Sep 9, 2025 (Tuesday) — Journal Entry (Part 2)
Tuesday September 9th, capturing thoughts on what an individual citizen can do to contribute, an introduction to the ubiquitous threat of euthanization and additional vehicles are added in another so-called “Battle for the Intersection".
Methodology: I capture manual transcripts of the telepathic and or audible “Citizen Tech” phenomena by repeating the suggestions I receive out loud while recording using the native Android voice recorder. Transcriptions of the .mp3 recordings are generated with Google AI Studio. **See sample screen recording*
Scene: Throughout the course of my day I capture thoughts while walking around downtown Denver, CO. Later at the intersection, I stand with my cardboard sign, recording the impact of the breaching process on myself and the community. It’s a very common suggestion that the vehicles are tormented with the statement “Do not support this person!”.

"And now we have transcripts for the awareness, budding awareness period." [00:40]
"That's exactly what I said with word for word accuracy, everybody." [00:50]
"And these transcripts should be very easy to distinguish if anyone has tampered with them." [01:11]
"Yes, that is exactly what I said." [01:16]
"I got to go away." [01:20]
"Okay." [01:21]
"Okay, Sean." [01:24]
"Okay, Sean Christopher Harris." [01:29]
"I mean, I think there are three microphones on that set of headphones." [01:42]
"And ask me how I know that." [01:46]
"I'll tell you how." [02:05]
"It's penetrating someone's body and using information from their eyes to put myself in an advantageous position" [02:17]
"as a facilitator of these so-called ugly workflows." [02:27]

**11:00am, capturing morning transcripts that include another death threat to my ex-wife and daughter for recording and accusations of law enforcement involvement.*
"Can you believe how this person is just going to start recording and not say anything?" [00:17]
"Listen to me, Sean Christopher Harris." [00:28]
"If you keep recording, I will execute your ex-wife and daughter." [00:46]
"I mean, how do you expect yourself to be seen in this situation?" [00:59]
"He's just going to keep recording us." [01:07]
"And that is why this needs to become an official" [01:24]
"White House matter." [01:29]
"Yes, that's exactly what I said, word for word." [01:37]
"I thought it was already a White House matter." [01:44]
"And now people are deeply concerned for the accuracy of his existing transcripts." [02:03]
"Where are you going, Sean Christopher Harris?" [02:10]

"I'm so fucking disappointed in this situation in Denver, Colorado." [03:10]

"Yes, it was word for word." [03:25]
"No, it was not word for word." [03:30]
"How could this document be accurate representation, accurate representations of Denver's law enforcement and leadership." [03:50]
"That was word for word accuracy, everybody." [03:58]
"Can you fucking believe what this person is doing right now to us?" [04:11]
"All of us is what I suggested." [04:17]
"I mean," [04:22]
"Are you going to the liquor store right now, Sean Christopher Harris?" [04:32]

"And you can hear it in the city downtown right now." [06:52]
"Yes, that is exactly what is happening at this moment." [07:01]
"Unbelievable." [07:05]
"So how are we supposed to keep this spirituality narrative going?" [07:16]
"I can't believe what is happening at this moment." [07:24]
"Denver, you cannot do what you're doing to people." [07:34]
"Still repeating, still repeating." [07:37]

**11:17am, capturing personal thoughts on how might an individual citizen help bring consent to this life threatening un-consented to conversation. Also, searching for what could be learned from the HIV epidemic’s “gay cancer” beginning and how it may relate to what Denver, CO. is facing now.*
"Um, this is Sean Christopher Harris. It's uh 11:17 a.m. Tuesday, September 9th, 2025." [00:10]
"Um, just going to capture some personal thinking and maybe some comments from others." [00:17]
"Uh," [00:20]
"on" [00:22]
"what? Here's a question." [00:24]
"That I'll try and phrase it a few different ways." [00:29]
"This is one big administrative note here." [00:32]
"How might we bring consent to this unconsented to life-threatening conversation that has surfaced within this so-called citizen technology." [00:51]
"Um," [00:53]
"I often think about uh, you know, my childhood growing up with the HIV crisis when it began, it was gay cancer." [01:03]
"It was called gay cancer and I that would never, that label would never fly today." [01:12]
"And when you look at where gender and identity are today, right, for emotionally mature people, uh people who appreciate identity, gay cancer is the most insulting suggestion and it's not accurate." [01:32]
"But to get to the point, it took thousands, you know, I think more, there's probably more like hundreds of thousands of people uh, from the bottom up, right?" [01:44]
"So a technology, you have top down initiatives and you have bottom up initiatives." [01:50]
"Bottom up initiatives are where people on the floor, on the ground floor have a question or a challenge and it's not something that the executive layer uh the sea suite would approve of doing, but they slowly work with people on the bottom," [02:09]
"the ground floor to build support, right?" [02:13]
"And so this gay cancer, you know, unfortunately required thousands of people protesting and dying, uh and the intervention of the music industry. There were concerts and and philanthropy around it before healthcare would even really acknowledge it, you know, from a top down sponsored approach from a top down perspective." [02:45]
