasn't aware of that." [10:22]
"Oh, okay." [10:27]
"And it's 100% word-for-word accuracy, everybody." [10:38]
"What is the point you're hoping to, Sean Christopher Harris?" [10:47]
"A bit of straight note, I did not." [10:50]
"I just" [10:53]
"I'm exhausted." [10:55]
"I'm really exhausted." [10:58]
"Um," [10:59]
"so," [11:00]
"as far as the accuracy goes, we can look at that for a moment." [11:05]
"People are suggesting that this is 100% word-for-word accuracy over and over again." [11:14]
"Does this point to or speak to doubt" [11:19]
"in the document that I've" [11:21]
"assembled?" [11:22]
"Thank you to the support" [11:24]
"of Google AI Studio, being able to transcribe audio files for free," [11:31]
"and the nudging" [11:34]
"or pushing of of me in this moment while I'm being executed" [11:41]
"past moments" [11:43]
"to record these conversations." [11:46]
"Right?" [11:47]
"Why is doubt being suggested?" [11:51]
"So we have people almost every other comment suggesting word for word accuracy." [11:58]
"Does this speak to someone out there, a human being," [12:03]
"a human being who is not, who is telling everyone that the document is not accurate?" [12:11]
"The document is what it is." [12:14]
"It's transcripts from repeating." [12:18]
"The methodology is included in the document." [12:22]
"All you have to do is send me a donation to stop appealing." [12:28]
"Stop appealing to words or numbers or dashes." [12:33]
"Just STOP APP e a l i n g." [12:39]
"For example, stop appealing to my financial situation." [12:44]
"If you send your email in the memo for any donation," [12:49]
"I will give you what is on is got to be a thousand pages of transcripts." [12:54]
"manually captured" [12:57]
"using uh recording, also" [13:01]
"recording word for word just like I'm doing now." [13:04]
"or listening" [13:06]
"and paraphrasing." [13:08]
"If you're out there blocking" [13:13]
"people from moving forward, saving thousands of lives" [13:19]
"claiming that" [13:22]
"the contents of that document are not accurate, they are accurate." [13:27]
"Any citizen in the city of Denver can start recording transcripts of this nightmare." [13:35]
"This nightmare." [13:38]
"And somewhere in this world, I think it's a high confidence assumption that there's some citizen tech server capturing transcripts of every word spoken." [13:52]
"Why is this statement happening? 100% accuracy? Is there some human" [14:00]
"being out there blocking life-saving support to me," [14:05]
"claiming that" [14:07]
"I'm not repeating." [14:09]
"Just go get the fucking transcripts from your system" [14:15]
"and compare it to my document." [14:18]
"End of story." [14:21]
"I don't understand looking at that situation, your organization would know what they're doing." [14:29]
"You should know." [14:32]
"What does this say?" [14:35]
"Right? How do we take this horrible" [14:39]
"word for word transcript" [14:42]
"and use it somehow?" [14:46]
"For example," [14:47]
"people are saying that they hate this assignment." [14:52]
"Right?" [14:53]
"I hate this assignment." [14:56]
"What kind of a human being would feel comfortable saying that? A contractor, for example, or an employee?" [15:03]
"Well, it's most likely a contractor because you would be fired" [15:08]
"for standing around saying, I fucking hate this assignment." [15:13]
"So the presence of contractors could be factual," [15:18]
"right? But we won't know because this is not stand-alone worthy" [15:24]
"as evidence." [15:27]
"It must be substantiated." [15:30]
"Right? So now let's look at this statement." [15:34]
"Everyone's saying that yes, that is what I said with 100% word for word accuracy." [15:40]
"So how might we interpret that?" [15:44]
"Someone's in a meeting" [15:47]
"and they're suggesting that a citizen" [15:52]
"is constructing this document and he needs life-saving support for himself and the people around him." [15:59]
"And look at these transcripts" [16:01]
"and someone from the other side of the room, leadership suggests," [16:06]
"we do not acknowledge that document, how could it possibly be accurate?" [16:12]
"Why would you do that?" [16:16]
"Why would you contest" [16:20]
"someone's suggested transcripts?" [16:24]
"Is there another scenario where someone would" [16:29]
"shoot down the suggestion of citizen tech transcripts?" [16:35]
"I'm going to ask that to other people because for me, this is trivial." [16:42]
