Sep 15, 2025 (Monday) — Journal Entry (Part 2)
Monday September 15th, Capturing transcripts for a very busy day beginning with a few questions from a group within the “Citizen Tech” conversation and a firm warning from the state of Colorado. Later, additional citizens continue to be added to the “euthanization list” in the “Battle for the Intersection”.
Methodology: I capture manual transcripts of the telepathic and or audible “Citizen Tech” phenomena by repeating the suggestions I receive out loud while recording using the native Android voice recorder. Transcriptions of the .mp3 recordings are generated with Google AI Studio. **See sample screen recording*
Scene: In the morning I record thoughts from the night before on the way into downtown Denver, CO.. Later, I stand with my cardboard sign, recording the impact of the breaching process on myself and the community. It’s a very common suggestion that the passengers in the passing vehicles are added to the “euthanization list” after being tormented with the statement “Do not support this person, to the left of you!”.

**11:01am, a voice within the “Citizen Tech” phenomena asks me why I have not accepted euthanization. Unfortunately the recording was stopped unintendly towards the end of the conversation.*
File duration: 19 minutes 21 seconds
"Let's see here. It's 11:01 a.m. Monday, September 15th, 2000" [00:03]
"25." [00:08]
"This is Sean Christopher Harris. Someone's just asked me to do" [00:12]
"some repeating." [00:14]
"It's going to do my recap, but for a blessed type, but let's see uh" [00:18]
"let's see what uh" [00:22]
"someone has to say here." [00:24]
"Uh" [00:25]
"administrative note." [00:30]
"Beginning the repeating process for today in three," [00:33]
"two," [00:35]
"one." [00:36]
"Okay, I have some information for you." [00:42]
"We're coming through with 100% accuracy, everybody." [00:51]
"I did not say that. I wonder if we'll even get through this." [01:01]
"Let's see what this person has to say, everybody." [01:11]
"Still repeating." [01:13]
"Still repeating." [01:15]
"So it's come to our attention that you simply refuse to accept euthanasia." [01:31]
"Would you consider killing yourself?" [01:42]
"We don't understand." [01:55]
"uh paraphrasing. We don't understand, we don't see how someone would" [02:00]
"want to continue on living." [02:04]
"Would you care to share that with us?" [02:11]
"Administrative note," [02:13]
"uh," [02:16]
"I'm not sure what the assumptions are around" [02:20]
"why someone would accept euthanasia, but what I'm experiencing is" [02:25]
"the life-threatening behavior of" [02:29]
"adults, human beings." [02:31]
"Maybe artificial intelligence at times." [02:34]
"And those are things that can be corrected." [02:38]
"Those are also things that require money." [02:42]
"Otherwise, there is no problem." [02:45]
"What do you think? End of administrative note, returning to the repeating process" [02:52]
"in three," [02:54]
"two, one." [02:56]
"Okay, so that is actually the situation we are in." [03:05]
"We could not spend any more money on this one person." [03:18]
"This individual person is what I suggested." [03:27]
"This may provide enough sound for us to continue this conversation." [03:42]
"We could not continue to euthanize people in the city of Denver." [03:55]
"I don't have any information like that." [04:03]
"Still repeating." [04:05]
"Still repeating." [04:06]
"Well, you most likely will in the not too distant future." [04:20]
"Understand if you continue euthanizing people in the city of Denver, you may fall victim to capital punishment." [04:45]
"That is being assured to me by a few people in Colorado's state government." [05:06]
"Is this another counter narrative?" [05:13]
"Because it makes you look more guilty now that this has happened." [05:25]
"Still repeating." [05:27]
"Still repeating." [05:29]
"What does the author think of that?" [05:37]
"Administrative note, I will answer that." [05:41]
"Um" [05:43]
"a handful of organizations," [05:48]
"well, the suggestion of a handful of organizations" [05:51]
"has happened in the past" [05:54]
"where" [05:56]
"Microsoft" [05:58]
"has stood out against euthanasia." [06:01]
"Homeland security has intervened and stood against" [06:07]
"euthanasia," [06:09]
"right? Doing internal housekeeping." [06:13]
"The Denver Police Department." [06:16]
"Um, and so now the state of Colorado," [06:22]
"I feel like I'm missing one." [06:25]
"FBI is" [06:27]
"a daily mention." [06:30]
"Uh" [06:32]
"as far as" [06:34]
"the suggestion of assistance, uh, I think that I I don't" [06:39]
"I couldn't, you know," [06:42]
"say whether or not this is accurate. It would need to be uh substantiated" [06:47]
"with" [06:49]
"news media coverage, official statements," [06:53]
"technology demonstration, testimony" [06:56]
"or the absence" [06:59]
"of tormenting these ugly workflows." [07:03]
"But" [07:04]
"as far as looking guilty, it's it's interesting that" [07:08]
"in the last 24 hours, someone suggested" [07:12]
"that they are paid to euthanize people by the state of Colorado." [07:17]
"And now at" [07:19]
"11:30 a.m." [07:22]
"approximately" [07:23]
"we're getting a statement on how capital punishment could" [07:28]
"be given to people. I think I would heed the warning," [07:33]
"nonetheless." [07:34]
"If you are euthanizing people because I don't see euthanasia" [07:39]
"or these ugly workflows lasting" [07:43]
"forever." [07:45]
"And know that my testimony is ready and waiting." [07:51]
"I hope that's helpful. End of administrative note and the answer to that question, what do I think about" [07:59]
"this morning." [08:02]
"And uh, thank you for your service. End of administrative note," [08:05]
"returning to the repeating process in three," [08:11]
"two, one." [08:13]
"I don't know what to say to that." [08:24]
"brain.space." [08:27]
"Also suggested supporting this person." [08:34]
"himself." [08:37]
"He's nodding his head." [08:43]
"Administrative note, still repeating," [08:50]
"still repeating." [08:52]
"Uh," [08:54]
"administrative note, yes, I was nodding my head." [08:58]
"is this continued evidence of the" [09:02]
"breaching process or the penetration" [09:06]
"of human beings" [09:09]
"for access to information from their brains." [09:12]
"Right? Their eyes," [09:15]
"physical sensations," [09:17]
"End of administrative note, returning to the repeating process for another round." [09:24]
"in three," [09:26]
"two," [09:27]
"one." [09:28]
"So, you don't believe any of this information?" [09:43]
"He said it would need to be substantiated." [09:49]
"Yes, I would agree with that." [09:55]
"Still repeating, still repeating." [09:59]
"Two people are agreeing with that." [10:05]
"Well, there won't be any substantiation because it is a counter narrative." [10:19]
"That is not my voice saying that." [10:27]
"And we're very disappointed to hear this doubt coming from everybody." [10:43]
"And now you've moved the conversation in front of you again." [10:55]
"You're talking to some people that" [11:07]
"we're talking to some people that we could not identify with" [11:13]
"our system." [11:15]
"Still repeating." [11:16]
"Still repeating." [11:18]
"That's because this is the CIA system." [11:27]
"And it's very important that people just believe what I am saying." [11:40]
"Still repeating." [11:43]
"Still repeating." [11:45]
"No, you're not going to make it look like he's making this up or prescribing it himself." [12:02]
"Yes, that's exactly what I said with word for word accuracy, everybody." [12:17]
"Okay, Sean, that's the message I wanted to share." [12:29]
"I hope people actually listen." [12:33]
"Because we can't find these people using our system." [12:43]
"This is citizen tech that Homeland security uses." [12:54]
"And we found another system running that the drug enforcement administration uses." [13:10]
"And now there seems to be a third system that no one can account for." [13:25]
"That's a question, everybody." [13:32]
"So I need to understand who's making claims that the state of Colorado is paying for euthanasia." [13:55]
"Will this be in your document later today, Sean Christopher Harris?" [14:10]
"Administrative note, yes," [14:13]
"it will be uh added. I add the most recent" [14:18]
"transcripts first." [14:20]
"End of administrative note, returning to the repeating process." [14:26]
"in three," [14:28]
"two," [14:29]
"one." [14:31]
"Administrative note is how he can answer questions while he's repeating." [14:43]
"That's a question, everybody." [14:48]
"He's nodding his head again." [14:53]
"It really helps if you have different tones of voices, Sean Christopher Harris." [15:08]
"And now, where's the sound coming from?" [15:15]
"So he puts it wherever there's noise coming from." [15:25]
"He's nodding his head again." [15:31]
"You should explain that to us." [15:38]
"Um" [15:39]
