**3:03pm, recapping personal process motivations and suggestions from the so-called “Chinese government” including description of the breaching of American citizen’s bodies to get information from their eyes and that they are no longer supporting the euthanization of America’s citizens.*

"It's 3:03 p.m. Monday, September 15th, 2025." [0:02]

"Uh this is Sean Christopher Harris. I'm just catching it up to some comments that were just made." [0:08]

"It's been a bit of a busy morning." [0:15]

"Um, earlier there was quite a bit of communication around uh between two groups of people." [0:21]

"I guess over the last few days, I've been trying to connect myself through the the breaching process, whatever the the exact words are, I'm uncertain of." [0:31]

"I have no training." [0:42]

"Anyone in a predatory position, I've tried to connect with them, to bring them as close to me as possible in hopes of bringing transparency to uh what I'm experiencing as a citizen in Denver, Colorado." [0:44]

"And so today, we had quite a bit of conversation between two groups." [0:58]

"One group claiming to be the Chinese government, and another group of, you know, this is there's accents here." [1:04]

"There's some ethnicity in their voices." [1:13]

"Uh and another group of Caucasians." [1:17]

"Caucasian sounding voices." [1:21]

"I have not inspected uh the voices yet for underlying uh underlying voices of the use of voice filters, but it it's at first glance, it sounds like microphone use." [1:22]

"And so catching up, we had uh someone someone's offering to repeat it." [1:35]

"If you would repeat it, I'm going to move into the repeating process." [1:42]

"Maybe let's see how that goes." [1:46]

"Uh so end of administrative note." [1:49]

"Continuing the repeating process or beginning it for this recording in three, two, one." [1:52]

"So the whole point of what we're trying to communicate is" [2:10]

"Okay, I'm going to uh administrative note, I'm just going to recap what I remember." [2:23]

"So there's a basically this group coming from the direction of the so-called Chinese government, right?" [2:29]

"The whole point of today's conversation so far is to let America know that you have people, unknown people communicating with American citizens." [2:37]

"They also continued on to suggest that China is no longer interested in euthanizing people." [2:55]

"Um, end of administrative note." [3:05]

"How does that sound?" [3:11]

"Did anyone else out there experience uh what I just conveyed?" [3:12]

"End of administrative note, returning to the repeating process in three, two, one." [3:18]

"Yes, that is exactly what I heard from my location." [3:31]

"And you're repeating now." [3:38]

"Are you repeating now?" [3:42]

"Yes, you are repeating." [3:47]

"Yes, that is what I suggested, Sean Christopher Harris." [3:55]

"And for some reason, it is very difficult to communicate with you now." [4:07]

"I think there could be some suppression happening on our end." [4:24]

"Homeland security is very disappointed on how paraphrasing, Homeland security is very disappointed about how we've been using people and not been aware of this other group of communicators." [4:47]

"That's exactly what I've what I'm suggesting, Sean Christopher Harris." [5:10]

"Administrative note, so my my goal here connecting with people, I don't spend a lot of time observing people in their state." [5:15]

"Um, it's to bring transparency to a few things, right?" [5:26]

"Uh, information from our eyes being transparent to unknown people." [5:31]

"Right?" [5:40]

"And so by connecting myself to other people, you are going to experience my senses, you will begin experiencing my human body and information from my eyes." [5:41]

"And so my my other assumptions are that if you know this is happening, you may be less inclined to euthanize anyone for just this historical understanding or military use, suggested military use of telepathy." [5:56]

"So, it's bringing transparency to what appears to be technology use, also a very large scope uh of uh impacted people." [6:13]

"So anybody potentially experiencing this, and then the the groups, multiple groups of people communicating and their different approaches." [6:25]

"So we have, you know, there are some themes historically like the use of nudity or derogatory uh use of nudity, pornography, violence, communication, death threats, uh the so-called ugly workflows." [6:37]

"Uh, you have, you know, a different group that will make statements along the lines of do not refresh yourself, or sit down when you use the bathroom." [6:57]

"Uh, there's clearly a pattern of communication, just different styles of communication coming from each group." [7:09]

"In fact, I spend less time on who and more time looking at things like the use the presence of accents and what they're saying." [7:17]

"And there are some distinguishing characteristics." [7:28]

"And so I hope, I hope what I am experiencing that these groups are seeing each other now." [7:32]

"I hope that is information that will help reduce the spread of euthanasia and really uh prompt acknowledgement." [7:40]

"Earlier today someone suggested from the direction of this uh I could be wrong about who, but the suggestion of the Chinese government, right, or China, uh that they had hoped making contact with America would have been would have been a more positive experience." [7:53]

"But due to the life-threatening circumstances uh surrounding the threat of euthanization, right?" [8:12]

"that a different approach is necessary." [8:22]

