**12:30pm, capturing an unidentified communicator's request on possible law enforcement use of the so-called “Citizen Tech” technology. Who holds the keys to the “Citizen Tech” conversation and possible has influence over the so-called euthanization “ugly workflows” in Denver, CO.? Remember, the “Citizen Tech” conversation needs to be substantiated, doesn’t it?*

"File duration: 1 minutes and 29 seconds"

"It's 12:30 p.m. Thursday, October 2nd, 2025." [ 00:01 - 00:07 ]

"Um, something came to mind, uh from the distance a request to uh capture this and include it in today's um journal entries." [ 00:10 - 00:27 ]

"So, thinking about just where we are in the conversation or where we are in this journey, right?" [ 00:27 - 00:34 ]

"Esoteric beginnings, public uh oversight awareness, right, public awareness of the use of technology, oversight awareness of possibly crime surfacing that needs to be dealt with." [ 00:35 - 00:54 ]

"Last night, last night the suggestion of drugs continued to be offered in an attempt to lure me out of the building, right?" [ 00:54 - 01:08 ]

"And uh a suggestion of a drug task force, narcotics task force, that also accusations suggested around homeland security's role in it." [ 01:08 - 01:21 ]

"There's an important event uh going back possibly a month now, approximately a month." [ 01:21 - 01:29 ]

"Um telepathic visual information suggests an office setting with Caucasian people, maybe a few people of color." [ 01:31 - 01:42 ]

"These are adults, physically fit people." [ 01:42 - 01:46 ]

"There is one in particular medium to long, shoulder, you know, shoulder length blonde hair, masculine football player type, very stocky." [ 01:47 - 01:59 ]

"From the distance, that's Captain Reynolds, Sean." [ 02:01 - 02:04 ]

"He's Denver Police Department." [ 02:05 - 02:08 ]

"So, this person occasionally wears a ball cap, a t-shirt, shorts." [ 02:08 - 02:16 ]

"There's a mental image of him holding a little pair of gold keys." [ 02:16 - 02:20 ]

"There was an evening one night when there was a very friendly conversation." [ 02:21 - 02:26 ]

"These how I found these people, it was a night like any other, predatory positioning, uh the suggestion of euthanization." [ 02:27 - 02:38 ]

"And so I connected to them using the ears, nose, mouth, right, to move my consciousness inside of them just like this other workflow that is uh attacks us in the restroom while we're sitting down on the toilet using the other side of the body while we exert ourselves to hide their presence." [ 02:38 - 03:04 ]

"So I found these people in a moment, another night of tormenting, connected with them and they began uh the suggestion is is that they began experiencing a connection to my body, right?" [ 03:05 - 03:20 ]

"And so for about 24 hours uh this continued on, the end of which a friendly conversation began." [ 03:21 - 03:31 ]

"They spoke of an amplifier, the suggestion of this this male figure with the blonde hair spoke of an amplifier, equipment and how he held the keys." [ 03:31 - 03:44 ]

"He held the keys in this city." [ 03:44 - 03:46 ]

"to the citizen technology, what we're experiencing." [ 03:47 - 03:51 ]

"And there's an image of him." [ 03:51 - 03:53 ]

"I'm thinking of it now." [ 03:54 - 03:55 ]

"There was an attempt at a friendship." [ 03:56 - 03:58 ]

"The suggestion was he'd set me up with some assistance." [ 03:59 - 04:03 ]

"And then I I let them go." [ 04:04 - 04:10 ]

"I ejected everybody and nothing got better." [ 04:10 - 04:14 ]

"But that night, the night of the friendly conversation, when support was suggested, and this is very important." [ 04:15 - 04:22 ]

"He held up the keys and moments later, uh I think it was before, I was being attacked verbally in the building and the building could hear it, right?" [ 04:23 - 04:34 ]

"At the 48th Street shelter." [ 04:34 - 04:35 ]

"And out of nowhere, it stopped." [ 04:36 - 04:38 ]

"The suggestion was he made a phone call, it stopped, and then they went to another person in the other dormitory, the steamboat dormitory." [ 04:39 - 04:50 ]

"I'm in Evergreen's Melville something." [ 04:50 - 04:54 ]

"The voice, the voices that I've been experiencing, this malevolent and uh just violent psychological experience all this picking and and the so-called youthanization ugly war uh workflows where they attack someone verbally, stopped attacking me and it went and started attacking someone else in the other room." [ 04:55 - 05:21 ]

"And the suggestion was he was a homeland security worker, Melville, something uh was his name, but they called his name out." [ 05:21 - 05:33 ]

"the suggestion was he was a homeland security worker that was murdering people for communicating." [ 05:33 - 05:40 ]

"And the suggestion was that night, now we're going in the right direction." [ 05:41 - 05:45 ]

"Right?" [ 05:46 - 05:46 ]

"And I was very happy in that moment, but also concerned." [ 05:47 - 05:51 ]

"I I couldn't believe that the whole conversation stopped attacking me and started attacking this other person in the other dormitory." [ 05:51 - 05:59 ]

"And we're all listening to it." [ 06:00 - 06:02 ]

"And then within about 12 hours, I was back in the crosshairs and a new figure showed up." [ 06:03 - 06:14 ]

"And this figure was another Caucasian male, looks like a bodybuilder with a shaved head and a goatee." [ 06:15 - 06:22 ]

"And this other person with the long hair that said they held the keys was kind of they were still in the conversation." [ 06:22 - 06:30 ]

"These two, I believe, share the same office space." [ 06:30 - 06:34 ]

