**10:40am, capturing suggestions on physical people around me in Denver, CO. possibly having an official role with Homeland Security and my official response warning the “Citizen Tech” communicators of the danger in organizational accusations.*

File duration: 16:53

"I just don't want to say anything while this person is going to record us." [ 0:06 ]

"while he is capable of recording us." [ 0:12 ]

"This is over Denver, Colorado." [ 0:20 ]

"Sean doesn't communicate that way, everybody." [ 0:32 ]

"I just called this person the author of a discovery document." [ 0:45 ]

"That's the most informative way to talk about this person." [ 0:59 ]

"This person works with homeland security." [ 1:11 ]

"Are you recording us right this second?" [ 1:20 ]

"Administrative note." [ 1:23 ]

"The suggestion of this person working for homeland security." [ 1:28 ]

"There are several people uh over the last year that have approached me in person." [ 1:33 ]

"Um, some I've included in the discovery of telepathic terrorism doc in the evidence section uh called in-person people." [ 1:41 ]

"But I haven't added anything to that recently." [ 1:52 ]

"Uh, so the person that was suggested here, I couldn't say if she was or wasn't, but there are instances where I actually uh, let's say, so let me I articulate this." [ 2:01 ]

"Only to make sure I address this this statement here that this person works for homeland security." [ 2:17 ]

"And from the distance, the DEA is what I was going to say." [ 2:25 ]

"These are very dangerous allegations." [ 2:34 ]

"Um, they can cause confusion." [ 2:39 ]

"Let's just look at that first, public safety." [ 2:42 ]

"So, someone's being accused, right, of belonging to an organization." [ 2:47 ]

"Just a person who appears to be homeless." [ 2:52 ]

"So, this person that was suggested, uh, when the person suggested it, I also received, uh, visual information." [ 2:56 ]

"And she is a mature female uh with uh curly gray hair." [ 3:07 ]

"She's very charismatic." [ 3:12 ]

"She got a nice complexion, an athletic body, and uh there are many people uh in Denver that I've come across, right, where you can pick up, maybe this is a good way of articulating it, the presence of a signal around them and the the presence of their telepathic communication." [ 3:18 ]

"And there's also the sound, phenomenon of sound happening, um, you know, where if you communicate telepathically, you can hear it in the periphery." [ 3:43 ]

"You can hear it, right?" [ 3:51 ]

"And then there's also receiving it internally." [ 3:54 ]

"And so there are several in-person, like physical people that are around me day-to-day that have communicated with me telepathically." [ 4:00 ]

"I do not respond in those situations and I I do not communicate with them in person because of the the danger communication is." [ 4:16 ]

"So, the unconsented to conversation paired with these accusations creates a high-pressure situation, right?" [ 4:25 ]

"People are worried about you approaching them." [ 4:34 ]

"There is this threat of euthanization and the mudslinging and the ugly workflows, intimate, friendship or drug-related betrayal leading you to your death to euthanization in a covert way." [ 4:37 ]

"When you suggest someone and you suggest they belong to an organization, there's a lot of danger happening." [ 4:56 ]

"So, the first layer of danger is the conversation isn't consented to." [ 5:02 ]

"There's no proof of who anyone is, and I would advise that you never approach someone if you pick they're communicating with you telepathically." [ 5:07 ]

"The second layer of danger is that the breaching process is happening, and there is a long time suggestion, historical pattern of suggestion that people are used as they are walking by to harvest information from their eyes to observe and or to communicate from their location." [ 5:17 ]

"So you you you could have somebody passing you on the street." [ 5:39 ]

"They are asked to do the bidding of a stranger." [ 5:44 ]

"For example, a low-income demographic person, a person of color is asked to stab someone, right?" [ 5:49 ]

"Stab me, for example, while I'm walking by, and they are given a racist comment from my location." [ 5:56 ]

"And so this is kind of this weaponized implementation of artificial intelligence, cloud computing and telepathy, right?" [ 6:02 ]

"So you create a point of conflict between two strangers and you see if you can get them to kill each other or commit a crime." [ 6:15 ]

"And that's just one instance." [ 6:21 ]

"Can you imagine the power of destabilizing the city of Denver by tormenting and running these ugly, combative, destabilizing workflows on someone like the mayor or the governor or random police officers, right?" [ 6:28 ]

"There was a recent shooting Rashad Johnson, uh a person of color, a local comedian at uh surround at a parking lot surrounding the Denver International Airport." [ 6:47 ]

"Uh the lot attendants at the parking lot called 911 several times before one officer arrived and that officer ended up shooting Rashad." [ 6:57 ]

"And so was that officer participating in an unconsented to conversation?" [ 7:10 ]

"Was Rashad suffering, uh was the mental illness that was suggested in the news article, right?" [ 7:17 ]

"He was suffering from mental illness." [ 7:24 ]

"That was part of the article." [ 7:27 ]

"Uh was that from this unconsented to conversation or these two people being put in a combative scenario against their will, right, without consent?" [ 7:34 ]

"maybe just unknowingly." [ 7:43 ]

"And you'd have to have an explanation of this technology before you could stand against it really in an effective way." [ 7:48 ]

"And if they thought it was spirituality, how might that confuse them and lead them astray?" [ 7:58 ]

"Um, so getting back to the suggestion of in-person people around, it's very hard, uh, someone's going to make a suggestion using false information, often in this scenario." [ 8:14 ]

"It happens to me all day." [ 8:21 ]

"So I really don't believe any of this, but it's very important that that you have accurate information." [ 8:26 ]

"So where where are we, Denver?" [ 8:31 ]

"Where are we, America?" [ 8:33 ]

"You could never expect somebody uh without acknowledgement or explanation to accept assistance or communicate safely, especially with the threat of euthanization." [ 8:39 ]