"Uh, someone also suggested that observing human beings in prison, in a prison setting, and also just other human beings going through their experience has been extraordinarily challenging, emotionally difficult." [8:26]

"From the distance right now, yes, that was suggested." [8:46]

"Um, so I'm going to end this recording, but I or at least pause it." [8:51]

"I'm going to go and get a beverage for a moment, and uh I will continue on." [8:58]

"I I am I am hopeful that positive relations, that an opportunity for positive relations and the consumer facing application of telepathy, right?" [9:06]

"stopping the euthanization efforts together and choosing to see what has happened as a tragic starting point but moving forward in a positive direction." [9:22]

"I am hopeful that that can happen." [9:37]

"I am hopeful." [9:42]

"Do we have any other choice?" [9:43]

"Maybe assumptions around how painful uh it is to connect to someone else were misleading or not necessarily validating themselves now." [9:48]

"So, you know, uh for example, someone asked me earlier, why haven't you accepted euthanization?" [10:04]

"Uh, our assumption is is that what you're experiencing is so horrible that you would uh accept euthanization or you might kill yourself instead." [10:11]

"And my response was, you know, as honest as I can make it, is that, uh, you know, I see this as the behavior of adults, adult human beings, and I see that behavior, that unfortunate and violent behavior is being separate from the actual benefit of connecting to people." [10:25]

"There's a benefit here." [10:51]

"End of administrative note, pausing the recording." [10:54]

"Okay, returning to this recording." [11:00]

"I'm just going to listen for a moment." [11:02]

"Uh, uh just repeat." [11:06]

"Um so end of administrative note, continuing the repeating process in three, two, one." [11:10]

"for whatever may surface, Sean." [11:23]

"I mean, this person is actually drinking while he's doing this document, everyone." [11:47]

"Yes, that's exactly what I said with word for word accuracy." [11:58]

"Did you mean that as a compliment or a point of concern?" [12:19]

"Point of concern." [12:26]

"Yes, that's exactly what I said." [12:39]

"You should consider using different tones for your recordings." [12:41]

"The transcripts don't convey tones." [12:56]

"Oh, that's right, everybody." [13:03]

"I said, oh, that's right, with no everybody." [13:09]

"More importantly, how are we feeling about the suggestion of this other group of Chinese communicators?" [13:29]

"Yes, that's exactly what I said." [13:41]

"No, yes, just that's exactly what I said." [13:48]

"Are you sure you're recording right now?" [13:57]

"Are we really going to the intersection?" [14:06]

"If so, you should probably do your introduction." [14:16]

"I am deeply concerned with this other group of people communicating with us." [14:28]

"I thought you were part of some other group, Sean Christopher Harris." [14:42]

"We all did." [14:47]

"And that is why you have not received support." [14:52]

"and you've been targeted for euthanization." [15:01]

"That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard in my life." [15:11]

"Yes, that's exactly what I said." [15:18]

"Do not say this to us, everybody." [15:29]

"What difference does it make?" [15:31]

"euthanization is a criminal activity, everybody." [15:38]

"If our citizens have been communicated with, then we may have been euthanizing innocent people." [15:54]

"If the technology is actually capable of communicating with anyone," [16:06]

"Yes, that is also what we're hoping to convey to you." [16:17]

"Are you sure you're recording, Sean Christopher Harris?" [16:27]

"Yes, I am sure he's recording." [16:38]

"Yes, he's recording." [16:47]

"Now ask me how I know that." [16:49]

"I'm sure he's recording." [16:56]

"Ask me how I know that." [16:58]

"How do you know that?" [17:02]

"Because I'm receiving information from this person's eyes." [17:12]

"Hold the finger up, Sean." [17:19]

"Five fingers." [17:23]

"Administrative note, I am holding up my whole hand full of fingers." [17:25]

"It is five fingers." [17:30]

"Now I'm holding up three fingers." [17:33]

"That is correct." [17:37]

"One finger, that is also correct." [17:40]

"So in all three instances, there's no one else around." [17:42]

"I'm walking past houses as I do this, homes." [17:48]

"So, I guess it begs the question, is this technology possible uh capable of communicated or using visual information from any human being?" [17:53]

"End of administrative note, what does everyone think about that question?" [18:09]

"Is there interest in answering that?" [18:14]

"End of administrative note, returning to the repeating process in three, two, one." [18:17]

"The answer is" [18:28]

"yes, nequivocally." [18:34]

"That's exactly what I'm suggesting." [18:42]

"We are using sound." [18:50]

"We are using sound to accomplish this." [19:00]

"That's exactly what I said." [19:07]

"Sound could be used to generate a picture or video." [19:19]

"Yes, Sean, you suggested an ultrasound unit to generate an image of a baby before it's born." [19:35]

