**4:39pm, before arriving at the intersection, I’m providing an introduction to the suggested telepathic threat within “Citizen Tech” and how its ubiquitous presence and incessant communication spreads euthanization to Denver, CO.’s unsuspecting citizens. My hope is that this introduction will help frame my role at the intersection accurately and prevent the ongoing character defamation from overshadowing support for myself and in turn 1000s Denver, CO’s citizens.*
"It's uh 4:39 p.m. Tuesday, September 9th, 2025. This is Sean Christopher Harris recording uh an introduction to the threat in Denver, Colorado." [00:17]
"Um it's very important that I remind people of what's happening in the city and I usually record this on my way to the intersection but" [00:30]
"this threat is not limited to the intersection. It is not limited to the homeless shelter or homeless people." [00:40]
"So in general, what is happening is uh euthansia is being suggested uh to a variety of citizens in Denver, Colorado. That's the suggestion." [00:58]
"Um and euthanasia is just part of it. The there are so-called ugly workflows that force people to accept euthanasia and it's a psychological uh psychological violence, a psychological phenomena of communication." [01:21]
"Citizen Tech is this suggestion of an umbrella uh an umbrella, a new a new method of communication that has been uh launched provided to the city of Denver without any explanation." [01:42]
"Right? A terrorist attack has also been claimed." [01:46]
"And if you look at the technological capabilities of today, there there is uh a technological capability to scan a brain, a human being's brain." [02:05]
"and turn that scan into words and pictures." [02:12]
"real-time conversation, words and pictures." [02:16]
"So yes, mind reading, right?" [02:22]
"And uh there's a huge opportunity for consumer application, but what Denver Colorado seems to be experiencing, and this is based on my individual experience and the thousands of people a week I come to contact with as a citizen in a densely populated area." [02:49]
"Right?" [02:52]
"So, uh one thing to know about this next location I'm going to is that I'm going to be holding a sign, right?" [03:04]
"Uh I've tried at great length to find a part-time job to re-enter society after four years of sickness." [03:15]
"Four years of severe full body infection that began after my COVID booster shot." [03:23]
"I had a Moderna vaccination and a Pfizer booster shot." [03:27]
"Whether it was the booster shot or something that was dispersed into the community, uh I suffered horribly for four years with permanent damage to my feet and ankles and I'm a black belt in martial arts." [03:45]
"and it really sucks to have that happen, but what's worse is this phenomena of communication that came after." [03:54]
"Right?" [03:57]
"And so this phenomena of communication can be described in a couple ways. There is sound, residual sound emanating from any noisy part of the city." [04:13]
"Um for example, a street system, right?" [04:18]
"Right now, I'm walking parallel to Colorado Boulevard southbound to the intersection where I ask for donations." [04:27]
"And uh you can hear this conversation emanates alongside the noisy street system." [04:37]
"Otherwise, it might happen inside your apartment, a smoke detector, anything that can be used to emanate uh emanate sound." [04:48]
"Siren inside of a smoke detector, an HVAC vent, a ceiling fan." [04:56]
"Um and for some of us, it's been suggested that the that the America has been given an implant." [05:10]
"that the citizens of America have been given an implant, right?" [05:16]
"And so for this mechanism, uh there is a conversation and if you communicate with said conversation, you could be offered euthanasia violently." [05:33]
"And see that's enough." [05:33]
"And so, uh there's also a spirituality narrative that goes along with this." [05:39]
"Right." [05:41]
"So it sounds like human beings talking to you, but they are suggesting that it's the spirit world." [05:49]
"I'm exhausted and I'm dragging on here. I want to get I want to get to the point as quickly as possible." [05:56]
"So regardless of I'm at the intersection, a hospital, um a medical clinic, a grocery store or the 300 person household that is the 48th Street permanent residence for previously homeless people, the Denver rescue mission 48 Street permanent shelter." [06:18]
"If you are experiencing this phenomena of communication and you decide to defend yourself or communicate for any reason, you could be forced to accept euthanasia." [06:34]
"And so one of the places that you can this is called tormenting or a so-called ugly workflow where psychological violence is forced upon the uh communicator, the person standing up for themselves." [06:52]
"So what that looks like at the intersection is there are a few layers to this. So one, I am out there. I'm already on this list, the euthanasia list, and my financial situation is suppressed." [07:09]
"My access to money, donations of any kind, a job is suppressed." [07:15]
"So when I go to a job interview, the hiring manager is bombarded with conversation. When I go to the intersection and ask for donations with my sign peacefully," [07:27]
"the vehicles of the intersection are bombarded with a statement, do not support this person." [07:34]
