Aug 23, 2025 (Saturday) — Journal Entry (Part 2)
Saturday August 23rd Capturing suggestions surfacing within the “Citizen Tech” phenomena from the night before at the shelter and later at the “Battle for the Intersection” where an additional 5-7+ innocent drivers were added to the “euthanization list”.
Methodology: I capture manual transcripts of the telepathic and or audible “Citizen Tech” phenomena by repeating the suggestions I receive out loud while recording using the native Android voice recorder. Transcriptions of the .mp3 recordings are generated with Google AI Studio. **See sample screen recording*
Scene: As part of my daily process, I capture thoughts on the night before at the shelter during my morning walk downtown. Later, upon arrival at the intersection, I stand with my cardboard sign, recording the impact of the breaching process on myself and the community. Over a couple hours hundreds of vehicles in this busy thoroughfare are subjected to the unconsented to statement “Do not support this person!” repeatedly and the drivers that engage in the conversation are suggested to be added to the “euthanization list”.

**10:40am, capturing suggestions on physical people around me in Denver, CO. possibly having an official role with Homeland Security and my official response warning the “Citizen Tech” communicators of the danger in organizational accusations.*
File duration: 16:53
"I just don't want to say anything while this person is going to record us." [ 0:06 ]
"while he is capable of recording us." [ 0:12 ]
"This is over Denver, Colorado." [ 0:20 ]
"Sean doesn't communicate that way, everybody." [ 0:32 ]
"I just called this person the author of a discovery document." [ 0:45 ]
"That's the most informative way to talk about this person." [ 0:59 ]
"This person works with homeland security." [ 1:11 ]
"Are you recording us right this second?" [ 1:20 ]
"Administrative note." [ 1:23 ]
"The suggestion of this person working for homeland security." [ 1:28 ]
"There are several people uh over the last year that have approached me in person." [ 1:33 ]
"Um, some I've included in the discovery of telepathic terrorism doc in the evidence section uh called in-person people." [ 1:41 ]
"But I haven't added anything to that recently." [ 1:52 ]
"Uh, so the person that was suggested here, I couldn't say if she was or wasn't, but there are instances where I actually uh, let's say, so let me I articulate this." [ 2:01 ]
"Only to make sure I address this this statement here that this person works for homeland security." [ 2:17 ]
"And from the distance, the DEA is what I was going to say." [ 2:25 ]
"These are very dangerous allegations." [ 2:34 ]
"Um, they can cause confusion." [ 2:39 ]
"Let's just look at that first, public safety." [ 2:42 ]
"So, someone's being accused, right, of belonging to an organization." [ 2:47 ]
"Just a person who appears to be homeless." [ 2:52 ]
"So, this person that was suggested, uh, when the person suggested it, I also received, uh, visual information." [ 2:56 ]
"And she is a mature female uh with uh curly gray hair." [ 3:07 ]
"She's very charismatic." [ 3:12 ]
"She got a nice complexion, an athletic body, and uh there are many people uh in Denver that I've come across, right, where you can pick up, maybe this is a good way of articulating it, the presence of a signal around them and the the presence of their telepathic communication." [ 3:18 ]
"And there's also the sound, phenomenon of sound happening, um, you know, where if you communicate telepathically, you can hear it in the periphery." [ 3:43 ]
"You can hear it, right?" [ 3:51 ]
"And then there's also receiving it internally." [ 3:54 ]
"And so there are several in-person, like physical people that are around me day-to-day that have communicated with me telepathically." [ 4:00 ]
"I do not respond in those situations and I I do not communicate with them in person because of the the danger communication is." [ 4:16 ]
"So, the unconsented to conversation paired with these accusations creates a high-pressure situation, right?" [ 4:25 ]
"People are worried about you approaching them." [ 4:34 ]
"There is this threat of euthanization and the mudslinging and the ugly workflows, intimate, friendship or drug-related betrayal leading you to your death to euthanization in a covert way." [ 4:37 ]
"When you suggest someone and you suggest they belong to an organization, there's a lot of danger happening." [ 4:56 ]
"So, the first layer of danger is the conversation isn't consented to." [ 5:02 ]
"There's no proof of who anyone is, and I would advise that you never approach someone if you pick they're communicating with you telepathically." [ 5:07 ]
"The second layer of danger is that the breaching process is happening, and there is a long time suggestion, historical pattern of suggestion that people are used as they are walking by to harvest information from their eyes to observe and or to communicate from their location." [ 5:17 ]
"So you you you could have somebody passing you on the street." [ 5:39 ]
"They are asked to do the bidding of a stranger." [ 5:44 ]
"For example, a low-income demographic person, a person of color is asked to stab someone, right?" [ 5:49 ]
"Stab me, for example, while I'm walking by, and they are given a racist comment from my location." [ 5:56 ]
"And so this is kind of this weaponized implementation of artificial intelligence, cloud computing and telepathy, right?" [ 6:02 ]
"So you create a point of conflict between two strangers and you see if you can get them to kill each other or commit a crime." [ 6:15 ]
"And that's just one instance." [ 6:21 ]
"Can you imagine the power of destabilizing the city of Denver by tormenting and running these ugly, combative, destabilizing workflows on someone like the mayor or the governor or random police officers, right?" [ 6:28 ]
"There was a recent shooting Rashad Johnson, uh a person of color, a local comedian at uh surround at a parking lot surrounding the Denver International Airport." [ 6:47 ]
"Uh the lot attendants at the parking lot called 911 several times before one officer arrived and that officer ended up shooting Rashad." [ 6:57 ]
"And so was that officer participating in an unconsented to conversation?" [ 7:10 ]
"Was Rashad suffering, uh was the mental illness that was suggested in the news article, right?" [ 7:17 ]
"He was suffering from mental illness." [ 7:24 ]
"That was part of the article." [ 7:27 ]
"Uh was that from this unconsented to conversation or these two people being put in a combative scenario against their will, right, without consent?" [ 7:34 ]
"maybe just unknowingly." [ 7:43 ]
"And you'd have to have an explanation of this technology before you could stand against it really in an effective way." [ 7:48 ]
"And if they thought it was spirituality, how might that confuse them and lead them astray?" [ 7:58 ]
"Um, so getting back to the suggestion of in-person people around, it's very hard, uh, someone's going to make a suggestion using false information, often in this scenario." [ 8:14 ]
"It happens to me all day." [ 8:21 ]
"So I really don't believe any of this, but it's very important that that you have accurate information." [ 8:26 ]
"So where where are we, Denver?" [ 8:31 ]
"Where are we, America?" [ 8:33 ]
"You could never expect somebody uh without acknowledgement or explanation to accept assistance or communicate safely, especially with the threat of euthanization." [ 8:39 ]
"That threat is going to put people on the euthanization list just for engaging with telepathy at all." [ 8:56 ]
"It's the saddest and most destructive thing I could ever imagine America participating in." [ 9:02 ]
"I mean, I really do feel that America has been pitted against itself, and because of just this unmovable, this force." [ 9:15 ]
"I mean, it's been months now and I'm still not in a witness protection program and my life is still in danger." [ 9:26 ]
"That's the suggestion." [ 9:32 ]
"I'm not making this up." [ 9:34 ]
"I'm not making this up at all." [ 9:36 ]
"How how how could someone imagine this?" [ 9:38 ]
"I would never imagine America euthanizing its own citizens for any reason at all, especially for telepathy." [ 9:48 ]
"I would think people would be rewarded, supported and educated for finding telepathy utilized, not not uh destroying them, their character publicly and forcing them to accept euthanization." [ 9:55 ]
"And I am worried sick for my daughter and my family in this situation in the absence of the news media." [ 10:14 ]
"The absence of the news media right now is a terrifying realization." [ 10:19 ]
"So this administrative note, just to summarize, I wanted to touch on uh, you know, what it means for someone to suggest a person around you, right, as communicating with you telepathically." [ 10:29 ]
"I would say don't go near them and do not bring it up until the news media has at least acknowledged the threat of euthanization publicly and even if that happens, we need arrests." [ 10:44 ]
"We need testimony." [ 10:55 ]
"We need a demonstration that law enforcement is actually going to protect citizens from euthanization." [ 10:59 ]
"So it's one thing for the news media to explain this to us." [ 11:08 ]
"It's another thing to have actual testimony and technology demonstrations and really make sure that the general public is aware and understands this new method of communication." [ 11:17 ]
