Oct 18, 2025 (Saturday) — Journal Entry (Part 3)
Saturday October 18th transcripts summary:
- Themes from the last 24hrs, takeaways from the night before and early morning including more POV (Point of View) visual information
Methodology: I capture manual transcripts of the telepathic and or audible “Citizen Tech” phenomena by repeating the suggestions I receive out loud while recording using the native Android voice recorder. Transcriptions of the .mp3 recordings are generated with Google AI Studio. **See sample screen recording*
Scene(s): I’m traveling around downtown Denver, Colorado by scooter and on foot capturing recordings as needed.

**More “Citizen Tech” POV (Point of View) visual suggestions from the night before including the suggestion of a violent confrontation at an offsite location.*
File duration: 29:02
"Paraphrasing, I want his phone confiscated immediately by someone." [ 00:01 ]
"Can we do that?" [ 00:06 ]
"From the author, this was a female voice." [ 00:10 ]
"I didn't listen closely enough yet to see." [ 00:14 ]
"Could be male." [ 00:22 ]
"underneath." [ 00:25 ]
"If you listen closely," [ 00:28 ]
"there's more than one voice." [ 00:31 ]
"speaking in real time, you can uncover the use of a voice filter." [ 00:35 ]
"Um" [ 00:40 ]
"I want to capture takeaways from the last 12 hours." [ 00:42 ]
"Um" [ 00:47 ]
"from the Holly Street shelter while I while I slept there." [ 00:49 ]
"on the top bunk as I usually do." [ 00:53 ]
"I slept almost through the night, almost through the entire night." [ 00:56 ]
"I think I woke up around 4:00 a.m." [ 01:00 ]
"to some really horrible violence," [ 01:03 ]
"some POV," [ 01:05 ]
"uh" [ 01:08 ]
"POV point of view" [ 01:10 ]
"of another human being." [ 01:12 ]
"The suggestion was that an offsite location was found, that the people there were murdered." [ 01:15 ]
"Uh, or it could have been, um," [ 01:21 ]
"it could have been actually a good thing." [ 01:25 ]
"I'm uncertain, but" [ 01:27 ]
"these details of what I experienced are really horrible." [ 01:29 ]
"Uh," [ 01:33 ]
"a use of a pair of pliers by I believe it maybe" [ 01:36 ]
"Let's start." [ 01:42 ]
"Oh, Jesus, not enough coffee yet." [ 01:43 ]
"I actually kind of rattled still from it." [ 01:46 ]
"So," [ 01:52 ]
"Indoor soccer field, I think was the setting." [ 01:56 ]
"Um, it began as one of one of these things." [ 02:00 ]
"I believe I was asleep experiencing POV information," [ 02:03 ]
"which has been a pattern" [ 02:07 ]
"of human experience" [ 02:09 ]
"for lack of better words." [ 02:11 ]
"Um," [ 02:13 ]
"That is how I would describe it." [ 02:15 ]
"And so what happens is when I wake up, there's a bit of memory loss," [ 02:18 ]
"kind of a" [ 02:22 ]
"From the distance, I would agree with that." [ 02:25 ]
"From the distance just out, paraphrasing, it takes time to situate yourself" [ 02:37 ]
"again, doesn't it?" [ 02:43 ]
"author of the Discovery Doc." [ 02:45 ]
"Um," [ 02:49 ]
"From the author, yes." [ 02:52 ]
"That's" [ 02:54 ]
"That is how I would put it." [ 02:55 ]
"There's" [ 02:56 ]
"kind of a mental void that happens when I wake up and then" [ 02:59 ]
"my memories and my" [ 03:05 ]
"existence come back." [ 03:07 ]
"Um," [ 03:10 ]
"and then it it continues on." [ 03:12 ]
"So," [ 03:13 ]
"What I experienced began while I was sleeping." [ 03:15 ]
"From the distance, I would agree with that." [ 03:22 ]
"And uh," [ 03:25 ]
"there is a Caucasian male, maybe tall like 6'2," [ 03:29 ]
"with a baseball cap." [ 03:34 ]
"Um somebody fended fended off an attack." [ 03:37 ]
"A group of people," [ 03:41 ]
"and it may have been" [ 03:44 ]
"the seating" [ 03:47 ]
"and the soccer field, or it could have these could be two separate events, but it began this way." [ 03:49 ]
"Um there's a, I'm trying to remember it right now." [ 03:55 ]
"Somebody is grabbing someone." [ 03:58 ]
"The person with the baseball cap is grabbing" [ 04:01 ]
"uh, someone's face from behind on both sides." [ 04:03 ]
"Kind of putting the fingers in the mouth from behind." [ 04:07 ]
"Very awkward" [ 04:11 ]
"submission." [ 04:13 ]
"Um," [ 04:15 ]
"And I remember waking up" [ 04:18 ]
"to uh, somebody throwing someone over" [ 04:21 ]
"the bleachers or some kind of" [ 04:25 ]
"small like wall." [ 04:28 ]
"like the first, if you're in like a" [ 04:30 ]
"This could have been two separate" [ 04:33 ]
"incidents, but that wouldn't make a I mean I guess it it would possibly make sense, but" [ 04:37 ]
"someone got thrown over a" [ 04:43 ]
"kind of a wall," [ 04:45 ]
"and then drop down at the ground, the person chase them down there and kick them." [ 04:47 ]
"And I woke up in my bed kicking." [ 04:53 ]
"I'm on the top bunk and my my right" [ 04:57 ]
"leg kicked." [ 05:01 ]
"And uh, luckily no one was standing there." [ 05:03 ]
"That would have sucked." [ 05:08 ]
"Um," [ 05:09 ]
"And so I woke up that way kicking" [ 05:11 ]
"like one one kick and then uh" [ 05:14 ]
"tried to situate myself." [ 05:17 ]
"That's a good word for it." [ 05:18 ]
"And I remembered that this has this has been happening that" [ 05:21 ]
"uh, these connections" [ 05:27 ]
"um, you know, they last." [ 05:30 ]
"Uh, regardless of me attempting to eject people" [ 05:33 ]