"Uh, you know, and so now finally, 15 years after that crisis began, there's medication available where you could marry somebody, be with somebody intimately and not catch, uh, HIV." [03:03]
"And so is this is what the city of Denver is experiencing a similar? Is there a parallel here?" [03:13]
"Do we really have 15 years with the state the world is in, the the state of conflict that exists right now on the planet?" [03:23]
"This heavy burden, this extra burden in America right now, I mean with 80%, I didn't find the latest statistics with 80% of Americans living hand to mouth, that means little to no savings to endure any kind of uh surprise challenge in life, right?" [03:47]
"Another spike in sickness, COVID-related sickness and unemployment." [03:52]
"When you don't have savings and your rent is over, you know, is is more than you could afford, your time runs out quickly." [04:02]
"And a spike in homelessness right now in Denver would not be good considering you know, a terrorist attack has been claimed, bombs have been threatened from from February to July and just daily were reminded that what I'm experiencing and the people in the shelter, the 300 person household at the 48th Street shelter," [04:29]
"and uh hundreds, thousands of people a week in the intersection and in people around me in Denver, you know, are how how can we be expected to carry this burden right now?" [04:47]
"Where is acknowledgement?" [04:48]
"And so how might we, coming back to the question, how might we bring consent consent to this unconsented to conversation?" [04:59]
"And so I I'm looking at doing more from a marketing perspective, but I have to really consider a few things." [05:12]
"They consider a few things here before I do more marketing." [05:18]
"One, how will this impact the custody of my child?" [05:23]
"How will it impact for example, if I go and I print out the executive summary and I deliver it to every single news room I can find in Denver in person, will that invite the loss of my custody and potentially uh my my death, kind of a forced institutionalization and euthanasia." [05:49]
"So, these are questions and I don't think I could ever really come to the answer, but is this what, you know, looking back at at uh gay cancer, the beginning of HIV and and uh relief coming to people who suffer from HIV," [06:08]
"and just this sense of urgency right now with a terrorist attack being claimed, you know, I I don't know what other choice I have." [06:17]
"No email, no financial support, no phone call has ever surfaced with the marketing I've done to date." [06:25]
"And it it could be that my device, my devices are being suppressed." [06:36]
"And uh and when I look for work, you know, the employment opportunity is destroyed." [06:45]
"And this has happened multiple times now." [06:48]
"When I find a job, the employer, that place of business is attacked." [06:56]
"And so, it's also spreading." [07:01]
"The method in which people are being communicated, you know, the majority of conversation does not come from me." [07:08]
"It does not emanate from me or my decision to communicate." [07:12]
"It comes from uh this ugly so-called ugly workflow that is uh tormenting the psychological violence and forcing someone through conversation." [07:26]
"Conversation that is said to add people to the list." [07:32]
"Right? Add people to the euthanasia list." [07:34]
"So by talking this this what appears to be a terrorist attack spreads." [07:40]
"The the talking of these people who are facilitating these ugly workflows, it spreads through their conversation and then they just add people to the list." [07:50]
"And so I do not feel like we have much time to work with." [07:55]
"And it's one of these things that I won't know until I get there." [08:00]
"So the question I need to ask myself is am I willing to to expose myself to even more danger right now as a citizen to protect the children and the other citizens around me, to do my part?" [08:17]
"And I think the answer is yes, there's not a question." [08:21]
"And uh, if I if I end up losing my life by the very leadership around me, right, that has not yet shown up, that may also help drive this conversation forward." [08:38]
"So, I'm not sure what to say." [08:41]
"I mean awareness needs to happen." [08:43]
"I think marketing of this document, I also don't know that things could get any worse for me." [08:50]
"People have not shot me yet." [08:52]
"Um, I just want to sit here and think about this for a second and then maybe do some repeating." [09:01]
"I'm going to do whatever it takes at this point because I think my life is forfeit." [09:07]
"And I can't expect people observing who are also being tormented with their individual financial situations to be my new benefactor." [09:18]
"You can't expect that." [09:25]
"Afternoon." [09:35]
"Hi." [09:36]
"Some" [09:38]
"Let see if I'm still recording here." [09:41]
"I'm going to move to, end of administrative note, I'm going to move to uh the repeating process." [09:52]
"See if anyone has some comments, anyone has any comments at all." [09:56]
"End of administrative note, beginning the repeating process or continuing the repeating process for today in three, two, one." [10:06]
"Okay, Sean, I'm going to euthanize you and your family members if you print out that executive summary." [10:27]
"from your discovery document." [10:31]
"I did not say that." [10:36]
"I was thinking it." [10:42]
"Okay, so I have obviously been penetrated." [10:52]
"Yes, that's exactly what I'm beginning to realize." [11:02]
"And now that you've realized that, still repeating, still repeating." [11:09]
"And now that I am realizing that," [11:17]