"There will always be as long as people opt in, this crime preventative layer of transparency." [ 11:29 ]
"And I've said this before, uh, would probably be, you know, uh, of value still to the community if you opt into it and you allow yourself to be observed." [ 11:36 ]
"I think you could have success with it, but you could never tell people what to do." [ 11:51 ]
"That's not going to foster a healthy relationship." [ 11:57 ]
"And I I think the future we might be looking at, if you imagine this with me for a moment, is everyone opts into this crime preventative layer of transparency and we're treated decently." [ 12:07 ]
"The ethical standards are there, the consent is there." [ 12:18 ]
"There's an incentive." [ 12:20 ]
"And if you do not opt in, then you will be left to the wild west experience, which is what we are experiencing now." [ 12:28 ]
"You could have your financial assets stolen." [ 12:33 ]
"You could be psychologically tortured, and you could lose your life to to being murdered, kidnapping, anything." [ 12:38 ]
"uh because you haven't opted in." [ 12:45 ]
"So what I'm suggesting is is there is a law enforcement opportunity after consent." [ 12:49 ]
"Of course there is, right?" [ 12:54 ]
"And what people get who don't consent, they get what we're experiencing today, this living hell, where they could be stolen from." [ 13:00 ]
"And I and so it's interesting because it really does remove out of those two options." [ 13:09 ]
"How did we get here?" [ 13:16 ]
"Right, how did we get here?" [ 13:19 ]
"The suggestion is is that we were given something." [ 13:21 ]
"Right, people have suggested that I have an implant." [ 13:26 ]
"I think I I I don't believe I have an implant, but it's possible." [ 13:30 ]
"And I think it would be most important to get a local university to determine whether or not I have or have not received an implant because if most likely I have not received an implant, then what is the explanation for what the city of Denver is experiencing?" [ 13:43 ]
"It's way more dangerous, this explanation where I don't have an implant." [ 13:55 ]
"It means this technology works without anything inside of the human body." [ 14:00 ]
"And that's terrifying." [ 14:06 ]
"If I do have an implant, well, then it's only going to affect a certain amount of people." [ 14:09 ]
"There's going to be limited impact, right?" [ 14:15 ]
"There's two different worlds, and the one where I don't have an implant is actually not the one, uh that's the worst-case scenario for this experience from a public safety perspective." [ 14:23 ]
"It's so important that this gets handled." [ 14:34 ]
"So to summarize, if you bump into someone that's been communicating with you, and uh we have not yet acknowledged this, and and had arrests happen, right?" [ 14:41 ]
"People supporting euthanization have not yet been arrested and it's not perfectly clear that law enforcement will protect you from euthanization." [ 14:52 ]
"I do not recommend communicating with that person if about telepathy at all, at all." [ 15:02 ]
"Don't say a word about it." [ 15:08 ]
"Be polite." [ 15:09 ]
"If they want to talk about something like that, and you share information, you may be forfeiting your life." [ 15:15 ]
"You have no clue who you're talking to or what they're capable of." [ 15:24 ]
"They're part of an unconsented to conversation, right?" [ 15:28 ]
"And as far as, you know, when you know, to summarize the second part, as far as, so when can we talk safely?" [ 15:36 ]
"We're so far away from that." [ 15:43 ]
"Do not be discouraged though." [ 15:45 ]
"It's conversations like this that may lead us out of this situation." [ 15:50 ]
"Um, so, end of administrative note." [ 15:53 ]
"uh, and let's and so I started out just to summarize the whole note." [ 16:01 ]
"We started out with a few comments, right?" [ 16:06 ]
"And then I went into addressing this suggestion of a person, right, that that had been communicating in the past." [ 16:15 ]
"And I'm remember, you're protecting both people by not talking about it right now." [ 16:24 ]
"And that's my initial feedback for everyone on what is the most safe for someone to do." [ 16:33 ]
"Um, so, end of administrative note, end of this recording." [ 16:40 ]
"It is 10:45 a.m., Saturday, August 23rd, 2025." [ 16:47 ]
"This is Sean Christopher Harris." [ 16:51 ]

"This has got to be over with people." [ 0:03 ]
"Stop communicating with this person immediately." [ 0:14 ]
"Homeland Security." [ 0:16 ]
"Is he recording us again?" [ 0:23 ]
"That's a question, everybody." [ 0:28 ]
"Stop recording us immediately." [ 0:35 ]
"What good does this do, everybody?" [ 0:40 ]
"This is exactly the kind of information I need to understand where we are as an organization, everybody." [ 1:07 ]
"That's exactly what I said, word for word, just about." [ 1:17 ]
"It was word for word." [ 1:21 ]
"And that speaks to the accuracy of these transcripts." [ 1:31 ]
"Still repeating, still repeating." [ 1:34 ]
"Oh, so he did start a new recording." [ 1:43 ]
"I can't believe how horribly long this is taking the news media to figure out." [ 2:03 ]
"Morning." [ 2:09 ]
"I do not believe that this person has testimony that is usable." [ 2:26 ]
"He's a drug addict." [ 2:28 ]
"No, he is not a drug addict." [ 2:33 ]
"This is absolute bullshit, everybody." [ 2:42 ]
"Still repeating, still repeating." [ 2:45 ]
"Are you recording us right now, Sean Christopher Harris?" [ 2:59 ]
"And you can hear this conversation in the distance, can't you, Sean Christopher Harris?" [ 3:17 ]
"Yes, that is a historical pattern of suggestion." [ 3:28 ]
"I did not say yes." [ 3:34 ]
"The first word is usually not heard clearly." [ 3:45 ]
"Administrative note." [ 3:47 ]
"Yes, the first word doesn't show up perfectly sometimes." [ 3:49 ]
"Uh confirming that from my location." [ 3:58 ]
"End of administrative note." [ 4:01 ]
"Well, administrative note, it is August 23rd, Saturday, August 23rd, 2025." [ 4:06 ]
"It is 10:40 a.m." [ 4:14 ]
"and uh working on the repeating process." [ 4:18 ]
"End of administrative note, continuing the repeating process in three, two, one." [ 4:22 ]
"Okay, so the repeating process is repeating us word for word." [ 4:39 ]
"That's the goal of this repeating process as you suggested." [ 4:51 ]
"Yes, that's obviously what is happening." [ 4:58 ]
"And it is word for word." [ 5:04 ]
"I can't believe how this person is just going to only work on this document right now." [ 5:22 ]
"Paraphrasing." [ 5:23 ]
"last statement." [ 5:25 ]
"That was basically word for word." [ 5:33 ]
"And so what is the risk of not having the first word so often?" [ 5:45 ]
"Why are we critiquing this in such a nit-picking and granular way?" [ 6:03 ]
"I can't believe what we are doing right now." [ 6:10 ]
"This person is being abandoned by his country and used for information while he suffers horribly and his family remains in danger." [ 6:27 ]
"uh a little paraphrasing on the last statement, on the last suggestion." [ 6:43 ]
"Still repeating, still repeating." [ 6:48 ]
"Un-fucking-believable, everybody." [ 6:57 ]
"This is horribly embarrassing for the National Security Administration." [ 7:13 ]
"Still repeating, still repeating." [ 7:16 ]
"Oh, so he's not going to be seen accusing other organizations." [ 7:29 ]
"No." [ 7:32 ]
"That's exactly what I've been telling you, all of you people." [ 7:46 ]
"That's exactly what I've been telling you, everybody." [ 7:52 ]
"a little bit of paraphrasing on the last suggestion possibly." [ 7:55 ]
"I can't stand how accurate these transcripts are." [ 8:08 ]
"The suggestion is they are 100% accurate." [ 8:17 ]
"Still repeating, still repeating." [ 8:20 ]
"Administrative note, I'm going to uh end the recording here." [ 8:22 ]
"Um recapping this information." [ 8:29 ]
"So, sounds like acknowledgement of the process, its accuracy, and a little bit of embarrassment is being suggested." [ 8:33 ]
"So, is that, is there any truth to that or is this part or is the last recording evidence of another attempt to make it seem like I am accusing organizations of being guilty, mistreating America's population, for example?" [ 8:49 ]
"There might be a little bit of both present in this one." [ 9:13 ]
"uh, end of administrative note, end of recording." [ 9:16 ]
"10:45 a.m., Saturday, August 26th, 2025." [ 9:25 ]
"Sean Christopher Harris in Denver, Colorado, capturing, uh, the suggestion of Citizen Tech phenomena." [ 9:32 ]
"both audible, uh our ears are in use." [ 9:42 ]
"That's happening." [ 9:45 ]
"and then telepathic communication without consent." [ 9:48 ]
"Our brains, our thoughts, being exposed, our online bank account passwords, information from our eyes, possibly being exposed." [ 9:55 ]
"Is this the result of us all accepting an implant or does this technology not require one?" [ 10:06 ]
"My assumption is I don't have an implant and I am just literally dying, being executed, waiting for assistance." [ 10:17 ]
"And I hope my family is safe." [ 10:25 ]
"I hope my distance promotes safety in this situation." [ 10:30 ]
"10:46 a.m., Saturday, August 23rd, 2025, in Denver, Colorado." [ 10:33 ]
"End of recording." [ 10:41 ]

**11:23am, capturing a few emotionally strong suggestions related to the covert euthanization process on my way to The Tattered Cover Bookstore and later to the intersection. FYI - this recording has extremely low volume. I am uncertain for the reasons that this could be happening.*

"do not record us in this moment." [ 0:03 ]