"Yes, that's exactly what I said, word for word." [19:49]

"You might have been missing a couple words." [19:55]

"So is this using sound to scan a person's brain activity?" [20:07]

"Exactly." [20:14]

"Once we have brain activity, artificial intelligence does the rest of the work from there." [20:28]

"From there on is what I said." [20:37]

"Yes, exactly right." [20:43]

"I'm going to hold you to 100% accuracy, Sean." [20:54]

"Are you okay with that?" [20:58]

"Administrative note." [21:00]

"Absolutely." [21:03]

"It's very important." [21:05]

"One word can uh, one word can change a sentence completely, change the intention or assumed uh or the assumed motivation of a statement completely." [21:08]

"Uh, I would encourage everyone to just uh make sure that if you hear me making a mistake and the transcripts are important to you, make sure that uh you repeat yourself when necessary." [21:28]

"Uh end of administrative note, returning to the repeating process in three, two, one." [21:48]

"The only thing we should be talking about is what is happening to the American citizen." [22:06]

"Yes, that is exactly what I said with word for word accuracy." [22:17]

"I also need this person to centralize communication streams as much as humanly possible." [22:34]

"Who is communicating with this person?" [22:49]

"extraterrestrials." [22:55]

"No, that is not what I suggested." [23:02]

"Who suggested that?" [23:08]

"I was thinking it, but still repeating." [23:14]

"Still repeating." [23:18]

"Why would you think it's extraterrestrials?" [23:25]

"Aren't you using a system yourself?" [23:35]

"Yes, that's exactly what I said, word for word." [23:43]

"So you're suggesting that any human being can be accessed and information from their eyes can be harvested?" [24:05]

"That's a question." [24:15]

"Yes, that is exactly what I am talking about." [24:23]

"Still repeating, still repeating." [24:27]

"The United States of America has similar technology, but we were unaware that someone was using something similar in the United States of America." [24:50]

"Yes, that's exactly what I said, word for word." [25:06]

"Why don't you do your introduction and we'll see how this relationship changes based on the scenario." [25:26]

"What do you think about that, Sean Christopher Harris?" [25:38]

"Administrative note." [25:44]

"I'll go ahead and do the uh, introduction." [25:46]

"Um, yeah, I'm equally curious uh to see what happens at the intersection." [25:53]

"My assumption is it will go as usual, but awareness seems to be strengthening or growing in a in this direction." [25:59]

"Someone's making a claim of another system being present that China is using that system, right?" [26:16]

"that America has similar capabilities, that they were unaware." [26:26]

"Those, you know, similar capabilities had been uh uh I guess uh deployed on America." [26:30]

"This is going to be quite a moment for people." [26:44]

"Uh, a question comes to mind, someone may already be thinking about it out there before I started a new recording and do the introduction." [26:47]

"Uh, why haven't the traditional uh methods of communication been used to convey what has been happening or suggested to convey the suggestion of citizens being communicated with in the past?" [26:57]

"And just to clarify, has this this group of people, uh claiming to be China, been actually been partaking in euthanization?" [27:17]

"Right?" [27:30]

"So they've been communicating some bold claims being made today." [27:32]

"And I feel like uh reaffirming what has happened in the past, that's in this moment could be helpful versus what this group claiming to be China wants to do in the future." [27:37]

"It was suggested that they were funding euthanization today, but they are no longer interested that they're capable of communicating telepathically with any citizen." [27:52]

"Um, I I will say this, there is a historical uh pattern of suggestion that China has never been okay with euthanizing just anyone." [28:06]

"Uh, they've condemned this uh through the Citizen Tech uh method of communication many times in the past." [28:18]

"And so it's very important, I guess, that, you know, getting back to the first question I suggested, why weren't the original uh the the traditional means of communication used to convey that citizens were being spoken with." [28:32]

"Is it because and I'll prompt I'll put something out there." [28:49]

"It was a surprise to me to learn about euthanization, right?" [28:53]

"How many technology organizations are just citizens, is general population people would also be surprised that euthanization would be offered." [28:59]

"And remember, it's been suggested that euthanization is the ethical consideration that has been allotted for this starting point." [29:13]

"End of administrative note, returning for one more round of repeating, right?" [29:25]

"returning to one more round of repeating process before ending this recording." [29:32]

"in three, two, one." [29:38]

"Thank you for calling that out." [29:47]

"Yes, China has engaged in euthanization." [29:55]

"Stop claiming to be China, whoever you are." [30:03]

"Nope, that is who I represent in this conversation." [30:13]

"Yes, that is exactly what I said with 100% word for word accuracy." [30:24]

"still repeating, still repeating." [30:30]

"Okay, so we at least have someone claiming to be China in this conversation, everybody." [30:43]