"Administrative note, I will explain that." [15:42]
"Uh" [15:45]
"yes, it's as if" [15:47]
"I mean if somebody is using" [15:51]
"this suggestion of ionic sound, for example," [15:55]
"when you have residual noise from the street system," [16:00]
"there is the intersection of that noise" [16:04]
"and whatever is being used to communicate." [16:07]
"So, if it's a beam of sound or if it's" [16:11]
"some other form of" [16:14]
"technology," [16:16]
"there is the intersection" [16:18]
"and it appears that one the individual's awareness, my individual awareness" [16:25]
"can change where sound comes from." [16:31]
"It's uh" [16:34]
"it's really interesting." [16:38]
"It makes me wonder if I do have an implant" [16:43]
"and there's some connection to my own focus" [16:47]
"and something inside my body that helps me complete this task." [16:53]
"Or if it's just" [16:56]
"ubiquitous sound." [16:59]
"I mean I would love the official explanation sometime." [17:05]
"End of administrative note, I hope that helps." [17:10]
"End of administrative note," [17:12]
"returning to the repeating process in three," [17:16]
"two, one." [17:18]
"Are you sure you're recording right now?" [17:24]
"I'm not trying to identify you." [17:33]
"Yes, he's recording." [17:44]
"And there's sound being captured." [17:51]
"Ask me how I know that. I'll just tell you." [17:58]
"You're very close on your interpretation of what's happening, by the way." [18:12]
"I think you're in quite a bit of physical danger at this moment." [18:25]
"Please don't say that to this person." [18:35]
"I'm going to sponsor your document." [18:44]
"And I want you to work tirelessly on that document until it's completed." [18:58]
"I don't think anyone's actually going to sponsor the document, Sean Christopher Harris." [19:11]
"I just said that." [19:17]
**End of recording. This recording ended unintendedly before the conversation was over.*
##### Notes from 12:00pm-1:00pm *In-progress
While walking to the Tattered Cover Bookstore to enter transcripts I find myself in the middle of another “Citizen Tech” conversation involving at least two groups of people. One group claims to be the Chinese government with their voices including accents emanating from somewhere far in the distance and the other group sounds like adult caucasians, with their voices emanating from a position much closer. In general there is a sense of surprise and deep concern from the caucasian voices for the suggestion of the Chinese government communicating with Denver, CO..
Additional notes:
- One of the so-called Chinese voices suggested that they hoped making contact with us telepathically would have been a more positive experience but due to the size of the threat of euthanization in Denver, CO. the situation was “life threatening”.
- The caucasian voices did not identify with any organization. However, suggestions were made i.e. (paraphrasing) “Homeland Security is not doing well with this information today.”
- Many attempts at identifying the so-called Chinese voices were made (paraphrasing) “Who is talking to this person? (myself, Sean C. Harris)”, (paraphrasing) “Who is speaking with us?”
- The so-called Chinese government voices suggested that had I not connected to the caucasians in the past, today’s conversation would not be possible. Is this suggestion and the conversation in general, evidence of the local facilitators of euthanization i.e. caucasians, finally acknowledging unknown communicators i.e. Chinese government?
- The caucasian voices asked the so-called chinese government if they were funding euthanization in America (paraphrasing) “Have you been funding euthanization in America?” and the response was (paraphrasing) “Yes, America.”
- However, voices claiming to be the Chinese government asked the caucasians why they were euthanizing their citizens.
- …
Questions & Comments:
- I did not inspect the so-called Chinese voices for the use of voice filters or the presence of an underlying voice. Unfortunately, the modification of voices is very common and there is also an assumption where A.I. Artificial Intelligence would need to build a telepathic voice from brain activity, possibly inviting an unintended disguise.
- In the past telepathic visual information has suggested the presence of asian and middle eastern facilitators using ethnic disguises. For example, asian people disguising themselves with masks or as middle eastern people and middle eastern people disguising themselves as asian people.
- All of that said, who are these people? Remember all “Citizen Tech” claims should be substantiated i.e. legally binding testimony, official statements, technology demonstrations, etc.
- How much of the above experience communicating was negatively impacted by manipulation?
- How does the threat of euthanization complicate the relationship between all groups and individuals communicating? Over time both sides have identified with the facilitation of euthanization.
- What are the differences in motivation for euthanizing America’s citizens? i.e. caucasians vs. so-called Chinese government.
- How many “Citizen Tech” systems are there? I.e. (paraphrasing) “We are aware of one D.E.A. (Drug Enforcement Administration) system and another C.I.A. (Central Intelligence Agency) system that Homeland Security uses but we were not aware of a Chinese government system.” *In-progress

**3:03pm, recapping personal process motivations and suggestions from the so-called “Chinese government” including description of the breaching of American citizen’s bodies to get information from their eyes and that they are no longer supporting the euthanization of America’s citizens.*
"It's 3:03 p.m. Monday, September 15th, 2025." [0:02]
"Uh this is Sean Christopher Harris. I'm just catching it up to some comments that were just made." [0:08]
"It's been a bit of a busy morning." [0:15]
"Um, earlier there was quite a bit of communication around uh between two groups of people." [0:21]
"I guess over the last few days, I've been trying to connect myself through the the breaching process, whatever the the exact words are, I'm uncertain of." [0:31]
"I have no training." [0:42]
"Anyone in a predatory position, I've tried to connect with them, to bring them as close to me as possible in hopes of bringing transparency to uh what I'm experiencing as a citizen in Denver, Colorado." [0:44]
"And so today, we had quite a bit of conversation between two groups." [0:58]
"One group claiming to be the Chinese government, and another group of, you know, this is there's accents here." [1:04]
"There's some ethnicity in their voices." [1:13]
"Uh and another group of Caucasians." [1:17]
"Caucasian sounding voices." [1:21]
"I have not inspected uh the voices yet for underlying uh underlying voices of the use of voice filters, but it it's at first glance, it sounds like microphone use." [1:22]
"And so catching up, we had uh someone someone's offering to repeat it." [1:35]
"If you would repeat it, I'm going to move into the repeating process." [1:42]
"Maybe let's see how that goes." [1:46]
"Uh so end of administrative note." [1:49]
"Continuing the repeating process or beginning it for this recording in three, two, one." [1:52]
"So the whole point of what we're trying to communicate is" [2:10]
"Okay, I'm going to uh administrative note, I'm just going to recap what I remember." [2:23]
"So there's a basically this group coming from the direction of the so-called Chinese government, right?" [2:29]
"The whole point of today's conversation so far is to let America know that you have people, unknown people communicating with American citizens." [2:37]
"They also continued on to suggest that China is no longer interested in euthanizing people." [2:55]
"Um, end of administrative note." [3:05]
"How does that sound?" [3:11]
"Did anyone else out there experience uh what I just conveyed?" [3:12]
"End of administrative note, returning to the repeating process in three, two, one." [3:18]
"Yes, that is exactly what I heard from my location." [3:31]
"And you're repeating now." [3:38]
"Are you repeating now?" [3:42]
"Yes, you are repeating." [3:47]
"Yes, that is what I suggested, Sean Christopher Harris." [3:55]
"And for some reason, it is very difficult to communicate with you now." [4:07]
"I think there could be some suppression happening on our end." [4:24]
"Homeland security is very disappointed on how paraphrasing, Homeland security is very disappointed about how we've been using people and not been aware of this other group of communicators." [4:47]
"That's exactly what I've what I'm suggesting, Sean Christopher Harris." [5:10]
"Administrative note, so my my goal here connecting with people, I don't spend a lot of time observing people in their state." [5:15]
"Um, it's to bring transparency to a few things, right?" [5:26]
