I’ve broken down the external communications I’ve experienced over the last 72hrs below, by location and based on my own individual neurological perception of sound and internal imagery surfacing.

##### Intersection of 8th Ave. & Colorado Blvd., Denver, CO.

Statements / themes received while holding a sign that reads “Google The Battle for Your Brain, Anything Helps.” in hopes of receiving financial donations while I remain displaced and also to continue to document the threat of terrorism at the intersection.

- The historical explanation for the unconsented-to communication with the vehicles e.g. “Do not support this person!” include suppressing my access to financial support and adding additional people to the euthanization list e.g. “Add as many people to the list as possible. Not everyone is a good fit and we need to keep working.”. My earnings at the intersection are less than $10 per day for 2-3 hrs, which is normal compensation, regardless of the communication.

- The intersection received another specific terrorist threat (paraphrasing) “You’re running out of time, America. We have warned you and you have done nothing. A nuclear strike is imminent.”. Historically there have been several specific terrorist threats. **See the “Questions & Comments” section below for brief summary of terrorist threats and claims.*

- The drivers and or passengers of the vehicles passing through the intersection are still being subjected to life threatening, unconsented-to verbal communication, immediately after I look at the vehicle e.g. “Do not support that person, to the left of you!”. If they respond they are added to the euthanization list e.g. “Why are you speaking to my vehicle?” followed immediately by e.g. “Add this vehicle to the euthanization list.”

- Regarding my sign, Nita Farahany’s book “The Battle for Your Brain”, the drivers and or passengers of the vehicles passing through the intersection are still experiencing blatant censorship in within the unconsented-to verbal communication e.g. “Do not Google that information or you will be punished!”

- Visual information present at the intersection includes 2-3 mature caucasian females, asian workers with white lab coats, people wearing all black and a control room with what appear to be foreign caucasian or non-caucasian workers with pea-green colored uniforms. I can provide detailed visual descriptions if necessary for most people communicating or observing me without consent.

- Supportive verbal information and the neuro-tech presence of other people attempting to capture their own transcripts by repeating the statements I experience at the intersection.

- False visual suggestions continue to surface of me aggressively approaching vehicles. I do not approach vehicles unless asked to.

- The suggestion of physical people walking by me and in their vehicles at the intersection emitting life threatening euthanization related neuro-tech communication e.g. (paraphrasing) “I’m here to usher this person to his euthanization.”

##### D.R.M. (Denver Rescue Mission) 48th St. Shelter (300 resident household)

Statements / themes received at the while attempting to sleep for the last 72hrs:

- The life threatening sound of the so-called “Citizen Tech” conversation still echoes through the open warehouse setting with 30ft ceilings e.g. holding my ears shut decreases the volume of the conversation by 95%. Is this evidence of every resident and staff member being in danger of euthanization e.g. (paraphrasing) “We see the 48th St. shelter as one euthanization project.” and (paraphrasing) “All of these people are in violation of our policy on communication.”

- The majority of my physical symptoms occur while attempting to sleep at night while I remain in a fixed position e.g. laying in my bed

- Visual suggestions include a variety of people representing a variety of ethnicities and motivations e.g. caucasian, middle eastern, asian, laboratory workers, military, contracting and possibly domestic U.S. population

- Attempts are still being made to lure me outside and or to submit to euthanization after long periods of neurological battery, sleeplessness and physical discomfort e.g. “We need you to accept euthanization!", “Will you accept assistance from the euthanization people?”, (paraphrasing) “Come outside and raise your hand for assistance!”, (paraphrasing) “Submit, Sean Christopher Harris!"

- I am still asked if I am interested in an opportunity to euthanize people as the conversation seems to echo throughout the building e.g. (paraphrasing) “Will you euthanize people with us, Sean?” and “He doesn’t seem like a good fit for euthanizing people”

- Blatant public attacks involving character defamation, drug use, vulgarity, sharing my P.I.I., sharing the P.I.I. of my friends, employers and family members e.g. “Sean Christopher Harris!”, “Will you come smoke fentanyl with us, Sean?” and connecting me to people using neuro-tech to share my naked body while I have a bowel movement.

