**9:47am, capturing personal thoughts on the breaching process, telepathic visual information, how a behavior change may help and individual connect to a P.O.V. (Point of View) perspective of the person suggesting telepathic programming and or false information. This capture also includes suggestions and questions from the unidentified communicators on the P.O.V. (Point of View) topic.*
"Um, it's 9:47 a.m. [00:03]
"Sunday, August 24th. [00:07]
"This is Sean Christopher Harris capturing [00:12]
"takeaways from last night [00:17]
"and early morning [00:20]
"at the uh shelter, [00:23]
"48th Street shelter. [00:25]
"Um, [00:28]
"so this is one long administrative note, maybe I'll capture some thoughts [00:33]
"or uh some citizen tech communication. [00:38]
"So-called citizen tech. [00:42]
"Uh. [00:43]
"Not alive yet. [00:44]
"One thing comes to mind this morning. [00:48]
"Um, [00:50]
"in design, [00:52]
"in software design, there's [00:54]
"there's a few levels of difficulty when you're designing something. [00:59]
"Uh, [01:01]
"if especially if what you want someone to do, [01:06]
"um, [01:08]
"does not align with their existing behavior. [01:12]
"So, [01:13]
"can you offer a valuable service, right? [01:16]
"It's kind of the first thing, will they go look at it? [01:19]
"Uh, there's the acquisition [01:22]
"funnel, and then there's the use [01:26]
"of the product, which looks more like a loop, [01:31]
"right? [01:32]
"And then there is, uh, [01:35]
"you know, in that loop, can you change someone's behavior? [01:41]
"You know, some things are very straightforward, buying a pair of shoes. [01:45]
"Uh, [01:47]
"people have innovated on that. [01:49]
"You know, you have [01:52]
"organizations like Havenly or Trunk Club that take the traditional checkout process [01:58]
"and provide you with a [02:01]
"almost kind of an automated um [02:05]
"Oh like Havenly for instance is home furniture. [02:09]
"And so they ask you a few questions [02:11]
"before presenting product, [02:14]
"right? [02:14]
"Before presenting the actual sale process to identify your taste. [02:19]
"They curate, they help you curate [02:22]
"taste in the direction that [02:25]
"um, an interior designer might without the cost of an interior designer. [02:29]
"And then they present products. [02:32]
"And from there you can actually find the discounted [02:35]
"uh, service of an interior designer, but the checkout process itself [02:40]
"never changes. [02:43]
"And so what we look at kind of this, what I start to look at this experience and the visual information for telepathy, [02:53]
"uh, whatever this is, this technology supported version of telepathy or citizens tech phenomenon, [03:01]
"um, there is behavior that [03:04]
"that is, I think, and and I'm curious to hear what people say about this. [03:09]
"I'm just going to talk about something else and then I'll recap last night. [03:14]
"So when I look inward, [03:17]
"what I see normally is usually something in front of me, right? [03:24]
"But if you don't have any awareness that you're being breached [03:32]
"and you look inward and you see someone walking down the street, right? [03:36]
"Or someone in an office setting, let's use that one because that's so common. [03:41]
"Like a control room setting, [03:43]
"an office with monitors, right? [03:46]
"Someone at a desk. [03:48]
"Um, [03:50]
"we are used to watching television. [03:53]
"and television is not [03:55]
"uh, it's POV, point of view. [03:59]
"Right? [04:00]
"There's POV footage where someone wears a camera on their head [04:04]
"and you watch [04:06]
"uh, you watch the world through their eyes. [04:11]
"And this is common in video games. [04:14]
"Adult entertainment, I would say, has POV. [04:18]
"Um, but not really many others. [04:22]
"There's been a few movies, I think. [04:24]
"Hardcore Henry is an action movie [04:27]
"that was shot almost entirely from POV. [04:31]
"So from the point of view [04:34]
"of the person experiencing it. [04:36]
"And so, remember, I don't know if this information will be helpful. [04:40]
"If you're being breached and you look inward, remember [04:46]
"to look at this first, I would say as a best practice, [04:52]
"through the lens of POV, [04:54]
"point of view. [04:56]
"And this is going to be a change in behavior for most of what television [05:01]
"and thoughts look like. [05:03]
"When you think of your child, [05:05]
"or you think of your partner or someone at work, [05:09]
"or a friend, you think of looking at them, [05:11]
"right? [05:12]
"What do they look like? [05:14]
"It's your POV. [05:16]
"But when you're being breached by another person, [05:20]
"what seems to be happening [05:23]
"is that I end up, when I look inward, I forget [05:28]
"that I need to apply that point of view perspective to what I'm seeing. [05:32]