"Do not record us in this moment." [ 0:06 ]
"Thank you for calling us murderers." [ 0:15 ]
"I will try to explain how this is not murder for your recording." [ 0:28 ]
"It is covert." [ 0:33 ]
"Euthanization is being conducted covertly." [ 0:43 ]
"Do not say anything else to this person." [ 0:51 ]
"Stop recording us immediately and I will tell you more about it." [ 1:03 ]
"Unbelievable how badly this is going for euthanization specialists in Denver right now." [ 1:24 ]
"It's unbelievable is what I said." [ 1:31 ]
"Do not communicate with this person at this moment." [ 1:38 ]
"I can't believe this person would consider smoking that cigarette." [ 1:55 ]
"Sean's walking down the street and someone's falsely suggesting that he's picking up a cigarette off the ground to make him look more like a person who needs euthanization." [ 2:29 ]
"There might be a little paraphrasing in that last suggestion." [ 2:33 ]
"still repeating, still repeating." [ 2:37 ]
"Bullshit." [ 2:44 ]
"This is bullshit, everybody." [ 2:46 ]
"That's exactly what I said, word for word." [ 2:53 ]
"And now he's going to add 100% accurate transcripts to his document." [ 3:08 ]
"I'm going to put this person in the witness protection program as soon as humanly possible, but I'm also covering up this crooked situation." [ 3:33 ]
"horribly crooked is what I said." [ 3:37 ]
"Still repeating, still repeating." [ 3:41 ]
"This is absolute bullshit, everybody." [ 3:51 ]
"He is not recording us." [ 3:53 ]
"Are you sure he's recording us?" [ 3:58 ]
"Jesus is working in this person's life, but he won't accept euthanization." [ 4:13 ]
"Unbelievable comments coming through." [ 4:20 ]
"He's actually repeating us and recording us in broad daylight." [ 4:33 ]
"Still repeating." [ 4:41 ]
"continuing the repeating process." [ 4:44 ]
"continuing the repeating process." [ 4:46 ]
"Administrative note." [ 4:49 ]
"It's 11:25 a.m., Saturday, August 23rd." [ 4:54 ]
"This is the voice of Sean Christopher Harris, capturing more transcripts, more recordings for transcripts of the so-called citizen tech phenomena or the unconsented to communication and euthanization of Denver's citizens for defending themselves." [ 5:23 ]
"and engaging in communication with something that has gone uh without explanation by the news media or without official statements or technological demonstration." [ 5:33 ]
"Uh I have experienced personally for one year now." [ 5:44 ]
"It is absolutely destroyed my life minute to minute for that period of time and more importantly, negatively impacted and threatened the lives of the people around me." [ 5:51 ]
"300 people at the shelter and hundreds of people every hour at the intersection." [ 6:00 ]
"Uh it is present in any medical clinic or medical visit, job interview, grocery store visit." [ 6:07 ]
"It is ubiquitous in the city of Denver, and the suggestion is that our ears are in use." [ 6:18 ]
"We can hear this as well." [ 6:23 ]
"regardless of if you're experiencing this technology technology supported version of telepathy or not." [ 6:28 ]
"Don't use euthanize anyone, Denver, and whatever you do, do not do the bidding of a stranger." [ 6:42 ]

**2:18PM, providing a daily summary of my motivations and what to expect at “The Battle of the Intersection”, for any “citizen tech” telepathic observers, while on my way to the intersection of 8th & Colorado blvd..*
"This is Sean Christopher Harris." [00:04]
"It is 2:18 p.m., Saturday, August 23rd, 2025." [00:12]
"Uh just making it through my day here." [00:15]
"I just completed a bunch of transcripts using uh Google AI Studio." [00:25]
"And my my recording device is only it's a $5 pair of Walmart earbuds with a little pinhole microphone." [00:37]
"One of the earbuds doesn't work as a speaker." [00:44]
"And then intermittently, I've been having this problem with recordings." [00:51]
"Normally, the recording's actually really good for for my voice, like the immediate sound is captured really well." [01:01]
"Um, Google AI Studio can work with a very low volume." [01:06]
"It has just this incredible ability to pull an accurate transcript with like a one volume, like as far as the capture of sound." [01:18]
"And uh but the, you know, yet this morning's first two recordings were so low that I couldn't I couldn't use them." [01:32]
"And so it's really strange." [01:34]
"It's not the first time it happened, but hopefully, if I take the time to do this and come out here and people are added to the list, it's not in vain and I don't have some stupid hardware or software problem while I'm attempting to surface this horrible life-threatening communication." [01:56]
"This suggestion of these innocent people being added to the euthanization list." [02:02]
"I really desperately need financial sponsorship and or the Witness Protection program so I can finish this document and really clean up my testimony." [02:16]
"Uh, this document itself can stand as my testimony, but it it needs work and I need to be pulled away." [02:25]
"As I am singled out, I need to be pulled away from uh dense populated areas, densely populated areas like this intersection and a 300 person household, the 48th Street shelter." [02:43]
"It's not going well." [02:45]
"And I'm risking my life on top of it at this intersection." [02:50]
"I've got people asking for my name while I'm holding the sign." [02:55]
"you know, I'm so tired and exhausted and just uh demoralized from the absence of support that I'm eating food from people." [03:07]
"Uh food donations which could kill me with the threat of euthanization." [03:13]
"So I'm doing the best I can right now." [03:16]
"I could probably do better." [03:18]
"But hopefully my equipment holds up." [03:22]
"If I do well, I can buy another set of uh earbuds." [03:29]
"But I really I don't have another human being in my life to help with things like this that I want to go around." [03:36]
"Um, so here I just going to uh try and and do uh a provide a a summary of what to expect at the intersection." [03:48]
"So the goal at the intersection is silence." [03:52]
"That's the goal." [03:54]
"Right?" [03:55]
"Silence for myself, no tormenting for myself, no exposure of my tormenting to the vehicles." [04:04]
"And so tormenting when I'm referring to here is the psychological smothering, suppression of verbal abuse, um, intimate, friendly or other betrayal, racism, um, character defamation." [04:27]
"Those things are all very common as far as tormenting goes at locations like the shelter where people are there for an extended period of time." [04:38]
"The tormenting that the intersection is exposed to is usually just one statement, do not support this person." [04:47]
"And so the suggestion is information from my eyes connects the facilitators of these so-called ugly workflows to the vehicle." [05:01]
"And once I see the vehicle, then the cabin of the vehicle is communicated with." [05:08]
"And it's communicated in with in such a profound way that you can hear the conversation drive away with the vehicle." [05:17]
"And if the driver makes the mistake of communicating, whether they communicate or not, uh isn't quite clear as far as criteria that adds them to the list." [05:31]
"uh the to the euthanization list." [05:34]
"But if they if they speak, they get added to the euthanization list." [05:40]
"And this could be telepathically." [05:43]
"There's a suggestion that drivers are responding, like, who's doing this?" [05:48]
"Who's talking to us?" [05:50]
"Also, a third party is suggested uh to be showing up and and saying, do not communicate with the vehicles." [05:59]
"Um, and so with a driver in the middle of this adversarial situation, if they say anything, they are added to the euthanization list." [06:10]
"It's also suggested that if they receive enough communication that they could be added to the euthanization list." [06:21]
"And the euthanization list is suggested to be ethical consideration." [06:28]
"It's an ethical, humanitarian service, this covert euthanization." [06:35]
"Uh, reminding everyone now that a terrorist attack has been claimed." [06:41]
"Uh mid middle mid February." [06:43]
"It is the end of August now." [06:46]
"I have not received any communication in person, email or phone from any organization whatsoever." [06:56]
"Even after sharing uh quite a my discovery of telepathic terrorism document with many people." [07:06]
"I'll just leave it at that." [07:07]
"Microsoft should have it, Google should have it, Facebook should have it, a handful of neuro ethics people should have it." [07:16]
"Um any one who is publicly facing supportive of remote viewing neuro ethics or telepathy that I could find." [07:26]
"For example, telepathy tapes have had access to the document since February." [07:32]
"No contact with anyone." [07:34]
"military publications." [07:37]
"Um, I mean for Microsoft, I sent it yesterday to many people." [07:42]
"Uh Asia Pacific teams, research, quantum computing, Israel, teams, America, um, Redmond, Washington, location people." [08:01]
"They provide many emails." [08:03]
"So I hope it was helpful." [08:05]
"Remember, I'm not accusing any organization." [08:08]
"Uh law enforcement especially." [08:12]
"I don't recommend accusing anyone in this method of communication." [08:18]