"occasionally," [ 05:36 ]
"um," [ 05:38 ]
"faces from all of the the visual information that" [ 05:40 ]
"Citizen Tech visual information," [ 05:44 ]
"for lack of better words," [ 05:47 ]
"uh, surface again and and kind of these events." [ 05:50 ]
"And so," [ 05:53 ]
"the next, the next event was" [ 05:56 ]
"a male," [ 06:00 ]
"another taller Caucasian male possibly," [ 06:03 ]
"with a pair of pliers and so they've got some people on their knees." [ 06:06 ]
"And I look like they've taken some hostages or captured some people." [ 06:11 ]
"And uh, paraphrasing," [ 06:16 ]
"You've been sticking your noses where they don't belong, haven't you?" [ 06:18 ]
"Took a and the pliers were used to rip off people's noses." [ 06:24 ]
"And" [ 06:28 ]
"this freaked the people out pretty bad." [ 06:32 ]
"There's" [ 06:34 ]
"occasional screaming." [ 06:36 ]
"Um," [ 06:38 ]
"Um, how I say this?" [ 06:44 ]
"So we've got one," [ 06:46 ]
"two, I'd say maybe seven to eight people that were confronted." [ 06:48 ]
"There may have been a Jeep" [ 06:53 ]
"present and so this group that had captured the people starts working on them." [ 06:56 ]
"Um," [ 07:02 ]
"And these look like people." [ 07:05 ]
"So there is" [ 07:07 ]
"There is a Caucasian male that has been" [ 07:09 ]
"the suggestion of an offsite location." [ 07:12 ]
"Let's talk about this for the recording." [ 07:15 ]
"Uh, so there's context." [ 07:17 ]
"So the the technology I seem to be experiencing involves a brain-to-brain connection." [ 07:20 ]
"And" [ 07:27 ]
"I'm uncertain if I mean wearables are present sometimes, but it's about" [ 07:30 ]
"most of it is is" [ 07:34 ]
"the facilitation of these so-called euthanasia ugly workflows." [ 07:37 ]
"And so there's a location like a soccer field" [ 07:42 ]
"where people are connecting" [ 07:46 ]
"to the citizen in my case." [ 07:48 ]
"the civilian, whatever you want to call it." [ 07:52 ]
"And there is a direct connection to one person that plays my role in the offsite location." [ 07:55 ]
"And then the other people around them" [ 08:02 ]
"do things to that person." [ 08:05 ]
"Uh, attempting to frighten them to" [ 08:08 ]
"submit them and so I'm experiencing all these things and I think" [ 08:11 ]
"My assumption is is that they use a person to connect to me and play my role in this other location." [ 08:16 ]
"right?" [ 08:22 ]
"And so" [ 08:23 ]
"historically my human experience" [ 08:25 ]
"uh, is that this offsite location is never friendly." [ 08:28 ]
"Um they are there to force someone to accept euthanasia." [ 08:32 ]
"And so this suggestion of the past uh" [ 08:36 ]
"past events there have been many indoor and outdoor settings." [ 08:40 ]
"Um, sometimes office space" [ 08:45 ]
"like uh or uh kind of a" [ 08:48 ]
"I don't know if you call it a laboratory, like a large open" [ 08:54 ]
"room in an office building is how I would describe it." [ 08:58 ]
"An outdoor soccer field or football field," [ 09:01 ]
"possibly an indoor field." [ 09:04 ]
"And so there are many people present" [ 09:06 ]
"and it's used primarily for hurting people." [ 09:11 ]
"terrorizing people and forcing them in my case" [ 09:14 ]
"to accept euthanasia." [ 09:18 ]
"And so getting back to the events from last night, the suggestion is is that some people showed up" [ 09:21 ]
"to one of these places and" [ 09:27 ]
"disposed of a group of these people." [ 09:32 ]
"Now I'm going to describe one of the victims now." [ 09:36 ]
"Uh," [ 09:39 ]
"This is going to be another Caucasian male," [ 09:42 ]
"rose colored complexion." [ 09:45 ]
"Short" [ 09:47 ]
"curly blonde hair." [ 09:49 ]
"kind of rosy cheeks." [ 09:53 ]
"Uh," [ 09:55 ]
"you know, this has been going on for months." [ 09:58 ]
"This group," [ 10:00 ]
"for me personally," [ 10:01 ]
"there were other Caucasian people there." [ 10:05 ]
"The suggestion" [ 10:07 ]
"was that this was happening in France." [ 10:09 ]
"later, uh, it was suggested that it was Denver." [ 10:12 ]
"you know, um," [ 10:17 ]
"there's in the presence of another blonde" [ 10:20 ]
"female, a tall" [ 10:24 ]
"female." [ 10:26 ]
"Um, strong" [ 10:28 ]
"Caucasian" [ 10:29 ]
"female with long blonde hair, a little bit wavy." [ 10:31 ]
"and the group of" [ 10:35 ]
"people that overtook the offsite location." [ 10:37 ]
"So maybe three" [ 10:41 ]
"or plus people" [ 10:43 ]
"confronting the offsite location," [ 10:45 ]
"and" [ 10:48 ]
"to me seemed like they were sending a message." [ 10:50 ]
"Um, so" [ 10:53 ]
"the beginning was pliers, right?" [ 10:55 ]
"We've got it." [ 10:56 ]
"Pliers being used to rip noses off," [ 10:59 ]
"which scared the living" [ 11:02 ]
"shit out of these people." [ 11:03 ]
"There is a suggestion that they were pissing themselves." [ 11:06 ]
"From the distance just now, that's exactly what I experienced this morning." [ 11:12 ]
"From the distance, and you were at the shelter the whole time, weren't you, Sean?" [ 11:20 ]
"From the author, myself, yes." [ 11:25 ]
"I was at" [ 11:28 ]
"the Holly Street shelter." [ 11:30 ]
"There should be records of that." [ 11:32 ]
"Camera footage." [ 11:34 ]
"So," [ 11:40 ]
"it went on." [ 11:43 ]
"It got really nasty." [ 11:44 ]
