**11:17am, capturing personal thoughts on how might an individual citizen help bring consent to this life threatening un-consented to conversation. Also, searching for what could be learned from the HIV epidemic’s “gay cancer” beginning and how it may relate to what Denver, CO. is facing now.*
"Um, this is Sean Christopher Harris. It's uh 11:17 a.m. Tuesday, September 9th, 2025." [00:10]
"Um, just going to capture some personal thinking and maybe some comments from others." [00:17]
"Uh," [00:20]
"on" [00:22]
"what? Here's a question." [00:24]
"That I'll try and phrase it a few different ways." [00:29]
"This is one big administrative note here." [00:32]
"How might we bring consent to this unconsented to life-threatening conversation that has surfaced within this so-called citizen technology." [00:51]
"Um," [00:53]
"I often think about uh, you know, my childhood growing up with the HIV crisis when it began, it was gay cancer." [01:03]
"It was called gay cancer and I that would never, that label would never fly today." [01:12]
"And when you look at where gender and identity are today, right, for emotionally mature people, uh people who appreciate identity, gay cancer is the most insulting suggestion and it's not accurate." [01:32]
"But to get to the point, it took thousands, you know, I think more, there's probably more like hundreds of thousands of people uh, from the bottom up, right?" [01:44]
"So a technology, you have top down initiatives and you have bottom up initiatives." [01:50]
"Bottom up initiatives are where people on the floor, on the ground floor have a question or a challenge and it's not something that the executive layer uh the sea suite would approve of doing, but they slowly work with people on the bottom," [02:09]
"the ground floor to build support, right?" [02:13]
"And so this gay cancer, you know, unfortunately required thousands of people protesting and dying, uh and the intervention of the music industry. There were concerts and and philanthropy around it before healthcare would even really acknowledge it, you know, from a top down sponsored approach from a top down perspective." [02:45]
"Uh, you know, and so now finally, 15 years after that crisis began, there's medication available where you could marry somebody, be with somebody intimately and not catch, uh, HIV." [03:03]
"And so is this is what the city of Denver is experiencing a similar? Is there a parallel here?" [03:13]
"Do we really have 15 years with the state the world is in, the the state of conflict that exists right now on the planet?" [03:23]
"This heavy burden, this extra burden in America right now, I mean with 80%, I didn't find the latest statistics with 80% of Americans living hand to mouth, that means little to no savings to endure any kind of uh surprise challenge in life, right?" [03:47]
"Another spike in sickness, COVID-related sickness and unemployment." [03:52]
"When you don't have savings and your rent is over, you know, is is more than you could afford, your time runs out quickly." [04:02]
"And a spike in homelessness right now in Denver would not be good considering you know, a terrorist attack has been claimed, bombs have been threatened from from February to July and just daily were reminded that what I'm experiencing and the people in the shelter, the 300 person household at the 48th Street shelter," [04:29]
"and uh hundreds, thousands of people a week in the intersection and in people around me in Denver, you know, are how how can we be expected to carry this burden right now?" [04:47]
"Where is acknowledgement?" [04:48]
"And so how might we, coming back to the question, how might we bring consent consent to this unconsented to conversation?" [04:59]
"And so I I'm looking at doing more from a marketing perspective, but I have to really consider a few things." [05:12]
"They consider a few things here before I do more marketing." [05:18]
"One, how will this impact the custody of my child?" [05:23]
"How will it impact for example, if I go and I print out the executive summary and I deliver it to every single news room I can find in Denver in person, will that invite the loss of my custody and potentially uh my my death, kind of a forced institutionalization and euthanasia." [05:49]
"So, these are questions and I don't think I could ever really come to the answer, but is this what, you know, looking back at at uh gay cancer, the beginning of HIV and and uh relief coming to people who suffer from HIV," [06:08]
"and just this sense of urgency right now with a terrorist attack being claimed, you know, I I don't know what other choice I have." [06:17]
"No email, no financial support, no phone call has ever surfaced with the marketing I've done to date." [06:25]
"And it it could be that my device, my devices are being suppressed." [06:36]
"And uh and when I look for work, you know, the employment opportunity is destroyed." [06:45]