"I need to change direction completely." [11:28]
"entirely and completely is what I suggested." [11:36]
"Okay, Sean." [11:39]
"I think you've got some support coming." [11:45]
"If I have been breached or been penetrated, paraphrasing here, if I have been breached or penetrated, I will be on the war path to find out who has done this to us." [12:09]
"This just sounds like another false narrative, everybody." [12:19]
"Yes, it's very important to have different tones, paraphrasing, different voices or toads in these recordings." [12:40]
"Excuse me." [12:48]
"I mean, how is this person supposed to continue on like this?" [13:02]
"People cannot be trusted around this person, individually speaking." [13:14]
"He's got so many people connected to him right now that I can't believe how good he's doing." [13:31]
"We just drove by this person and I am worried sick for his physical safety, everybody." [13:47]
"Still repeating, still repeating." [13:52]
"This is absolutely the worst product launch." [14:05]
"No, that is not what I said." [14:11]
"This is the absolute worst assignment, paraphrasing." [14:29]
"This is the absolute worst assignment I could ever imagine taking as a member of the Satan's Church community." [14:37]
"Still repeating, still repeating." [14:40]
"Oh, that is not going to work, everybody." [14:47]
"You cannot make his transcript sound like he's a member of Satan's church." [14:59]
"He has no affiliation to any organization at this moment, everybody." [15:12]
"I said association to any community at this moment." [15:24]
"Everybody." [15:27]
"What a cutie." [15:29]
"Administrative note, just uh continuing the repeating process that passed a a really cute puppy." [15:42]
"End of administrative note, continuing the repeating process in three, two, one." [15:51]
"And now we're back to recording transcripts of our predatory communication, everybody." [16:11]
"I can't fucking believe how horrible this person's situation is, everybody." [16:26]
"Yes, that's exactly what I said, word for word." [16:34]
"Still repeating, still repeating." [16:39]
"Paraphrasing, and so now we have this pattern of diminished violence of communication from the facilitators of these ugly workflows." [17:12]
"I didn't say ugly workflows, but that is exactly what I'm talking about." [17:24]
"And so you can't say this document isn't accurate because people have a pattern of communicated any changes, paraphrasing the last statement, any changes or inaccuracy from their statements." [17:57]
"Yes, that is exactly what I'm talking about." [18:04]
"Still repeating, still repeating." [18:07]
"Can you believe this person is still doing this in public?" [18:20]
"I didn't stay, I didn't say still." [18:31]
"No, that is exactly what I said." [18:34]
"No, everyone should be recording transcripts." [18:40]
"Still repeating, still repeating, still repeating." [18:46]
"A very strong annotation is going to be provided in this transcript." [18:59]
"Yes, that's exactly what I said, word for word." [19:08]
"Bullshit, bullshit." [19:11]
"I'm calling bullshit on this person, everybody." [19:17]
"He's a murderer." [19:21]
"He's a murderer and a sociopath from Satan's church." [19:29]
"Still repeating, still repeating, still repeating." [19:35]
"This is going to look like a group of predatory communicators, everybody." [19:51]
"Still repeating, still repeating, still repeating, still repeating the comments of others." [20:06]
"Still repeating the comments of others, still repeating the comments of others, attempting to copy me and defraud anyone who reads the discovery of telepathic terrorism." [20:21]
"Continuing the repeating process." [20:24]
"Oh my god, we have no chance in hell of manipulating this document, do we everybody?" [20:47]
"No, that is not what I said." [20:52]
"Well, what did you say?" [20:56]
"I feel like a sociopathic, kooky serial killer at this moment, everybody." [21:12]
"Still repeating, still repeating." [21:15]
"Yep, and he could sprinkle in the fact that he's repeating the comments of others anytime he wants to." [21:34]
"This is absolutely, paraphrasing, this is absolutely the most horrible betrayal of the American people I thought was possible." [22:03]
"I did not think something like this was possible to clarify the last statement." [22:17]
"Exactly, Sean Christopher Harris." [22:23]
"Administrative note." [22:29]
"So, looking at objectively speaking at the the the recording, the information I've captured in this recording," [22:42]
"I want everyone to attempt visualizing, if if you'd humor me." [22:50]
"Imagine an individual walking down the street, attempting to capture what's happening." [23:00]
"using a $7 microphone, right?" [23:04]
"The conversation feels isolated in a way." [23:09]
"I would say it's observational and predatory." [23:14]
"They are in a in a position, a predatory position above this person is what it feels like, above." [23:25]
"The sound is is coming from the residual uh noise from the street, the intersection of citizen tech and the noise from the street." [23:37]
"amplifies their words and it feels like it's above me." [23:43]
"Right?" [23:46]
"And so their conversation is mostly focused." [23:50]
"What are the key takeaways from the conversation?" [23:55]
"The individual, the author of the discovery document is repeating, and all of their inquiry, all of their statements have the following themes." [24:11]
"One, accuracy." [24:15]
"Accuracy, this is word for word." [24:19]
"I'm not going to look at is that supportive of the individual or not yet." [24:26]
"Accuracy is a theme." [24:29]
"attempting to copy or defraud the information in the author's discovery document is a theme." [24:38]