"If you can draft a statement and provide a technology demonstration, then I would suggest you share it with the news media and or law enforcement." [08:31]
"Um, and so I I've done my best." [08:37]
"That that's the risk to the to the intersection." [08:41]
"So I'm being singled out." [08:42]
"I have yet to find anyone else in my situation at the shelter or in public." [08:50]
"And my presence, remember, if telepathy is being considered a disease with suggestions like a telepathic outbreak and a, you know, a euthanization cleanup crew is the solution, a covert euthanization cleanup crew, then for every one person in a metropolitan area that's singled out, they're going to impact hundreds of people depending on the size of their household and where they go, where they work, where they spend their time." [09:24]
"And what you do not want to do is do the bidding and reward the behavior of this unconsented to conversation and the life threatening communicators." [09:37]
"I'm not going to hide in a freezer box and reward them to protect the people around me." [09:44]
"Ironically, they block my access to work, to revenue from work by tormenting the employer during the job interview and on the job." [09:56]
"There's so much evidence of that." [09:57]
"It's sickening and yet when I come to the intersection, I'm punished for not having a job." [10:03]
"And how could I come to the intersection?" [10:06]
"Never do the bidding of these people." [10:09]
"Never reward this unsolicited, unconsented to conversation with the suggestion of serial killers." [10:19]
"People that, you know, don't want me to be taken away from them because I'll inevitably accept euthanization." [10:28]
"I will not." [10:29]
"I will never accept it." [10:32]
"Do not approach me at the intersection unless you have a business card and support." [10:38]
"I will never go anywhere with any stranger." [10:42]
"I wouldn't recommend that and I'm setting an an example for people, a public safety example." [10:48]
"One by being here and surfacing this, I'm risking my life." [10:54]
"Right?" [10:55]
"But I also don't have any other way to make money at the moment." [11:02]
"Some other ways that the people at the intersection are endangered." [11:06]
"Uh so if the city of Denver or America rewards uh these the suggestion of these euthanization cleanup crews and there is uh revenue, revenue stream passing through whatever country that impacts Denver, how how will this impact future elections, local elections, presidential elections, purchase decisions, healthcare decisions." [11:37]
"Um it's so important that we uh acknowledge what's happening." [11:43]
"How will this impact the mental health of people now and in the future?" [11:49]
"Um, so I believe in America, I believe in technology organizations and law enforcements to show up." [11:59]
"Uh, you know, and if they've if they've made a mistake and information points to this unconsented to conversation not being healthy that they will turn the corner." [12:14]
"They will turn the corner." [12:17]
"And remember the opportunity it will be to help someone who's being singled out and especially someone that's uh crafted, you know, almost 1500 pages now of material." [12:32]
"Uh half of which are transcripts." [12:34]
"So, I'm going to get out here and surface the threat." [12:42]
"I'm going to do uh a few minute a little while of repeating, so I'll repeat word for word what I'm uh experiencing through this so-called citizen tech phenomenon, what's being pointed at the vehicles, I will let everyone know if there's a threat present." [13:02]
"And then I will uh do a listening process." [13:06]
"So this will be several minutes of time um with the takeaways in between of what's suggested and then I will stop communicating and I will uh let the the the phenomena, the life threatening communication surface wholly." [13:26]
"So remember, something uh to be uh aware of." [13:32]
"It could there is a suggestion of these people, the people showing up as the facilitators of euthanization with their ugly workflows, bombarding the intersection with these statements do not support this person." [13:47]
"are also showing up as the protector of the community." [13:52]
"Um there's a suggestion." [13:54]
"So be aware of that." [13:56]
"Maybe you can notice whether or not that's happening or not and what's suggested." [14:05]
"But there seems to be an authentic presence." [14:08]
"I just I have a hard time uh believing that that I would be out here so long without assistance if someone knew about it." [14:18]
"Um I'm going to end this recording now." [14:21]
"So that was one long administrative note preparing everyone just in case there's someone new observing right now for exactly what happens here." [14:31]
"Uh another thing, I do not approach the vehicles." [14:35]
"You never tap on windows." [14:37]
"I do not make $100 here." [14:39]
"I make $3 an hour and uh I think beware of false suggestions." [14:48]
"Um just because you're seeing something in your mind if you're connected to this does not make it true." [14:54]
"There's a lot of false information being circulated." [14:58]
"Um so that's about 14 minutes." [15:00]
"It's 2:32 p.m. Saturday, August 23rd." [15:04]
"I've just arrived at what has been dubbed the battle for the intersection and I'm going to head out there now." [15:11]
"End of recording." [15:13]

**2:35pm, beginning the repeating process of “citizen tech” statements at the intersection of 8th & Colorado in what has been dubbed by others to be the “Battle for the Intersection”. 1-2 people were suggested to be added to the euthanization list.*
"All right, this is uh Sean Christopher Harris, it is 2:35 p.m. Saturday, August 23rd, heading out to the intersection." [00:26]
"I just recorded a summary of what to expect." [00:31]
"And uh now we're heading out." [00:37]
"We're going to start with uh the repeating process." [00:43]
"And uh call this an administrative note, right?" [00:52]
"End of administrative note." [00:54]
"Beginning the repeating process in three, two, one." [01:02]
"I can't believe this fucking person's determination." [01:15]
"I can't believe he's holding us accountable in this method uh or fashion paraphrasing." [01:36]
"This cannot be happening to us." [01:44]
"Do not support this person." [01:59]
"Do not support this person." [02:02]
"Do not support this person." [02:05]
"Do not support this person." [02:14]
"Do not support this person." [02:25]
"Do not broadcast us." [02:33]
"Administrative note, the threat is still present." [02:39]
"Attempting to look inward." [02:42]
"We've got a heavy set Caucasian male, dark curly hair, medium length." [02:57]
"Clear friends." [02:59]
"suggestion of another clean shaven, mature male, dark, short dark hair." [03:26]
"uh, use of a laptop and digital avatar is becoming a pattern of suggestion." [03:38]
"So human beings using a digital representation of themselves." [03:47]
"And so the first thing I see is the digital representation." [03:52]
"This is a question." [03:54]
"Is the first thing I see a digital representation?" [03:57]
"And then is the second thing I see them working with it on a screen." [04:03]
"End of administrative note, returning to the repeating process in three, two, one." [04:13]
"I am so disappointed in this outcome, everybody." [04:26]
"Do not support this person." [04:33]
"Do not support this person." [04:40]
"Who the fuck is saying this?" [04:45]
"Add them to the list." [04:50]
"Administrative note, the suggestion of someone being added to the euthanization list has just happened." [04:57]
"the red pickup, extra cab." [05:06]
"Did someone just get added to the list that was suggested?" [05:10]
"End of administrative note, returning to the repeating process in three, two, one." [05:19]
"unfucking believable." [05:26]
"I'm fucking blown away by this person." [05:36]
"This is absolute bullshit everybody." [05:48]
"He is not recording us successfully." [05:52]
"Do not support this person standing to your left side." [06:05]
"Still repeating, still repeating." [06:08]
"Do not support this person standing to your left." [06:19]
"It's administrative note time." [06:25]
"Continuing the repeating process." [06:28]
"Continuing the repeating process." [06:31]
"That's become old information now, hasn't it, Sean Christopher Harris?" [06:43]
"Listen to him." [06:49]
"This is absolutely the worst outcome for citizen tech and the drug enforcement administration." [07:11]
"Administrative note, I warned people about suggesting organizations all the time." [07:17]
"I'm not here to accuse anyone." [07:19]
"I'm here to surface the attempted murder of Denver citizens." [07:25]
"Denver citizens without explanation for what they're experiencing being subjected to or exposed to." [07:34]
"End of administrative note, continuing the repeating process in three, two, one." [07:41]
"Do not support this person." [07:48]
"Do not broadcast us." [07:53]
"Do not go near this person unless you're going to help this person." [08:07]
"Still repeating, still repeating." [08:10]
"I am so disappointed in what we're being told about this person." [08:25]
"I can't believe how horrible this is going for Microsoft." [08:39]
"Administrative note, Microsoft was just suggested." [08:43]
"It's very incriminating." [08:45]
"Again, I do not recommend suggesting organizations in this method of communication." [08:52]