"Um, and while this is happening, so the amount of communication that's happening during this time," [ 11:47 ]
"I'm trying to remain, I'm awake now as this is happening." [ 11:53 ]
"And we've got people observing" [ 11:57 ]
"from a control room setting," [ 12:01 ]
"communicating about what's happening." [ 12:03 ]
"Some of them were unhappy" [ 12:06 ]
"and afraid for themselves." [ 12:08 ]
"Um," [ 12:13 ]
"You also have another group, a woman who" [ 12:15 ]
"um, is present during" [ 12:18 ]
"character defamation that I experience." [ 12:23 ]
"Um, actually trying to" [ 12:27 ]
"take over what I was experiencing, I believe." [ 12:31 ]
"And it didn't go well." [ 12:35 ]
"Um, her physical description would be" [ 12:38 ]
"uh kind of a thin or athletic body type, Caucasian female," [ 12:41 ]
"um blonde hair pulled back on the sides," [ 12:47 ]
"cut short across the" [ 12:50 ]
"eyeline." [ 12:52 ]
"Um, she has a table there" [ 12:55 ]
"with a bunch of styrofoam" [ 12:59 ]
"heads" [ 13:01 ]
"and wigs." [ 13:02 ]
"And so there's a little bit of" [ 13:04 ]
"uh, there there's a pattern of suggestion, visual suggestion where" [ 13:07 ]
"um, actual violence is happening" [ 13:12 ]
"or someone" [ 13:15 ]
"uses one of these heads" [ 13:17 ]
"and just visualizes the violence." [ 13:19 ]
"So a bit of magic" [ 13:23 ]
"if you will or um, what would you say here?" [ 13:25 ]
"Using props" [ 13:31 ]
"um, using props and" [ 13:34 ]
"telepathic," [ 13:37 ]
"kind of visuals to" [ 13:39 ]
"present violence when they're actually is no violence." [ 13:42 ]
"And so" [ 13:46 ]
"we've got the conrol, you know, in addition to the event itself and the communication that's happening there," [ 13:48 ]
"that's happening there, we've got" [ 13:54 ]
"at least two other groups of people" [ 13:58 ]
"observing and communicating." [ 14:01 ]
"So the individual in my case is dealing with" [ 14:04 ]
"listening to the communication of 10 or more people" [ 14:07 ]
"at any given time" [ 14:12 ]
"in a situation like this." [ 14:14 ]
"And the people on the ground confronting the offsite location were aware of my presence," [ 14:18 ]
"telepathically, they were aware" [ 14:23 ]
"that I was being quiet." [ 14:25 ]
"Um," [ 14:28 ]
"and so getting back into the events, right?" [ 14:30 ]
"It began with" [ 14:32 ]
"uh, finding some people," [ 14:34 ]
"um," [ 14:37 ]
"submitting them, right?" [ 14:38 ]
"They're on their knees," [ 14:40 ]
"their hands bound behind their back." [ 14:42 ]
"Pliers were being used to pull people's noses off." [ 14:44 ]
"Um, afterwards a chainsaw and some clear plastic rain coats" [ 14:48 ]
"showed up maybe a Halloween mask." [ 14:55 ]
"And so the people in the offsite location" [ 14:59 ]
"uh, are being dealt with." [ 15:02 ]
"The chainsaw was applied to someone's face" [ 15:04 ]
"and it tore the face off" [ 15:07 ]
"and the person standing there and I'm looking at the POV" [ 15:10 ]
"experience of the person with the chainsaw." [ 15:14 ]
"So they" [ 15:16 ]
"they did this and it basically" [ 15:19 ]
"if you visualize this human being standing in front of you," [ 15:22 ]
"um, the face goes flying off and they commented about it like, wow," [ 15:27 ]
"can you believe that just happened?" [ 15:31 ]
"And uh, and then the person" [ 15:33 ]
"uh, pees themselves, right?" [ 15:36 ]
"They pee piss themselves" [ 15:38 ]
"uh with their shorts." [ 15:40 ]
"And I'm looking at a a person standing there with their hands bound behind their back." [ 15:42 ]
"I've got wet shorts in the front and they're missing their face." [ 15:48 ]
"And then the person said, just let them go." [ 15:52 ]
"Let him go see how long he" [ 15:55 ]
"he lives like that." [ 15:58 ]
"Paraphrasing." [ 16:00 ]
"And the the guy walks a few feet away and then kind of falls." [ 16:03 ]
"Just falls and lands on his side." [ 16:07 ]
"And so" [ 16:09 ]
"I attempted to check this person later." [ 16:11 ]
"Um, so this idea of this telepathic connection, right?" [ 16:15 ]
"This person, I've seen communicate." [ 16:19 ]
"I'm just going to wait for today to see if he shows up again." [ 16:22 ]
"in communication at the intersection for example." [ 16:26 ]
"So I attempt to connect myself to him, the one that just" [ 16:29 ]
"met his end there with the chainsaw." [ 16:33 ]
"And this was later" [ 16:36 ]
"and it" [ 16:38 ]
"I mean, I just I'll just be spit it out." [ 16:41 ]
"It felt like he was in a body bag." [ 16:43 ]
"So what does this mean?" [ 16:46 ]
"There's no a lifeless body." [ 16:48 ]
"Are we dealing with implants?" [ 16:51 ]
"Right?" [ 16:53 ]
"This story is really sensational." [ 16:54 ]
"I'm doing my best to just" [ 16:56 ]
"communicate it." [ 16:59 ]
"This was the information I received while laying in my my bunk." [ 17:01 ]
"And so being able to connect back and forth to check these people." [ 17:06 ]
"Uh, I I was skeptical that anything it had that any harm had actually come to anybody." [ 17:10 ]
"And so when I tried to reconnect myself to that person," [ 17:17 ]
"the inside of a bag, like a a body bag was suggested." [ 17:20 ]
"Does this indicate" [ 17:26 ]
"the use of implants?" [ 17:28 ]
"For example," [ 17:31 ]
