**12:18pm, themes from the last 24 hrs, the night before and answering few questions from unidentified communicators emanating from the so-called “Citizen Tech” phenomena covering suggestions including a different approach to decriminalization citing law enforcement control of the drug trade in Denver, CO., “Ozark Systems” emerging in conversation, consent culture and others.*

File duration: 34:36

"Okay, it's uh 12:18 p.m. Sunday, September 20 8th, 2025." [00:12]

"Um, sorry." [00:15]

"Hey, uh, sir, sorry to bother you." [00:16]

"You wouldn't be able to spare a cigarette, would you?" [00:18]

"Okay, thank you." [00:20]

"So, I'm going to capture themes." [00:29]

"This is the voice of Sean Christopher Harris, the author of the discovery of telepathic terrorism document." [00:39]

"still no support." [00:41]

"Uh no email, phone call, text message, Venmo or cash app." [00:46]

"Uh just a just a violent situation and impacting many around me." [00:57]

"Um, I want to knock these themes out." [01:02]

"Maybe find a cigarette on the street here along the way." [01:07]

"So, uh, themes from the last 24 hours, right?" [01:15]

"is the unconsensented to conversation still present?" [01:19]

"Yes." [01:20]

"The unconsensented to conversation is still present." [01:24]

"Um, it is still present throughout uh downtown Denver and inside any building, the bookstore, the the shelter." [01:38]

"Um, it's interesting as far as the presence of the conversation, it's been suggested that at times the smoke, the fire prevention system in the building is turned off to decrease the negative impact of the conversation on the residents." [01:56]

"Remember, this is a public safety crisis." [01:59]

"Um, the suggestion that Homeland security, we keep getting more and more comments uh that are pointing to more and more suggestions aligning with the idea of homeland security or a law enforcement organization uh being the the source of uh both the threat of unization and the the ugly workflows around it." [02:38]

"Um, last night, I'm going to just get through the themes, right?" [02:44]

"So the the violent conversation, the violence in the conversation is still present." [02:50]

"So the threat of unization." [02:52]

"Um, we have, uh, you know, continued use of of Homeland security, uh, being accused in these suggestions." [03:06]

"Um, I'd say there's a theme that when I sleep now, it's a rather, it's becoming a larger theme, a larger pattern of suggestion and when and a human experience that when I fall asleep, I'm kept up most of the night." [03:21]

"And when I, because of this conversation, uh, when I check my ears, there is, there are two states for the building, right?" [03:31]

"There is a state where the conversation is very loud in the building, and the conversation is not so loud in the building." [03:38]

"Uh, I can hold my ear shut and the conversation emanates from inside of my head." [03:45]

"So, there's also a state where there's a conversation outside of the building that's louder, and then there's only a couple voices inside." [03:56]

"So, this and this changes at any time." [04:02]

"And it's paired up again with the suggestion of the the smoke detectors turned off." [04:07]

"What are smoke detectors?" [04:08]

"They're little sirens." [04:11]

"little amplifiers, maybe." [04:14]

"Sound emitters." [04:16]

"That's the suggestion that make the presence of the so-called citizen tech phenomena communication stronger." [04:25]

"That's very old information." [04:27]

"Um, there is still a strong defense, right?" [04:33]

"So this did not exist." [04:35]

"uh, from the distance right now, uh, and less false intervention and less suggestion of false intervention from our perspective." [04:53]

"Yes, that's exactly what I said with 100% word- for- word accuracy." [05:06]

"So, moving forward into the themes, um, we've got Ozark." [05:11]

"Ozark technology is now a pattern." [05:14]

"As far as who's being suggested or accused." [05:17]

"Ozark Systems, Ozark." [05:21]

"like uh file folder with a tree on it." [05:25]

"Uh last night there was some suggestions around this that it's a possibly a subsidiary of Homeland security." [05:33]

"Um there was quite a bit of conversation that uh and the conversation came there." [05:40]

"I really want to get to this part." [05:42]

"This suggestion of that I still continue some I continue experiencing things when I sleep, another human being, this point of view information from someone's eyes." [05:56]

"So when I fall asleep, what would appear to be a dream, uh, really isn't a dream and you know, it's just seeing the world through someone else's eyes of a variety of people now." [06:09]

"and it's happened every night for the last five or six nights." [06:14]

"There's been over 10 instances of this happening to me conservatively." [06:18]

"And how you know what's happening is that you wake up and you're still connected." [06:24]

"So, I've been experiencing this point of view, uh, video, you know, from someone else's eyes." [06:33]