- The so-called “smoothing over” of the violent conversation continues to be suggested 1-2+ times on average while at the shelter. For example the verbal and visual suggestion of the false intervention of support including arrests and people being reprimanded in an office setting followed by statements e.g. “Don’t let the conversation end like this!” and “You’re getting out of this, Sean!”

- Suggestions of support from specific people that never arrive including financial donations available the next morning to secure safe shelter e.g. “Peacock is coming for you soon, Sean!” (Peacock TV / The Copenhagen Test Series) and (paraphrasing) “We’re sending you $7,800. Get yourself an Airbnb in Glendale, CO. asap!”

##### Physical symptoms:

These are the physical symptoms I experience historically regardless of location or time of day.

- I am still experiencing extremely discomforting physical symptoms including high pitched sound / ringing emanating from the inside of my head (while holding my ears shut to check)

- leaking yellow or orange fluid from my rectum and or waking up in the morning with evidence of a small bowel movement alongside statements e.g. “This is an implant situation, everybody!” followed immediately by “We know that!”.

- Surprise nausea, abdominal discomfort, extreme fatigue

- phantom physical sensations / electrical stimulation in a variety of body parts including heart, liver, brain, heels of feet alongside external or neurotech statements on the topic of terrorism, cadaver researach and experimentation e.g. (paraphrasing) “We’re going to attempt to kill you with electricity, Sean”, while experiencing electrical stimulation directly in my heart, and (paraphrasing) “We’re building a map of the nervous system” while experiencing electrical stimulation in my brain or chest.

##### Questions & Comments:

- Here’s the F.B.I. website definition of domestic terrorism: Violent, criminal acts committed by individuals and/or groups to further ideological goals stemming from domestic influences, such as those of a political, religious, social, racial, or environmental nature.

- Here’s the F.B.I. website definition of international terrorism: Violent, criminal acts committed by individuals and/or groups who are inspired by, or associated with, designated foreign terrorist organizations or nations (state-sponsored)

- The external statements captured in this document represent a small fraction of the overall volume of communication that exists minute-to-minute 24hrs a day.

- Accusations present in so-called “Citizen Tech” external statements may be evidence of probing the conversation in hopes of surfacing characters on either side of the conflict, their identities, motivation and location.

- Here’s a brief summary of external statements related to specific claims of terrorism and the presence of foreign governments alongside neurological battery and so-called euthanization “ugly workflows” / forced euthanization. These suggestions began In February of 2025 when I received the first specific claim of a terrorist attack near St. Mark’s coffee shop, suggesting retaliation for an American attack and asking for American troops to be removed from Afghanistan. There were no more specific threats of terrorism until July of 2025 at the intersection of 8th Ave. & Colorado Blvd. where the Rocky Mountain Arsenal was mentioned. After this July instance, daily terrorist statements/threats were mentioned at the intersection throughout the remainder of the summer months e.g. “This is a terrorist attack, America.”, with a middle-eastern visual suggested of the communicator. Most nights in the summer of 2025 at the 48th St. shelter external statements/threats with asian communicators were present e.g. “Aknowledge what is happening to your citizens, America. We will react based on how you react” in addition “Restore trade with China, America!”. Recently, within the last 72hrs I received another specific threat while at the intersection of 8th & Colorado Blvd (paraphrasing) “You’re running out of time, America. We have warned you and you have done nothing. A nuclear strike is imminent.”.

- There is a historical theme of statements related to terrorism that suggest the terrorist attack is a counter-terrorism approach to force America to acknowledge its own predatory use of neurotechnology on the general population.

- There is a historical theme of statements related to terrorism that suggest the terrorist attack has intentionally been hidden because it only benefits the euthanization efforts e.g. (paraphrasing) “We’ve known about the attack for a long time now. We see it as benefitting our euthanization efforts.”.