"That threat is going to put people on the euthanization list just for engaging with telepathy at all." [ 8:56 ]

"It's the saddest and most destructive thing I could ever imagine America participating in." [ 9:02 ]

"I mean, I really do feel that America has been pitted against itself, and because of just this unmovable, this force." [ 9:15 ]

"I mean, it's been months now and I'm still not in a witness protection program and my life is still in danger." [ 9:26 ]

"That's the suggestion." [ 9:32 ]

"I'm not making this up." [ 9:34 ]

"I'm not making this up at all." [ 9:36 ]

"How how how could someone imagine this?" [ 9:38 ]

"I would never imagine America euthanizing its own citizens for any reason at all, especially for telepathy." [ 9:48 ]

"I would think people would be rewarded, supported and educated for finding telepathy utilized, not not uh destroying them, their character publicly and forcing them to accept euthanization." [ 9:55 ]

"And I am worried sick for my daughter and my family in this situation in the absence of the news media." [ 10:14 ]

"The absence of the news media right now is a terrifying realization." [ 10:19 ]

"So this administrative note, just to summarize, I wanted to touch on uh, you know, what it means for someone to suggest a person around you, right, as communicating with you telepathically." [ 10:29 ]

"I would say don't go near them and do not bring it up until the news media has at least acknowledged the threat of euthanization publicly and even if that happens, we need arrests." [ 10:44 ]

"We need testimony." [ 10:55 ]

"We need a demonstration that law enforcement is actually going to protect citizens from euthanization." [ 10:59 ]

"So it's one thing for the news media to explain this to us." [ 11:08 ]

"It's another thing to have actual testimony and technology demonstrations and really make sure that the general public is aware and understands this new method of communication." [ 11:17 ]

"There will always be as long as people opt in, this crime preventative layer of transparency." [ 11:29 ]

"And I've said this before, uh, would probably be, you know, uh, of value still to the community if you opt into it and you allow yourself to be observed." [ 11:36 ]

"I think you could have success with it, but you could never tell people what to do." [ 11:51 ]

"That's not going to foster a healthy relationship." [ 11:57 ]

"And I I think the future we might be looking at, if you imagine this with me for a moment, is everyone opts into this crime preventative layer of transparency and we're treated decently." [ 12:07 ]

"The ethical standards are there, the consent is there." [ 12:18 ]

"There's an incentive." [ 12:20 ]

"And if you do not opt in, then you will be left to the wild west experience, which is what we are experiencing now." [ 12:28 ]

"You could have your financial assets stolen." [ 12:33 ]

"You could be psychologically tortured, and you could lose your life to to being murdered, kidnapping, anything." [ 12:38 ]

"uh because you haven't opted in." [ 12:45 ]

"So what I'm suggesting is is there is a law enforcement opportunity after consent." [ 12:49 ]

"Of course there is, right?" [ 12:54 ]

"And what people get who don't consent, they get what we're experiencing today, this living hell, where they could be stolen from." [ 13:00 ]

"And I and so it's interesting because it really does remove out of those two options." [ 13:09 ]

"How did we get here?" [ 13:16 ]

"Right, how did we get here?" [ 13:19 ]

"The suggestion is is that we were given something." [ 13:21 ]

"Right, people have suggested that I have an implant." [ 13:26 ]

"I think I I I don't believe I have an implant, but it's possible." [ 13:30 ]

"And I think it would be most important to get a local university to determine whether or not I have or have not received an implant because if most likely I have not received an implant, then what is the explanation for what the city of Denver is experiencing?" [ 13:43 ]

"It's way more dangerous, this explanation where I don't have an implant." [ 13:55 ]

"It means this technology works without anything inside of the human body." [ 14:00 ]

"And that's terrifying." [ 14:06 ]

"If I do have an implant, well, then it's only going to affect a certain amount of people." [ 14:09 ]

"There's going to be limited impact, right?" [ 14:15 ]

"There's two different worlds, and the one where I don't have an implant is actually not the one, uh that's the worst-case scenario for this experience from a public safety perspective." [ 14:23 ]

"It's so important that this gets handled." [ 14:34 ]

"So to summarize, if you bump into someone that's been communicating with you, and uh we have not yet acknowledged this, and and had arrests happen, right?" [ 14:41 ]

"People supporting euthanization have not yet been arrested and it's not perfectly clear that law enforcement will protect you from euthanization." [ 14:52 ]

"I do not recommend communicating with that person if about telepathy at all, at all." [ 15:02 ]

"Don't say a word about it." [ 15:08 ]

"Be polite." [ 15:09 ]

"If they want to talk about something like that, and you share information, you may be forfeiting your life." [ 15:15 ]

"You have no clue who you're talking to or what they're capable of." [ 15:24 ]

"They're part of an unconsented to conversation, right?" [ 15:28 ]

"And as far as, you know, when you know, to summarize the second part, as far as, so when can we talk safely?" [ 15:36 ]

"We're so far away from that." [ 15:43 ]

"Do not be discouraged though." [ 15:45 ]

"It's conversations like this that may lead us out of this situation." [ 15:50 ]

"Um, so, end of administrative note." [ 15:53 ]

"uh, and let's and so I started out just to summarize the whole note." [ 16:01 ]

"We started out with a few comments, right?" [ 16:06 ]

"And then I went into addressing this suggestion of a person, right, that that had been communicating in the past." [ 16:15 ]

"And I'm remember, you're protecting both people by not talking about it right now." [ 16:24 ]

"And that's my initial feedback for everyone on what is the most safe for someone to do." [ 16:33 ]

"Um, so, end of administrative note, end of this recording." [ 16:40 ]

"It is 10:45 a.m., Saturday, August 23rd, 2025." [ 16:47 ]

"This is Sean Christopher Harris." [ 16:51 ]
