**11:03am capturing suggestions from last night’s stay at the 48th St. shelter including my attempts at removing 8-10 voice filters reveals the voice of one woman playing the roles of both the facilitators of the euthanization and the false intervention of law enforcement standing against euthanization. This capture also includes attempting to lure me into a relationship with false information including the suggestion of access to fentanyl.*
"Okay, it is 11:03 a.m. [00:04]
"Sunday, August 24th [00:07]
"just walking through Cheeseman Park on a nice overcast day. [00:13]
"Uh I want to capture takeaways from last night and the wee hours or early morning hours of today [00:27]
"while I was at the 48th Street shelter. [00:31]
"So, let's get to it. [00:36]
"Um, so is the threat still present at the shelter? [00:41]
"Absolutely. [00:42]
"There was about a 48-hour period where I had some good sleep and I I didn't feel as threatened as usual and I thought maybe progress had happened. [00:54]
"Uh there has been no progress. [00:57]
"And it is it is just probably the most life threatening uh it has been there. [01:06]
"So the threat is still present, uh and this is due to the presence of uh these threatening suggestions that uh the suggestion is you can hear them. [01:19]
"Your ears are in use and you can test yourself by for this by holding your index fingers over your ears, right? [01:29]
"And then removing them and looking looking for an increase in volume. [01:34]
"I've also had at least one person one person show up, physical person, walk up to me and and ask me if I'm aware of the conversation in the building and the acoustics. [01:48]
"Uh so I'm being offered euthanization. [01:52]
"And the suggestion here is is that other people can hear me being threatened with euthanization and uh character defamation, my family's lives being threatened inside the shelter with their ears. [02:08]
"That's the suggestion. [02:11]
"That's the human experience also. [02:14]
"Um, so that's still happening, right? [02:16]
"So now let's look at some of the uh takeaways from last night. [02:23]
"So I got back there, I went to bed immediately after showering. [02:28]
"That's what I did and I stayed in bed without using the restroom once the entire night. [02:34]
"Used the restroom in the morning and exited the building. [02:39]
"That's actually what happened. [02:42]
"Normally, uh on just like last night, other nights, it's suggested that I'm engaging in drug use and some kind of sexual promiscuity. [02:52]
"I mean, they're taking very human and very private personal things and turning it into criminal activity, uh suggestions that would be used to dissuade support, right? [03:06]
"Turn support away, to confuse people. [03:11]
"I want to get to the specifics of last night's suggestions. [03:14]
"So, um I woke up in the middle of I don't of the night. [03:18]
"I don't know want to say what time it was, two to three a.m. maybe. [03:25]
"And uh once I woke up, there was an active conversation, an active telepathic conversation present. [03:35]
"I did not check my ears for the presence of sound. [03:38]
"I just assumed that was also there. [03:41]
"Uh but I started attempting to remove voice filters from the conversation. [03:46]
"The takeaway was what appeared to be eight to 10 voices was actually one female voice. [03:54]
"And so removing the voice filters is actually quite simple and people commented on this last night in the early morning. [04:03]
"You just listen for it. [04:06]
"You listen to first the the artificial sounding voice, right? [04:12]
"The computer generated voice. [04:15]
"Some of these, it's very hard to tell. [04:17]
"And then you listen to it for a few moments and what what I'm finding is that there is another voice repeating those words just before they happen. [04:30]
"And once you find that voice, you can focus on it and the artificial sounding voice that's repeating the words disappears, it almost vanishes. [04:44]
"And so what was a variety of voices, male, female, from both sides of this adversarial conversation, so the protectors of the community and the people euthanizing the community covertly, right? [05:04]
"The enemies of Denver, Colorado, one female voice is what I found contributing to both sides, the euthanizers and then the people who would appear to be at face value support, but are not actually support. [05:24]
"This was one female. [05:25]
"And I spent about 15 to 20 minutes on this, I think. [05:29]
"Just lying in bed and listening. [05:32]
"And people suggested that that's exactly what I was doing, paraphrasing, he's just listening. [05:40]
"Um and that's how you remove the voice filter. [05:47]
"Right? So I did not announce myself or what I was doing and then towards the end of the listening experience, I attempted to, you know, change direction from listening to looking for the source of the communication. [06:06]
"Right? And so there's kind of a it's it's interesting how you might articulate this. [06:13]
"So if you're the inside of your mind is like a a movie screen, right? [06:18]
"And there's blackness with your eyes closed. [06:20]
"Right? If your eyes are open, you're processing information that is, you know, what your eyes are seeing, which in my case would be a blanket pulled over my head, this breathable blanket to find some alone space. [06:35]