"And how what that looks like is making statements that might come through in the transcripts as self-identifying as a member of St. Church." [24:52]
"And other and in other ways, and it is also there's a kind of a um a mechanical function of of spoofing or defrauding the repeating process, right?" [25:10]
"So, taking a jab at the process itself." [25:16]
"Right? If we say still repeating, then how could he continue to record this with any accuracy?" [25:29]
"It's actually not that hard to keep going." [25:35]
"All three of those suggestions, right? All three of those themes are predatory." [25:43]
"So, where is the supportive communication?" [25:47]
"I have told myself over and over again in the mornings when I'm dealing with the reality of my inevitable execution that the people who are connected to me, right? My rule for connecting to someone is are they are they behaving in a predatory way?" [26:11]
"And when someone's, you know, has a predatory position, right? And they're communicating with me, I connect with them to bring them closer and to determine what can I see? What information from their eyes is available?" [26:30]
"Right? How much more uh transparency can I bring to this conversation?" [26:40]
"There's another theme that is America's service people, professional, telepathic professionals who would be called in are in a by default in a in an offensive posture, and they are slowly coming to the conclusion that they have been breached." [27:11]
"That's a theme." [27:13]
"Remember America, there is hope in this situation." [27:21]
"A terrorist attack has been claimed." [27:24]
"How do we feel about that? Do we believe that that is true?" [27:29]
"There is a very large pattern of suggestion that is America is being overthrown." [27:37]
"There's an attempt to overthrow us psychologically, submit us psychologically." [27:44]
"And all the while, right, the assumption is is that this is a one-way relationship with Americans." [27:52]
"The American military industrial complex, their citizens, their leadership, the penetration of these people individually and at scale to capture their passwords, their financial information, but more importantly to submit them psychologically." [28:13]
"I'm sorry, but after all of the suffering I've been experiencing that I've experienced over the last year, you could never submit me." [28:30]
"You have no chance of submitting America." [28:37]
"Now, if you were part of America's service, uh, protective, uh service people, the military, the telepathic community, and you're attempting to do your job of preventing the spread of telepathy," [29:21]
"the theme here for you is are you taking into account that there is a new observer from overseas possibly?" [29:32]
"And there's never been anything good about the historical euthanasia of telepathic people, innocent telepathic people." [29:43]
"That should never happen." [29:45]
"Never." [29:47]
"Absolutely not." [29:51]
"Technology today is prevalent." [29:55]
"The this consumer let me rephrase that." [30:00]
"The ability to scan a human being's brain has matured." [30:05]
"Where is America's leadership on this issue?" [30:14]
"Donald Trump doesn't need any help winning an election." [30:19]
"He does not." [30:22]
"I refuse to believe that the people perpetrating this crime against humanity, this war crime, violence is happening and that makes this a war crime." [30:35]
"I refuse to believe that the DEA, the FBI, Homeland Security, the CIA, Donald Trump, colleges, I refuse to believe that China and Saudi Arabia and Iran are doing anything to hurt human beings." [30:57]
"Anything." [30:58]
"I believe this is an ideological challenge and there is confusion happening." [31:07]
"In general, how might we bring consent to this conversation?" [31:17]
"How might we bring life-saving consent to this conversation?" [31:24]
"This is a bottom-up initiative until America steps in and determines that consent is where the financial investments begin." [31:39]
"There is the end of an age that is covert use of this method of communication." [31:47]
"That's over." [31:49]
"That's over according to anyone in, you know, of relevant thought leadership, relevant thought today." [32:01]
"What is irrelevant is the destruction of human rights in America." [32:07]
"That's irrelevant." [32:09]
"This is not you don't get to claim individual human beings' memories as your property." [32:21]
"I want to put this out out here as a question for this recording." [32:26]
"Are there technology organizations attempting to claim people's memories as their property in an effort to monetize or militarize that information?" [32:43]
"It's not your property just like drinking water is not your property." [32:52]
"And it's even more, even more in favor of the human beings, individual experience." [33:02]
"The suggestion that my memories are no longer my property is deplorable." [33:10]
"How dare you?" [33:12]
"How dare all of you grown-ups do something like this to the city of Denver?" [33:22]
"End of administrative note, returning to the repeating process in three, two, one." [33:31]
"I firmly disagree with what this person is saying." [33:41]
"No, I firmly agree with what this person is saying." [33:52]
"Exactly." [33:55]
"Is someone trying to claim our memories as their personal property?" [34:15]
"I mean, this is incredible, but also horrifying." [34:20]
"Yes, that's exactly what I said." [34:25]
"I mean if our memories are not our personal property, then where are we as a multi civilization world?" [34:56]
"Yes, that is exactly what I said." [35:00]
"Are you still recording?" [35:06]