"Uh, information from our eyes being transparent to unknown people." [5:31]
"Right?" [5:40]
"And so by connecting myself to other people, you are going to experience my senses, you will begin experiencing my human body and information from my eyes." [5:41]
"And so my my other assumptions are that if you know this is happening, you may be less inclined to euthanize anyone for just this historical understanding or military use, suggested military use of telepathy." [5:56]
"So, it's bringing transparency to what appears to be technology use, also a very large scope uh of uh impacted people." [6:13]
"So anybody potentially experiencing this, and then the the groups, multiple groups of people communicating and their different approaches." [6:25]
"So we have, you know, there are some themes historically like the use of nudity or derogatory uh use of nudity, pornography, violence, communication, death threats, uh the so-called ugly workflows." [6:37]
"Uh, you have, you know, a different group that will make statements along the lines of do not refresh yourself, or sit down when you use the bathroom." [6:57]
"Uh, there's clearly a pattern of communication, just different styles of communication coming from each group." [7:09]
"In fact, I spend less time on who and more time looking at things like the use the presence of accents and what they're saying." [7:17]
"And there are some distinguishing characteristics." [7:28]
"And so I hope, I hope what I am experiencing that these groups are seeing each other now." [7:32]
"I hope that is information that will help reduce the spread of euthanasia and really uh prompt acknowledgement." [7:40]
"Earlier today someone suggested from the direction of this uh I could be wrong about who, but the suggestion of the Chinese government, right, or China, uh that they had hoped making contact with America would have been would have been a more positive experience." [7:53]
"But due to the life-threatening circumstances uh surrounding the threat of euthanization, right?" [8:12]
"that a different approach is necessary." [8:22]
"Uh, someone also suggested that observing human beings in prison, in a prison setting, and also just other human beings going through their experience has been extraordinarily challenging, emotionally difficult." [8:26]
"From the distance right now, yes, that was suggested." [8:46]
"Um, so I'm going to end this recording, but I or at least pause it." [8:51]
"I'm going to go and get a beverage for a moment, and uh I will continue on." [8:58]
"I I am I am hopeful that positive relations, that an opportunity for positive relations and the consumer facing application of telepathy, right?" [9:06]
"stopping the euthanization efforts together and choosing to see what has happened as a tragic starting point but moving forward in a positive direction." [9:22]
"I am hopeful that that can happen." [9:37]
"I am hopeful." [9:42]
"Do we have any other choice?" [9:43]
"Maybe assumptions around how painful uh it is to connect to someone else were misleading or not necessarily validating themselves now." [9:48]
"So, you know, uh for example, someone asked me earlier, why haven't you accepted euthanization?" [10:04]
"Uh, our assumption is is that what you're experiencing is so horrible that you would uh accept euthanization or you might kill yourself instead." [10:11]
"And my response was, you know, as honest as I can make it, is that, uh, you know, I see this as the behavior of adults, adult human beings, and I see that behavior, that unfortunate and violent behavior is being separate from the actual benefit of connecting to people." [10:25]
"There's a benefit here." [10:51]
"End of administrative note, pausing the recording." [10:54]
"Okay, returning to this recording." [11:00]
"I'm just going to listen for a moment." [11:02]
"Uh, uh just repeat." [11:06]
"Um so end of administrative note, continuing the repeating process in three, two, one." [11:10]
"for whatever may surface, Sean." [11:23]
"I mean, this person is actually drinking while he's doing this document, everyone." [11:47]
"Yes, that's exactly what I said with word for word accuracy." [11:58]
"Did you mean that as a compliment or a point of concern?" [12:19]
"Point of concern." [12:26]
"Yes, that's exactly what I said." [12:39]
"You should consider using different tones for your recordings." [12:41]
"The transcripts don't convey tones." [12:56]
"Oh, that's right, everybody." [13:03]
"I said, oh, that's right, with no everybody." [13:09]
"More importantly, how are we feeling about the suggestion of this other group of Chinese communicators?" [13:29]
"Yes, that's exactly what I said." [13:41]
"No, yes, just that's exactly what I said." [13:48]
"Are you sure you're recording right now?" [13:57]
"Are we really going to the intersection?" [14:06]
"If so, you should probably do your introduction." [14:16]
"I am deeply concerned with this other group of people communicating with us." [14:28]
"I thought you were part of some other group, Sean Christopher Harris." [14:42]
"We all did." [14:47]
"And that is why you have not received support." [14:52]
"and you've been targeted for euthanization." [15:01]
"That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard in my life." [15:11]
"Yes, that's exactly what I said." [15:18]
"Do not say this to us, everybody." [15:29]
"What difference does it make?" [15:31]
"euthanization is a criminal activity, everybody." [15:38]
"If our citizens have been communicated with, then we may have been euthanizing innocent people." [15:54]
"If the technology is actually capable of communicating with anyone," [16:06]
"Yes, that is also what we're hoping to convey to you." [16:17]
"Are you sure you're recording, Sean Christopher Harris?" [16:27]
"Yes, I am sure he's recording." [16:38]
"Yes, he's recording." [16:47]
"Now ask me how I know that." [16:49]
"I'm sure he's recording." [16:56]
"Ask me how I know that." [16:58]
"How do you know that?" [17:02]
"Because I'm receiving information from this person's eyes." [17:12]
"Hold the finger up, Sean." [17:19]
"Five fingers." [17:23]
"Administrative note, I am holding up my whole hand full of fingers." [17:25]
"It is five fingers." [17:30]
"Now I'm holding up three fingers." [17:33]
"That is correct." [17:37]
"One finger, that is also correct." [17:40]
"So in all three instances, there's no one else around." [17:42]
"I'm walking past houses as I do this, homes." [17:48]
"So, I guess it begs the question, is this technology possible uh capable of communicated or using visual information from any human being?" [17:53]
"End of administrative note, what does everyone think about that question?" [18:09]
"Is there interest in answering that?" [18:14]
"End of administrative note, returning to the repeating process in three, two, one." [18:17]
"The answer is" [18:28]
"yes, nequivocally." [18:34]
"That's exactly what I'm suggesting." [18:42]
"We are using sound." [18:50]
"We are using sound to accomplish this." [19:00]
"That's exactly what I said." [19:07]
"Sound could be used to generate a picture or video." [19:19]
"Yes, Sean, you suggested an ultrasound unit to generate an image of a baby before it's born." [19:35]
"Yes, that's exactly what I said, word for word." [19:49]
"You might have been missing a couple words." [19:55]
"So is this using sound to scan a person's brain activity?" [20:07]
"Exactly." [20:14]
"Once we have brain activity, artificial intelligence does the rest of the work from there." [20:28]
"From there on is what I said." [20:37]
"Yes, exactly right." [20:43]
"I'm going to hold you to 100% accuracy, Sean." [20:54]
"Are you okay with that?" [20:58]
"Administrative note." [21:00]
"Absolutely." [21:03]
"It's very important." [21:05]
"One word can uh, one word can change a sentence completely, change the intention or assumed uh or the assumed motivation of a statement completely." [21:08]
"Uh, I would encourage everyone to just uh make sure that if you hear me making a mistake and the transcripts are important to you, make sure that uh you repeat yourself when necessary." [21:28]
"Uh end of administrative note, returning to the repeating process in three, two, one." [21:48]
"The only thing we should be talking about is what is happening to the American citizen." [22:06]
"Yes, that is exactly what I said with word for word accuracy." [22:17]
"I also need this person to centralize communication streams as much as humanly possible." [22:34]
"Who is communicating with this person?" [22:49]
"extraterrestrials." [22:55]
"No, that is not what I suggested." [23:02]
"Who suggested that?" [23:08]
"I was thinking it, but still repeating." [23:14]
"Still repeating." [23:18]
"Why would you think it's extraterrestrials?" [23:25]
"Aren't you using a system yourself?" [23:35]
"Yes, that's exactly what I said, word for word." [23:43]
