Zersetzung tactics
From the German for “decomposition.” A specific, documented strategy of covert psychological attrition — disruption, gaslighting, isolation, and manufactured setbacks — used to quietly destabilize and discredit a targeted person without overt force; developed and used by the East German Stasi. Where gang stalking is a vernacular term for the general pattern, Zersetzung is a defined, historically documented methodology. In this work, such tactics are applied and amplified through neuro-technology.
Documented real-world example: eBay's 2019 campaign against journalists David and Ina Steiner of Massachusetts — coordinated harassment and surveillance meant to intimidate and silence critics. Seven eBay employees were federally charged with cyberstalking; several were convicted and imprisoned, eBay paid a $3 million criminal penalty under a deferred-prosecution agreement, and the company settled the Steiners' civil suit for $55.7 million (2026).