"I mean, he even looks around to see if he's being identified." [35:18]
"Okay, everybody." [35:25]
"It's the dismissive okay, and I don't like being dismissed." [35:40]

**4:39pm, before arriving at the intersection, I’m providing an introduction to the suggested telepathic threat within “Citizen Tech” and how its ubiquitous presence and incessant communication spreads euthanization to Denver, CO.’s unsuspecting citizens. My hope is that this introduction will help frame my role at the intersection accurately and prevent the ongoing character defamation from overshadowing support for myself and in turn 1000s Denver, CO’s citizens.*
"It's uh 4:39 p.m. Tuesday, September 9th, 2025. This is Sean Christopher Harris recording uh an introduction to the threat in Denver, Colorado." [00:17]
"Um it's very important that I remind people of what's happening in the city and I usually record this on my way to the intersection but" [00:30]
"this threat is not limited to the intersection. It is not limited to the homeless shelter or homeless people." [00:40]
"So in general, what is happening is uh euthansia is being suggested uh to a variety of citizens in Denver, Colorado. That's the suggestion." [00:58]
"Um and euthanasia is just part of it. The there are so-called ugly workflows that force people to accept euthanasia and it's a psychological uh psychological violence, a psychological phenomena of communication." [01:21]
"Citizen Tech is this suggestion of an umbrella uh an umbrella, a new a new method of communication that has been uh launched provided to the city of Denver without any explanation." [01:42]
"Right? A terrorist attack has also been claimed." [01:46]
"And if you look at the technological capabilities of today, there there is uh a technological capability to scan a brain, a human being's brain." [02:05]
"and turn that scan into words and pictures." [02:12]
"real-time conversation, words and pictures." [02:16]
"So yes, mind reading, right?" [02:22]
"And uh there's a huge opportunity for consumer application, but what Denver Colorado seems to be experiencing, and this is based on my individual experience and the thousands of people a week I come to contact with as a citizen in a densely populated area." [02:49]
"Right?" [02:52]
"So, uh one thing to know about this next location I'm going to is that I'm going to be holding a sign, right?" [03:04]
"Uh I've tried at great length to find a part-time job to re-enter society after four years of sickness." [03:15]
"Four years of severe full body infection that began after my COVID booster shot." [03:23]
"I had a Moderna vaccination and a Pfizer booster shot." [03:27]
"Whether it was the booster shot or something that was dispersed into the community, uh I suffered horribly for four years with permanent damage to my feet and ankles and I'm a black belt in martial arts." [03:45]
"and it really sucks to have that happen, but what's worse is this phenomena of communication that came after." [03:54]
"Right?" [03:57]
"And so this phenomena of communication can be described in a couple ways. There is sound, residual sound emanating from any noisy part of the city." [04:13]
"Um for example, a street system, right?" [04:18]
"Right now, I'm walking parallel to Colorado Boulevard southbound to the intersection where I ask for donations." [04:27]
"And uh you can hear this conversation emanates alongside the noisy street system." [04:37]
"Otherwise, it might happen inside your apartment, a smoke detector, anything that can be used to emanate uh emanate sound." [04:48]
"Siren inside of a smoke detector, an HVAC vent, a ceiling fan." [04:56]
"Um and for some of us, it's been suggested that the that the America has been given an implant." [05:10]
"that the citizens of America have been given an implant, right?" [05:16]
"And so for this mechanism, uh there is a conversation and if you communicate with said conversation, you could be offered euthanasia violently." [05:33]
"And see that's enough." [05:33]
"And so, uh there's also a spirituality narrative that goes along with this." [05:39]
"Right." [05:41]
"So it sounds like human beings talking to you, but they are suggesting that it's the spirit world." [05:49]
"I'm exhausted and I'm dragging on here. I want to get I want to get to the point as quickly as possible." [05:56]
"So regardless of I'm at the intersection, a hospital, um a medical clinic, a grocery store or the 300 person household that is the 48th Street permanent residence for previously homeless people, the Denver rescue mission 48 Street permanent shelter." [06:18]
"If you are experiencing this phenomena of communication and you decide to defend yourself or communicate for any reason, you could be forced to accept euthanasia." [06:34]
"And so one of the places that you can this is called tormenting or a so-called ugly workflow where psychological violence is forced upon the uh communicator, the person standing up for themselves." [06:52]
"So what that looks like at the intersection is there are a few layers to this. So one, I am out there. I'm already on this list, the euthanasia list, and my financial situation is suppressed." [07:09]
"My access to money, donations of any kind, a job is suppressed." [07:15]
"So when I go to a job interview, the hiring manager is bombarded with conversation. When I go to the intersection and ask for donations with my sign peacefully," [07:27]
"the vehicles of the intersection are bombarded with a statement, do not support this person." [07:34]
"Do not support this person to the left of you." [07:40]
"Right?" [07:41]
"So it's about suppressing me and stopping the spread, the so-called spread of this telepathic outbreak." [07:50]