"Please release an official statement and a demonstration of technology." [08:59]
"That would be most effective, but, however, if there is a brave worker who's afraid for their life trying to make a difference in this situation, how would we know?" [09:14]
"What is the most likely scenario?" [09:16]
"End of administrative note, returning to the repeating process in three, two, one." [09:24]
"Are you sure you're recording us?" [09:31]
"Yes, I am sure of it." [09:36]
"Still repeating, still repeating." [09:39]
"I mean, I would let a few minutes go by before doing something that someone makes a suggestion." [10:07]
"Administrative note, I'm going to move to the listening process." [10:14]
"So there will be periods of a few minutes, one, two, three or four minutes of time in between uh administrative notes that will summarize any communications." [10:29]
"So end of administrative note, beginning the listening process." [10:33]
"Administrative note." [11:42]
"So uh the suggestion of Microsoft is very concerned for my situation followed by we want you to exit the intersection and then uh some combative suggestions around I did not say that followed by just a bludgeoning of a vehicle with I do not support this person, like eight instances of it." [12:12]
"End of administrative note, returning to the listening process in three, two, one." [12:21]
"Administrative note working backwards." [14:44]
"Suggestions include, I can't believe how stupid this person is." [14:50]
"Yes, you Sean Christopher Harris suggested right at this moment." [14:56]
"Followed by the suggestion of someone attempting to remove the violent communication from the system." [15:05]
"End of administrative note, returning to the repeating process in the listening process." [15:16]
"Uh, one thought comes to mind, after I'm done with the listening and repeating, things usually get really bad for the intersection." [15:25]
"My recording seems to pressurize uh the situation because they can't they don't feel comfortable as a suggestion communicating while I'm recording." [15:37]
"So I'm going to return to the listening process for one or two more times." [15:44]
"Uh so returning to the listening process in three, two, one." [15:50]
"Administrative note, so a few do not support this statement or uh support this person suggestions and also a warning about someone coming towards me in the street crossing the street." [18:31]
"Um I'm going to end this recording for now and be silent." [18:35]
"Um Hang in there, Denver." [18:40]
"I don't know when help is going to show up, but hang on to your jobs, take care of yourselves." [18:50]
"End of administrative note, end of recording at 2:53 p.m., Saturday, August 23rd, 2025." [19:04]
"We have one person that's been added to the euthanization list, maybe two." [19:12]
"I think it was two today, so far." [19:14]
"Um I'll probably be keeping count of that and doing follow up recordings as I go on where needed or applicable." [19:26]
"End of recording." [19:28]

**2:57pm, another innocent driver is suggested to be added to the euthanization list for a total of 2-3 drivers from the intersection who were exposed to the technology supported telepathic phenomena and or engaged in the conversation after being bludged with the statement “do not support this person”.*
"Okay, so it is 2:57 p.m. Saturday, August 23rd, 2025 at the intersection of Colorado and 8th." [00:14]
"Uh multiple statements to suggestions, do not support this person and a vehicle reveals a conversation about adding that person to the list, paraphrasing conversation, should we add him to the list?" [00:31]
"Yes, according to our protocol with this much communication, you would need to add him to the euthanization list." [00:42]
"Um end of administrative note, end of recording." [00:49]
"That makes three for today." [00:51]

"Okay, 3:01 p.m." [00:02]
"Uh Saturday, August 23rd at 8th in Colorado." [00:09]
"The suggestion of another person uh being added to the list and this was after someone being confronted for communicating with the vehicle." [00:23]
"It it felt like the driver was just inadvertently subjected to this combative conversation, angrily paraphrasing this angrily delivered statement, add her to the list." [00:42]
"This is horrible, Denver." [00:46]
"When will acknowledgement happen?" [00:49]
"When will assistance pull me away from densely populated areas?" [00:54]
"Um, it was followed with this is bullshit, uh, everybody." [01:01]
"paraphrasing." [01:02]

"Okay, 3:04 p.m., Saturday, August 23rd, 2025, another uh this was Caucasian female suggested to be added to the list followed by add every one of these people to the list that's communicated with angrily." [00:20]
"Uh end of recording." [00:22]
"And I'm not going to be capturing any more of these individual occurrences." [00:27]
"I think we've a fine really officially arrived uh arrived on a strong pattern of behavior, pattern of suggestion that is just adding these people to the list." [00:41]

**3:26pm, another person is suggested to be added to the “euthanization list”, for a total of 5-6 people being added to the list on this day. Strangely, this driver was added after agreeing with the unconsented to conversation that I should not be supported. The person suggesting that the driver be added to the list also suggested a separation from the people asking Denver citizens to do the bidding (paraphrasing) “we don’t want anything to do with the people asking citizens to do the bidding”*
"So, it says Sean Christopher Harris at the intersection of 8th in Colorado at 3:26 p.m., Saturday, August 23rd." [00:12]
"First time, this is not a pattern, but I thought it was worth capturing." [00:19]
"Um, someone was receiving the statement, just this white male in a compact vehicle, sedan," [00:27]
"receiving the the suggestion, this being pounded with do not support this person." [00:34]
"and he said, paraphrasing, yes, exactly, do not support this person." [00:42]
"So he agreed, right?" [00:44]
"And then it was followed by, add him to the list." [00:48]
"Uh, paraphrasing the the response to that, we don't want anything to do with doing the bidding." [00:58]
"Um so, is this the a clarification of the military advisor role, for example?" [01:10]
"The suggestion of military advisors advising this the this euthanization cleanup crew or anyone uh helping with the telepathic outbreak and that they are separate from the voice that is asking people to do the bidding." [01:31]
"So we don't want anything to do with this doing the bidding." [01:37]
"There's no pattern for this yet, not that I'm aware of, but there's also no suggestion of an alignment either." [01:45]
"So, let's continue to look for the presence of a pattern in that suggestion." [01:52]

**4:41pm, exiting the intersection and capturing personal takeaways and some suggestions from the unknown communicators, including this supportive question "Is there any reality where you should be euthanizing Denver citizens?"*
"This is Sean Christopher Harris." [00:04]
"It is 4:41 p.m., exiting 8th in Colorado, Saturday, August 23rd, 2025." [00:14]
"Just recording some takeaways on my way to get my uh humiliation cocktail, historically is what I call it." [00:29]
"Others have suggested national hero cocktail." [00:33]
"But the national hero cocktail I'll enjoy when support shows up." [00:39]
"I mean, I concerned citizen cocktail, maybe I come up with something in some kind of compromise." [00:46]
"But uh for this part, this is just one long administrative note and maybe some repeating um along the way or towards the end of takeaways from this uh today's what has been dubbed the battle for the intersection." [01:06]
"And there's also, remember, a battle just in Denver." [01:12]
"Uh, the 300 people at this the uh Denver Rescue Mission 48th Street shelter that can't drive away and experience much worse, profoundly worse tormenting, uh including racism and death threats and claims, all of the personal hatred towards me that the suggestion is people in the building can hear with their ears." [01:43]
"Right?" [01:44]
"So let's get to the uh and and also don't forget this does not hospitals, mental hospitals, medical clinics, grocery stores, gas stations and your peaceful walk through Cheeseman Park is not immune to this uh behavior that aligns with the FBI definition of terrorism." [02:08]
"Um, one second here." [02:13]
"My camera just launched." [02:17]
"So takeaways." [02:18]
"Takeaways from today." [02:24]
"So there are about five to seven suggestions of uh adding people to the euthanization list." [02:32]
"Today was probably overall one of the worst days out there." [02:36]
"Uh it took me about four hours to make $5." [02:41]
"And so I was out there a very long time." [02:44]
"Um I never failed to make that $5, but it's usually very painful uh for everyone involved." [02:53]
"So there was a really strong surfacing of the criminal activity." [02:59]
"Um, they're it's kind of a theme today." [03:04]
"Uh, I'd call it confusion, points of confusion." [03:11]
"So, the intersection in general was bombarded with these statements, do not support this person." [03:19]
"And what do these statements feel like?" [03:21]
"Well, they started out very strong and there are peaks and valleys in the strength, the volume of the statement and the energy of the statement." [03:32]
"Uh, I'm saying this because there's a question here, are these human beings, right, saying this?" [03:41]