"Remember, artificial intelligence only needs access to your brain and from there, it can take brain impulses, right?" [06:42]

"I think they're synapses or these little electric sparks if you will." [06:49]

"Uh, the pattern of communication in your brain can be interpreted." [06:54]

"Uh, MIT revealed a wearable six years ago now, uh, that converted words or thoughts into words and pictures." [07:03]

"Conversation." [07:04]

"And right now, the courts are determining the law around access to your brain." [07:10]

"And, uh, unfortunately, it it's unclear that we have any rights in this access, uh, of information to your brain." [07:19]

"And so you have, you know, Meta AI's new Raybands that allow you to navigate, uh, navigate, uh, movies and content using finger gestures, no, no mouse or this is, this comes from connecting to your brain." [07:37]

"And so when you sign up the terms and conditions for that product, what are you signing away?" [07:42]

"Right?" [07:43]

"Communication versus gestures has been discussed now over the last 48 hours." [07:49]

"Communication should absolutely be something that is consented to, but gestures themselves, right?" [07:56]

"Like moving your finger to navigate through text messages, should be something that uh, you know, is is maybe less concerned." [08:05]

"And remember, this is a health care uh, benefit for people suffering from paralysis or ALS who do not have the use of their limbs, right?" [08:15]

"And that person is very important in this conversation." [08:19]

"So getting back to this information that I'm connected to, right?" [08:25]

"Last night, uh, I was experiencing there were a couple different instances." [08:31]

"One, uh, experiencing what looked like, uh, kind of like a large commercial space." [08:39]

"There was a red craftsman toolbox, a very large one that you might see in a mechanic's shop." [08:46]

"Um, a bathroom, possibly some kind of contracting work like remodeling, but it felt more like a space like an office for possibly doing work." [09:02]

"So, if I'm connected to somebody, it's either because they're observing me or they're in a predatory position." [09:09]

"right?" [09:10]

"And who who was it?" [09:16]

"Well, it felt like a Caucasian at that point." [09:19]

"Um, someone suggested at the time I was viewing this." [09:25]

"Uh there's there's also another office with all of these locked work stations." [09:32]

"Um, now between these two settings, uh, the workstation itself was shown." [09:39]

"They showed the inside that there was basically a it's basically a safe on wheels, so to speak." [09:46]

"Uh keypad entry, and then once you look inside, there's a router, like a switch, one of the flat switches, these are trays, electronics that kind of slide in." [09:58]

"And then there's another like the computer itself is also that way, and it it's all locked up and the screen itself is kind of nested in the top like a table tabletop." [10:11]

"from the distance right now, it's retractable, Sean." [10:18]

"It's so somebody I could be mistaken, but somebody was aware I was connected and they were attempting to share this with me." [10:27]

"to show that this POV information is visible from the use of these workstations." [10:34]

"from the distance right now, paraphrasing, that's exactly what I wanted to show you." [10:56]

"Uh, that's exactly what we wanted to show you and Ozark systems has these work stations with information for people's eyeballs with their scene showing up on the screens in their office right now." [11:13]

"And their office is in Seattle." [11:19]

"This person's continuing on." [11:22]

"Denver has DEA workstations." [11:30]

"Here's why I'm telling you this." [11:35]

"Continuing repeating, continuing repeating." [11:39]

"from the distance right now, paraphrasing, that's exactly what I wanted to show you." [11:53]

"Uh, that's exactly what we wanted to show you and Ozark systems has these work stations with information for people's eyeballs with their scene showing up on the screens in their office right now." [12:00]

"Because the city of Denver is experiencing a terrorist attack and the DEA workstations are being used to conduct illegal search and seizures." [12:11]

"They and they are being used in an illegal way and the spirituality narrative is part of that illegal way." [12:29]

"Yes, it's very illegal what they're doing to the people in the city of Denver." [12:43]

"Yes, very good job, paraphrasing." [12:50]

"Thank you." [12:51]

"Uh, response from the author, thank you for that information." [12:58]

"I wonder if there's any truth to that." [13:01]

"It does align with quite a bit of past suggestion." [13:06]

"But it's very challenging when you have several things surfacing within Citizen Tech, right?" [13:14]

"The the terrorist attack, the law enforcement illegal use of this equipment by law enforcement." [13:22]

"Would you like to continue the repeating process?" [13:28]

"From the distance, let's get through the rest of the recap." [13:35]

"So that's kind of this office setting." [13:37]

"There was a very long period of of discussion, uh and I may have been awake and or asleep." [13:44]