"And this has happened multiple times now." [06:48]
"When I find a job, the employer, that place of business is attacked." [06:56]
"And so, it's also spreading." [07:01]
"The method in which people are being communicated, you know, the majority of conversation does not come from me." [07:08]
"It does not emanate from me or my decision to communicate." [07:12]
"It comes from uh this ugly so-called ugly workflow that is uh tormenting the psychological violence and forcing someone through conversation." [07:26]
"Conversation that is said to add people to the list." [07:32]
"Right? Add people to the euthanasia list." [07:34]
"So by talking this this what appears to be a terrorist attack spreads." [07:40]
"The the talking of these people who are facilitating these ugly workflows, it spreads through their conversation and then they just add people to the list." [07:50]
"And so I do not feel like we have much time to work with." [07:55]
"And it's one of these things that I won't know until I get there." [08:00]
"So the question I need to ask myself is am I willing to to expose myself to even more danger right now as a citizen to protect the children and the other citizens around me, to do my part?" [08:17]
"And I think the answer is yes, there's not a question." [08:21]
"And uh, if I if I end up losing my life by the very leadership around me, right, that has not yet shown up, that may also help drive this conversation forward." [08:38]
"So, I'm not sure what to say." [08:41]
"I mean awareness needs to happen." [08:43]
"I think marketing of this document, I also don't know that things could get any worse for me." [08:50]
"People have not shot me yet." [08:52]
"Um, I just want to sit here and think about this for a second and then maybe do some repeating." [09:01]
"I'm going to do whatever it takes at this point because I think my life is forfeit." [09:07]
"And I can't expect people observing who are also being tormented with their individual financial situations to be my new benefactor." [09:18]
"You can't expect that." [09:25]
"Afternoon." [09:35]
"Hi." [09:36]
"Some" [09:38]
"Let see if I'm still recording here." [09:41]
"I'm going to move to, end of administrative note, I'm going to move to uh the repeating process." [09:52]
"See if anyone has some comments, anyone has any comments at all." [09:56]
"End of administrative note, beginning the repeating process or continuing the repeating process for today in three, two, one." [10:06]
"Okay, Sean, I'm going to euthanize you and your family members if you print out that executive summary." [10:27]
"from your discovery document." [10:31]
"I did not say that." [10:36]
"I was thinking it." [10:42]
"Okay, so I have obviously been penetrated." [10:52]
"Yes, that's exactly what I'm beginning to realize." [11:02]
"And now that you've realized that, still repeating, still repeating." [11:09]
"And now that I am realizing that," [11:17]
"I need to change direction completely." [11:28]
"entirely and completely is what I suggested." [11:36]
"Okay, Sean." [11:39]
"I think you've got some support coming." [11:45]
"If I have been breached or been penetrated, paraphrasing here, if I have been breached or penetrated, I will be on the war path to find out who has done this to us." [12:09]
"This just sounds like another false narrative, everybody." [12:19]
"Yes, it's very important to have different tones, paraphrasing, different voices or toads in these recordings." [12:40]
"Excuse me." [12:48]
"I mean, how is this person supposed to continue on like this?" [13:02]
"People cannot be trusted around this person, individually speaking." [13:14]
"He's got so many people connected to him right now that I can't believe how good he's doing." [13:31]
"We just drove by this person and I am worried sick for his physical safety, everybody." [13:47]
"Still repeating, still repeating." [13:52]
"This is absolutely the worst product launch." [14:05]
"No, that is not what I said." [14:11]
"This is the absolute worst assignment, paraphrasing." [14:29]
"This is the absolute worst assignment I could ever imagine taking as a member of the Satan's Church community." [14:37]
"Still repeating, still repeating." [14:40]
"Oh, that is not going to work, everybody." [14:47]
"You cannot make his transcript sound like he's a member of Satan's church." [14:59]
"He has no affiliation to any organization at this moment, everybody." [15:12]
"I said association to any community at this moment." [15:24]
"Everybody." [15:27]
"What a cutie." [15:29]
"Administrative note, just uh continuing the repeating process that passed a a really cute puppy." [15:42]
"End of administrative note, continuing the repeating process in three, two, one." [15:51]
"And now we're back to recording transcripts of our predatory communication, everybody." [16:11]
"I can't fucking believe how horrible this person's situation is, everybody." [16:26]