"So, I am not seeing someone in an office, [05:36]
"that person I'm looking at is not who I'm connected to. [05:41]
"I have to literally do a kind of a rotation, right? [05:46]
"So I look inward, I see some information and then I have to rotate [05:52]
"my awareness [05:54]
"and what happens is I land right [05:57]
"right on the bridge of someone's nose. [06:00]
"And then sometimes I get [06:02]
"an overhead view immediately. [06:05]
"So, from a product perspective backing out now, [06:13]
"right? [06:14]
"What is this citizen tech phenomenon? [06:17]
"Someone suggested in the last 48 hours, [06:20]
"it was [06:22]
"a law enforcement suggestion that all of this POV [06:27]
"POV experience, [06:29]
"hearing someone talking, [06:31]
"and I paraphrase it, of course, [06:33]
"you can hear someone talking out loud with their physical voice. [06:39]
"That's what we needed it for. [06:42]
"I paraphrase it [06:43]
"for for law enforcement use that that's one of the major pieces of functionality. [06:50]
"And so breaching people, right? [06:52]
"What what is this? [06:55]
"I mean, as a civilian or a citizen, [06:59]
"I don't necessarily want to be breaching people. [07:04]
"I don't want people breaching me either. [07:08]
"Now, it depends. [07:11]
"And so to to defend myself or even just have a an accurate, the beginnings of an accurate awareness, [07:19]
"I have to change my behavior away from [07:22]
"what the television has trained me to do, [07:26]
"right? [07:27]
"Looking at profile views of people, [07:30]
"it's never really point of view. [07:32]
"If I want to see who's breaching me, I have to really think about [07:37]
"looking inward and this information that's coming into my head, [07:42]
"not looking at the screen what's being presented, [07:45]
"rotating immediately. [07:48]
"And seeing if some movements there, is there a face there? [07:52]
"It's so important because otherwise, [07:55]
"this is important for survival, I think. [07:59]
"I'm coming to this realization [08:01]
"as I'm talking about it. [08:03]
"If you sit there and lap up, [08:06]
"drink up all of these false suggestions, right? [08:10]
"Laptops are so common in my experience. [08:13]
"And these false suggestions, vulgarity, sexuality, drug use, [08:21]
"there's there's really a point of view perspective that is the person making the suggestion. [08:28]
"You have access to that person. [08:30]
"There is this suggestion of backwards compatibility. [08:35]
"That's it not quite maybe it's backwards accessibility, [08:39]
"right? [08:41]
"They're communicating with you, so can you just look right back at them? [08:46]
"That's what I'm learning is possible. [08:49]
"That's the suggestion. [08:51]
"And it requires, circling back, it requires changing your behavior, [08:56]
"right? [08:57]
"From what you watch on a screen being just profile views, medium shots, head shots of people, how we're programmed, [09:06]
"to understand that you're being programmed inside of your head, you have to change your behavior. [09:12]
"to a point of view perspective and you literally have to rotate yourself. [09:18]
"And then you can see that someone's feeding you information. [09:23]
"But you'll also see just this offsite location. [09:27]
"So I want to talk about the kinds of information for a minute that has shown up. [09:31]
"There is programming, [09:35]
"false information, narratives trying to lure you. [09:39]
"And then there is, [09:42]
"you know, someone sharing the point of view with you. [09:46]
"And, you know, this is this is also part of the luring process. [09:51]
"If they're making an intimate gesture [09:54]
"an attempt to lure you out of your home, for example. [09:58]
"part of this ugly workflow, this uglyzation workflow. [10:03]
"Right? [10:07]
"But some of the offsite location, so all of these suggestions where [10:12]
"people are running around in a soccer field for example, [10:16]
"avoiding my awareness or maybe a beam literally. [10:23]
"Um, [10:25]
"how, you know, it makes me think, uh the offsite locations, how do you find these places? [10:31]
"I don't think it would be that hard, but there's a good chance they are overseas. [10:36]
"Um, [10:38]
"there's been a lot of talk of technology [10:41]
"that might help with establishing the location, but I'll save that. [10:47]
"I mean, briefly, [10:49]
"someone suggested, for example, last night when I was attempting to remove voice filters, [10:55]
"right? [10:56]
"That the voice itself coming through a microphone, the spoken voice [11:01]
"is the very thing that artificial intelligence uses. [11:05]
"And you can and they're wondering like, can't you separate out that part? [11:10]
"And they suggested that there was a delay if you attempt to do that. [11:16]
"And the delay does not promote the [11:19]
"the the conversation, the needs of the conversation, having a real-time [11:25]