"But I have my eyes closed, so there's blackness. [06:38]
"Right? And then there's sound. [06:40]
"The sound of this person playing both sides. [06:44]
"And so the sound actually has a location in this giant movie screen of my mind. [06:51]
"And once I find it, I start pulling. [06:54]
"There is a pull gesture. [06:56]
"I kind of, it's kind of like the grab hand on the computer, the space bar. [07:02]
"So you grab and pull. [07:04]
"And I'm pulling myself towards it. [07:08]
"Right? And finally I get to where I'm right over top of it. [07:13]
"And this isn't a flat two-dimensional movie screen. [07:16]
"It's just three-dimensional blackness, right? [07:19]
"And so you're just pulling towards it. [07:24]
"And finally I got above it, and then I started receiving visual information that was uh a woman at her desk. [07:33]
"There are two people, right? [07:36]
"Woman at her desk, uh mature, maybe some kind of a business casual blouse. [07:43]
"Uh she's probably 40s, uh Auburn, so brownish red uh brownish hair with like a tint of red maybe, and a little bit of lipstick and um Caucasian female, blouse, business casual attire at a work station with multiple monitors. [08:05]
"Right? And so the hardest thing you can do in this situation is just let information surface. [08:11]
"For example, if you look for something, if you're looking for something, you're going to add that to the conversation. [08:19]
"And so doing my best the whole time to just let things surface. [08:24]
"That's what surfaced. [08:25]
"And then, you know, if I'm looking at this woman, right? [08:30]
"Then who's there with her? [08:33]
"Remember POV perspective, point of view. [08:37]
"So I believe the female herself was communicated, but that there was also the presence of someone else. [08:45]
"Silver, uh curly, gray or silver curly hair, short curly hair, maybe a little length in the back. [08:52]
"This could be a male or non-binary female, uh elderly, like late 60s, early 70s with clear framed glasses. [09:03]
"I think they're like oval shaped glasses, maybe. [09:08]
"Um, and so I attempted to connect with the woman and I believe I succeeded at that, and she's still been connected to me now throughout the morning and this afternoon so far. [09:22]
"And uh what I've learned about this is is that people find it very uncomfortable to be connected to me and it's not something now, you know, there was a comment from her direction, I believe earlier this morning paraphrasing, I do not believe this system I I no longer believe this system is good for civilian use. [09:49]
"Right? That's exactly what I want people to experience is how unpleasant it is to be breached. [09:57]
"The more people experience, the better. [10:01]
"And it you know, it makes me wonder, if you're going to use this system on the general population or any population, why wouldn't you do adequate training so you know what it feels like going through something like this. [10:15]
"And I don't mean in a laboratory, I mean trying to do life, like life conventionally speaking, going to work, driving, using the restroom, while being tormented by someone. [10:29]
"Wouldn't you want that information yourself if you were going to facilitate this tormenting on a general population? [10:39]
"The information from it would be priceless. [10:43]
"It could help, you know, avoid moving in the wrong direction and spending the the money respectively to go in that uh direction. [10:54]
"So, so that was one part of last night, right? [10:59]
"Uh the removal of voice filters and this so let's talk about how disturbing this is from just a an acknowledgement, a community acknowledgement and public safety perspective. [11:11]
"So every day I find myself hoping that someone is observing and they're eventually going to offer me witness protection. [11:20]
"What the experience actually looks like is it looks like the actual protectors of Denver, Colorado are engaged. [11:29]
"Engaged in the very euthanization efforts that are destroying my life and the lives of the people around me. [11:38]
"That's the objective reasoning I have to live with. [11:42]
"That's the objective reasoning I have to live with. [11:48]
"So, uh I have two scenarios, right? [11:51]
"We've got just the objective information, the suggestion based on the accusations of others is that part of the FBI in Denver and a technology organization, maybe Microsoft or urban planning, and the DA, like there's law enforcement awareness, but they are all someone within these groups, right? [12:18]
"And it may be smaller, a smaller effort than originally thought because of this suggestion of one person playing many roles, that these people are engaged in euthanizing Denver, euthanizing Denver's public. [12:32]
"They're using this system, this technology to find telepathic people and euthanize them. [12:39]
"So when I'm asked to accept euthanization or someone suggested that I'm not going to be euthanized, this is the objective reasoning I lean on. [12:49]
"How I'm being treated and what suggestions have been made, what accusations have been made. [12:55]
"And it's really horrible. [12:57]
"It turns me away from my country. [13:01]
"And so I have to deal with that every day, right? [13:04]