"I think I was awake for this, but it was uh sounded like a Caucasian male, uh going through and observing what was on these POV workstations." [13:56]

"The suggestion at that time was that was homeland security." [13:59]

"Um, and he suggested that he did they're aware that the backwards compatibility is happening, so the suggestion that I'm successfully connecting myself, you know, backwards to people who have been attempted to murder me." [14:19]

"Um, this person, you know, they quote cited an awareness of this and that he did not want to be in the building much longer." [14:28]

"But he was acknowledging, you know, people were had things up on their screen and one was this kind of uh I don't know, graphics that look like maybe a parasitic infection, like uh abstract art." [14:44]

"And I had my eyes shut and I kept seeing these strange I don't know, it looked like maybe a visual of of something." [14:55]

"And then here's this other scene where people are describing the use of a computer to project images to me, the citizen that are distant and other people to discredit me or or stifle or suppress support from others." [15:12]

"This person is this Caucasian male that was every I not have that right." [15:17]

"that this male may not have it may not even be a male." [15:22]

"I mean, just this individual was not a fan of these things he was being showed." [15:27]

"They were being showed." [15:29]

"However, they showed up later in a predatory manner." [15:34]

"So, I want to move on to the next topic, but Homeland security or DEA both." [15:44]

"Um, I subscribed to the Homeland security website." [15:48]

"Uh, the email." [15:51]

"And they've got a banner, right?" [15:53]

"That is Fentinel, uh, combating Fentinel, uh, immigration is also a big deal." [15:59]

"Ice, right?" [16:01]

"It's so you know, there's an initiative present." [16:05]

"People also talked about uh how Fen, you know, there's a debate right now about how Fentinel is completely irrelevant that we've got, you know, constitutional and human rights, dangerous public safety issue is is really shredding uh our the constitutional rights that we don't want to talk about Fentinel right now." [16:30]

"and this seems to be discouraging for the other side of the debate." [16:34]

"Um, they just aren't necessarily in agreement, but we we could be getting there." [16:40]

"I really hope that we are, remember, follow through." [16:44]

"Um, so, is it Homeland security?" [16:48]

"Well, DEA or Homeland security, all of these facial suggestions." [16:54]

"Uh from the distance right now, make sure you get to the decriminalization perspective." [17:06]

"Uh, yes." [17:08]

"Yes." [17:10]

"I mean I've uh, I need to get through these themes." [17:12]

"I'm going to try and keep them brief because I'm approaching." [17:15]

"I I will won't forget it." [17:17]

"of oh, so tired." [17:21]

"So, you know, this office setting, there have been a few office settings now." [17:27]

"Uh, a couple physical descriptions." [17:29]

"One comes to mind, physically attractive female, uh, Caucasian, short dark hair, very short." [17:37]

"Um kind of maybe pulled back on the sides, it could be a use of a headset there." [17:46]

"kind of a plain look, maybe a little makeup." [17:49]

"talking." [17:51]

"um other physical descriptions, not so much." [17:56]

"That is what that stood out." [17:58]

"And if I wrote it by where it is, whether or not it was the screen or a physical person." [18:05]

"I think it was a physical person and they were trying to talk about whether or not they uh, they're addressing the backwards compatibility where citizens could be seeing them, right?" [18:19]

"And there were suggestions made that uh, the place needed to be dismantled, which place I'm uncertain, but they're literally going to pull every single workstation, everything out of there that there could be no evidence of any anything in the office." [18:37]

"So, all of that said is somebody removing uh, evidence of criminal activity out of a building today on Sunday?" [18:46]

"From the distance right now, thank you for fucking blowing that for us." [18:55]

"continuing on." [18:57]

"So, more points of view experience while I'm sleeping, right?" [19:02]

"Satan's church was mentioned often uh in the last 12 hours." [19:07]

"Um, so another location, uh Tellasi Florida was suggested or Savannah, Georgia." [19:15]

"Um, you know, these locations are interesting because in my online research, there were sweeping arrests in Savannah." [19:24]

"That was mentioned last night." [19:26]

"And it was suggested that the sweep arrested were the victims of the citizen tech phenomena, the illegal search and seizures, right?" [19:35]

"People who dealt with drugs out of this larger community of people who were involved in uh, the communication to some degree possibly." [19:46]

"Um, remember, these are suggestions from other people that are are surface within this citizen tech phenomenon that anyone in Denver with an ear shot of it or the shelter at that time could listen to." [20:03]

"Right?" [20:04]

"And so this new location, uh some of the telepathic visuals look like uh kind of green flat landscapes." [20:13]