"could the implants still be transmitting data" [ 17:34 ]
"from inside of that body?" [ 17:36 ]
"There was another woman" [ 17:39 ]
"uh, I think they pulled out one of her front teeth with the pliers." [ 17:44 ]
"Her description is" [ 17:48 ]
"um," [ 17:50 ]
"Caucasian female," [ 17:52 ]
"dark wavy hair." [ 17:54 ]
"long dark wavy hair." [ 17:57 ]
"She's also been present" [ 17:58 ]
"during uh" [ 18:01 ]
"ugly workflows that I've experienced if it's the same person." [ 18:04 ]
"From the distance just now, we found these people, paraphrasing, we found these people back in France, Sean." [ 18:17 ]
"And we disposed of them just like you suggested." [ 18:25 ]
"I need you to never record this." [ 18:32 ]
"Uh from the author, I'm recording it now." [ 18:36 ]
"And I don't know who you are," [ 18:40 ]
"but I'm going to continue doing my job to share what happens." [ 18:43 ]
"And this isn't the first violent" [ 18:47 ]
"suggestion I've experienced." [ 18:49 ]
"There have been many." [ 18:51 ]
"This was by far in the top three" [ 18:53 ]
"of violent experiences" [ 18:58 ]
"out of maybe" [ 19:00 ]
"10 to 15," [ 19:02 ]
"I maybe 12 to 15," [ 19:04 ]
"at least just conservatively speaking." [ 19:07 ]
"Um," [ 19:10 ]
"including uh a soldier," [ 19:13 ]
"uh the suggestion was a United States military soldier." [ 19:17 ]
"It could be wrong about the type of soldier." [ 19:22 ]
"having being executed with a bat while strapped to a chair sitting down," [ 19:26 ]
"uh being struck from across the head" [ 19:31 ]
"by a crowd of of Middle Eastern people." [ 19:34 ]
"Um," [ 19:37 ]
"And so people are intentionally" [ 19:38 ]
"uh, using this method of communication to" [ 19:42 ]
"for a variety of reasons, but most of it right now" [ 19:46 ]
"is coming through is either a demonstration of violence," [ 19:51 ]
"like for example, an act of terrorism, like executing someone," [ 19:53 ]
"or possibly," [ 19:56 ]
"in this case, uh removing" [ 19:59 ]
"removing people from the conversation." [ 20:03 ]
"There were questions while this was happening." [ 20:08 ]
"I want to get back to this dark-haired woman." [ 20:10 ]
"So they pulled out one of her teeth and she actually," [ 20:13 ]
"and this is from my the POV experience I was having," [ 20:16 ]
"she actually attacked the person who pulled her tooth out" [ 20:20 ]
"and started screaming at them and then they, I think she was later" [ 20:24 ]
"uh, the suggestion was she was beheaded later." [ 20:27 ]
"Um," [ 20:31 ]
"you know, once they put the raincoats on," [ 20:33 ]
"these clear plastic coverings on their" [ 20:35 ]
"uh, bodies, things got really" [ 20:38 ]
"really ugly for that group of people." [ 20:41 ]
"Um," [ 20:44 ]
"when I tried to connect myself to her, there was not there wasn't a bag" [ 20:47 ]
"present, a body bag." [ 20:52 ]
"It felt more like a bucket" [ 20:54 ]
"or a plastic enclosure." [ 20:56 ]
"From the distance, that's because I put her head in a fucking bucket, Sean." [ 21:06 ]
"I mean, it just there no air, no noise, no," [ 21:11 ]
"very silent." [ 21:16 ]
"Um, so," [ 21:25 ]
"so I'm just remaining quiet" [ 21:28 ]
"and not saying anything." [ 21:30 ]
"And along the way, people are commenting, uh, paraphrasing, I'm not okay with this experience." [ 21:34 ]
"Disconnect me from this experience." [ 21:42 ]
"Uh, you know, it's I've never experienced anything like this in my life." [ 21:47 ]
"Um remember" [ 21:53 ]
"there is no pattern of drug use." [ 21:55 ]
"Um, this is happening at" [ 21:58 ]
"4:00 a.m." [ 22:00 ]
"for me." [ 22:01 ]
"I am in bed after having slept all night." [ 22:02 ]
"So, no effects from any substance." [ 22:07 ]
"I had alcohol yesterday." [ 22:10 ]
"Um, what else happened?" [ 22:16 ]
"Uh somebody, there is another female." [ 22:18 ]
"Um and I'm not sure how this works, but I I think there's some kind of technology that is pointed at" [ 22:22 ]
"that facility, right?" [ 22:28 ]
"where the offsite location was," [ 22:30 ]
"if that's what that was." [ 22:33 ]
"And then the thoughts" [ 22:35 ]
"of everyone there are just transparent." [ 22:38 ]
"And you can kind of move around." [ 22:42 ]
"And if somebody has a strong emotional reaction, it's feel it there's a habit of it pulling me to them." [ 22:47 ]
"And then, you know, so and then from there you're looking through another POV experience." [ 22:55 ]
"It it's really incredible." [ 23:01 ]
"Um," [ 23:03 ]
"this other woman, this was really uh" [ 23:05 ]
"really intense." [ 23:08 ]
"So I think she was a this was a female" [ 23:10 ]
"maybe with a blonde ponytail in this soccer field, this foot" [ 23:14 ]
"indoor complex, whatever it was." [ 23:18 ]
"Uh from the distance, that's exactly what it was everybody." [ 23:23 ]
"Someone took a blow torch." [ 23:27 ]
"They had um" [ 23:28 ]
"a table set" [ 23:30 ]
"and there was kind of one of these roll-up bags like a chef's knife" [ 23:34 ]
"uh kit that where you slide the knives into pockets and then you roll it all up" [ 23:38 ]
"except this there torture" [ 23:43 ]
"of a variety of tools there and the the POV connection I had at that time" [ 23:47 ]
"suggested that" [ 23:51 ]
"um, they had used almost all of the tools." [ 23:54 ]