"And so what what does it mean that this one person is playing the roles of two of all people? [13:11]
"Well, there's some more objective reasoning that goes along with this that if there is support present, they're not going to be doing a lot of communicating. [13:22]
"They're going to be doing mostly observation." [13:25]
"Right? Because they don't want to reveal themselves and that there's a suggestion that America's still figuring out what happened." [13:35]
"We're still figuring out what happened and that gets suggested in other words, variety of ways every day." [13:46]
"Right? So that's also part of the objective reasoning and that some people have made mistakes, right?" [13:52]
"Law enforcement people maybe, people in the community who have authority, hold sway over others, the general public, have made mistakes and they're attempting to take the advice of others and clean up the situation." [14:10]
"So euthanization cleanup crew is one way of looking at it." [14:15]
"But then there's the individual who's engaged and is attempting to protect, you know, their money, their homes, what they've worked for, but sadly they've committed crimes." [14:27]
"Covert euthanization is not legal." [14:31]
"It's illegal." [14:33]
"This unconsented to conversation is illegal." [14:37]
"According to existing law." [14:40]
"Um, and what they're doing within the communication, the felony menacing, the attempted murder, right?" [14:49]
"Using people around you." [14:51]
"It's all illegal." [14:53]
"And so by objective reasoning just continues to uh to put me in a it really is is the sensation of being cornered." [15:03]
"Like I believe in my country, um but on one hand, I think my country's devouring itself and devouring me along with it." [15:15]
"The other hand, I think there is a group of people observing that are supportive, genuinely supportive." [15:21]
"And they're defending me verbally." [15:25]
"So there's this false suggestion of support and then there's another layer that is actual support observing this kind of one person show pretending to be multiple people who are supporting euthanization and providing the false intervention of law enforcement or the intelligence community." [15:48]
"So, it's a lot of information, right?" [15:51]
"Um it it's discouraging." [15:55]
"But it could, on the other hand, by sharing this information, being transparent with it and looking at this as I've been asking this question, is there a pattern of one person or a group of people pretending to be both the the facilitators of euthanization in Denver and the people protecting Denver from euthanization?" [16:20]
"I think last night uh aligns with that being true." [16:25]
"There is a group of people pretending to be both." [16:30]
"Um, and so it's very unfortunate, but I think there is hope in bringing transparency to this, maybe it will help us locate the facilitators of these ugly so-called ugly workflows." [16:48]
"Right? So beyond the voice filters, what else last night?" [16:53]
"There was a suggestion of fentanyl, right?" [16:59]
"So, after the voice filter thing, I think I fell back asleep and I woke up again." [17:05]
"Um there was someone say, it was literally like a table with manufacturing." [17:15]
"The suggestion was someone manufacturing fentanyl and I attempted to inspect the bowl." [17:23]
"There's a bowl with substance in it, right? Telepathically." [17:29]
"And I zoomed into inspect it, and it actually 3D, three-dimensional space was present, and uh change and density, like consistency of the information." [17:41]
"It felt like there was an actual bowl of something there." [17:45]
"And they were suggested that you know, you could have as much of this as you want." [17:51]
"They and so again, this is another pattern of people having false information for me." [17:58]
"I am not a fentanyl addict." [18:02]
"And so if you spend time and energy revealing yourself through communication on one of these false uh this this false information, well, it how's that going to help anyone?" [18:18]
"You're not going to create a connection with me." [18:21]
"Right? So the suggestion was they're attempting to lure me towards them, which is life threatening." [18:27]
"Right? I don't see anything except my euthanization coming by, you know, following these people." [18:35]
"It's so important if you're reading this information and someone's attempting to befriend you telepathically, you've been doing the bidding and they want you to go somewhere, do something, even light a cigarette or pull the phone out of your pocket, never do it." [18:52]
"You could be identified and euthanized." [18:56]
"Right? So, wouldn't it be nice to have for example, why don't you have another cigarette? Right?" [19:02]
"And then you go, oh, great idea and you pull it out and somebody's identified you from across the street." [19:09]
"It's predatory." [19:13]
"And so getting back to the whole suggestion of fentanyl there, it was acknowledged that I was not interested." [19:20]
"I didn't have to say anything." [19:22]
"People actually stood up for me." [19:24]
"No, that will not work for this person." [19:27]
"Right?" [19:28]
"And then they said, well, we can't work with him if we don't have anything to lean on him with." [19:36]