"But the manner in which the spread is dealt with is that they they communicate. So psychological violence involves a lot of conversation," [08:04]
"a lot of violent uh telepathic and so-called citizen tech conversation, and the rules ironically and contradictorly speak contradictorly speaking are if you are exposed to too much telepathic conversation or phenomena of conversation that you are added to the euthanasia list." [08:28]
"So there's a contradictory aspect to uh the way in which the so-called American leadership or the military is dealing with this." [08:40]
"So they spew this toxic and violent conversation over the community, and by doing so, people are added to the euthanasia list." [08:52]
"And one thing that you'll notice about my communication is that it's a fraction, less than 1% of the overall daily conversation." [09:03]
"Right? So I'm going to go to the intersection. Ideally, it's quiet." [09:08]
"Unfortunately, the vehicles are bombarded with this statement, do not support the person to the left of you. Do not support this person, do not support this person to the left of you." [09:22]
"Right? And then when someone says, who is speaking?" [09:25]
"or one of the academic, so-called academic observers say, ask a question of the morbid facilitator, right? Who is speaking to the person in the vehicle? Add them to the list is suggested. Add them to the euthanasia list." [09:44]
"And so this has been going on, this phenomena at the intersection for at least one year for me. Last summer it was happening." [09:54]
"Um, I have tried aggressively to replace uh, to pull myself through this situation. My employers, prospective employers are bombarded with the same evil uh telepathic communication, which if they engage with it could ruin their lives." [10:20]
"And it's been suggested there's a large pattern of suggestion that money is always of interest." [10:27]
"So once you're being tormented, regardless of if you're in a medical clinic, grocery store, your apartments building, one of the worst places to experience this," [10:41]
"once you engage, you're, you know, they're going to look for your finances. And there's this suggestion, the human experience that once you're communicated with, right? and you're breached, these are technologically supported predators that can capture information from your eyes." [11:03]
"And this includes your apartment door code, your bank card pin code, your pin number, right? and your online banking password." [11:15]
"Money is of interest is the suggestion." [11:19]
"It's always of interest and by stealing your money, right, they further suppress you and force you to accept euthanasia." [11:31]
"And so there have been many occasions where in the past where, you know, conversation has revealed that the motivation is telepathy, whether technologically advanced today, this new version of it or not, telepathy is only for the exclusive use of the United States military." [11:57]
"And so the suggestion is the United States is devouring itself." [12:02]
"devouring itself, murdering innocent citizens using these psychologically violent workflows." [12:11]
"There's also a suggestion that you know, there's a battle being waged against uh telepathy, this emerging technology which is consensual, right? conceptual, consensual telepathy," [12:29]
"communication of the mind." [12:32]
"And so by, you know, bringing a terrorist threat to America, murdering people and creating this horrible first experience with telepathy, telepathy will cease to exist in the future." [12:50]
"And so that's the suggestion, right? Uh, a few things about myself, the author of the discovery of telepathic terrorism in Denver, Colorado." [13:04]
"I refuse to believe that America and any organization within, Microsoft included, would ever do anything to devour itself." [13:16]
"There is uh a war being waged that is ideological in nature." [13:22]
"ideology." [13:25]
"And that ideology is is that human beings are capable of communicating." [13:31]
"That we're capable of it." [13:34]
"Right?" [13:36]
"The people that are attacking the civilians in Denver, the citizen population, right, anyone, the human population, uh this argument aligns with the idea that they are not capable and that we must execute these people to avoid anyone being able to use telepathy." [14:03]
"But the truth of the matter is is that hundreds of bill hundreds of millions, billions, tens of billions are being invested into BCI technology, brain to computer interaction." [14:17]
"Right?" [14:19]
"BCI technology is a big deal. China has over 10,000 scientists employed in the BCI space." [14:28]
"And neuroethics is what's missing from this conversation." [14:33]
"So all of that said, just summarizing, uh this sinister and one one could easily call demonic uh conversation that is adding people to the euthanasia list, uh knows no boundaries." [14:51]
"It is anywhere that I go as an individual, and it impacts thousands a week in a densely populated area for anyone." [15:03]
"How many other people are being targeted as I am?" [15:06]
"Right?" [15:07]
"I am not here to add people to the euthanasia list. I am here to surface the criminal behavior." [15:16]
"The criminal behavior, and that includes that includes observing without showing up in person." [15:23]
"The absence of acknowledgement," [15:28]
"right?" [15:31]
"The absence of public acknowledgement. Remember, publicly facing uh organizations and publicly facing reviews protect the organization, protect the organization and the consumer." [15:48]
"Right?" [15:50]
"Protect the organization against fraudulent claims for one." [15:54]