"Um, maybe an old liquor store or something." [20:17]

"Uh telepathic information for who I was connected to could have been a person of color." [20:24]

"Uh but there's a presence of some interesting things." [20:28]

"Um, well- dressed, physically attractive people in an auditorium setting." [20:35]

"It's either like an auditorium or a control room type setting that actually lifts up the people quite a bit from the the below, you know, from the ground level." [20:48]

"So the entire seating arrangement uh elevates and it's actually kind of difficult to get out of there." [20:56]

"So I'm experiencing this POV information." [20:59]

"And uh, you know, these are people wearing, you know, casual clothing, jeans, shirts tucked in, leather boots." [21:09]

"Um, makeup, uh, and this location was very interesting." [21:15]

"So and there was feedback about it later." [21:18]

"Um, there's also the presence of some kind of what appeared to be a a plat uh maybe like an acrylic, a very large, maybe like an 8 by 8 foot, uh, acrylic cube that you could walk into." [21:35]

"and within that space, a holographic image was generated." [21:41]

"and this looked like a counter top or something, but I watched it surface before my eyes." [21:48]

"You'd see something like this in uh, you know, the Aliens franchise movies or Star Wars, but it was very high definition, right?" [21:58]

"And I mean, it was uh pretty remarkable that I saw something like that." [22:03]

"Um, there was another what appeared to be an indoor or an outdoor setting with like a large dog or a wolf that could have been the same technology." [22:14]

"The size of it did not seem uh like anything natural, but it it was kind of generic in its movements." [22:22]

"It kind of ran forward and ran back towards me." [22:26]

"And so this this place was uh it was very interesting if this was in fact POV visual information from another person." [22:36]

"I must say it's uh uh, you know, I've never seen anything like it." [22:41]

"Um, and remember, I'm not using drugs." [22:45]

"Remember it's been a year." [22:47]

"It's been a year of that, and I can prove that." [22:50]

"So, other things, the suggestion of homosexual opportunities." [22:57]

"So this person enters a room and there are what appear to be an adult social club of some kind." [23:05]

"From the distance right now, that's exactly what I would call what we saw." [23:13]

"And so there are a few physical descriptions here." [23:16]

"We've got a uh uh Caucasian male with long wavy brown hair, laying on his back, fully naked." [23:28]

"Um well endowed guy with maybe one or two people around him." [23:34]

"Another woman of color uh and who ended up providing a blow job, I guess, for the person I was connected to, which is how I why I'm suggesting that I would be have been a person of color because the penis itself was uh, you know, darker, darker complexion." [23:58]

"Um yeah, it was covered in something that was suggested to be applesauce." [24:06]

"I mean you cannot make this stuff up." [24:09]

"Um, yeah, after I got out of the shelter this morning, this is I'm being reminded of this from the distance." [24:20]

"A simulation was suggested." [24:23]

"and that was what the whole recording was, you know, why don't you move towards our our suggestions, our intimate suggestions?" [24:30]

"Why won't you talk to us in the building?" [24:33]

"So, you know, that was kind of this other space." [24:38]

"There was also more attack on on my family members, kind of a verbal and visual telepathic experience where my brother's targeted." [24:49]

"Some of those suggestions, he's my godbrother on the East Coast." [24:54]

"Um, and my sister, and this was really ugly." [24:59]

"And this feels like a whole different group." [25:02]

"Right?" [25:03]

"Who is this other group that is attempting to, they were active the night before." [25:08]

"They were attempted to kind of call out my family members, right?" [25:12]

"And so they created a visual scenario and this was false information." [25:18]

"I'm in my bed at the shelter, and we've got some Caucasian folks, but my sister was presented in like business attire." [25:26]

"She's Caucasian with blonde hair." [25:30]

"She's a minister." [25:31]

"And then a later it's her spending time with this other Caucasian male." [25:37]

"and I've got the POV of the Caucasian male and I ended up sleeping with her." [25:43]

"And so later that day, later that morning, they asked, you know, how was it sleeping with your sister?" [25:49]

"So was that an attack on me?" [25:52]

"You know, it's just really, really horrible stuff." [25:55]

"My brother keeps showing up." [25:58]

"They suggest that he drives around in a sports car smoking crack and he has a weapon." [26:04]

"This is really awful." [26:06]

"And I wonder if there's any truth to that, but sharing it is just it's really horrible." [26:14]

"I haven't had any contact with these people, and I'm not going to." [26:19]