"So why One moment." [19:40]
"So why are drugs being suggested so often?" [19:53]
"Um is a question, you know, it is this something that points to the identity of the motives of these people." [20:01]
"The DA is accused every day." [20:04]
"I don't have any strong feelings towards that, but drugs are suggested every day." [20:11]
"Drugs are suggested as part of character defamation of myself." [20:16]
"They're suggested as part of this uh ugly workflow that is luring me to my death." [20:23]
"Right? So what were these memories, for example, memories of something." [21:07]
"So there was a person present there showing me they it began with a suggestion of fentanyl and then they're showing me what looked like military trade craft in a home or an office." [21:22]
"Uh there was also the suggestion of making a sandwich in a toaster oven." [21:29]
"Right? And so it felt like I was connected to this person." [21:32]
"They were looking through a closet full of uniforms, uh the suggestion, there was a suggestion there from someone of of flece impersonation, law enforcement impersonation, uh uniform possibly." [21:48]
"There wasn't much talking during this time, but there was the suggestion of ordering a rifle with a suppression, a sound, a silencer off the dark web." [22:02]
"And then after they showed me all of this, right?" [22:09]
"This trade craft looking these trade craft suggestions, they returned to we're not connecting with us." [22:19]
"They suggested that I am not connecting, I am not interested in any of this." [22:26]
"And that's because I'm a normal person." [22:29]
"A technology worker." [22:32]
"And so there there is kind of this, you know, constantly trying to connect with me using uh sexuality, trying to connect with in homosexuality, another false information aspect of this, trying to connect with me with drugs, more false information." [22:52]
"Just not connecting." [22:54]
"And and then also sharing tradecraft and things like this." [22:59]
"So when you attempt to lure me using this method of communication, I just see it in in a this very blanket way of it's life-threatening communication." [23:11]
"That's all I see it as." [23:13]
"And um there's nothing you can suggest and this is very old information for me that will ever uh help me move towards you in this situation." [23:25]
"And it's because of the presence of euthanization, but also just this age old suggestion of don't talk to strangers." [23:34]
"It's an unconsented to conversation." [23:37]
"So to summarize last night, you have the removal of the voice filters, you have uh, you know, character defamation happening along the way on both ends from a time perspective." [23:49]
"And then you have attempting to lure me with fentanyl and some of what appeared to be just terrorist trade craft." [23:58]
"Right? So are people, so here are questions about last night and early this morning." [24:06]
"Is someone investigating me for terrorism?" [24:09]
"That has been suggested that there's a counterterrorism unit and they are investigating me to determine if I am a terrorist." [24:20]
"My LinkedIn profile is accurate." [24:23]
"I'm a technology worker and nothing could seem more strange to me." [24:29]
"I mean, I understand that you might want to do that considering I wrote a document that is the discovery of telepathic terrorism that contains the transcripts of the terrorists, people whose behavior aligns with the FBI definition of terrorism." [24:49]
"But I'm just curious how long will it take you if you are investigating me to come to the conclusion that I'm just uh a citizen and a technology worker like a research and design person who works with mobile apps and the customer journey, right?" [25:09]
"Please do not spend one tax dollar on that effort." [25:15]
"Because we really need help." [25:18]
"Ethanization needs to be removed from the city of Denver and any other city." [25:23]
"You do not want to reward this unconsented to conversation uh in any way." [25:31]
"And I understand that I might be used and dangled, be hanging by a thread for as long as it takes until people determine that they can or cannot euthanize me, they can or cannot identify a terrorist in a way that leads to an arrest." [25:50]
"I keep looking at the testimony I have, paired up with official statements from supportive Microsoft with a supportive relationship from Microsoft or Citizen Tech providing statements, official statements and technology, technology demonstrations, and then my discovery of telepathic terrorism as my testimony." [26:15]
"These transcripts, these ugly workflows, myself and others were subjected to." [26:21]
"And when you have that, you have prosecution for law enforcement." [26:26]
"Right? Cases won't be thrown out because we've had a groundbreaking case where people are actually uh, you know, we have information and legislation that covers the use of this system and it helps law enforcement prosecute people for telepathic crime." [26:47]
"Why is that not the priority right now?" [26:52]
"Right now." [26:54]
"Are we really getting somewhere?" [26:57]
"I'm going to continue to be, you know, are we really getting somewhere listening to these smear campaign and drug related, all of this false information that's happening?" [27:10]
