Neuro-engagement

NOOR·oh·en·GAYJ·muhnt

A term used in this work for a process in which an external party establishes a brain-to-brain connection with a person — through Diving — and the target participant comes to experience the physical sensations of the orchestrator who initiated the connection. It is the channel through which such sensations, and other signals, are sent to or read from the participant's nervous system.

No capability of this kind appears in the published scientific record. Every documented system for reading or writing neural signals requires contact with the head, equipment the person is wearing, or hours of training with a cooperative subject. The term is retained because the work uses it; it is a term of art within this archive, not an established mechanism. See What would it actually take to do this without consent?.