"conversational experience. [11:27]
"Right? [11:29]
"So does that speak to range? [11:31]
"Is range also a factor? [11:34]
"Is this a world where these offsite locations I'm experiencing are close by? [11:40]
"I'll talk more about that [11:42]
"later, but I mean the suggestion is they're in the shelter [11:47]
"and you have people being breached, being asked to do the bidding. [11:52]
"Um, none of this feels friendly. [11:54]
"None of this feels like something that America would do to itself. [11:59]
"The more I look at it. [12:01]
"Um, so what else have I experienced then? [12:06]
"I mentioned you have programming from the laptop. [12:10]
"This this shows up. [12:11]
"The context where this is used is in the false intervention of law enforcement, [12:16]
"right? [12:17]
"or false information, [12:19]
"the mud slinging tradecraft [12:22]
"um that we'd find in politics appears to be here [12:26]
"in a very big way. [12:28]
"within citizen tech. [12:30]
"And and it's so much worse [12:33]
"than what you find on the television. [12:35]
"It's killing people, contributing to euthenization. [12:38]
"Um, that's the suggestion. [12:41]
"And then you have the offsite location, and then you have point of view. [12:46]
"So there's three at least. [12:48]
"And there's also people programming with uh magazines, [12:54]
"right? [12:56]
"So looking at a magazine and then [12:58]
"the picture, profile view of someone using that information to present themselves [13:04]
"or that visual as a point of communication, [13:08]
"right? [13:09]
"A a character in the conversation. [13:11]
"I mean, there's there's such a rich [13:14]
"landscape [13:16]
"of of of tactical just communication being used. [13:22]
"And when I hear that the investors aren't aware [13:26]
"of how well telepathy is working, [13:29]
"I mean, how how could they not be? [13:32]
"How could they not be? [13:35]
"I'd say half of my experience, [13:37]
"maybe more, especially when I'm sleeping at night is mostly internal. [13:42]
"internal communication with the exception of the sound [13:46]
"in the building that has been reported to be accessible, [13:50]
"it's being heard by people in the building. [13:53]
"By an in-person person. [13:55]
"Someone showed up, a physical person [13:59]
"asking me about the conversation in the building [14:02]
"and the acoustics. [14:03]
"And why would he ask me? [14:05]
"Because my name [14:07]
"and my uthanization is public information in that building. [14:12]
"It really just speaks to the failing segment of the Stanley Milgram obedience experiment. [14:22]
"It's fucking horrible. [14:24]
"Excuse the F bomb there, please. [14:28]
"So summarizing what I've been talking about this morning, [14:31]
"started out wanting to [14:33]
"uh recap last night's events. [14:37]
"I will do that in another recording. [14:39]
"And then I looked at just this parallel [14:43]
"uh in design that is, you know, kind of the [14:48]
"the one of the tougher deliveries is changing people's behavior. [14:52]
"existing behavior and how that's impacting my experience today [14:57]
"attempted to defend myself and others from uthanization [15:01]
"and the beginnings of accurate having accurate [15:05]
"information of who's communicating [15:08]
"and what are they doing? [15:09]
"Is it malevolent? [15:11]
"Is it programming? [15:12]
"Remember that point of view perspective. [15:15]
"So what you're going for is seeing arms in front of you, [15:19]
"a screen in front of you. [15:21]
"And when you see that, then you're connected to the person breaching you [15:25]
"and they may have a wearable. [15:28]
"I can feel people removing wearables [15:32]
"like helmets. [15:34]
"Uh, brand.space has a helmet for example. [15:38]
"I'm not suggesting that it's them doing this, [15:42]
"but helmets are very common. [15:44]
"That's what an EEG looks like. [15:46]
"There are more [15:47]
"uh, there are other lighter weight designs, [15:52]
"less material, but they are wearables and you wear them on their on your head. [15:57]
"That's how they get a scan of your brain. [16:00]
"I hope this information is helpful to someone including investors [16:05]
"who don't know that telepathy is working. [16:09]
"Right? [16:10]
"There's a suggestion of multiple systems out there. [16:14]
"So [16:15]
"maybe there's, you know, distinct differences, functionality differences between the systems. [16:22]
"Um, [16:23]
"I'm going to repeat now. [16:28]
"When I move to the repeating process. [16:30]
"So, end of administrative note, [16:35]
"beginning today's repeating process [16:38]
"in three, [16:41]
"two, [16:42]
"one. [16:44]
"This is for comments. [16:45]
"If you have any comments about what I just suggested, [16:49]
"I want to make sure [16:51]
"you understand. [16:52]