"It's the most discouraging thing to endure." [27:13]
"Um and I, you know, I'm happy for another day of life, but this could be my last day of life." [27:19]
"Uh and if you lose my in-person testimony, my physical testimony, I mean, doesn't that matter?" [27:30]
"Why why am I not being seen as, you know, someone who's being singled out?" [27:39]
"People are suggesting it." [27:40]
"The people around me are being hurt." [27:42]
"It suggested that people around me are being added to the euthanization list." [27:48]
"And it's absolutely deplorable behavior for for any human being to participate in the covert euthanization of any other human being." [28:01]
"I mean, this is just, it was suggested this morning that that these people are seen as monsters." [28:09]
"Yes, you are." [28:11]
"You know, and if you're I'm never going to accept euthanization." [28:17]
"So what what is the problem?" [28:19]
"I really don't understand." [28:21]
"I'm not going to sit here and cry about it anymore." [28:24]
"Let's let's go ahead and move forward." [28:27]
"If you're out there, which I am uncertain if you are out there." [28:31]
"Thank you for your service." [28:32]
"I am uncertain that there is any actual support communicating with me." [28:38]
"I think it's extremely unlikely looking at the the actual the suggestion last night that the same Caucasian female or the same two people pretended to be like eight to 10 people on both sides." [28:57]
"Right? Facilitators of euthanization and the law enforcement intervention falsely." [29:05]
"So, I guess end of uh end of administrative note, let's uh I'm going to time check in here." [29:18]
"Am I still recording?" [29:22]
"Yes." [29:23]
"I'm going to move to the repeating process to see if there's any comments coming through uh on last night's events." [29:34]
"Right? So continuing the repeating process in three, two, one." [29:44]
"You're looking for comments on last night's suggestions?" [29:53]
"He's nodding his head, everybody." [29:58]
"Yep." [30:01]
"I can't comment on last night's suggestions because I was not present for them." [30:18]
"Did you just look inward and see someone?" [30:28]
"Administrative note, I did." [30:31]
"Uh I did look inward." [30:34]
"So I looked inward and saw uh mature Caucasian male, clean shaven, with short dark hair, maybe a little salt and pepper, a little gray in there and a white t-shirt, I want to say, or polo." [30:55]
"And uh immediately upon seeing that, that looked like the avatar or programming." [31:00]
"So I turned my awareness and somebody was right there." [31:07]
"I think similar looking person, removing headphones or a wearable." [31:15]
"Possibly an EEG wearable." [31:18]
"Uh that's what I saw." [31:23]
"That's the visual suggestion from looking inward." [31:27]
"Um I'm going to continue with the repeating process in hopes of capturing feedback on this recap, the events of last night and early this morning at the 48th Street shelter and that will be the end of this recording." [31:44]
"Continuing the repeating process in three, two, one." [31:50]
"No one's ever going to share information like that with you, Sean Christopher Harris." [32:03]
"That sound is coming from the street system, isn't it?" [32:12]
"I can't believe the news hasn't contacted this person." [32:21]
"We're suppressing his communication with people successfully." [32:32]
"This can't possibly be acceptable in the eyes of local law enforcement in Denver, Colorado." [33:33]
"That's exactly what I was worried about hearing everybody." [33:45]
"Let's offer this person his assistance as soon as humanly possible so we can get that testimony." [34:06]
"This is also very old information, very old suggestion, isn't it, Sean Christopher Harris?" [34:26]
"I'll speak to that so he doesn't have to stop his recording of this conversation." [34:41]
"This is very old information and an FBI cover-up has been suggested historically everybody." [35:03]
"And that was 100% word for word repeating, everybody." [35:15]
"Administrative note time." [35:19]
"Uh administrative note." [35:24]
"Yes, I think it's time to end this recording and get some work done." [35:29]
"It's 11:35 a.m. Saturday, Sunday, August 24th, 2025 in Denver, Colorado." [35:39]
"This is Sean Christopher Harris, just recapping the suggestions from Saturday night, early Sunday morning at the 48th Street shelter." [35:50]
"Thank you for what information and support is present." [35:57]
"Thank you for the information suggested and the suggestion of any support." [36:02]
"If you are in a similar situation and you feel like you can't trust who's talking to you, uh a suggestion could be that you look, you know, look at each statement." [36:18]
"Uh avoid going down the road that is having a relationship." [36:22]
"If someone says something that you can use, that it's valuable, consider using it." [36:28]
"There is value there whether or not someone shows up to help you in person." [36:36]
"Um whether or not you can actually trust anyone." [36:40]
"I would air on the side of you absolutely cannot trust anyone in an unconsented to situation conversation involving euthanization." [36:52]
"You cannot." [36:54]
"That's a given for any objectively reasoning person." [37:00]
"Um, end of end of administrative note, end of recording." [37:07