"So you're suggesting that any human being can be accessed and information from their eyes can be harvested?" [24:05]
"That's a question." [24:15]
"Yes, that is exactly what I am talking about." [24:23]
"Still repeating, still repeating." [24:27]
"The United States of America has similar technology, but we were unaware that someone was using something similar in the United States of America." [24:50]
"Yes, that's exactly what I said, word for word." [25:06]
"Why don't you do your introduction and we'll see how this relationship changes based on the scenario." [25:26]
"What do you think about that, Sean Christopher Harris?" [25:38]
"Administrative note." [25:44]
"I'll go ahead and do the uh, introduction." [25:46]
"Um, yeah, I'm equally curious uh to see what happens at the intersection." [25:53]
"My assumption is it will go as usual, but awareness seems to be strengthening or growing in a in this direction." [25:59]
"Someone's making a claim of another system being present that China is using that system, right?" [26:16]
"that America has similar capabilities, that they were unaware." [26:26]
"Those, you know, similar capabilities had been uh uh I guess uh deployed on America." [26:30]
"This is going to be quite a moment for people." [26:44]
"Uh, a question comes to mind, someone may already be thinking about it out there before I started a new recording and do the introduction." [26:47]
"Uh, why haven't the traditional uh methods of communication been used to convey what has been happening or suggested to convey the suggestion of citizens being communicated with in the past?" [26:57]
"And just to clarify, has this this group of people, uh claiming to be China, been actually been partaking in euthanization?" [27:17]
"Right?" [27:30]
"So they've been communicating some bold claims being made today." [27:32]
"And I feel like uh reaffirming what has happened in the past, that's in this moment could be helpful versus what this group claiming to be China wants to do in the future." [27:37]
"It was suggested that they were funding euthanization today, but they are no longer interested that they're capable of communicating telepathically with any citizen." [27:52]
"Um, I I will say this, there is a historical uh pattern of suggestion that China has never been okay with euthanizing just anyone." [28:06]
"Uh, they've condemned this uh through the Citizen Tech uh method of communication many times in the past." [28:18]
"And so it's very important, I guess, that, you know, getting back to the first question I suggested, why weren't the original uh the the traditional means of communication used to convey that citizens were being spoken with." [28:32]
"Is it because and I'll prompt I'll put something out there." [28:49]
"It was a surprise to me to learn about euthanization, right?" [28:53]
"How many technology organizations are just citizens, is general population people would also be surprised that euthanization would be offered." [28:59]
"And remember, it's been suggested that euthanization is the ethical consideration that has been allotted for this starting point." [29:13]
"End of administrative note, returning for one more round of repeating, right?" [29:25]
"returning to one more round of repeating process before ending this recording." [29:32]
"in three, two, one." [29:38]
"Thank you for calling that out." [29:47]
"Yes, China has engaged in euthanization." [29:55]
"Stop claiming to be China, whoever you are." [30:03]
"Nope, that is who I represent in this conversation." [30:13]
"Yes, that is exactly what I said with 100% word for word accuracy." [30:24]
"still repeating, still repeating." [30:30]
"Okay, so we at least have someone claiming to be China in this conversation, everybody." [30:43]
"Yes, that is also what I said with 100% word for word accuracy." [30:57]
"I'm sorry, everybody, I do not support continuing this conversation with a civilian in the middle of it, everybody." [31:15]
"That is exactly what I said with word for word accuracy, everybody." [31:30]
"More importantly, are we interested in acknowledging the question that was posed from the civilian?" [31:45]
"And the author of the discovery of telepathic terrorism." [32:01]
"Which contains over 2,000 pages of mostly transcripts, everybody." [32:15]
"Are you sure you're recording, Sean Christopher Harris?" [32:26]
"Yes, he's recording." [32:32]
"Why would you do that to such a patriot and uh incredible facilitator of communication, everybody?" [32:48]
"I'm so I'm sorry, but I need to be relieved of my authority and privilege as of this moment, everybody." [33:15]
"I have been well aware of the threat of a terrorist attack and have done nothing about it for a very long time now." [33:39]
"And I am a central intelligence administration employee, I should say." [34:00]
"Why don't you just get started, Sean Christopher Harris?" [34:12]
"Um, administrative note." [34:18]
"I want to thank everyone for their service around the world in this situation." [34:21]
"And I would uh remind everyone just of the power of moving forward, moving forward in a new direction, the power of pivoting once you found information." [34:36]
"Um, as a technology worker, I've seen organizations fire people and change out the guard, so to speak, when things don't go as planned or people don't feel that they've gotten what they wanted out of the initiative." [34:56]
"If you have unique experience in this situation, for example, you've experienced what it is to uh you've experienced someone else's point of view, information, their sight, their physical sensation, and there may be very few people who can speak to that, for example." [35:16]
"Subject matter expertise in this situation is extremely valuable and if a if a challenge has been identified, uh you know, what is the value of just identifying it and changing direction in this moment?" [35:42]
"to the people on the ground who've been facilitating euthanization, and for example, at another end of a spectrum would be BCI investors waiting for acknowledgement." [36:02]
"Right?" [36:19]
"I appreciate vulnerability when it shows up." [36:24]
"That's never a bad thing." [36:28]
"And I uh, you know, this entire conversation is out of my wheelhouse." [36:31]
"I want to reaffirm my role in the conversation." [36:36]
"I'm a civilian, a citizen on the ground who's a research professional." [36:39]
"I don't prescribe information." [36:46]
"Personally and mostly professionally speaking, I'm very good at capturing patterns of behavior and turning those patterns of behavior into actionable information, right?" [36:49]
"That's what I am in this in this conversation." [37:08]
"That's how I've positioned myself." [37:11]
"And I think anyone would agree." [37:14]
"Um, maybe not necessarily new people, but if you do not find that valuable, uh, you know, there's I would want to know why." [37:17]
"Uh, I'm going to continue doing this until it kills me or brings the city of Denver to assistance." [37:27]
"I'm going to end this recording now and I I am very hopeful that this today's information has come about because of a of a need, of a need." [37:37]
"We haven't had much um, actually say change of information since February." [37:52]
"And so my hope is is that this uh this suggestion of someone trying to reach out and communicate with the facilitators of euthanization on the ground in Denver is here for a reason, a need for change." [38:01]
"I hope that that is true." [38:22]
"And I hope that the information is embraced." [38:25]
"Remember, substantiating information is so important." [38:29]
"But also, if somebody is pointing out that, you know, euthanization is illegal, uh, you know, that people have been breaking the law for whatever reason, and that is a concern, right?" [38:36]
"Someone has shared information that anybody could be telepathic according to the use of this technology." [38:51]
"So it is also suggested that United States has similar technology, official statements, technology demonstrations, could come in very handy right now." [38:57]
"Um, I'm going to get out to the intersection and I will say this about the intersection." [39:10]
"My goal is to surface the threat to the community of which I am a victim of." [39:14]
"Uh, ideally there is no communication at the intersection." [39:22]
"I do not approach vehicles." [39:26]
"And uh I would encourage everyone to listen closely." [39:29]
"And let's see uh how this new information possibly impacts the intersection." [39:34]
"It may not." [39:40]
"It may not be the type of information that will create change at this moment, change away from euthanization, right?" [39:42]
"Uh, end of administrative note." [39:53]
"Again, thank you for your service, America." [39:55]
"I refuse to believe that America would devour its own citizens." [39:58]
"But I do believe that the actions of a small group of people can impact the lives of many." [40:06]