"So the point of view perspective and programming [16:56]
"someone [16:57]
"in their mind [16:59]
"in this unconsented to conversation, [17:02]
"does anyone have any information on that [17:05]
"and how it's being used to euthanize people in America? [17:11]
"And I'm going to end the administrative note there. [17:15]
"I just wanted to be sure that's what I'm hoping for. [17:18]
"And beginning today's repeating process in three, two, one. [17:25]
"Are you sure this person is recording us? [17:33]
"We're trying to suppress his ability to record, aren't we? [17:50]
"That's a question for myself. [17:57]
"I don't understand what you're suggesting, Sean. [18:07]
"Are you suggesting that you're experiencing visual information telepathically? [18:21]
"You are not supposed to have an awareness [18:31]
"with that level of detail. [18:36]
"Administrative note, [18:42]
"that is exactly what I'm suggesting. [18:45]
"And there's depth to it. [18:47]
"It's not just that I'm receiving information, [18:50]
"visual information, it's that I can see the difference [18:55]
"between programming [18:58]
"and establishing a POV perspective with the person breaching me, [19:03]
"looking at the laptop they're using to program me with. [19:09]
"End of administrative note, returning to the repeating process in three, two, one. [19:18]
"Okay, everybody, that is the end of euthanization in Denver, Colorado. [19:32]
"This is very old information, everybody. [19:39]
"I'm so fucking disgusted at Microsoft this morning, [19:54]
"still repeating, [19:56]
"still repeating. [19:57]
"Please stop making it look like he's trying to accuse people. [20:15]
"We need accurate information coming out of this system. [20:19]
"That's exactly what I need to hear this person [20:29]
"talk about. [20:31]
"Administrative note. [20:34]
"Just in case someone's listening and they are new to my execution, I do not accuse people. [20:43]
"My communication is consistently supportive, diplomatic and solution oriented. [20:52]
"I do not make accusations, I ask questions and I report on patterns of suggestion. [21:01]
"I inspire conversation. [21:03]
"Right? [21:06]
"And it is both telepathic and it is physically spoken. [21:11]
"And I've learned so much along the way. [21:14]
"Um that's another recording that I could break down. [21:19]
"but I want to make sure that's clear and it is it is completely clear to me that people are attempting to, they're commenting on this. [21:29]
"People are attempting to make it look like in these recordings, right? [21:34]
"Make it look like I'm accusing people or I have a fixed belief structure. [21:40]
"I do not. [21:40]
"This this can be considered evidence. [21:44]
"My testimony is absolutely evidence in the discovery of telepathic terrorism is absolutely evidence. [21:52]
"It is not a fixed belief perspective. [21:55]
"And you need to couple it, pair it with [21:59]
"in-person statements from people, other testimony, and technology demonstrations. [22:06]
"End of administrative note. [22:09]
"Oh, so cute. [22:11]
"End of administrative note, returning to the repeating process. [22:16]
"Remember, I'm hoping for feedback from people, someone talking about the breaching process [22:25]
"and this POV, that's what it's, that's the abbreviation or the acronym, [22:31]
"point of view perspective that someone could experience [22:36]
"uh, especially if they see someone looking into a laptop with the very programming that they've been [22:43]
"that's been suggested to them. [22:46]
"All all you have to do is rotate your awareness when that programming starts [22:52]
"and you may end up right on the bridge of someone's nose. [22:56]
"That's what it's like for me. [23:00]
"So I'm looking for comments on that this morning, [23:03]
"uh, not accusations, [23:06]
"just comments. [23:09]
"Returning to the repeating process and hope of capturing some comments on this point of view perspective and the breaching process [23:18]
"in three, two, one. [23:21]
"Okay, Sean, we cannot comment on that. [23:28]
"I cannot believe what you are saying to us this morning. [23:37]
"Are you seriously going to ask the terrorist organization about the breaching process this morning? [23:56]
"That was exactly what I said word for word, everybody. [24:06]
"Okay, Sean, you're arriving at your destination, so I will give you a little bit of information. [24:22]
"The breaching process is happening to American citizens. [24:32]
"And it's very important that you do your best to protect yourselves and your loved ones. [24:48]
"The CIA is working on a solution. [24:54]
"And that is all I will say this morning. [25:01]
"I would also like to say something. [25:07]
"Still repeating. [25:08]
"Still repeating. [25:09]
"I really need this person to accept his euthanization at his. [25:22]
"It's not what you think, Christopher Harris. [25:32]
