Neuro-tech notes: from the night before and early morning while trying to sleep at the DRM 48th St. Shelter 11pm 4/8 - 7am 4/9
- Am I Locating People?: I was shown two pictures and asked locate the people in the photos. Both were Asian people, professional headshot photos. I attempted to locate both. Most of what was shared begins visually as if there is a semi translucent black overlay if I focus or "stay with" the image sharp color shows up on occasion. Historically I've been asked to locate people using a photo and I've also looked at a photo of FBI most wanted people e.g. Ryan Wedding and missing people. The results of looking at these photos is remarkable. They suggest I start experiencing a POV connection to that person almost immediately.
The first photo was of a youthful female wearing a white coat (lab coat?) with long dark hair pulled back maybe a ponytail. My attempt to locate her revealed two locations.
The first location that surfaced was a patch of grass that came in dark at first then bright green. I pushed my consciousness into the earth and experienced a small hollow area.
The second location that surfaced suggested a detention center (paraphrasing) "I'm in a detention center. Please don't talk to me. I attempted to take a look at the source of the voice and found a familiar Caucasian female with long dark wavy hair ina room with some other people.
The second photo was of an mature Asian male with glasses and salt n pepper dark hair. I found a similar looking person immediately. The person didn't seem like they were in trouble and my initial assumption was that this was a member of the group that was asking me to locate people. Later a few detention center comments surfaced "I'm trapped."
- Is the CIA policing the phenomena?: Another theme thats surfacing (paraphrasing) "Is the CIA attempting to police Chinas attack?" Acknowledging that Chinas attack is a large pattern of suggestion and the CIA attempting to police the attack is smaller from a topic of conversation perspective. In Feb of 2025 when I experienced the first claim of a terrorist attack the CIA was mentioned and that they would try to utilize the technology.
(paraphrasing) "America is pathetic! The CIA attempts to police our attack and what is your reaction? You euthanize your own people."
- DRM attacks on my personal network: The person who was sleeping next to me at the shelter asked for a new bed. It's been 2-3 nights now and the conversation seems to be attacking him with horrible homosexual hatred related comments. I attempted to observe the source of the communication and I found a room full of Asian people.

"I think someone has taken over a laboratory somewhere"
"I also think that someone has taken over a laboratory somewhere and a prison may be involved or a detention center of sorts just like Denver Colorado suggests"

- Are there other ways to connect to someone using this technology e.g. it's been suggested and experienced in so-called citizen tech conversation that just thinking about someone will open a POV connection and that (paraphrasing) "it's not supposed to work this way. Someone needs to turn that part off" \*4/9/26 early morning 2am?