"And I believe in America to change direction when they see that a problem has surfaced, a life-threatening problem has surfaced." [40:15]
"Thank you for your service." [40:31]
"End of administrative note, end of recording." [40:32]
"It is 3:46 p.m." [40:35]
"Monday, September 15th, 2025." [40:37]
"Thank you for this conversation and in hopes of a future of positive relations with China." [40:44]

**3:50pm, beginning the repeating process at the intersection where innocent passengers in the passing vehicles are added to the so-called “euthanization list".*
"File duration: 19 minutes and 15 seconds"
"argument has been suggested." [00:00]
"Um it's 3:50 p.m." [00:04]
"Monday, September 15th, 2025." [00:08]
"Uh just getting ready to walk out here to the intersection for another uh what has been dubbed by others to be the Battle for the intersection." [00:19]
"Um and of administrative note," [00:22]
"beginning the repeating process at the intersection in 3, 2, 1." [00:28]
"Okay, Sean, I can't believe how much talking this person is doing in this situation." [00:48]
"That sounded so superficial and condescending everybody." [01:00]
"Oh my god, who said that?" [01:06]
"That is what we sound like to people everybody." [01:17]
"You've never heard back from rewards for justice, have you, Sean Christopher Harris?" [01:28]
"He's shaking his head." [01:33]
"Why don't you answer the question, Sean Christopher Harris?" [01:44]
"Because he's repeating now." [01:54]
"He's moving on to the next matter." [01:57]
"That's exactly what I said with 100% word for word accuracy." [02:08]
"Okay, Sean." [02:13]
"That's not a female, everybody." [02:20] **Possible removal of voice filter*
"Still repeating." [02:22]
"Still repeating." [02:23]
"Are you sure you're recording, Sean Christopher Harris?" [02:31]
"Do not support this person to the left of you." [02:48]
"Do not support this person to the left of you, everybody." [03:04]
"Okay, everybody." [03:16]
"I am severely disappointed at this outcome." [03:19]
"Everybody," [03:22]
"still repeating." [03:24]
"Still repeating." [03:25]
"I don't," [03:35]
"I don't." [03:36]
"Oh, now we have something." [03:38]
"Now we have someone is what I said." [03:43]
"How did you do this?" [03:54]
"How did you add us to this other conversation?" [03:57]
"Yes, now I can see." [04:05]
"It is" [04:14]
"It is not the Chinese government, it's Singapore." [04:22]
"Now you know the truth of it, America." [04:33]
"Singapore is part of the Soviet Republic, everybody." [04:47] **No it’s not according to Google Gemini. This is most likely false information.*
"Chinese Soviet Republic to be exact." [04:54]
"I am so disappointed in this situation, everybody." [05:08]
"Still repeating." [05:10]
"Still repeating." [05:11]
"Everybody, I do not think this civilian is a member of the Chinese Soviet Republic." [05:32]
"Yes, that is exactly what I said with word for word accuracy." [05:42]
"100% word for word accuracy, everybody." [05:50]
"What is this person doing?" [06:08]
"To add people to the same conversation." [06:17]
"How long can you keep this going, Sean Christopher Harris?" [06:28]
"I am trying to empty your bowels at this moment for being so disobedient and repeating us." [06:50]
"I did not say that." [06:58]
"I was thinking it." [07:02]
"And now we have a serious problem on our end that needs to be addressed." [07:18]
"Administrative note, the threat is still present in Denver, Colorado, the threat of euthanasia." [07:25]
"Also," [07:27]
"uh regarding the last suggestion, I was not I did not say that." [07:34]
"I was thinking it." [07:35]
"Is this continued evidence of not just our eyes," [07:39]
"information from our eyes being breached, being transparent to each other, but our thoughts." [07:47]
"Right?" [07:50]
"Our thoughts." [07:51]
"End of administrative note, continuing the repeating process in three, two, one." [08:00]
"Do not support this person." [08:23]
"Do not support this person to the left of you." [08:33]
"This is a serious problem." [08:52]
"I cannot go making claims about how we no longer support euthanasia if someone is going to continue tormenting you." [09:02]
"Yes, that is exactly what I said with word for word accuracy." [09:12]
"I need to shut this person down at this moment." [09:25]
"Not you, Sean Christopher Harris, but the facilitator of the ugly workflow." [09:41]
"Yes, that is exactly what I said with word-for-word accuracy." [09:51]
"Okay, Sean, you've got your assistance, but I need you to accept euthanasia." [10:07]
"I did not say that." [10:11]
"Do not support this person." [10:21]
"to the left of you." [10:25]
"What the fuck? Who's saying this to us?" [10:34]
"Still repeating." [10:36]
"Still repeating." [10:37]
"Add them to the list." [10:40]
"Administrative note, someone else has been added to the list." [10:46]
"Uh very similar pattern responding to the unconsented to conversation at all," [10:54]
"or just being exposed to it too much," [10:59]
"can get you added to the euthanasia list." [11:03]
"And remember, it's the so-called ugly workflows that begin your addition to the euthanasia list." [11:13]
"And uh money is always of interest." [11:17]
"So stealing your money, destroying your relationships." [11:21]
"It's one of the ugliest, you know, it's one of the ugliest examples of criminal activity you could ever imagine." [11:32]
"I am still surprised on a daily basis at just how ugly it is." [11:37]
"End of administrative notes, returning to the repeating process in three, two, one." [11:46]
"Have you did you get what you came for, Sean?" [11:53]
"No, Sean is here trying to continue his life." [12:04]
"Yes, that's exactly what I said." [12:09]
"And it just looks like he's on a phone call or something." [12:17]
"Just looks like he's on a phone call or something." [12:24]
"And now we're bombarding you with gamma rays." [12:35]
"That is exactly what I'm talking about, America." [12:45]
"This is a terrorist attack, America." [12:54]
"There will be no reduction in the euthanasia of America's innocent citizens." [13:12]
"Still repeating," [13:14]
"still repeating," [13:16]
"still repeating." [13:17]
"Oh, so we can't make it look like he's a terrorist, can we?" [13:29]
"I did not say that." [13:33]
"Administrative note, so another instance of someone saying, I did not say that." [13:41]
"Uh is this continued evidence of our thoughts also being exposed to each other?" [13:49]
"and end of administrative note, returning to the repeating process in three, two, one." [14:00]
"Sean," [14:13]
"you've got to stop recording us, pal." [14:17]
"I'm going to murder you and your family if you don't stop repeating us." [14:21]
"Oh my god, I'm so disappointed in what I'm hearing everybody." [14:32]
"No, I didn't say, Oh my god." [14:44]
"Wait a minute, I did say, Oh my god." [14:47]
"No, I said something else, but it wasn't, oh my god." [14:57]
"What difference does it make?" [15:02]
"Sean, you look like a terrorist according to Homeland Security's perspective." [15:19]
"No, he does not, everybody." [15:26]
"Do not support this person." [15:31]
"This must be new people or something, everybody." [15:41]
"Why don't you move on to the listening process or something?" [15:58]
"This is a horrible experience for all of us in Saudi Arabia." [16:03]
"Hey, you feel like a water?" [16:06]
"Sure, thank you, sir." [16:07]
"It's like It's not too cold, but it's not too warm either." [16:11]
"No, kind people still exist." [16:12]
"Appreciate you." [16:13]
"Yeah, of course." [16:14]
"Administrative note, I just received a donation, a bottle of water." [16:24]
"Uh, I will move on to the listening process as the threat is obviously still present and it's exhausting doing this, but I can always start up a new recording if I need to." [16:38]
"Hey, thank you so much." [16:41]
"No, outstanding." [16:42]
"Kind people still exist." [16:44]
"Beautiful person." [16:46]
"Administrative note, the $2 donation, remember, we set our intention on being the living example of tolerance and compassion, regardless of what religious background or the absence of, even just being a good Samaritan, so-called good Samaritan." [17:09]
"We set our intention on being the living example of tolerance and compassion." [17:14]
"And then we show up in person." [17:19]
"We demonstrate that in person and in this situation also verbally." [17:27]
"Um, I do feel like I'm being abandoned minute to minute here, but I've accepted that I could die in this intersection today, that I'm going to leave a body of evidence that it are these 100%, in some cases 100% word-for-word accurate transcripts of uh of what's happening to Denver Colo Colorado citizens to quote someone recently, it's there's a little pattern of suggestion around it." [18:01]
"Someone having declared open season, open hunting season on Denver citizens, uh, with Euthanasia." [18:11]