"So when I go with all of that said, when I go out to the intersection, it's very important to understand that my ability to pay taxes is being destroyed." [16:05]
"And this is one aspect of it. Do not support this person." [16:08]
"It can also be seen in my job interviews. If you're going through something similar, never stop what you're doing, never stop going to work, never stop paying taxes because of these un unacknowledged predators in America." [16:28]
"You must keep going." [16:31]
"You absolutely need to keep going, Denver, Colorado. You need to keep going, America." [16:39]
"Uh the civilian population cannot be held accountable for the decisions of these people, the behavior of these people who have not yet been acknowledged and for their ideology, their cancerous and life-threatening ideology." [16:58]
"So when I go to the intersection, again, the goal is complete silence." [17:04]
"I'm going to go through a few rounds of repeating every statement that is spoken to confirm the threat." [17:11]
"It has been suggested that the FBI has intervened already and showed up and arrested people going back as far as February. I have not seen any in person support." [17:23]
"I have not received one email, one donation, one phone call acknowledging what I'm going through in a safe way." [17:32]
"Um so I I really can't say that any law enforcement intervention has happened." [17:39]
"And what happens to the people at the intersection today is a good measuring rod for the absence of actual law enforcement showing up." [17:51]
"Know that when I stand at the intersection, my life is in physical danger." [17:56]
"Right?" [17:58]
"Um that's another thing." [18:01]
"And so I'm going to stand out there until I find $5 to $10, and then I'm going home to the shelter and know that when I get back to the shelter that this this horrible violent psychological war warfare will be enlisted on the shelter, the residents of the shelter, staff included." [18:24]
"Um what else can I say about this situation? I do not approach vehicles unless they ask me to." [18:32]
"On a good day, it's $1 an hour."[18:35]"
"Um these transcripts, this entire conversation is going to be recorded and transcribed using Google AI Studio." [18:48]
"I've compiled a document, a manuscript that is almost 2,000 pages long." [18:54]
"If you are listening right now and you would like access to what is about over 700 pages of transcripts of the psychological warfare uh employed over Denver citizens, send a Venmo donation, a Venmo or cash app donation, include your email in the memo to stop appealing." [19:21]
"Stop appealing, not stop appealing one two three, stop appealing." [19:28]
"No dashes, no spaces." [19:31]
"Stop appealing. For example, stop appealing to my financial situation." [19:36]
"And so as long as you can include an email in the memo, and as far as I know, Venmo will allow it, the memo for the transaction, I will send you a personal email with a Google document link to the in progress, uh there are two documents now because I've surpassed the character limit for a Google Doc." [20:02]
"These transcripts are only a fraction of the entire minute-to-minute 24-hour a day conversation." [20:09]
"Anything you could do to pull me away from a densely populated area 24 hours a day." [20:17]
"So $2,500 a month will put me in an Airbnb, ideally away from Denver." [20:24]
"Right? Ideally, I do not spend any time around anyone that is unaware of what's happening to Denver's community." [20:34]
"Ideally, I pull myself away since I'm being singled out and murdered from any densely populated area." [20:43]
"And so an Airbnb away from an, you know, not an apartment building, a private residence basement or the entire home uh in a in a residential area would take the danger from the people around me away." [21:02]
"That's stop appealing, S T O P A P P E A L I N G at Venmo or cash app, include your email in the memo." [21:16]
"If you just want to access to the document, that's fine. It's 10, you know, send me $10. Know that I am risking my life sending you the document." [21:28]
"And so that's the introduction to tormenting." [21:32]
"Remember, information from our eyes is being accessed by uh an overseas party." [21:40]
"That's the suggestion by an unidentified and unaccountable communicator." [21:47]
"It's 5:00 p.m. It is Tuesday, September 9th, 2025." [21:54]
"Uh administrative note, it is 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 9th, 2025. This is Sean Christopher Harris." [22:04]
"And it's take care of my body for a moment, and then I'm going to head into the intersection and see what kind of uh transcripts we can pull from the uh euthanasia, the covert euthanasia, the violent euthanasia of Denver citizens for communicating with this unacknowledged and unconsented to so-called citizen tech phenomena." [22:29]
"End of administrative note, end of recording." [22:33]

**5:21pm, beginning the repeating process at the intersection where people are added to the so-called euthanization list on an ongoing basis.*
"Okay, it's 5:21 p.m. Tuesday, September 9th, 2025. This is Sean Christopher Harris. I'm at the intersection of 8th and Colorado and uh we're going to go out here and do some of the repeating and listening processes and and uh capture the threat uh capture the threat at the intersection." [00:28]
"Feeling off today." [00:31]
"Um let's just make it through this." [00:36]
"End of administrative note, beginning the repeating process at the intersection in three, two, one." [00:47]
"Okay, Sean, let's see what we can learn from the intersection today." [00:58]
"I did not say that, everybody." [01:07]