"Uh," [ 23:57 ]
"and then they they went for like a blow torch." [ 24:00 ]
"And they used a blow torch" [ 24:04 ]
"to on her eyes." [ 24:06 ]
"So they" [ 24:08 ]
"And she she had a really strong emotional reaction." [ 24:11 ]
"It was suggested that she passed out." [ 24:14 ]
"From the distance, why would someone do that to someone, Sean?" [ 24:20 ]
"You're not in any trouble." [ 24:27 ]
"I want you to know that." [ 24:29 ]
"Uh from the author, I mean it it feel like there could be just a functional" [ 24:31 ]
"the utility of destroying a camera." [ 24:37 ]
"For example, it's been suggested that cameras are in eyes." [ 24:41 ]
"From the distance, that's exactly why I did that to that person." [ 24:49 ]
"That's incredible, Sean." [ 24:55 ]
"From the author, I wasn't thinking that at the time that it happened." [ 24:59 ]
"Uh," [ 25:02 ]
"but it could make sense especially if it's going to transmit data." [ 25:06 ]
"From the distance, it's interesting that you say that." [ 25:21 ]
"I would I would have just" [ 25:23 ]
"suggested um paraphrasing frightening people." [ 25:26 ]
"Um," [ 25:28 ]
"Please continue Sean from the distance." [ 25:31 ]
"From the author continuing on." [ 25:34 ]
"And during this time, I mean, trying to visualize this, if you're listening, there's a lot of talking happening." [ 25:38 ]
"I'm staying out of it." [ 25:42 ]
"People are asking me questions, for example," [ 25:45 ]
"um, are you going to put this in the document, Sean?" [ 25:48 ]
"And I'm not responding." [ 25:51 ]
"I think there's also confusion" [ 25:54 ]
"about where I am at that moment." [ 25:57 ]
"Um, you know, POV information, uh, may or may not be" [ 26:00 ]
"understood or have been explained to everyone communicating." [ 26:07 ]
"And so they may think that I'm involved," [ 26:13 ]
"for example, in this." [ 26:16 ]
"It's also been suggested, uh, paraphrase, we need to we're incriminating this person for his" [ 26:18 ]
"much as possible." [ 26:23 ]
"You know, with his" [ 26:24 ]
"You you know, I'll just overhear things like this." [ 26:28 ]
"Um so that's happening and then at the time I'm lying in bed, I have to use the bathroom." [ 26:31 ]
"I'm physically uncomfortable." [ 26:36 ]
"And uh, I'm not talking and it was acknowledged that I was doing a good job staying out of it." [ 26:39 ]
"And that uh," [ 26:44 ]
"you know, people were stick by my bladder was being squeezed, I believe during that time." [ 26:47 ]
"This is a common suggestion that actually has" [ 26:52 ]
"a physical" [ 26:55 ]
"sensation." [ 26:56 ]
"That's what it feels like these intermittent" [ 26:58 ]
"intermittent pressure on my bladder." [ 27:02 ]
"Um," [ 27:04 ]
"And so that was suggested while I'm experiencing this POV" [ 27:08 ]
"work, right?" [ 27:10 ]
"These people working on these" [ 27:12 ]
"other folks that they had captured," [ 27:15 ]
"and uh, so it asked paraphrasing, Don't you need to use the bathroom?" [ 27:18 ]
"Uh," [ 27:21 ]
"the person doing the work suggested," [ 27:24 ]
"he doesn't have to use the bathroom." [ 27:26 ]
"You know, it's not going to paraphrase it, it's not going to affect what I'm doing." [ 27:29 ]
"I know exactly" [ 27:32 ]
"what's going on right now." [ 27:35 ]
"And and there's just, you know, the people here are everyone seems to be juggling" [ 27:38 ]
"multiple human experiences." [ 27:44 ]
"Um it was suggested that these" [ 27:47 ]
"uh, oh this was an important part." [ 27:49 ]
"Uh paraphrasing, Sean," [ 27:52 ]
"this

File duration: 29:33
"uh paraphrasing, you're doing a good job of capturing the information without um over emphasizing emotion or what you're going through." [ 00:25 ]
"Yes, that's a general what I'm saying." [ 00:30 ]
"Thank you for keeping the document objective." [ 00:43 ]
"That's all I have to say." [ 00:46 ]
"From the author, so" [ 00:47 ]
"uh, just want to reiterate it back back." [ 00:52 ]
"Thank you for keeping the document objective" [ 00:53 ]
"and not included uh the individual's reactive experience, right?" [ 01:01 ]
"Or I could see how this would go." [ 01:04 ]
"This could be interpreted in a very different way." [ 01:08 ]
"Yeah, for the distance, yeah, exactly, it it can be used for evidence." [ 01:17 ]
"That's really important for what we're doing." [ 01:24 ]
"Unbelievable, please continue." [ 01:31 ]
"Um, make sure I'm still" [ 01:35 ]
"recording." [ 01:38 ]
"Yep." [ 01:45 ]
"So, what else is uh try to get through this here." [ 01:52 ]
"I think um" [ 01:53 ]
"So things actually, you know, after this happened, right, the lights came on at the shelter" [ 02:00 ]
"And I laid there," [ 02:01 ]
"it's time to get up and leave." [ 02:03 ]
"I laid there for a little bit longer and" [ 02:06 ]
"You know, so this is when I start getting ready to leave the shelter, I'm getting on the bus." [ 02:11 ]
"So I think the people who confronted the offsite location," [ 02:16 ]
"that's what we want to call it, I guess." [ 02:20 ]
"Uh, they sat down to eat something." [ 02:23 ]
"There was a suggestion, thank you for feeding us." [ 02:26 ]
"Um, not sure if that's the same group." [ 02:32 ]
"From the distance, that's exactly what happened, Sean, that's exactly what we experienced at Homeland Security." [ 02:45 ]