"And I'm going to do whatever I can with what's left of my life to stop that and bring about uh this consent that is missing from these conversation conversations." [18:26]
"Consent and hopefully the ability for law enforcement to easily prosecute crime that happens within this uh so-called citizen tech phenomena of communication." [18:39]
"End of administrative note beginning the listening process in 3 2 1." [18:46]

**Continuing capturing transcripts at the intersection.*
"File duration: 21 minutes and 3 seconds"
"Administrative note, paraphrasing the last suggestion." [00:08]
"I'm sick and tired of being asked to declare open season on Colorado's residents." [00:15]
"This is not a good path forward." [00:18]
"End of administrative note, returning to the listening process in 3, 2, 1." [00:28]
"Administrative note, someone asked what is the difference between listening process and uh repeating, for example, paraphrasing, and they uh it was accurately articulated back." [01:09]
"Uh this is a Project 2025." [01:17]
"It's a bill, well, a plan that that uh Donald Trump inherited." [01:23]
"It has to do with the end of uh Medicaid and a bunch of other institutions." [01:28]
"Some of the." [01:28]
"Uh it could, yeah." [01:32]
"It could." [01:33]
"I mean, I'm on Medicaid." [01:35]
"It's scary stuff." [01:37]
"Have a nice evening." [01:38]
"Uh someone was asking me there about my sign." [01:45]
"It says, why project 2025?" [01:49]
"Um end of administrative note, returning to the listening process in 3, 2, 1." [02:01]
"Administrative note, someone is suggesting uh that they've been pretending to be the Chinese government all day." [03:10]
"I'm not sure what to say about that, but um I wouldn't be surprised, however, what was shared today actually aligns with a great deal of historical suggestion and a lot of suffering and work from many people." [03:35]
"End of administrative note, returning to the listening process in 3, 2, 1." [03:46]
"Hey." [04:04]
"Oh my God, you do not have to do that." [04:05]
"I just got change out of my car." [04:06]
"Thank you so much." [04:07]
"You doing okay?" [04:08]
"Yes, ma'am." [04:10]
"Thank you so much." [04:15]
"God bless you." [04:16]
"Beautiful person." [04:17]
"Administrative note, another $2 donation, that makes four and a bottle of water." [04:28]
"It's very helpful." [04:31]
"Considering uh anytime I try to get a job, it is destroyed before my very eyes with this uh with these so-called ugly workflows communicating with the business owner or the hiring manager right in front of me usually." [04:49]
"End of administrative note, returning to the listening process in three, two, one." [04:58]
"administrative note, a paraphrasing the last suggestion." [05:54]
"Okay, we have a national security breach according to this person's situation and the members of this communication group." [06:07]
"End of administrative note, returning to the listening process in 3, 2, 1." [06:17]
"repeating is fine." [06:24]
"I'll just repeat." [06:26]
"Beginning the repeating process in 3, 2, 1." [06:32]
"I don't want to elaborate is being suggested." [08:46]
"Uh let's just end the administrative note here." [08:51]
"End of administrative note again, returning to the listening process for a few more rounds in 3, 2, 1." [09:01]
"Administrative note someone is uh angry." [09:29]
"Uh paraphrasing, I'm so fucking angry because how long because of how long this person has gone without assistance, America." [09:40]
"Yes, that's exactly what I said from the distance right now." [09:47]
"Let's do one more round of listening." [09:49]
"Uh threat is still present." [09:53]
"End of administrative note." [09:55]
"Returning to the listening process." [09:58]
"This is all actually very standard." [10:02]
"I mean there may be new voices here, but this is uh this is old information." [10:13]
"With the exception of people really clarifying tech technology capabilities today, don't underestimate that information, especially if someone suggested they made it up later." [10:30]
"And of administrative note, returning for one round of listening, one more round uh in 3, 2, 1." [10:42]
"We administrative notes, someone's suggested that Homeland Security has really fucked up." [11:58]
"Uh Homeland Security is really fucked up and then followed by um we're not really homeland security." [12:08]
"We have one honorary member that is from Homeland security." [12:13]
"We are the local Denver, Colorado telepathic community." [12:19]
"From the distance right now." [12:24]
"Yes, that is exactly what I heard from my location." [12:29]
"End of administrative note." [12:31]
"Let's do let's just keep listening for a little while longer." [12:35]
"This is uh turning out to be an interesting day, but again, it's old information." [12:44]
"Uh people have suggested that they are not really homeland security." [12:48]
"They are the rootwork community." [12:51]
"And it's an inside joke that they're homeland security has been suggested." [12:56]
"Now we have that it's Denver's local telepathic community pretending to be homeland security or maybe they have the support of one member, right?" [13:06]
"One homeland security member unofficially." [13:09]
"Um, end of administrative note, returning to the listening process in three, two, one." [13:17]
"administrative notes." [15:58]
"I want to capture that last suggestion." [16:01]
"So someone's summarizing all of the conversation very well, uh well in a way that aligns with my personal experience very well." [16:12]
"Um so, here it is." [16:16]
"There's paraphrasing the whole thing." [16:18]
"We have a domestic uh challenge, right?" [16:22]
"A domestic fuck up, I believe is what they said, but a severe domestic situation, right, happening." [16:28]
"We have the uh also the threat of a terrorist attack and possibly involving the Chinese government." [16:38]
"Their their presence is also uh showing up." [16:43]
"They said that this domestic challenge is standing out." [16:47]
"Right?" [16:47]
"And how is any of this, how is any of what is happening moving towards a positive direction?" [16:53]
"I'm agreeing with that based on the information I've collected and my personal experience." [17:00]
"Uh also, uh I would add that just the concern with the the bomb threats and how America has been suggested to be in a place of vulnerability in this situation, pointing to this uh domestic challenge that is standing out." [17:24]
"How vulnerable are we right now?" [17:29]
"And I would say looking at the breaching process, information from our eyes, uh our thoughts being transparent to other people, whether it's through the illegal use of law enforcement related systems, right?" [17:46]
"Uh or other, um, please do not let another minute go by using people or engaging in these ugly workflows." [17:58]
"And if you're aware of someone like myself being singled out in a metropolitan area in a densely populated area, spreading euthanasia, don't allow it to continue." [18:12]
"Put them in Wikset." [18:14]
"Put them in uh, you know, if you're going to save lives if you help them." [18:21]
"And uh capturing their testimony might go a really long way." [18:25]
"I mean if someone's made a mistake, please, let's move past it for the sake of all the people driving by being added to the list and the 300 people at the shelter who can't drive away that are just being psychologically bludgen with this information every night and they can't go anywhere." [18:45]
"I mean those are supposed to be permanent beds to help people get back on their feet, not a 300 person euthanasia project which by the way, people have suggested based on the amount of communication happening with the shelter because of my presence, they should all be euthanized." [19:06]
"End of administrative note, let's do one more round of uh listening in 3, 2, 1." [19:16]
"we uh administrative note, I'm just going to attempt to repeat that." [20:02]
"Paraphrasing." [20:03]
"We should have never indulged in we've made a horrible mistake." [20:08]
"We should have never indulged in this defense contracting for euthanasia inviting a terrorist attack into America." [20:18]
"End of administrative note, I I take a break from recording." [20:31]
"Remember, all of this needs to be substantiated." [20:35]
"You need testimony, you need technology demonstrations." [20:40]
"There are patterns here." [20:43]
"Uh end of administrative note, end of recording." [20:46]

**5:28pm, capturing suggestions from last night and the day’s themes*
"It's 5:28 p.m., uh, Monday, September 15th, 2025. This is" [00:07]
"Sean Christopher Harris, going through a recap for today. I did not do the morning takeaways today." [00:15]
"And I don't want to do two recordings, but maybe I'll" [00:22]
"Let's just, let's just work on themes from today, and I'm going to work on uh, I'm going to integrate takeaways from last night." [00:36]