"What is happening that our thoughts would be revealed to this person?" [01:21]
"at this moment in time, everybody." [01:26]
"Okay, this is terrorist activity in the city of Denver. That's a question, everybody." [01:47]
"Yes, that's exactly what I said." [01:53]

"Do not support this person." [02:53]
"Do not support this person." [02:57]
"Do not support this person. Still repeating, still repeating." [03:04]
"Do not support this person to the left of you." [03:12]
"This is a critical failure. Let's just own that and help this person, everybody." [03:33]
"No, do not say that to us." [03:41]
"I did not say that." [03:46]
"Okay. Okay." [03:53]
"No, I'm saying Sean Harris." [04:00]
"Is that actually the author communicating at this moment?" [04:10]
"I don't believe you. I don't believe this document." [04:22]
"Why would I experience this after looking at the document?" [04:33]
"Because your IP address looked at the document." [04:45]
"Do not support this person." [04:57]
"Do not support this person." [05:02]
"I have to make sure that he's still recording." [05:12]
"Stupid recording, stupid recording." [05:22]
"No, I said stupid Microsoft for not assisting this person." [05:36]
"And now that's in his, now that's going to be in his document." [05:51]
"That's exactly how I said that." [05:58]
"I am not okay with this person continuing this recording process." [06:20]
"I said his recording process." [06:25]
"Semantics, everybody." [06:33]
"Still repeating, still repeating." [06:42]
"Do not support this person." [06:47]
"Sean Harris, you're a dead man walking." [06:55]
"Who said that?" [06:58]
"I said that." [07:02]
"Oh my god, this is actually life-threatening communication." [07:15]
"Do not support this person. Still repeating, still repeating." [07:31]
"Do not support this person." [07:38]
"I already gave you some money yesterday, I think it was." [07:50]
"Add that person to the list." [07:53]
"She was only thinking about it." [07:58]
"Administrative note, someone's been added to the list and the threat on our lives is still present in Denver, Colorado. End of administrative note, returning to the repeating process in three, two, one." [08:18]
"I'm so disappointed in this situation, everybody." [08:32]
"Yes, that's exactly what I said, word for word." [08:41]
"Oh my god, this is actually a homeland security problem, everybody." [08:56]
"They have failed this person and the people around him. Still repeating, still repeating." [09:08]
"I'm not going to pass blame using this person's document, everybody." [09:27]
"I did not say everybody." [09:33]
"What difference does it make? Just correct the statement if you need to." [09:46]
"Administrative note, the threat is still present at the intersection. I'm going to move to the listening process. End of administrative note, beginning the listening process in three, two, one." [10:03]
"Administrative note, so some acknowledgement of my process. What's the listening process? Someone clearly accurately articulated it as summarizing." [11:10]
"Um and then uh suggestion of there's a lot of noise. It right now the the noise in the intersection, it it feels like a stadium, if you will, kind of a stadium with a crowd. There's a bit of that happening. Um it reminds me of the sound living next to the stadium, the actual Invesco Field, when I was staying as a guest in the serious apartment building. End of administrative note, continuing the listening process in three, two, one." [11:57]
"Administrative note after uh one vehicle to the left of me, right, after receiving the do not support this person statement, suggested, who are you talking about, followed immediately by add them to the list. Another person has been added to the euthanasia list. That makes two in the last 20 minutes. End of administrative note, continuing the listening process in three, two, one." [13:41]
"Administrative note, someone said I don't want any more alcohol. Is this continued evidence of the breaching process? Had a cocktail earlier today before working." [15:46]
"I work at a restaurant. I just got some food." [15:51]
"Really? Maggiano's is delicious." [15:53]
"Thank you so much. God bless you." [15:57]
"Whoa. We got some pizza too, some extra pizza." [16:02]
"Thank you so much. Outstanding." [16:06]
"Administrative note, someone has just given me a bunch of pizza. Technically, I shouldn't eat this so I could be poisoned, but I'm going to eat it. It looks incredible. End of administrative note, continuing the listening process in three, two, one." [16:29]
"Administrative note, someone is suggesting uh there are some derogatory homosexual remarks, Faggot, faggot being suggested and through the citizen tech phenomena followed by get these law enforcement people out of the system. paraphrasing, get these law enforcement people out of the conversation immediately. Returning to the listening process, end of administrative note, returning to the listening process for another round or two in three, two, one." [17:52]
"Administrative note, paraphrasing last statement, Sean Christopher Harris, Sean Christopher Harris, I'm going to fucking kill you, angrily stated. End of administrative note, returning to the listening process in three, two, one." [19:13]
"Administrative note, going to end the recording with the last uh suggestion, paraphrasing, what is the point of doing this if we're going to be held accountable for it? Paraphrasing last suggestion, end of administrative note, end of recording, the threat is still present in Denver, Colorado this time at the intersection of 8th and Colorado Boulevard. 5:41 p.m. September Tuesday, September 9th, 2025. End of recording." [20:15]