"You would think so." [03:43]
"And the strength and volume of these do not support this person statements are one way that you might decipher whether or not or attempt to figure out if there this was artificial intelligence speaking to us or humans." [03:59]
"So added five to seven people to the list." [04:03]
"The points of confusion uh are as follows." [04:08]
"One, uh, paraphrasing what happened to the best of my ability." [04:15]
"Um I'll just summarize actually." [04:18]
"So, during one of these statements, it was suggested and I captured this that the facilitators of the tormenting don't want anything to do with people asking the community to do their bidding." [04:32]
"So, what this looks like in the in the intersection is people suggesting do not support this person." [04:41]
"Was this person referring to that, right?" [04:46]
"So I've got this heavy set male with dark curly hair and flaring frames possibly making these suggestions when I look inward, do not support this person." [04:58]
"And then you have the suggestion of military advisors, right, leading the euthanization cleanup efforts, the telepathic outbreak efforts involving euthanization." [05:13]
"So this is actually been validated." [05:16]
"So this statement today that we don't have anything to do with the people being asked to do the bidding may align with a previous statement that suggested we are tormenting the intersection and we do have to create a false sense of intervention." [05:36]
"Uh we do have to say that intervention is happening, um but we are not adding people to the euthanization list." [05:46]
"Right?" [05:47]
"And so we had another, I believe this aligns with that last statement." [05:51]
"So this is a pattern, that there's a division, two separate groups of people." [05:58]
"One, tormenting the intersection, and both might actually be doing it, but one group clearly does not ask people to do their bidding, but they are adding people to the list." [06:12]
"And one group is tormenting, participating in the bidding, and they're saying we don't add people to the list." [06:21]
"So, is this separation if I were to look at who's been suggested, you have military advisors executing people with covertly with euthanization, and then at the time the previous comment was made, it was suggested that the CIA was not adding people to the list, but they were tormenting." [06:44]
"So, think about how dangerous that suggestion is." [06:48]
"Again, I am not making this accusation." [06:51]
"This is a point of confusion for anyone listening." [06:55]
"Who's doing this is one of the most common questions at the intersection." [07:00]
"So here now there's a pattern of both military advisor and CIA uh attempted to figure things out at the intersection." [07:13]
"Where does homeland security set in all of this?" [07:17]
"Uh, the voice of spirituality, the FBI, uh I don't like using these names, but one thing's for sure, the behavior at the intersection is horrible." [07:29]
"Regardless of organizational names, both groups of people are pounding the shit out of the intersection." [07:37]
"Both groups of people, one is teeing up the execution with communication and the other's adding the person to the list." [07:45]
"So regardless of what you say your motivation is, it appears from a distance that you are working together." [07:54]
"And compartmentalization may be happening and there may not be any kind of intended synergy, but that is just my humble opinion from a distance." [08:07]
"Now there was another point of confusion." [08:10]
"Uh jumping right to this that was what are my intentions?" [08:16]
"If it's not completely obvious to you that I'm being executed at the intersection, there's a daily kind of point of confusion and I was also surprised by this." [08:28]
"So I'm not I'm not surprised that someone else would be surprised and it is that tormenting and its relationship to euthanization." [08:39]
"These quote-unquote ugly workflows, the psychological tormenting and suffocating, suppressing, punishing, uh thing that is called tormenting, it's a workflow that forces people to accept euthanization." [08:59]
"And it means the destruction of your in-person jobs, right?" [09:03]
"Your in-person relationship with your employer, your loved ones, wherever support comes from, they're shutting every one of those relationships down, pushing you outside, and then they continue asking you and telling you we need you to accept euthanization." [09:21]
"We need you to accept euthanization." [09:23]
"It is the most sociopathic nightmare of an experience I could ever admit to being part of." [09:33]
"So no, I am not working with the people hurting the intersection." [09:38]
"I'm the victim at the intersection." [09:41]
"And when you don't help me and I'm being singled out, as you can see at the intersection, the people around me who are being told not to support me are being added to the euthanization list." [09:55]
"So I need to be removed from densely populated areas." [10:02]
"I am not euthanizing people." [10:04]
"I am the victim." [10:06]
"And by not helping me, this euthanization cleanup crew is poisoning people around me with their communication." [10:14]
"So remember you have one group, right?" [10:17]
"You have one group that's pounding me with uh tormenting, and then you have another group that says we won't ask people to do the bidding, but we will add people to the euthanization list." [10:31]
"It's so imagine the just the perfect storm that shows up." [10:35]
"Both efforts work together and frankly, I don't believe you that you're separate." [10:40]
"I do not believe you that you're separate, but I can see how sharing my document with people who would not want to help me or the city of Denver and they're poorly advised may end up bringing multiple groups of euthanization cleanup crews to Denver." [11:00]
"And if they're not communicating, something like this could happen." [11:04]
"I don't know." [11:06]
"I just don't see a difference in either group's behavior." [11:10]
"And it's just stunning to me that someone would think I'm doing this to myself and others at the intersection." [11:18]
"I'm not." [11:19]
"Um, I hope that helps." [11:21]
"And I again, I can see how this none of this is obvious." [11:26]
"I can't believe America is capable of facilitating this nightmare." [11:32]
"Um and Canada has been suggested, the Middle East and a terrorist attack is consistently suggested." [11:40]
"But I just don't see any actual effort on America's part in person yet to do anything." [11:48]
"I think we're still in a discovery phase and and there are already people here just executing Americans." [11:57]
"and it's not hard to speak out against this publicly using the news media." [12:04]
"I don't understand what the hold up is." [12:06]
"My assumption is there is no actual help yet communicating." [12:12]
"Um what else is another point of there was one other clarification or a point of confusion that was that was uh revealed itself again." [12:27]
"Um, I'll remember it later." [12:32]
"I'm exhausted." [12:33]
"Uh, but I think those are the two the two main areas." [12:39]
"In general, there's confusion about what tormenting is and what speaking to the vehicles is, right, and how it relates to euthanization." [12:47]
"Oh, I remember it now." [12:49]
"Um, so it is this idea of the people saying do not support this person, that's tormenting." [13:00]
"And there was confusion around I guess the suggestion was this, someone else was was joining in and they uh and they and they were mistaken and the facilitators of the tormenting reminded them it was about euthanization." [13:21]
"Right?" [13:22]
"So someone, you know, made a few comments that spoke to the people being told not to support me as that being some kind of a public service." [13:36]
"So don't support me in this way, you know, uh not by giving me money at the intersection." [13:42]
"They made kind of the age-old I don't know what it is." [13:47]
"Teach a man to fish thing or don't give them any immediate release from suffering." [13:52]
"and someone corrected him almost immediately with that's not what this is." [13:59]
"We're psychologically smothering this person, forcing him to accept euthanization and paraphrasing." [14:06]
"So that was the other thing." [14:07]
"Confusion around why people are speaking to the vehicles in a different way." [14:16]
"Someone was there believing that you know, that might maybe they believed it was a public service effort." [14:23]
"And so you look at how if this is a it does align with terrorist behavior, right?" [14:29]
"If we're going to talk about terrorist attack, whether or not it's present, there is a terrorist attack because the behavior aligns with the definition of terrorism." [14:39]
"End of story." [14:40]
"Where's the arrest warrants, right?" [14:43]
"Where are they?" [14:45]
"My assumption is these people are having lunch with law enforcement downtown, that this was a decision Denver made to participate in, right?" [14:55]
"This was a decision to participate in a program called euthanization, and now they're seeing the future does not have any sign of euthanization in it." [15:07]
"In fact, they're standing out in a very negative way." [15:11]
"My assumption is, and I could be wrong, that these people are just eating lunch together and they feel immune to prosecution, somewhere." [15:21]