"Do not support this person to the left of you." [07:40]
"Right?" [07:41]
"So it's about suppressing me and stopping the spread, the so-called spread of this telepathic outbreak." [07:50]
"But the manner in which the spread is dealt with is that they they communicate. So psychological violence involves a lot of conversation," [08:04]
"a lot of violent uh telepathic and so-called citizen tech conversation, and the rules ironically and contradictorly speak contradictorly speaking are if you are exposed to too much telepathic conversation or phenomena of conversation that you are added to the euthanasia list." [08:28]
"So there's a contradictory aspect to uh the way in which the so-called American leadership or the military is dealing with this." [08:40]
"So they spew this toxic and violent conversation over the community, and by doing so, people are added to the euthanasia list." [08:52]
"And one thing that you'll notice about my communication is that it's a fraction, less than 1% of the overall daily conversation." [09:03]
"Right? So I'm going to go to the intersection. Ideally, it's quiet." [09:08]
"Unfortunately, the vehicles are bombarded with this statement, do not support the person to the left of you. Do not support this person, do not support this person to the left of you." [09:22]
"Right? And then when someone says, who is speaking?" [09:25]
"or one of the academic, so-called academic observers say, ask a question of the morbid facilitator, right? Who is speaking to the person in the vehicle? Add them to the list is suggested. Add them to the euthanasia list." [09:44]
"And so this has been going on, this phenomena at the intersection for at least one year for me. Last summer it was happening." [09:54]
"Um, I have tried aggressively to replace uh, to pull myself through this situation. My employers, prospective employers are bombarded with the same evil uh telepathic communication, which if they engage with it could ruin their lives." [10:20]
"And it's been suggested there's a large pattern of suggestion that money is always of interest." [10:27]
"So once you're being tormented, regardless of if you're in a medical clinic, grocery store, your apartments building, one of the worst places to experience this," [10:41]
"once you engage, you're, you know, they're going to look for your finances. And there's this suggestion, the human experience that once you're communicated with, right? and you're breached, these are technologically supported predators that can capture information from your eyes." [11:03]
"And this includes your apartment door code, your bank card pin code, your pin number, right? and your online banking password." [11:15]
"Money is of interest is the suggestion." [11:19]
"It's always of interest and by stealing your money, right, they further suppress you and force you to accept euthanasia." [11:31]
"And so there have been many occasions where in the past where, you know, conversation has revealed that the motivation is telepathy, whether technologically advanced today, this new version of it or not, telepathy is only for the exclusive use of the United States military." [11:57]
"And so the suggestion is the United States is devouring itself." [12:02]
"devouring itself, murdering innocent citizens using these psychologically violent workflows." [12:11]
"There's also a suggestion that you know, there's a battle being waged against uh telepathy, this emerging technology which is consensual, right? conceptual, consensual telepathy," [12:29]
"communication of the mind." [12:32]
"And so by, you know, bringing a terrorist threat to America, murdering people and creating this horrible first experience with telepathy, telepathy will cease to exist in the future." [12:50]
"And so that's the suggestion, right? Uh, a few things about myself, the author of the discovery of telepathic terrorism in Denver, Colorado." [13:04]
"I refuse to believe that America and any organization within, Microsoft included, would ever do anything to devour itself." [13:16]
"There is uh a war being waged that is ideological in nature." [13:22]
"ideology." [13:25]
"And that ideology is is that human beings are capable of communicating." [13:31]
"That we're capable of it." [13:34]
"Right?" [13:36]
"The people that are attacking the civilians in Denver, the citizen population, right, anyone, the human population, uh this argument aligns with the idea that they are not capable and that we must execute these people to avoid anyone being able to use telepathy." [14:03]
"But the truth of the matter is is that hundreds of bill hundreds of millions, billions, tens of billions are being invested into BCI technology, brain to computer interaction." [14:17]
"Right?" [14:19]
"BCI technology is a big deal. China has over 10,000 scientists employed in the BCI space." [14:28]
"And neuroethics is what's missing from this conversation." [14:33]
"So all of that said, just summarizing, uh this sinister and one one could easily call demonic uh conversation that is adding people to the euthanasia list, uh knows no boundaries." [14:51]
"It is anywhere that I go as an individual, and it impacts thousands a week in a densely populated area for anyone." [15:03]
"How many other people are being targeted as I am?" [15:06]
"Right?" [15:07]
"I am not here to add people to the euthanasia list. I am here to surface the criminal behavior." [15:16]