"Uh, suggestions were made last night questioning, Sean, do you actually trust any of these people?" [26:26]

"Paraphrasing, he's never going near his family members after this." [26:30]

"And I contributed a bit." [26:33]

"I think I was about half asleep, but I may have suggested that no, I could never go near them." [26:38]

"It may have been the night before, but in general, for the rest of my life, I will never feel comfortable around my family." [26:46]

"And it might actually be even if even if this is acknowledged and people are arrested for the rest of my life, will my family members be safe?" [26:55]

"Will they be safe around me?" [26:58]

"So, uh, continuing on, I think, I think that's good for the POV information." [27:10]

"And so when I woke up, when I woke up, there was this question, you know, why won't you accept our intimate suggestions that this this is uh, part of that experience, the sexual part was a chance to uh, take another person for a drive, another human being for a drive." [27:29]

"So the suggestion was that it was a simulation to see how I would react to a sexual opportunity that I could kind of move forward it and it connects with the night before where I've suggested the Indian folks uh, you know, were were having some adult playtime together and until the uh baby consumed some cleaning solution and ended the whole thing." [27:59]

"Um, so there's a small pattern emerging there." [28:03]

"What I don't another thing I don't like about this." [28:06]

"I mean, just the whole public safety concern." [28:10]

"So how would that information be used, right?" [28:13]

"To discredit me." [28:15]

"From the distance right now, to get to know you was our hope." [28:21]

"I mean, if anyone has access to my fet life profile that I've mentioned, I have no problem sharing that and you read the description, the bio in there." [28:31]

"That will kind of provide a some insight on how I am." [28:35]

"I I'm a consent culture person." [28:38]

"I am a consent culture person." [28:41]

"There is a misnomer about the BDSM community, for example." [28:46]

"People think it, you know, just like anywhere else, the BDSM community is going to have predators." [28:54]

"But so is the traditional dating world." [28:57]

"Consent culture is in general this." [29:00]

"You you're not you you don't want to engage in anything that is predatory." [29:06]

"That's just the general rule of thumb." [29:09]

"You're not there to be a predator." [29:11]

"You want to engage with someone, provide them with a a meaningful and physically safe experience." [29:19]

"And how you do that is is communicating." [29:22]

"You actually have kind of a a you know, the suggestion would be to have coffee with the person if you meet them in a social setting and get to know them, find out what they like, what they're looking for, what they don't like." [29:36]

"and you need to have that consent talk." [29:39]

"If you do not have that consent talk or the person says we don't need to do that, just go with the flow, then you are in a dangerous situation." [29:48]

"If the person won't honor a conversation about rules in the bedroom, what makes you think you'll get any respect from them in the bedroom?" [29:57]

"Right?" [30:00]

"So it's very important that people understand that." [30:04]

"And one of the more dangerous settings is someone who, you know, took maybe a a a traditional male, patriarchal kind of alpha male who forces himself on people without ever talking about it and feels awkward talking about it." [30:22]

"That's actually not maturity." [30:26]

"According to, you know, relationship dynamics today in the consent culture." [30:31]

"If you're dealing with someone like that, have you had any challenging experiences?" [30:35]

"Have they punished you for not doing what you what they wanted you to do?" [30:41]

"You know, it's very gross behavior, but unfortunately, it's all too common in the traditional dating scene." [30:48]

"Right?" [30:53]

"So, uh, there I I suggested I would end on these uh these uh other perspectives that have been shared." [31:03]

"There's a small pattern emerging that between homeland security and the DEA, I don't know which organization this would be." [31:13]

"Remember, I'm not accusing anyone." [31:15]

"People are mentioning these people." [31:18]

"Um, that decriminalization has started and the spirituality narrative has a connection to it." [31:26]

"But in general, they ran all the dealers out of town and now the DEA is the only place that you can get Fentinel from." [31:34]

"And this is a perspective on it's an alternative to decriminalization that would be, you know, this actual legal decriminalization." [31:45]

"It's someone having taken control of the drug trade in Denver." [31:49]

"That's a suggestion that's being, it's a small pattern of suggestion now." [31:53]

"I feel like there was another one." [31:56]

"Oh yeah, yeah." [32:05]

"Uh, something about the fidelity of the information from my eyes." [32:11]

"From the distance right now, it it it was suggested in the in the early morning, um, that my eyes are providing high fidelity data, high fidelity imagery." [32:25]

"8k was suggested." [32:28]

"Right." [32:31]

"And they suggested that in the instances where I've had had amphetamine, uh, that that that's how they got to that high fidelity." [32:42]
