Monday August 4th capturing manual transcripts of “citizen tech” and “ugly workflow” phenomena including suggestions of death threats, common internal organizational frustration and supporting technology
Methodology: I capture manual transcripts of the telepathic and or audible “Citizen Tech” phenomena by repeating the suggestions I receive out loud while recording using the native Android voice recorder.
