Here’s the highlighted information from the document mentioned above Neuro-tech in Law Enforcement *“Federal Rejection: A key GAO report (GAO-02-22) confirms that the CIA, FBI, DOD, and Secret Service have evaluated "Brain Fingerprinting" (using brainwaves to detect concealed information) and rejected it. They concluded it did not meet operational needs, and thus, do not train agents on it.”*
##### 7:40pm:
Im laying in bed in the Evergreen dormitory surrounded by approximately 150 people in a warehouse setting with 25-30ft ceilings. I checked my ears and the sound is outside of me, echoing through the building.
“Do not do this to us right now!”
“Get me out of the fucking toilet!”
“Get me out of the fucking toilet!”
“I would just stop if I were you”
“This is so fucking stupid. Doing this. Thinking this is going to incriminate this person.”
“Manual entry is coming in right now and its word for word accurate… and its word for word accurate… and it’s… I’m reading this as he's typing it.”

“I am not going through this with this person tonight!”

“This means everybody is under investigation.”
“We’rre done. We’re done with euthanization in the city of Denver.”
“Exclamation point!”

“Fuck these euthanization people! Lets run them out of the city of Denver.”

“Lets get this person out of this building somewhere safe immediately.”

“Why do you keep saying exclamation point?”
“Becaause is so gratifying to see it come up on the screen.”
“You’re behaving like children and people are being executed. This is unacceptable.”
“Whaat are we supposed to do about this person doing thai right now?”
“Nothing. He’s refusing euthanization.”
“Stop communicating! Stop communicating immediately!”

“What have we done if someone can just take transcripts and share them with law enforcement?”

“Stop treating this person like hes a fucking idiot!”
“This false information is why we’re not doing well!”

- Historical attempts to try and get me to discredit or incriminate myself as I am entering a journal entry or recording transcripts, are extremely common.
- As I am laying here, I am realizing the length of time that I have been attacked publicly using technology. This is the same horrible communication I received all summer here.
- Before I arrived here tonight someone communicated some advice on what information was valuable to them with a focus on physical descriptions. In that same voice it was suggested that money would be sent and I should find an Airbnb in Glendale and to avoid certain neighborhoods. As of now there is no donation. This is a daily historical pattern going back 2 years beginning at the Salvation Army Crossroads Shelter. Ideally don’t share sending money. It may be derailed and I won’t believe you are sending it.