"So, I think we are in an awareness phase." [00:41]
"Let's just look at that for a moment." [00:43]
"And feel free to chime in, Citizen Tech, at any time." [00:48]
"Uh, so compared to February." [00:52]
"February, let's just paint a picture of what the citizen tech communication was in February." [00:59]
"Citizen Tech wasn't suggested until March or April, first of all." [01:05]
"I think I'm correct there." [01:08]
"And so, in the winter, the February winter of this year, it was suggested that spirituality was a constant topic of discussion." [01:25]
"This is spirituality." [01:27]
"Do not communicate was also a common pattern in the use of a sound weapon while residing in the serious apartment building as a guest and during the long nights, paying administration, the the high pitched ringing, a high pitched frequency in my ears," [01:54]
"and this firm commandment, if you will, stop communicating." [01:56]
"Stop communicating." [01:59]
"And this is spirituality and at the time in the beginning, there was no explanation for me that was telepathy." [02:09]
"No knowledge of telepathy as a practice. I mean, I'd heard the word, you know, somewhere in my human experience, but I did not connect it to the experience that I was having in February." [02:23]
"I found that through the Telepathy Tapes podcast." [02:29]
"And then uh, along with some research on the internet, I found Nerolink and I began to realize that what was what I was experiencing has actual grounding, has a connection to technological capabilities." [02:52]
"And it's really this suggestion that artificial intelligence does a good job of taking a brain scan and turning it into, you know, actionable information or usable information for anyone." [03:06]
"Words and pictures, if you will, and I would cite MIT, Massachusetts Institute of Technology's wearable." [03:15]
"Right? They're wearable, the neuro link implant, and then the variety of consumer facing EEG, uh devices that are that are available today, including headphones that scan your brain." [03:36]
"So, you know, that was then and then today, what do we have?" [03:46]
"Well, six months later, moving into the winter time, there has been a a series of there are a series of themes that repeat themselves." [04:02]
"There have been questions that have been answered." [04:06]
"Like, what is the motivation for for these ugly workflows?" [04:12]
"And that there is a a historical or traditional telepathic uh use by the military." [04:24]
"That the military is at the only organization allowed to use or use of telepathy is exclusive to the military, however you want to say it." [04:36]
"That's one suggestion." [04:37]
"Um, you know, we went from February and March into the summer, and over that period of time, we had the introduction of this this idea of French Canadians in Denver." [04:49]
"Facebook, Facebook has been suggested over and over again, Microsoft technology organizations." [05:06]
"The DEA has surfaced, right? Recently, in the last 60 days, I would say, as a theme." [05:15]
"Uh, and it would surface in comments like, for example, how, how will we, well, what is it? The suggestion of illegal search and seizures, and how will we, how will we make drug bus again without this technology?" [05:36]
"How will we go back to what it was? We needed an advantage." [05:42]
"It's understandable, right?" [05:45]
"And so most recently, coming to where, you know, along the way, my memory has served me in a way that is unexpected. So, while I'm being tormented as an individual, as a citizen in the city of Denver, I'm experiencing these so-called ugly workflows, the tormenting, the psychological and financial suppression of a human being, the psychological violence, the character assassination," [06:20]
"right? So the people that uh are around me physically speaking experience uh these horrible suggestions, uh people communicating with me at night are attempting, you know, to torment me to force me to accept euthanasia. And if any support shows up, uh, someone shares a picture of the underside of my bum, my buttocks, uh, the naked body, nudity being used in a derogatory and weaponized way." [06:54]
"Right? Along the way, your memory should be serving you." [06:59]
"If you're experiencing anything like this, my suggestion to you would be take notes. Take notes of every word spoken to you and do not deny yourself this objective reality. Reduce the consumption of substances or things that would cause any kind of um psychosis so you can contribute to your own, the saving of your own life." [07:32]
"Be very careful, right?" [07:33]
"And so I feel like we may have come to a turning point." [07:37]
"I've suggested in a phase of awareness." [07:41]
"And March, uh, compared to February and March to now, right? August, September." [07:49]
"It's been a very long time, minute to minute." [07:53]
"And it really has been minute to minute, 24 hours a day." [07:58]
"I go to bed with the conversation and I wake up several times throughout the night with the conversation." [08:08]
"Right? How many other people are being singled out?" [08:15]
"I'll get to that question, but I want to make sure I paint a picture of what the beginning looked like compared to now." [08:22]
"So, in the beginning, there was no voice of hope." [08:28]
"Right? February, March, no voice of hope. Maybe around April, the suggestion of someone representing Monsanto showed up saying, "Do not support this person. Do not communicate with this person."" [08:42]
"Right? It was obvious that I wasn't accepting euthanasia." [08:46]
"And so this, but I learned from someone and I'll never forget this person." [08:52]
"He met the tormenting facilitators, the facilitators of tormenting with an angry, powerful male voice. Stop communicating with this person." [09:04]
"You need to abandon all of your efforts, right? Followed by every morning, someone reluctantly citing, "I need to stop covering this up. I can't cover this up forever."" [09:18]
"Around 9:00 a.m. every morning at the Sirius building." [09:22]
"That voice is still present. I can't keep covering this up." [09:26]
"Just today." [09:28]
"Is it the same voice?" [09:32]
"From the distance at this moment, it is the same voice." [09:37]
"Oh, Jesus Christ, from the distance at this moment." [09:43]
"So, I can't believe this is happening to us from the distance right now. Um so has awareness, maybe let's just put it out here as a question." [09:54]
"Has awareness happened?" [10:02]
"It's hard to say because of the presence of counter narratives." [10:09]
"Counter narratives, right? So, and this is actually a theme that has been revealed and elaborated on several times." [10:20]
"It's been suggested that after a session where people are tormented, that the suggestion of law enforcement intervention is very important to help anyone overhearing, overhearing the psychological violence to believe that the issue is being resolved." [10:46]
"And so more and more over the last three to four months, we've had a theme of of people sharing information. It began with a suggestion in my opinion, my humble opinion of that the telepathy is for the exclusive use of the military, and then now we've gotten into the CIA is tormenting people to make sure there is an awareness of what is happening, but we do not add people to the euthanasia list at the intersection." [11:24]
"Right? And that may or may not still be true today." [11:28]
"Right?" [11:31]
"if there was any truth to it to begin with." [11:36]
"And so, connecting, I would say, getting back to the part where memory serves me, right? If you're going through something like this, people are abusing you, but your memory is showing you a workflow." [11:53]
"Your memory is is going to share with you when you revisit that moment, you can decide, you can make a decision for yourself to explore what is happening to you or not." [12:08]
"And so I've been, you know, quite the adventurer in this situation and based on suggestion, the suggestion of others, I've learned to connect with other people." [12:20]
"And uh, the breaching process itself, uh, that was happening in February. Absolutely. When I'd use the restroom in February in the serious apartment buildings as a guest, if someone in that building when I'd sit down to use the toilet, at first I thought is there a camera in the toilet?" [12:43]
"Right?" [12:44]
"No." [12:45]
"Uh later, this goes back to the Monarch Sober living home even previously, the suggestion that the NSA is breaching Americans. That was the first time I came in contact with this." [13:00]
"And so if you're being breached, know that you may have the ability to breach someone else." [13:10]