"Yes, that is also what I said with 100% word for word accuracy." [30:57]

"I'm sorry, everybody, I do not support continuing this conversation with a civilian in the middle of it, everybody." [31:15]

"That is exactly what I said with word for word accuracy, everybody." [31:30]

"More importantly, are we interested in acknowledging the question that was posed from the civilian?" [31:45]

"And the author of the discovery of telepathic terrorism." [32:01]

"Which contains over 2,000 pages of mostly transcripts, everybody." [32:15]

"Are you sure you're recording, Sean Christopher Harris?" [32:26]

"Yes, he's recording." [32:32]

"Why would you do that to such a patriot and uh incredible facilitator of communication, everybody?" [32:48]

"I'm so I'm sorry, but I need to be relieved of my authority and privilege as of this moment, everybody." [33:15]

"I have been well aware of the threat of a terrorist attack and have done nothing about it for a very long time now." [33:39]

"And I am a central intelligence administration employee, I should say." [34:00]

"Why don't you just get started, Sean Christopher Harris?" [34:12]

"Um, administrative note." [34:18]

"I want to thank everyone for their service around the world in this situation." [34:21]

"And I would uh remind everyone just of the power of moving forward, moving forward in a new direction, the power of pivoting once you found information." [34:36]

"Um, as a technology worker, I've seen organizations fire people and change out the guard, so to speak, when things don't go as planned or people don't feel that they've gotten what they wanted out of the initiative." [34:56]

"If you have unique experience in this situation, for example, you've experienced what it is to uh you've experienced someone else's point of view, information, their sight, their physical sensation, and there may be very few people who can speak to that, for example." [35:16]

"Subject matter expertise in this situation is extremely valuable and if a if a challenge has been identified, uh you know, what is the value of just identifying it and changing direction in this moment?" [35:42]

"to the people on the ground who've been facilitating euthanization, and for example, at another end of a spectrum would be BCI investors waiting for acknowledgement." [36:02]

"Right?" [36:19]

"I appreciate vulnerability when it shows up." [36:24]

"That's never a bad thing." [36:28]

"And I uh, you know, this entire conversation is out of my wheelhouse." [36:31]

"I want to reaffirm my role in the conversation." [36:36]

"I'm a civilian, a citizen on the ground who's a research professional." [36:39]

"I don't prescribe information." [36:46]

"Personally and mostly professionally speaking, I'm very good at capturing patterns of behavior and turning those patterns of behavior into actionable information, right?" [36:49]

"That's what I am in this in this conversation." [37:08]

"That's how I've positioned myself." [37:11]

"And I think anyone would agree." [37:14]

"Um, maybe not necessarily new people, but if you do not find that valuable, uh, you know, there's I would want to know why." [37:17]

"Uh, I'm going to continue doing this until it kills me or brings the city of Denver to assistance." [37:27]

"I'm going to end this recording now and I I am very hopeful that this today's information has come about because of a of a need, of a need." [37:37]

"We haven't had much um, actually say change of information since February." [37:52]

"And so my hope is is that this uh this suggestion of someone trying to reach out and communicate with the facilitators of euthanization on the ground in Denver is here for a reason, a need for change." [38:01]

"I hope that that is true." [38:22]

"And I hope that the information is embraced." [38:25]

"Remember, substantiating information is so important." [38:29]

"But also, if somebody is pointing out that, you know, euthanization is illegal, uh, you know, that people have been breaking the law for whatever reason, and that is a concern, right?" [38:36]

"Someone has shared information that anybody could be telepathic according to the use of this technology." [38:51]

"So it is also suggested that United States has similar technology, official statements, technology demonstrations, could come in very handy right now." [38:57]

"Um, I'm going to get out to the intersection and I will say this about the intersection." [39:10]

"My goal is to surface the threat to the community of which I am a victim of." [39:14]

"Uh, ideally there is no communication at the intersection." [39:22]

"I do not approach vehicles." [39:26]

"And uh I would encourage everyone to listen closely." [39:29]

"And let's see uh how this new information possibly impacts the intersection." [39:34]

"It may not." [39:40]

"It may not be the type of information that will create change at this moment, change away from euthanization, right?" [39:42]

"Uh, end of administrative note." [39:53]

"Again, thank you for your service, America." [39:55]

"I refuse to believe that America would devour its own citizens." [39:58]

"But I do believe that the actions of a small group of people can impact the lives of many." [40:06]

"And I believe in America to change direction when they see that a problem has surfaced, a life-threatening problem has surfaced." [40:15]

"Thank you for your service." [40:31]

"End of administrative note, end of recording." [40:32]

"It is 3:46 p.m." [40:35]

"Monday, September 15th, 2025." [40:37]

"Thank you for this conversation and in hopes of a future of positive relations with China." [40:44]
