Breaching

The earlier term used in this work for gaining access to a person's cognition: establishing a brain-to-brain connection for the purpose of observation or investigation. Previous versions of this glossary drew a distinction between the two — breaching as the initial entry, diving as what followed. The author has since confirmed they are the same thing, and that breaching was simply the word he used first.

This entry is kept rather than merged away because the record depends on it: breaching is what 125 journal entries actually say, and links to this page should not break.