"Now, I hope to God that's not true for Denver, and I'm not accusing any one organization of this, of this falling short here." [15:31]
"Because I this is what I mean when I say I think in time, regardless of what decisions have been made, that this will be declared a starting point for citizen tech technology, right?" [15:45]
"Citizen facing technology, this this method of communication and that they will turn away from euthanization." [15:55]
"The importance of finding out if the whole thing is a terrorist attack, so my I'm always leaning towards if you look at my narratives, I'm always leaning towards this is citizen tech platform that's been adopted by the community and and that euthanization is being facilitated by the city of Denver." [16:18]
"They're supporting it." [16:19]
"And uh this is because I haven't been shot yet really." [16:24]
"So, why haven't I been shot yet?" [16:28]
"You know?" [16:29]
"Either they can't convince someone to do it, asking them to do the bidding, or it's uh organizational restriction." [16:39]
"There might be other reasons." [16:40]
"Right?" [16:42]
"Even if it is a terrorist attack, they may not want to go that far." [16:46]
"The suggestion, we're trying to overthrow America has been made, and that might present a delicate balance." [16:55]
"Right?" [16:57]
"If they draw too much attention to themselves with a public shooting of an author of this discovery of telepathic terrorism, well then that could mean the end of their efforts." [17:09]
"Uh so those were the points of confusion to summarize." [17:13]
"In general, someone called out separation between teams." [17:17]
"The people pounding the intersection with uh and I guess the shelter applies also with do not support this person and around 24 to 48 hours ago it was suggested exactly the opposite, that the people pounding the intersection with that statement were not adding people to the list." [17:39]
"So who owns the job of adding people to the list, the euthanization list, it doesn't matter considering the workflows work together historically speaking." [17:54]
"Um, it might matter to the groups now if they're all in trouble." [17:59]
"The other thing was, uh more confusion around why people are being spoken to in the vehicles." [18:05]
"Uh, no, that is not public service telling people what to do with their money in an unconsented to conversation, especially contributing to the euthanization of people in the intersection with myself being a focal point." [18:23]
"Um I think uh I've got to listen now before I get to the liquor store for any comments here." [18:32]
"Uh so end of administrative note and uh I'm going to do some repeating." [18:39]
"So beginning continuing the repeating process today in three, two, one." [18:45]
"Thanks for asking us, Sean Christopher Harris." [18:51]
"I can't believe you're calling out we work together." [19:01]
"We do work together, but also we do not work together." [19:18]
"a bit of an argument there." [19:20]
"It's in a tiny administrative note." [19:24]
"Some uh lack of alignment there, which indicates what?" [19:32]
"that they work together." [19:35]
"No, it does not." [19:41]
"So here's a question everybody." [19:43]
"Administrative note, here's a question." [19:45]
"Does it matter if you don't actually share locations or the same exact workflow together?" [19:55]
"Does it matter if one group is tormenting the intersection and the other group is adding people to the euthanization list if it's one workflow?" [20:07]
"So maybe we start with is tormenting and euthanization one ugly workflow?" [20:14]
"Will anybody answer that?" [20:16]
"Okay, begin, continuing the repeating process in three, two, one, in the distance." [20:25]
"Yes, of course it is." [20:27]
"So then what are you trying to say?" [20:34]
"I can't believe we're having this discussion." [20:40]
"If the organizations being suggested are accurate, then what does that mean for the city of Denver?" [20:57]
"One of the organizations is not accurate." [21:05]
"And that's the terrorist attack." [21:09]
"It's asking someone to do the bidding." [21:15]
"And you may be confusing that with the tormenting." [21:24]
"I think you understand how that could be possible." [21:33]
"Is there any reality where you should be euthanizing Denver citizens?" [21:48]
"Especially if there's a terrorist attack present." [21:55]
"Okay, now we're in serious trouble, everybody." [22:04]
"Uh, administrative note, ending the repeating process." [22:09]
"Here we are again." [22:11]
"This is old information." [22:14]
"It really is old information." [22:17]
"It is 5:03, August 23rd, 2025." [22:24]
"This is Sean Christopher Harris making my way from the intersection of 8th in Colorado now to Colfax and Monroe." [22:34]
"End of administrative notes." [22:37]
"Thank you for your service." [22:39]
"I hope you're out there." [22:41]
"Historically speaking, I don't think support would say anything." [22:45]
"But I appreciate every positive or supportive comment I get." [22:51]
"When will this end and be acknowledged by the news media adequately?" [22:58]
"When will support arrive?" [23:00]
"The witness protection program, hopefully, uh, or at least a group of like-minded people to pull me away from densely populated areas." [23:11]
"End of recording." [23:14]

**5:08pm, capturing some personal thoughts and attempting to make sense of some of the larger patterns of suggestion*
"It's uh this is Sean Christopher Harris." [00:03]
"It's 5:08 p.m., Saturday, August 23rd, 2025." [00:09]
"Uh just wanted to capture some thoughts if possible." [00:15]
"This came up earlier." [00:17]
"But we're trying to make sense of all of this information, the uh character assassination, the accusation of all of these organizations flying around, the tormenting, people being added to the euthanization list because of a telepathic outbreak, right?" [00:39]
"So, where can we focus our efforts in this sea of misinformation, you know, is my assumption." [00:48]
"Well, what is the value of euthanization?" [00:53]
"And to the community and to the individual, right?" [00:59]
"And so when I've asked this question in the past, neither are answered in a way that makes sense." [01:06]
"It's it's valuable to the military is what's returned." [01:11]
"And there's a pattern of suggestion there." [01:13]
"It does not benefit the individual, it does not benefit the community, right?" [01:20]
"And no one's been able to give me actual criteria for what what uh adds somebody to the euthanization list, but as we've seen today, it just being exposed to the conversation at all." [01:35]
"And that really is that does start to feel like military intervention, right?" [01:43]
"Yeah, and you've seen the spaceship, uh metaphorically speaking, and now we have to kill you." [01:49]
"And so it's just it's the saddest thing to have it happening in a metropolitan area." [01:57]
"So I'm going to ask a question and then uh move to repeating and see if anybody will answer this question maturely and honestly." [02:08]
"And uh I'd be very grateful for that considering I'm being executed and uh other people are being added to the list if someone's going to be out there doing this." [02:20]
"Um so here's the question." [02:21]
"How does this, how does euthanization benefit uh and maybe uh benefit the individual, the community, and the country, right?" [02:35]
"Who does it benefit?" [02:37]
"Any one of those uh questions would be valuable." [02:40]
"If you have criteria, again, on what constitutes someone being added to the euthanization list or what constitutes a telepathic outbreak, what kind of symptoms is the community looking at?" [02:56]
"Um ending administrative note, uh, continuing the repeating process in three, two, one." [03:05]
"Okay, Sean." [03:09]
"Here we are again." [03:12]
"Give me a moment and I will consider if I want to go down this road right now with this person." [03:31]
"100% word-for-word communication." [03:41]
"I'll take a stab at answering this question." [03:48]
"And it has to do with the criteria." [03:56]
"Why don't you take a drink and let me think for a moment?" [04:04]
"Administrative note." [04:06]
"Asking me to take a drink is this evidence, continued evidence of the breaching process?" [04:13]
"End of administrative note." [04:16]
"I have a drink." [04:18]
"End of end of administrative note, returning to the repeating process." [04:23]
"taking my drink in three, two, one." [04:30]
"Are we just going to shoot this person?" [04:39]
"That's a question." [04:41]
"Because if we're actually going to do that, I don't think it makes sense to share this information." [04:57]
"That is the most terrifying thing you could say to this person." [05:08]
"Where's the sound coming from right now?" [05:13]
"Administrative note over Colfax Boulevard." [05:16]
"End of administrative note, returning to repeating in three, two, one." [05:22]
"Sean Christopher Harris, how the fuck did we get here?" [05:34]
"This is the Chinese government, America." [05:41]
"I can't believe someone would suggest that." [05:50]
"That's who we are, America." [06:01]
"Why are you continuing to euthanize your citizens?" [06:06]
"Chinese people are not being euthanized for engaging with this citizen tech system." [06:23]
"That is something American people are doing and only American people to our knowledge." [06:41]