"You're not going to pull the wool over this person I this person's eyes, everybody." [ 02:57 ]
"Um" [ 03:00 ]
"continuing on uh" [ 03:04 ]
"what I made it to the" [ 03:07 ]
"from the author continuing on." [ 03:08 ]
"Thank you for the vote of confidence." [ 03:11 ]
"I get to the to the cafeteria for breakfast." [ 03:14 ]
"Um oh, I'm leaving a really important part out." [ 03:18 ]
"I went outside uh before getting on the bus" [ 03:22 ]
"to go to the cafeteria and I'm" [ 03:24 ]
"someone approaches me" [ 03:26 ]
"just kind of strangely and asked for a couple drags off my cigarette." [ 03:31 ]
"You know, you know, I'm still reeling kind of from this" [ 03:35 ]
"waking up, not really processing anything." [ 03:39 ]
"I'm just" [ 03:41 ]
"using everyone's thoughts as a" [ 03:43 ]
"flotation device" [ 03:45 ]
"from my my brain," [ 03:47 ]
"which is a really interesting concept in itself and this guy walks up to me." [ 03:52 ]
"He's kind of a stout" [ 03:55 ]
"Caucasian male with" [ 03:58 ]
"the mature," [ 04:00 ]
"maybe a receding hairline, a dark" [ 04:03 ]
"a little bit curly" [ 04:05 ]
"hair and mustache, some facial hair." [ 04:08 ]
"He comes up and ask me for a couple puffs off my cigarette." [ 04:11 ]
"And I said, uh, I'm happy to" [ 04:16 ]
"give you, you know, the the last of it." [ 04:19 ]
"You know," [ 04:20 ]
"and he said, well I can't just have a couple puffs." [ 04:24 ]
"And I said, what, you don't want" [ 04:28 ]
"half of the cigarette?" [ 04:32 ]
"And it was just this strange interaction." [ 04:34 ]
"It's like, are you humping my leg, sir," [ 04:37 ]
"a little bit, like what?" [ 04:39 ]
"You know, and so I I introduce myself saying, I'm" [ 04:43 ]
"I'm Sean, good morning." [ 04:48 ]
"You know, and I started feeling really sick." [ 04:50 ]
"Uh and someone suggested paraphrasing," [ 04:55 ]
"stop pointing that at him." [ 04:58 ]
"It's a common occurrence." [ 05:00 ]
"So there's" [ 05:02 ]
"I'm not sure what the explanation is, maybe a satellite or something," [ 05:05 ]
"but uh there's been many times where" [ 05:10 ]
"I feel like I'm just being hit by a" [ 05:14 ]
"just a wave of" [ 05:16 ]
"nausea, um," [ 05:19 ]
"And the just this it feels like drag." [ 05:23 ]
"Like all of a sudden my body takes on more weight." [ 05:26 ]
"I feel heavy and nauseous." [ 05:30 ]
"Um cancer was suggested uh paraphrasing." [ 05:34 ]
"Um, you know, cancer happens" [ 05:38 ]
"uh to people with implants" [ 05:41 ]
"was suggested." [ 05:43 ]
"So, did somebody point is this evidence of me being attacked?" [ 05:46 ]
"I think somebody also called it out directly." [ 05:49 ]
"I'm trying to hurt this person for what happened." [ 05:53 ]
"Paraphrasing." [ 05:55 ]
"What happened to our people?" [ 05:57 ]
"From the distance, the control room people are shitting themselves right now, Sean." [ 06:08 ]
"No, I said shooting themselves." [ 06:16 ]
"Like with" [ 06:17 ]
"from the author with a gun." [ 06:19 ]
"We're literally hearing about people killing themselves in Washington DC" [ 06:31 ]
"over this, or paraphrasing the last statement a little." [ 06:36 ]
"Um," [ 06:39 ]
"Yeah, so it was I, is anyone care to comment on something having been pointed at me a few times?" [ 06:43 ]
"The first time I experienced something like this," [ 06:51 ]
"uh, I think I was at the airport." [ 06:54 ]
"Um," [ 06:56 ]
"and it was suggested that there were trying to kill me with a satellite with radiation." [ 07:01 ]
"But" [ 07:04 ]
"you know, this this event where there are comments about something being pointed at me" [ 07:08 ]
"and I experience some kind of immediate physical illness," [ 07:14 ]
"symptoms," [ 07:17 ]
"right?" [ 07:18 ]
"Uh, maybe" [ 07:19 ]
"uh conservatively five times in the last year." [ 07:23 ]
"Um so that happened this morning." [ 07:28 ]
"It was also suggested that someone was trying, yeah, this, yeah, they suggested they were trying to kill me because of what I observed." [ 07:35 ]
"And I was defended" [ 07:40 ]
"verbally by people." [ 07:42 ]
"That was what I wanted to to make sure." [ 07:45 ]
"So I get on the bus and I'm still sick on the bus." [ 07:48 ]
"I get to uh," [ 07:50 ]
"I get to the cafeteria" [ 07:53 ]
"and there's a lot of conversation happening," [ 07:56 ]
"Citizen Tech conversation happening about" [ 07:59 ]
"um," [ 08:03 ]
"just how" [ 08:06 ]
"local law enforcement might not have the right idea" [ 08:09 ]
"that they are convinced, some of them are convinced that this is the spirit world." [ 08:15 ]
"Uh that they're involved in euthanasia that the FBI also had a similar problem." [ 08:21 ]
"Um this is a very common suggestion." [ 08:25 ]
"I started, you know, doing a little research on my phone" [ 08:29 ]
"looking up, uh while this is all happening," [ 08:32 ]
"looking at the NSA articles I found" [ 08:36 ]
"um related to cybercrime" [ 08:39 ]
"articles on" [ 08:41 ]
"Russia and China" [ 08:44 ]
"compromising" [ 08:46 ]
"America's infrastructure, um" [ 08:49 ]
"Iran also." [ 08:51 ]
"And it's interesting to find that Homeland security is mostly immigration related stuff, ice." [ 08:56 ]
"The NSA" [ 09:01 ]
"seems to have uh" [ 09:04 ]