"There was, you know, and so that person attempted to uh to communicate with me and some of the suggestions that ensued were really really terrifying." [ 06:35 - 06:48 ]

"Uh just briefly, I mean, I don't really want to get it get into that right now, but the suggestion was that he had strangled somebody that he wrapped, pulled a blanket over someone's head that he was using to connect with me and strangled them with a belt around the neckline." [ 06:51 - 07:09 ]

"And that was all part, you know, that was some of the information that was returned." [ 07:10 - 07:14 ]

"And so, you know, what what uh what is going on here, right?" [ 07:15 - 07:19 ]

"I want to pull this back to this suggestion of the keys." [ 07:19 - 07:22 ]

"He holds the keys to this experience and the ability to pull the danger away from me and put it on someone else and get the conversation going in the right direction." [ 07:23 - 07:38 ]

"Later, uh after I completely denied this other bodybuilder type person with the shaved head for a period of approximately one week, an attempt was made by that person before, you know, I denied every single offer." [ 07:40 - 07:54 ]

"They kept suggesting drugs, homosexual opportunities, right?" [ 07:55 - 08:00 ]

"I kept reminding them the whole time that this is a public safety crisis and an unconsented to conversation." [ 08:00 - 08:07 ]

"So, someone's making a suggestion in this conversation that the long-haired gentleman is Captain Reynolds from the Denver Police Department." [ 08:08 - 08:17 ]

"I've Googled that." [ 08:18 - 08:18 ]

"I don't find anything, but then again, is anything listed?" [ 08:19 - 08:24 ]

"You know, maybe listing the faces of these people, if we're going to have a this new technology would be very important, but" [ 08:24 - 08:33 ]

"later, this long-haired gentleman, I say within the last two weeks, suggestion of him approaching a a person of color with a pistol, asking that person of color to kill me, pointing me out." [ 08:34 - 08:49 ]

"That conversation was observed and shared with everyone." [ 08:49 - 08:52 ]

"I haven't heard anything from this bodybuilder type guy with the shaved head, but who are these two people?" [ 08:52 - 08:58 ]

"Again, as a citizen, I refuse to believe that the Denver Police Department would invite such a horrible police brutality story." [ 08:58 - 09:09 ]

"This unconsented to conversation and the technology itself being used to psychologically punish people and force them into accepting euthanization." [ 09:10 - 09:21 ]

"This office space that they shared had the same workstations that I see other people using with POV access, point of view video access to people possibly." [ 09:21 - 09:33 ]

"Point of view video of people's eyes in real time." [ 09:34 - 09:38 ]

"so you could connect with me using this computer station." [ 09:38 - 09:42 ]

"It looks like an old Pac-Man game or something, but I think the point of it is that it's a locked container that holds the computer." [ 09:42 - 09:50 ]

"So, you know, that is that uh question from the author for other people, is that exactly what you wanted me to share?" [ 09:53 - 10:04 ]

"Uh I'm going to listen now and repeat in three, two, one." [ 10:05 - 10:11 ]

"From the distance, yes, that is what I wanted you to share." [ 10:15 - 10:19 ]

"Okay, Sean, that's the recorded." [ 10:22 - 10:25 ]

"so uh, I'm going to end the recording here and get to work." [ 10:26 - 10:30 ]

"And uh remember, um, the intersection, the shelter, all of these locations, I'm documenting, I'm documenting the uh transcripts, capturing transcripts to measure whether or not support has shown up yet." [ 10:31 - 10:49 ]

"Nothing has changed from my individual situation yet or the people being added to the youthanization list." [ 10:49 - 10:56 ]

"That's still happening." [ 10:56 - 10:57 ]

"So, thank you for your service uh for anyone that's attempting to resolve this situation, maybe just bringing improving the awareness overall." [ 10:58 - 11:09 ]

"That could be the phase we're in, but time the clock is ticking, so to speak." [ 11:09 - 11:15 ]

"And how important is my testimony?" [ 11:16 - 11:18 ]

"There is a difference between an individual being, you know, uh called, what's the word?" [ 11:19 - 11:26 ]

"An individual being uh attacked, right?" [ 11:26 - 11:31 ]

"Being forced to accept euthanization in the general population." [ 11:32 - 11:35 ]

"That was suggested this morning." [ 11:36 - 11:37 ]

"Think about how rapidly this is spreading." [ 11:38 - 11:40 ]

"The suggestion is, I mean, there's 30 to 50 conservatively people being added to the euthanization list." [ 11:41 - 11:48 ]

"And then through that violent psychological warfare and the volume of conversation that is suppressing the person, uh attacking the person verbally and suppressing them by attacking the people around them verbally, it spreads euthanization in itself." [ 11:48 - 12:09 ]

"Telepathic communication is a method of communication." [ 12:10 - 12:13 ]

"The spread of euthanization is psychological warfare happening on American soil." [ 12:15 - 12:21 ]

"and I am not the one facilitating that." [ 12:22 - 12:26 ]

"Remember, never stop your life if you become singled out, singled out is the word I was looking for." [ 12:27 - 12:35 ]

"Do what you can." [ 12:36 - 12:37 ]

"I would instruct anyone to take notes, take transcripts, but if you do, you could invite a much worse situation." [ 12:37 - 12:44 ]

"Know that." [ 12:44 - 12:45 ]

"Um it's 12:43 p.m. Thursday, October 2nd, 2025." [ 12:46 - 12:52 ]

"End of recording." [ 12:52 - 12:54 ]
