Apr 24, 2026 — Discovery Notes, 12:51pm: Asked again to locate people; concern for family
Unofficial entry: discovery notes. Statements received while walking through downtown Denver: renewed requests to locate people from photographs, a conversation about manufactured evidence, and distressing statements about the author's family, with his notes on what he actually knows.

11am -12pm approximately 4/24/26 external statements received while walking through downtown Denver, CO:
- I was asked again and opportunity to locate some people by sharing a photo with me using neurotech, not for euthanization purposes- . The person asking may have this physical description Caucasian male, athletic or average body type, clean shaven, medium length brown or blonde hair parted in the middle "Jonathan Smeggler" has been suggested while this person is present historically (paraphrasing) "Is that you Jonathan Smeggler?" I responded with I may have that ability based on revisiting memories of people who had previously communicated me and after being asked to locate 3 children. I stated that the first two children led me to concerning locations e.g. the back of a wagon or SUV vehicle with a dusty shovel and dumpsters. The third child photo may have been a second group attempting to manufacture evidence. I continued on with requiring in person sponsorship from law enforcement before attempting to locate people again.
- The same person continues to share a photo of a child/toddler with blonde hair (paraphrasing) "have you seen this picture before?" and I responded with (paraphrasing) "Yes someone shares that photo every time I use the restroom." and asks again sharing another photo of a woman with a brown 10 gallon/cowboy hat who I identified as Homeland Securitys Cristi Moen. (paraphrasing) "That photo of the child is a relative of Cristi Moens. Shes been told that you are inappropriately observing her family." This child's photo has been shared with me countless times while standing at a urinal. I thought it was emoji clip art. This suggestion is now a pattern. This is not the first time that photo has been suggested as being Cristi Moens relative. Photos being used to present people falsely are also a large pattern as well as the suggestion of people manufacturing evidence by coercing someone into an inappropriate situation and adding incriminating photos e.g. child pornography
- I engaged in a conversation about the historical suggestion of people attempting to manufacturer evidence and cited an example involving a past experience where my ex wife's POV sight was shared. I found my ex wife in that instance by rotating my awareness to reveal her standing there.
- I also mentioned that every time I think of one of my happy moments with my ex wife my "safe space" this black gentleman with dreadlock hairstyle surfaces and I have no explanation. I continued with the dreadlocks may be a disguise. I was asked to try and locate him in that moment. I proceeded and may have found him without his disguise and another female possibly in a separate location. A conversation begins about how my family was executed and the black gentleman is in prison for murdering my family "Ft. Collins" was mentioned and no one told me even with the pro-bono attorney I found and past conversations with my ex wife's attorney (paraphrasing) "Her attorney is lying to you."
- More uncomfortable details about something happening to my family continue to surface, now a large pattern of how my family has been murdered (paraphrasing) "The first group that came to the house was Asian they removed the residents. The second group that came to the house were black people who stole from the house." also (paraphrasing) "His family isn't telling him about it because they're being told he had something to do with it." and (paraphrasing) "The CIA has already cleared this person (myself). He's innocent and he's being attacked and left to die." also (paraphrasing) "China, do you know what happened to this persons family?" followed immediately by (paraphrasing) "Yes but I can't talk about it. China made a mistake. This person (myself) had nothing to with what happened in any way shape or form."
- After this conversation I'm reminded of how much physical danger I'm in. A meeting is suggested (paraphrasing) "Everyone, we need to do a quick huddle in this individual situation. I want someone ready to call him to offer what assistance we can.
##### Questions & Comments:
- Support has been suggested daily for 2+ years in a variety of ways but the unconsented life threatening decomposition tactics/ communication continues and people are added to the euthanization list daily
- The only actual evidence I have is the custody work I completed with my pro-bono attorney last year and the phone calls / correspondence with my ex-wifes attorney. According to our original parenting plan I still have 50% custody with overnights. According to the Douglas County clerk and the parenting plan, due to my ex-wife refusing communication I need to serve my ex-wife a contempt order and a motion for parenting time dispute. According to the pro-bono attorney, I should not follow Douglas Countys advice and allow my ex to control when I see my daughter and support her requests for reintroduction therapy. Approximately 2 years ago my therapist called my ex wife for 2 weeks to get the therapy sessions going she avoided communication and eventually withdrew the offer for the reintroduction therapy.
- I'm deeply concerned for the lives of my family personal and professional contacts. Until I receive adequate assistance from the technology investigative or other community I am isolating myself to protect my loved ones.