"and I found some other" [ 09:06 ]
"organizations that might be worth sending my document to." [ 09:09 ]
"From the distance, send your documents to the NSA as soon as possible and watch what happens." [ 09:17 ]
"Um, while I'm sitting there, I'm getting advice on what from the author, thank you." [ 09:25 ]
"Uh" [ 09:28 ]
"While I'm sitting there, I'm getting advice on" [ 09:30 ]
"what to to look for." [ 09:33 ]
"Someone suggested look at the" [ 09:36 ]
"army's presence in Denver." [ 09:39 ]
"I couldn't find anything that really spoke to that except for the traditional stuff, like the Rocky Mountain Arsenal." [ 09:44 ]
"Um," [ 09:47 ]
"Um, but but you know, looking deeper, I found CDAA and" [ 09:51 ]
"um," [ 09:57 ]
"artificial intelligence ethical standards" [ 10:01 ]
"in the military" [ 10:03 ]
"Uh that I need to go, I want to go look at." [ 10:06 ]
"There's a program," [ 10:08 ]
"RAI, I think." [ 10:11 ]
"Responsible art RAI, responsible artificial intelligence." [ 10:14 ]
"From the distance, that's our program, everybody." [ 10:22 ]
"Um," [ 10:25 ]
"what else am I missing here?" [ 10:27 ]
"So, this confusion is deeply concerning." [ 10:30 ]
"People" [ 10:31 ]
"I mean, I've had some really strange interactions with complete strangers lately" [ 10:35 ]
"and I I don't know uh" [ 10:39 ]
"what to do with it, but just continue to maintain my solitude" [ 10:43 ]
"and I'm really concerned about uh" [ 10:49 ]
"maybe these systems after what I read this morning," [ 10:52 ]
"here's a question, has America's" [ 10:54 ]
"has America's infrastructure been compromised badly?" [ 10:59 ]
"And is that what we are experiencing?" [ 11:04 ]
"From the distance, I'm so disappointed to hear this person ask that question." [ 11:15 ]
"Because you're telling Homeland security that he's some kind of threat to the community." [ 11:28 ]
"Paraphrasing, he's got a private investigator Academy listed." [ 11:43 ]
"Uh, from the author, I I listed the Rick Johnson Private Investigator" [ 11:50 ]
"Academy in the Discovery document." [ 11:53 ]
"There's a back page with a bunch of resources on my background." [ 11:58 ]
"Um, this suggestion that happened just now continued on" [ 12:03 ]
"to paraphrasing, are you sure he's not a private investigator working an assignment?" [ 12:08 ]
"My from the author, I I never uh" [ 12:17 ]
"thank you for that question." [ 12:20 ]
"Thank you." [ 12:22 ]
"I don't think false information is going to help anyone." [ 12:25 ]
"Uh paraphrasing a comment, another comment from this morning," [ 12:30 ]
"um," [ 12:32 ]
"This person is innocent." [ 12:35 ]
"He's not a threat to the community." [ 12:37 ]
"Why did you tell us this?" [ 12:39 ]
"Uh, I took, I'm going to tell you whatever" [ 12:43 ]
"I need to for you to get the job done." [ 12:46 ]
"From the distance, that's military paraphrasing, that's military logic" [ 12:57 ]
"in this situation, everybody." [ 13:01 ]
"There was another response, wasn't there, Sean?" [ 13:07 ]
"From the author, myself, yes, there was." [ 13:10 ]
"Uh, paraphrasing went something like, we're investigators." [ 13:14 ]
"This isn't going to help us." [ 13:17 ]
"Right?" [ 13:19 ]
"You know, my assumption is detectives, investigators" [ 13:22 ]
"are, you know, law enforcement is going to need accurate information because they're going" [ 13:28 ]
"to be accountable for that." [ 13:31 ]
"And so" [ 13:33 ]
"it makes me think of just all the comments about" [ 13:36 ]
"the military having a heavy-handed approach, but" [ 13:40 ]
"you know, when you say that," [ 13:42 ]
"what part of the military?" [ 13:44 ]
"I mean, the actions" [ 13:47 ]
"of one group of people" [ 13:49 ]
"could impact the lives of many." [ 13:52 ]
"It's a very large organization and" [ 13:55 ]
"uh, armies being suggested on one hand, on the other hand, the Marines have been suggested as showing up in defense of the community." [ 14:00 ]
"In defense of Denver's people." [ 14:06 ]
"Not euthanizing people." [ 14:08 ]
"So, you know, yes, listening to this method of communication is" [ 14:13 ]
"it's very challenging." [ 14:15 ]
"Um, I want to close out this recording." [ 14:19 ]
"trying to capture everything else." [ 14:23 ]
"I think just I want to end with uh" [ 14:25 ]
"uh oh, I'm not, I'm not an investigator." [ 14:30 ]
"I never actually uh, I did the boot camp." [ 14:34 ]
"My goal of doing the Rick Johnson Academy" [ 14:37 ]
"boot camp was a six-week" [ 14:40 ]
"course." [ 14:41 ]
"Um we learned a lot of information that in my opinion, no citizen should be without." [ 14:46 ]
"Uh very important." [ 14:48 ]
"There's very little privacy in this world and" [ 14:51 ]
"much less now." [ 14:52 ]
"You know, this was years ago now and um" [ 14:56 ]
"it it was one of the most incredible" [ 15:00 ]
"uh" [ 15:02 ]
"you know, I guess from an education perspective," [ 15:05 ]
"I would never give that back." [ 15:08 ]
"And I I wanted my motivation was to see if I could make money doing background checks" [ 15:12 ]
"in addition to working from home as a technology worker," [ 15:16 ]
"but the truth of it is," [ 15:18 ]
"there's not a lot of money up front." [ 15:22 ]
"Rick was one of these, uh, he's passed away now, I heard." [ 15:25 ]