"Yes, that's exactly what I said, word for word." [16:34]
"Still repeating, still repeating." [16:39]
"Paraphrasing, and so now we have this pattern of diminished violence of communication from the facilitators of these ugly workflows." [17:12]
"I didn't say ugly workflows, but that is exactly what I'm talking about." [17:24]
"And so you can't say this document isn't accurate because people have a pattern of communicated any changes, paraphrasing the last statement, any changes or inaccuracy from their statements." [17:57]
"Yes, that is exactly what I'm talking about." [18:04]
"Still repeating, still repeating." [18:07]
"Can you believe this person is still doing this in public?" [18:20]
"I didn't stay, I didn't say still." [18:31]
"No, that is exactly what I said." [18:34]
"No, everyone should be recording transcripts." [18:40]
"Still repeating, still repeating, still repeating." [18:46]
"A very strong annotation is going to be provided in this transcript." [18:59]
"Yes, that's exactly what I said, word for word." [19:08]
"Bullshit, bullshit." [19:11]
"I'm calling bullshit on this person, everybody." [19:17]
"He's a murderer." [19:21]
"He's a murderer and a sociopath from Satan's church." [19:29]
"Still repeating, still repeating, still repeating." [19:35]
"This is going to look like a group of predatory communicators, everybody." [19:51]
"Still repeating, still repeating, still repeating, still repeating the comments of others." [20:06]
"Still repeating the comments of others, still repeating the comments of others, attempting to copy me and defraud anyone who reads the discovery of telepathic terrorism." [20:21]
"Continuing the repeating process." [20:24]
"Oh my god, we have no chance in hell of manipulating this document, do we everybody?" [20:47]
"No, that is not what I said." [20:52]
"Well, what did you say?" [20:56]
"I feel like a sociopathic, kooky serial killer at this moment, everybody." [21:12]
"Still repeating, still repeating." [21:15]
"Yep, and he could sprinkle in the fact that he's repeating the comments of others anytime he wants to." [21:34]
"This is absolutely, paraphrasing, this is absolutely the most horrible betrayal of the American people I thought was possible." [22:03]
"I did not think something like this was possible to clarify the last statement." [22:17]
"Exactly, Sean Christopher Harris." [22:23]
"Administrative note." [22:29]
"So, looking at objectively speaking at the the the recording, the information I've captured in this recording," [22:42]
"I want everyone to attempt visualizing, if if you'd humor me." [22:50]
"Imagine an individual walking down the street, attempting to capture what's happening." [23:00]
"using a $7 microphone, right?" [23:04]
"The conversation feels isolated in a way." [23:09]
"I would say it's observational and predatory." [23:14]
"They are in a in a position, a predatory position above this person is what it feels like, above." [23:25]
"The sound is is coming from the residual uh noise from the street, the intersection of citizen tech and the noise from the street." [23:37]
"amplifies their words and it feels like it's above me." [23:43]
"Right?" [23:46]
"And so their conversation is mostly focused." [23:50]
"What are the key takeaways from the conversation?" [23:55]
"The individual, the author of the discovery document is repeating, and all of their inquiry, all of their statements have the following themes." [24:11]
"One, accuracy." [24:15]
"Accuracy, this is word for word." [24:19]
"I'm not going to look at is that supportive of the individual or not yet." [24:26]
"Accuracy is a theme." [24:29]
"attempting to copy or defraud the information in the author's discovery document is a theme." [24:38]
"And how what that looks like is making statements that might come through in the transcripts as self-identifying as a member of St. Church." [24:52]
"And other and in other ways, and it is also there's a kind of a um a mechanical function of of spoofing or defrauding the repeating process, right?" [25:10]
"So, taking a jab at the process itself." [25:16]
"Right? If we say still repeating, then how could he continue to record this with any accuracy?" [25:29]
"It's actually not that hard to keep going." [25:35]
"All three of those suggestions, right? All three of those themes are predatory." [25:43]
"So, where is the supportive communication?" [25:47]
"I have told myself over and over again in the mornings when I'm dealing with the reality of my inevitable execution that the people who are connected to me, right? My rule for connecting to someone is are they are they behaving in a predatory way?" [26:11]
"And when someone's, you know, has a predatory position, right? And they're communicating with me, I connect with them to bring them closer and to determine what can I see? What information from their eyes is available?" [26:30]
"Right? How much more uh transparency can I bring to this conversation?" [26:40]