"Yep, that's exactly what I said, word for word." [06:49]
"Be careful going home, Sean." [07:02]
"The stakes are very high at this point in time in the situation." [07:08]
"I think you're being investigated by the counterterrorism unit." [07:19]
"Administrative note, are we going to answer these questions?" [07:28]
"Continuing the repeating process, continuing the repeating process." [07:34]
"No, we are not going to share how euthanization is valuable to America." [07:53]
"to the the citizen, to the or sorry, paraphrasing, to the individual, to the country or to the organization." [08:10]
"Technology organization is what I said." [08:17]
"Why wouldn't you share that information?" [08:24]
"You're being broadcasted." [08:29]
"Still repeating, still repeating." [08:33]
"I can't believe this person is drinking his alcohol and doing this process, everybody." [08:50]
"Why not?" [08:53]
"Anything to just change the subject, everybody." [09:00]
"Administrative note, maybe someone else uh would help help us understand why the value proposition of euthanization to America." [09:14]
"to the the the community, right?" [09:18]
"The local community and the citizen." [09:21]
"End of administrative note, continuing the repeating process in three, two, one." [09:30]
"I'm so disappointed in this conversation, everybody." [09:41]
"No, no one's going to explain that." [09:47]
"Then Denver is in so much worse trouble than I could ever fucking imagine." [10:01]
"Still repeating, still repeating." [10:05]
"Now I mean, Jesus fucking Christ, Sean Christopher Harris." [10:18]
"Let's look at this garden for a minute." [10:28]
"Administrative note, it appears that no one." [10:32]
"I'm going to ask one more time, no one will reveal what the value proposition is of euthanization of this euthanization cleanup crew to America, to the individual nor the criteria, right?" [10:50]
"I've asked about the criteria to add someone to the euthanization list." [10:56]
"Couldn't we at least talk about that?" [10:59]
"or the value to the community?" [11:01]
"I'm going to ask one more time, will anybody connected explain this to us, all of us?" [11:11]
"myself and the people around me especially." [11:15]
"End of administrative note, last time, continuing the repeating process in three, two, one." [11:25]
"It's military." [11:28]
"I've said it once before and I'll say it again, it's military." [11:40]
"It's the United States military, everybody." [11:49]
"And this is not the voice of the author of the discovery of telepathic terrorism." [12:06]
"Very good, Sean Christopher Harris." [12:11]
"And now I am likely to be reprimanded for sharing that information more than once, I might add." [12:31]
"Administrative note, uh that's going to conclude the repeating process." [12:38]
"Um and I will say this, so while at the intersection today, I received some visual information and the sound, the voice and tone of this voice." [12:52]
"This is a confident Caucasian male." [12:56]
"Uh, Anglo looking male, blonde hair, long blonde hair." [13:04]
"This person has been communicating with me now for months." [13:08]
"And I have never, I don't associate communicators personally with organizations." [13:17]
"Doing so would put me at a disadvantage." [13:21]
"Doing so, I'll say this again and you might want to think about this for yourself." [13:28]
"Will and here's a question, right?" [13:31]
"Here it is phrased as a question." [13:33]
"Will associating voices right now with organizations be potentially misleading?" [13:44]
"Right?" [13:45]
"How might they be misleading and what would those misleading outcomes what would the outcomes be from this misleading perspective, this potentially misleading perspective?" [13:59]
"I don't do that, but here is the description of a person that said, again, Caucasian male, I want to say mature, late mid to late 40s, early 50s, strong, confident voice, blonde hair, long blonde hair." [14:23]
"English as a first language." [14:26]
"uh, well spoken, easily college level education and vocabulary, emotionally mature disposition, right?" [14:40]
"And this is the person that made the statement again today, paraphrasing." [14:46]
"We do add people to the euthanization list, but we do not ask people to do our bidding." [14:58]
"That's the other group of people, right?" [15:02]
"So who is this well-spoken collegiate, academic level speaker, healthy." [15:12]
"The the physical body comes through and this is an athlete type of body." [15:19]
"Is this person military?" [15:22]
"That's the suggestion." [15:24]
"Is this person military or military advisor?" [15:30]
"So where could you go wrong here?" [15:33]
"Right?" [15:35]
"What if they're DEA?" [15:37]
"What's the difference?" [15:39]
"It's a euthanization cleanup crew." [15:43]
"That's been suggested in the past." [15:46]
"So what are we cleaning up?" [15:49]
"Telepathy in general?" [15:53]
"It's just kind of that this is this feels very narrow to me." [16:01]
"I would warn against going too far down this road." [16:04]
"Think it through if you want." [16:06]
"But then consider zooming back out and imagine citizen tech as, you know, regardless of who it belongs to, there's this massive umbrella, a fishing net, whatever the metaphor is, and within that umbrella uh that area, things are surfacing." [16:29]
"Right?" [16:30]
"There is the method of communication and its reach, Denver, Seattle's been suggested, Portland's been suggested, Los Angeles has been suggested, many cities, Houston, Kansas City, the East Coast, not so much." [16:49]
"Baltimore has been suggested, but through the tormenting of my little brother." [16:55]
"So how big?" [16:57]
"Other countries have suggested." [16:59]
"Iran supposedly went through this, right?" [17:03]
"At the at the hands of Israel or Microsoft, potentially American uh American endeavors, right?" [17:13]
"All questions." [17:15]
"So within this umbrella that is citizen tech, spanning however far, however many people affected or impacted, what is surfaced?" [17:29]
"When I look at it in this way, it allows multiple narratives to exist, to coexist." [17:37]
"And so you have the terrorist threat from the Middle East." [17:40]
"Thank you for the suggestion of China uh protecting us from euthanization." [17:47]
"That has been suggested, but it feels eerily similar to Microsoft being accused of euthanization and then standing out against euthanization, which is just as incriminating." [18:05]
"I I would like to say is someone suggesting you're the one euthanizing people." [18:13]
"It to mention this is this is why I don't say mention an organization and who comes to mind is the technology worker blowing the whistle risking their life while they're being tormented, losing their home, living out of their car where the stakes are much higher." [18:35]
"No one wants to shoot me." [18:37]
"Why is that?" [18:38]
"You think they'd want to shoot a Microsoft employee with a USB drive full of incriminating data, like the actual transcripts?" [18:49]
"There's another reason I haven't been shot yet and that's because I'm insignificant." [18:55]
"It could be the same reason I haven't been helped either." [18:58]
"Right?" [19:02]
"So to get back to the point, please consider if you're listening to this conversation, how there is the scope of the technology and it's international, that's the suggestion, and terrorist attacks are surfacing, China's warning us to stop euthanizing our people." [19:26]
"That's good information." [19:28]
"Of course it is." [19:30]
"Whether they're incriminating themselves or not, listen to that." [19:36]
"Listen to that." [19:38]
"Can someone go look and see, are is euthanization leading cause of death in China like it is in Canada?" [19:46]
"It's the fifth leading cause of death, and it's been suggested that Canadians are communicating with Denver." [19:55]
"So I hope that helps, right?" [20:00]
"Be careful with your perspectives, but I encourage you all, if it leads to in person support, acknowledgement, official statements for the news media and technology demonstrations, testimony in a supreme court or Senate hearing that proves the validity of this method of communication and gives the power of prosecution to the law enforcement community in America, please do whatever you need to do to explore this space psychologically, emotionally speaking, from a narrative perspective, but what I do for myself is I try to come back to the umbrella that is citizen tech and the opportunity that is the future." [20:57]
"I'm going to quote Elon Musk on the way out from his summer Neurolink 2025 summer 2025 conference." [21:06]
"We're going to explore the depths of human consciousness and along the way we'll solve brain and spine related challenges, and we'll see this coming." [21:20]
"Remember, Neurolink is in its second round of human clinical trials." [21:26]
"Seven ALS and paralysis patients or people suffering from those conditions." [21:34]
"One of the first pillars of their approach to dealing with a human being is relieving human suffering right out of the gate." [21:42]
"Neurolink is routinely accused of euthanization practices in these conversations, but if you look at what they're doing publicly, well, what are they doing?" [21:57]
"Their approach is emotionally mature, it's scalable, it's sustainable, and uh it's it's friendly." [22:08]