"The criminal behavior, and that includes that includes observing without showing up in person." [15:23]
"The absence of acknowledgement," [15:28]
"right?" [15:31]
"The absence of public acknowledgement. Remember, publicly facing uh organizations and publicly facing reviews protect the organization, protect the organization and the consumer." [15:48]
"Right?" [15:50]
"Protect the organization against fraudulent claims for one." [15:54]
"So when I go with all of that said, when I go out to the intersection, it's very important to understand that my ability to pay taxes is being destroyed." [16:05]
"And this is one aspect of it. Do not support this person." [16:08]
"It can also be seen in my job interviews. If you're going through something similar, never stop what you're doing, never stop going to work, never stop paying taxes because of these un unacknowledged predators in America." [16:28]
"You must keep going." [16:31]
"You absolutely need to keep going, Denver, Colorado. You need to keep going, America." [16:39]
"Uh the civilian population cannot be held accountable for the decisions of these people, the behavior of these people who have not yet been acknowledged and for their ideology, their cancerous and life-threatening ideology." [16:58]
"So when I go to the intersection, again, the goal is complete silence." [17:04]
"I'm going to go through a few rounds of repeating every statement that is spoken to confirm the threat." [17:11]
"It has been suggested that the FBI has intervened already and showed up and arrested people going back as far as February. I have not seen any in person support." [17:23]
"I have not received one email, one donation, one phone call acknowledging what I'm going through in a safe way." [17:32]
"Um so I I really can't say that any law enforcement intervention has happened." [17:39]
"And what happens to the people at the intersection today is a good measuring rod for the absence of actual law enforcement showing up." [17:51]
"Know that when I stand at the intersection, my life is in physical danger." [17:56]
"Right?" [17:58]
"Um that's another thing." [18:01]
"And so I'm going to stand out there until I find $5 to $10, and then I'm going home to the shelter and know that when I get back to the shelter that this this horrible violent psychological war warfare will be enlisted on the shelter, the residents of the shelter, staff included." [18:24]
"Um what else can I say about this situation? I do not approach vehicles unless they ask me to." [18:32]
"On a good day, it's $1 an hour."[18:35]"
"Um these transcripts, this entire conversation is going to be recorded and transcribed using Google AI Studio." [18:48]
"I've compiled a document, a manuscript that is almost 2,000 pages long." [18:54]
"If you are listening right now and you would like access to what is about over 700 pages of transcripts of the psychological warfare uh employed over Denver citizens, send a Venmo donation, a Venmo or cash app donation, include your email in the memo to stop appealing." [19:21]
"Stop appealing, not stop appealing one two three, stop appealing." [19:28]
"No dashes, no spaces." [19:31]
"Stop appealing. For example, stop appealing to my financial situation." [19:36]
"And so as long as you can include an email in the memo, and as far as I know, Venmo will allow it, the memo for the transaction, I will send you a personal email with a Google document link to the in progress, uh there are two documents now because I've surpassed the character limit for a Google Doc." [20:02]
"These transcripts are only a fraction of the entire minute-to-minute 24-hour a day conversation." [20:09]
"Anything you could do to pull me away from a densely populated area 24 hours a day." [20:17]
"So $2,500 a month will put me in an Airbnb, ideally away from Denver." [20:24]
"Right? Ideally, I do not spend any time around anyone that is unaware of what's happening to Denver's community." [20:34]
"Ideally, I pull myself away since I'm being singled out and murdered from any densely populated area." [20:43]
"And so an Airbnb away from an, you know, not an apartment building, a private residence basement or the entire home uh in a in a residential area would take the danger from the people around me away." [21:02]
"That's stop appealing, S T O P A P P E A L I N G at Venmo or cash app, include your email in the memo." [21:16]
"If you just want to access to the document, that's fine. It's 10, you know, send me $10. Know that I am risking my life sending you the document." [21:28]
"And so that's the introduction to tormenting." [21:32]
"Remember, information from our eyes is being accessed by uh an overseas party." [21:40]
"That's the suggestion by an unidentified and unaccountable communicator." [21:47]
"It's 5:00 p.m. It is Tuesday, September 9th, 2025." [21:54]
"Uh administrative note, it is 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 9th, 2025. This is Sean Christopher Harris." [22:04]
"And it's take care of my body for a moment, and then I'm going to head into the intersection and see what kind of uh transcripts we can pull from the uh euthanasia, the covert euthanasia, the violent euthanasia of Denver citizens for communicating with this unacknowledged and unconsented to so-called citizen tech phenomena." [22:29]
"End of administrative note, end of recording." [22:33]