"There's another theme that is America's service people, professional, telepathic professionals who would be called in are in a by default in a in an offensive posture, and they are slowly coming to the conclusion that they have been breached." [27:11]
"That's a theme." [27:13]
"Remember America, there is hope in this situation." [27:21]
"A terrorist attack has been claimed." [27:24]
"How do we feel about that? Do we believe that that is true?" [27:29]
"There is a very large pattern of suggestion that is America is being overthrown." [27:37]
"There's an attempt to overthrow us psychologically, submit us psychologically." [27:44]
"And all the while, right, the assumption is is that this is a one-way relationship with Americans." [27:52]
"The American military industrial complex, their citizens, their leadership, the penetration of these people individually and at scale to capture their passwords, their financial information, but more importantly to submit them psychologically." [28:13]
"I'm sorry, but after all of the suffering I've been experiencing that I've experienced over the last year, you could never submit me." [28:30]
"You have no chance of submitting America." [28:37]
"Now, if you were part of America's service, uh, protective, uh service people, the military, the telepathic community, and you're attempting to do your job of preventing the spread of telepathy," [29:21]
"the theme here for you is are you taking into account that there is a new observer from overseas possibly?" [29:32]
"And there's never been anything good about the historical euthanasia of telepathic people, innocent telepathic people." [29:43]
"That should never happen." [29:45]
"Never." [29:47]
"Absolutely not." [29:51]
"Technology today is prevalent." [29:55]
"The this consumer let me rephrase that." [30:00]
"The ability to scan a human being's brain has matured." [30:05]
"Where is America's leadership on this issue?" [30:14]
"Donald Trump doesn't need any help winning an election." [30:19]
"He does not." [30:22]
"I refuse to believe that the people perpetrating this crime against humanity, this war crime, violence is happening and that makes this a war crime." [30:35]
"I refuse to believe that the DEA, the FBI, Homeland Security, the CIA, Donald Trump, colleges, I refuse to believe that China and Saudi Arabia and Iran are doing anything to hurt human beings." [30:57]
"Anything." [30:58]
"I believe this is an ideological challenge and there is confusion happening." [31:07]
"In general, how might we bring consent to this conversation?" [31:17]
"How might we bring life-saving consent to this conversation?" [31:24]
"This is a bottom-up initiative until America steps in and determines that consent is where the financial investments begin." [31:39]
"There is the end of an age that is covert use of this method of communication." [31:47]
"That's over." [31:49]
"That's over according to anyone in, you know, of relevant thought leadership, relevant thought today." [32:01]
"What is irrelevant is the destruction of human rights in America." [32:07]
"That's irrelevant." [32:09]
"This is not you don't get to claim individual human beings' memories as your property." [32:21]
"I want to put this out out here as a question for this recording." [32:26]
"Are there technology organizations attempting to claim people's memories as their property in an effort to monetize or militarize that information?" [32:43]
"It's not your property just like drinking water is not your property." [32:52]
"And it's even more, even more in favor of the human beings, individual experience." [33:02]
"The suggestion that my memories are no longer my property is deplorable." [33:10]
"How dare you?" [33:12]
"How dare all of you grown-ups do something like this to the city of Denver?" [33:22]
"End of administrative note, returning to the repeating process in three, two, one." [33:31]
"I firmly disagree with what this person is saying." [33:41]
"No, I firmly agree with what this person is saying." [33:52]
"Exactly." [33:55]
"Is someone trying to claim our memories as their personal property?" [34:15]
"I mean, this is incredible, but also horrifying." [34:20]
"Yes, that's exactly what I said." [34:25]
"I mean if our memories are not our personal property, then where are we as a multi civilization world?" [34:56]
"Yes, that is exactly what I said." [35:00]
"Are you still recording?" [35:06]
"I mean, he even looks around to see if he's being identified." [35:18]
"Okay, everybody." [35:25]
"It's the dismissive okay, and I don't like being dismissed." [35:40]
"Still repeating, still repeating." [35:43]
"Administrative note, I am at 35 minutes for this recording." [35:48]
"It is 11:53 a.m. Tuesday, September 9th, 2025." [35:54]
"This is the voice of Sean Christopher Harris." [35:58]
"End of recording, end of administrative note, end of recording." [36:04]