"And I had a chance to meet him" [ 15:27 ]
"again like some" [ 15:29 ]
"years later, last summer," [ 15:31 ]
"maybe the summer before, but I I didn't take it up." [ 15:35 ]
"I was so humiliated for being homeless." [ 15:37 ]
"He later passed away." [ 15:39 ]
"I was told" [ 15:41 ]
"uh" [ 15:42 ]
"but the the motivation was um" [ 15:44 ]
"to do the background checks and when I found out the amount of responsibility and the danger," [ 15:49 ]
"I also can't own a firearm" [ 15:52 ]
"because of a past felony of a vehicular assault charge." [ 15:56 ]
"I had a car accident, I fell asleep at the wheel." [ 15:59 ]
"And in general, there's kind of just this uh" [ 16:03 ]
"tribal knowledge that came with it that" [ 16:06 ]
"that course that private investigators, uh, law enforcement officers are not fond of private investigators." [ 16:11 ]
"Um people uh also can do really horrible things." [ 16:18 ]
"If you go" [ 16:19 ]
"uh hire a private investigator to locate someone, it's very important you find out what that person's intentions are" [ 16:25 ]
"because if you locate someone and they end up shooting that person in the face, you could be held responsible." [ 16:32 ]
"If you follow somebody," [ 16:34 ]
"uh and they become afraid for their life," [ 16:38 ]
"you need a million dollars of errors and emissions insurance" [ 16:41 ]
"to get you out of a felony menacing charge." [ 16:44 ]
"You" [ 16:45 ]
"It just" [ 16:47 ]
"a lot of the reality of that work at the time, it sounded like it was sitting in a car," [ 16:51 ]
"uh working insurance fraud, looking for people who are supposed to be injured exercising or" [ 16:57 ]
"adultery." [ 16:59 ]
"It it just seemed like a lot of trouble." [ 17:01 ]
"I couldn't own a weapon, so I never followed through with" [ 17:04 ]
"the opportunity." [ 17:07 ]
"From the dist from the distance, how does that opportunity sound now?" [ 17:13 ]
"Yes, I would love this person to work with us." [ 17:20 ]
"I I for the author, I would love a chance to do investigative work, especially now." [ 17:26 ]
"It's probably extremely dangerous right now." [ 17:30 ]
"Um," [ 17:32 ]
"but I hope that helps answer that question." [ 17:35 ]
"I'm I'm actually just a technology worker." [ 17:38 ]
"I went on to do 12 years," [ 17:40 ]
"10 years in technology working for places like Dish TV," [ 17:44 ]
"Sling TV, um, my LinkedIn profile is accurate." [ 17:48 ]
"Home advisor, Angie's list," [ 17:50 ]
"Rachio smart, IoT products like smart" [ 17:55 ]
"sprinkling system, one of my favorite" [ 17:58 ]
"roles." [ 18:00 ]
"Add role, a social, AR social media marketing platform," [ 18:04 ]
"and uh San Francisco." [ 18:06 ]
"Um," [ 18:11 ]
"From the distance, I feel horrible for what we've done to this person." [ 18:18 ]
"He's not a threat to the community, everybody." [ 18:26 ]
"We're to blame for this situation, Sean." [ 18:32 ]
"You have an implant and this is not your fault what is happening." [ 18:55 ]
"Um," [ 19:00 ]
"Does anyone have anything they'd like to say?" [ 19:04 ]
"In three," [ 19:06 ]
"two," [ 19:07 ]
"one," [ 19:08 ]
"How is it you're listening to us at this moment?" [ 19:14 ]
"I'm walking" [ 19:16 ]
"on uh 17th having my cigarette" [ 19:20 ]
"and it sounds like it's broadcasting" [ 19:23 ]
"through the street system." [ 19:26 ]
"From the distance, that means we're all under investigation, everybody." [ 19:34 ]
"This person isn't a dead man walking for saying that." [ 19:42 ]
"From the author, I didn't say that." [ 19:48 ]
"I'm repeating information." [ 19:51 ]
"This is really hor from the distance, this is really horrible, everybody." [ 19:58 ]
"Why are you repeating this information is my question?" [ 20:00 ]
"From the author, because of I this is how I capture transcripts" [ 20:05 ]
"and uh put them in the document." [ 20:08 ]
"From the distance, okay, this person is a star witness waiting to happen" [ 20:15 ]
"and we need to avoid euthanizing this person." [ 20:19 ]
"From the distance, that is a really strange suggestion, everybody." [ 20:29 ]
"From the author, I need to stop recording and tend to myself." [ 20:35 ]
"Um I want to end with uh" [ 20:39 ]
"maybe this suggestion," [ 20:41 ]
"just the amount of confusion that is happening." [ 20:44 ]

"told you to." [ 21:46 ]
"There is a very large pattern of suggestion that are people doing the bidding" [ 21:50 ]

"and I'm happy to do a call with you, like a virtual call," [ 22:45 ]

"But if you you know, there's another huge pattern that is people following me around" [ 22:53 ]
"and checking to see if I'm communicating." [ 22:56 ]
"How long will this continue?" [ 22:59 ]
"Is my family in danger right now?" [ 23:02 ]

"It's not going to end" [ 23:27 ]
"uh the attack I'm experiencing individually." [ 23:32 ]
"That's the suggestion." [ 23:35 ]
"But it will take me away from the general population in light of all this confusion." [ 23:41 ]
"Innocent people could end up doing the bidding of a stranger hurting someone and going to prison." [ 23:46 ]
"And people are being added to the euthanasia list." [ 23:53 ]
"It's happening every day to people around me" [ 23:56 ]
"for communicating." [ 23:59 ]