"You will not be executed. [25:37]
"How do you feel about that? [25:43]
"And then wrap up the recording. [25:45]
"Administrative note, I do need to wrap up the recording. [25:49]
"I can't trust that. [25:51]
"I've attempted to set a public safety example [25:55]
"and I need to remain consistent until the the bloody end if that's what happens to me. [26:02]
"And uh, objectively [26:06]
"objective reasoning applied, right? [26:09]
"It is not safe [26:12]
"for someone to go towards euthanization. [26:15]
"And this isn't hard to discern. [26:17]
"It's euthanization. [26:19]
"And it's the way I'm being treated and people I'm going to uh share a past comment for for additional information on why I will never accept euthanization. [26:31]
"Paraphrasing a past suggestion, [26:34]
"This looks like an execution to us because [26:39]
"of the smear campaign, the character assassination and just how ugly they're being to this person. [26:47]
"And so that was something that was shared and I [26:52]
"I would tend to agree with that, but there could be some ideology out there. [26:58]
"People continue to ask me [27:01]
"or make suggestions, um [27:03]
"for example this one, uh paraphrasing, [27:07]
"we're not connecting with this person. [27:10]
"There's no connection or attraction to us happening. [27:17]
"Right? [27:19]
"So what what does that mean? [27:21]
"Was is there an assumption that bludgening someone and destroying their opportunity could force them towards you? [27:31]
"I don't think so. [27:33]
"So I I don't want to spend too much time on why I can never accept euthanization, but one, it's not hard to discern. [27:40]
"The presence of the character assassination and not just that, the destruction of the community around me. [27:47]
"Business owners [27:49]
"and workers included during the job interview process. [27:52]
"It's been suggested that I, you know, I've watched my one of my employers, two of my employers go through this [28:00]
"while employed. [28:02]
"And then we have last parking at the at the ball stadium, [28:06]
"right? [28:07]
"The suggestion was that they destroyed that opportunity after what was a successful, reported as a successful job interview. [28:15]
"And uh, [28:17]
"and then most recently at GB Fish and chips, [28:21]
"there was plenty of visual information shared with just how badly that place was treated. [28:26]
"I mean, they of course chimed in with the whole [28:31]
"uh skin disorders, YouTube channel with my infection videos on it. [28:37]
"shouldn't be working in a restaurant. [28:40]
"This is all pushes someone away. [28:44]
"It's the metaphor I suggested in the past is that [28:48]
"if you're in a furniture store, [28:50]
"right? [28:51]
"And you're be physically beating someone attempting to force them to buy this sofa, [28:57]
"It it just not going to equate to a a sale. [29:02]
"It's not going to, no matter how hard you beat them. [29:06]
"Definitely not in America. [29:09]
"Um, and I could be wrong about that, but I'm going to end this recording now. [29:15]
"Thank you for the information you shared [29:18]
"uh, about the breaching process. [29:21]
"It's a suggestion and what I would say if you're listening [29:27]
"and you think you might be breached is tap firmly [29:32]
"on your chest several times. [29:34]
"See if you get a reaction. [29:38]
"And don't freak out if you get one. [29:42]
"Just know that, you know, the advice that was given, do your best to protect your information. [29:49]
"Consider your eyes, [29:51]
"uh share information that is passwords, your door code to your apartment, [29:57]
"right? [29:57]
"Your online banking, all compromised. [30:00]
"And this is another reason why I don't believe America would would do this to itself, but I think a technology organization might do it [30:10]
"as long as they can get away with it, especially if they had support from the military or [30:17]
"the intelligence community, for example, like through the through the research of of uh public safety and law enforcement. [30:26]
"the context of law enforcement. [30:28]
"But the the dividing line really needs to be, we don't need any more police brutality stories, [30:33]
"and this absolutely must be a consented to conversation. [30:39]
"There can be no euthanization. [30:41]
"That's a given. [30:43]
"I'm going to end the recording now. [30:47]
"Thank you for your service for who's out there [30:52]
"that's attempting to remove euthanization and make this a consent consented to conversation. [31:00]
"I'm really hopeful that citizen tech will find its way towards consent. [31:05]
"We're not there yet. [31:07]
"Um, end of administrative note. [31:10]
"End of recording. [31:13]
"It is 10:18 a.m. [31:15]
"Sunday, August 24th [31:18]
"in Denver, Colorado. [31:20]
"This is the voice of Sean Christopher Harris. [31:23]