"I feel like there is an underlying futility to even having this conversation." [16:48]
"So, the question I'm going to present to the group that's listening is," [16:53]
"can anyone else interpret" [16:56]
"this suggestion that keeps repeating itself" [16:59]
"where people say, yes, that's what I said with word for word accuracy." [17:04]
"What's the significance of that?" [17:07]
"How might we with high confidence assume make craft an assumption" [17:14]
"around that information? End of administrative note, returning to the repeating process in three, two, one." [17:25]
"Yeah, exactly, Sean Christopher Harris." [17:32]
"So, how might we address that?" [17:41]
"And you're repeating me right now." [17:49]
"He's nodding his head." [17:57]
"You suggested that there's a person in a meeting" [18:09]
"who's denying the legitimacy of the document." [18:22]
"That is exactly what you're suggesting." [18:29]
"Administrative note, yes, that is exactly the perspective I'm looking at as a research professional with 12 years under my belt." [18:39]
"End of administrative note, what do you think? Is there another possible scenario?" [18:48]
"End of administrative note, returning to the repeating process in three, two, one." [18:56]
"Why are we doing this to this person?" [19:02]
"You left out yes, but that's okay, I suppose." [19:10]
"Listen to me." [19:15]
"There is another assumption that someone should recognize in this moment." [19:21]
"paraphrasing there is another scenario where" [19:24]
"people are being told to do the bidding of an unknown communicator." [19:32]
"Right?" [19:34]
"So it's not just that someone's denying evidence." [19:39]
"It's that" [19:42]
"the underlying root cause of that denial" [19:47]
"from the distance right now, exactly, Sean, is people being asked to do the bidding of the terrorist occupation." [19:56]
"Yes, that's exactly what I'm talking about." [20:03]
"And they don't understand who they're listening to." [20:11]
"Oh." [20:13]
"Yes, Sean, that could be happening in a homeland security stand-up meeting." [20:21]
"Summarize for us." [20:23]
"An administrative note, so I'm summarizing." [20:26]
"We have the last suggestion, which is the underlying root cause could be manipulation from the terrorist occupation," [20:32]
"people doing the bidding, even in the context of a homeland security meeting, right?" [20:41]
"Why would someone point doubt? Is someone pointing doubt" [20:48]
"at at this uh document?" [20:52]
"Yes." [20:53]
"Why are they pointing doubt?" [20:55]
"Well, it could be the terrorist occupation." [20:58]
"It could also be someone's spiritual inclination." [21:04]
"Right, repeating the last suggestion." [21:08]
"Right, and in either scenario, we have someone just" [21:13]
"defending, not supporting this person's document." [21:20]
"There's something that is being hidden from the public." [21:24]
"And the only reason to hide this information would be a security risk." [21:29]
"And what risk would this document pose to national security, everybody?" [21:35]
"End of administrative note." [21:38]
"You have your assignment." [21:40]
"I would like to answer to this question." [21:44]
"And I will be at the intersection of 8th and Colorado to receive these answers." [21:49]
"I've made the phone calls for help and I do not expect assistance." [21:54]
"So that leaves me here in public." [21:58]
"And this will be for the duration of this recording." [22:02]
"Thank you." [22:03]
"And of administrative note," [22:05]
"returning to the listening process in three, two, one." [22:11]
"Yes, the documents are 100% accurate." [22:20]
"We just want to make sure everyone is aware of this." [22:25]
"The other information you suggest will be answered at a later date." [22:31]
"administrative note." [22:33]
"The voice I'm hearing sounds like an intelligent female, possibly of Asian descent or using a voice filter." [22:40]
"It is 4:26 p.m. Sunday, September 14th." [22:47]
"We've made a lot of ground today." [22:49]
"Let's see what the next day's have in store." [22:52]
"Thank you, everybody." [22:54]
"Have a great day." [22:56]
"I'm now going to go to the intersection and do this for a half an hour." [23:01]
"The time is 4:26 p.m." [23:04]
"I will stop recording at 5:00 p.m." [23:06]
"Have a good day." [23:08]
"End of administrative note, end of recording." [23:11]