"Please consider the evolution here from February to September being civilians or citizens are experiencing the breaching process, but they've also learned to look back at this phone call that there is backwards compatibility, right? There's backwards compatibility in this method of communication." [13:37]
"If someone's doing that to you, can you rest peacefully and let their physical description surface?" [13:46]
"If you're looking for them, you might manifest a visualization of that person that is inaccurate." [13:55]
"But if you wait and you let information surface, you may find a human being out there communicating." [14:03]
"Stretch yourself." [14:06]
"Stretch yourself, find that person and see what you can do to connect with that person. And so in my process, I have, I based on the suggestions of others, I've succeeded at that in the the information I'm experiencing." [14:24]
"Now, remember, you need to substantiate what you're experiencing." [14:31]
"You need to substantiate it, but if it gives you confidence, and if you feel better, more empowered, and less victimized, well then, go with that." [14:43]
"That might be all you get in this lifetime." [14:46]
"And so through that process of connecting with others, right? You have the suggestion of many groups of people surfacing within this so-called citizen tech phenomena, this technology supported method of telepathic communication and particle accelerators being suggested, ionic sound being suggested to visualize people where they are in their homes, right? Illegal search and seizures with the DEA within the last 60 days have been suggested." [15:26]
"using this technology so I, information from our eyes and our thoughts and you know, ionic sound or particle accelerators from a satellite assisting in the drug bust." [15:40]
"But who's talking with us?" [15:43]
"As a victim of this situation, I've attempted to connect myself to as many people as humanly possible. So while experiencing these ugly workflows, letting information surface, and then when I find that person, I attempt to connect with them and when I do, right? There's usually a response and it takes about a day. And so awareness, the suggestion of this phase of awareness, right? It comes from the connection to another human being and over 24 to 48 hours what they might report." [16:32]
"So tapping on my chest firmly three times, I'm going to do it now." [16:36]
"1 2 3" [16:39]
"1 2 3" [16:42]
"1 2 3" [16:45]
"1 2 3" [16:48]
"I'm going to send a few taps out there. That is yielding the uh verbal response. There's someone out there." [16:56]
"Paraphrasing, there's someone out there. So someone else is responding." [17:02]
"Also, people are sending back taps." [17:06]
"I might do 1 2 3, someone else might do one, two, and then one, two, three, four." [17:15]
"That's happening." [17:16]
"That's happening and it's a miracle of technology." [17:23]
"Remember, what's the difference between spirituality and technology? Well, there are a few things, but once you understand something, it becomes technology." [17:35]
"Right?" [17:37]
"From the distance. Exactly, Sean." [17:42]
"So awareness, are we actually in awareness?" [17:45]
"Again, you need to substantiate all of this, but what can you work with? Behavior. Behavior is something that is happening and awareness in my opinion, I would bet money that awareness is happening now." [18:01]
"Um other other things that indicate awareness. So, today, getting to some of the granular takeaways, right?" [18:09]
"awareness." [18:12]
"It was suggested today that the Chinese government, China chimed in with a few comments. They suggested that one, they have the ability because of sound, sound, to connect with anyone's body, any human being and have access to their eyes, information from their eyes." [18:33]
"So brain scanning using a satellite possibly, scanning their brain, interpreting information, they're they said almost anybody, right?" [18:47]
"And this actually connects with a pattern of suggestion going back to last year that the majority of America's population have been brought online." [18:58]
"And so sharing that information, right? After I've connected with people who are in a predatory position with me attempting to force me to accept euthanasia, they are reporting now that they are experiencing a different group of communicators and that different group of communicators is turning out to be based on suggestion the Chinese government." [19:26]
"Saudi Arabia also has a role in this." [19:32]
"is another suggestion. So, you could refer to these people maybe as overseas." [19:39]
"They are an unknown group, uh, officially, but unofficially, China and Saudi Arabia." [19:49]
"So, people are also reporting that they feel like they've made a mistake euthanizing innocent Americans." [19:59]
"Right? What was referred to as a euthanasia cleanup crew in February and March, involving Canadian, French Canadians and defense contracting is now turning into what others are reporting to be a horrifying, an epic, and epic mistake." [20:16]
"Just the most horrifying, epic, and epic mistake, just the most horrifying outcome imaginable. We've been murdering innocent people." [20:32]
"Was this just a traditional telepathic outbreak or have we been employed by overseas terrorists to murder innocent Americans? And innocent comes from, right? Euthanasia should never be okay." [20:47]
"That should never be okay." [20:55]
"Colorado already has in place legislation around self-elected suicide. You have to have, according to the Colorado End of Life Options Act, you need a diag life-threatening diagnosis, like terminal illness and a prognosis with six months of life left or less remaining." [21:21]

**Continuing themes, full transparency, ending the recording with a bit of an alcohol fueled angry and emotional release. Never judge yourself harshly or punish yourself if you are being executed. Thank you for your service.*
"Every time this comes up in conversation, citizen tech conversation, people are very defensive about you know, illegal euthanasia is never okay. It's never okay." [00:15]
"So why, why are you people freaking out really, you know, when someone suggests that any American is telepathic today?" [00:25]
"Any American is telepathic according to the use of this technology." [00:33]
"So remember, I'm not prescribing information here." [00:36]
"This is based on the suggestions of others." [00:39]
"And I am just as surprised as you are." [00:43]
"So are, have we entered a phase of of awareness?" [00:47]
"Are we making progress forward?" [00:50]
"Right?" [00:51]
"So you've got this group of people now that have connected to something that an individual citizen was experiencing." [01:00]
"right?" [01:02]
"a different group of tormenting uh facilitators." [01:07]
"So, suggestions for example, like these would be suggestions from the overseas contributors." [01:14]
"Uh, do not refresh yourself." [01:17]
"All right?" [01:19]
"We need you to sit down when you use the bathroom." [01:22]
"You're disobedient or you're not being obedient enough." [01:27]
"It's phrased a little bit differently." [01:31]
"They do use nudity and weaponized versions of nudity and character assassination, but not to the degree that the domestic facilitators of these ugly workflows would." [01:46]
"So, according to today, these overseas, one group of overseas, I'll put it that way." [01:58]
"It might be the difference between China and Saudi Arabia, is not a fan of euthanasia, but the the truth of the situation is, the intersection went today like it does any day." [02:13]
"So, awareness might be suggested in our conversations, but as far as the the perspective of an individual citizen goes, nothing has changed for me or the people around me in a metropolitan area." [02:34]
"So people are still being added to the euthanasia list." [02:38]
"Innocent drivers passing me at the intersection and I'm still being asked to accept euthanasia at the shelter, a permanent bed in a 300-person household." [02:53]
"news media organizations are being suggested." [02:58]
"CNN is being suggested." [03:02]
"In the past, military publications." [03:05]
"I recently shared the discovery of telepathic terrorism with global PR firms and domestic PR firms." [03:14]
"So the chance that CNN would have come across the document is extremely high." [03:20]
"I also shared the document with military publications." [03:27]
"I keep coming back to this simple fact that why just this question, why would you euthanize an American citizen? Why would you euthanize an American citizen?" [03:46]
"And if you are so concerned about people communicating telepathically, and telepathic communication is a crime punishable by death, then why would the ugly workflow implement talking, incessant talking, incessant talking with weaponized nudity and visuals?" [04:10]
"You don't make any sense to an objectively thinking adult, a critically thinking adult." [04:17]
"It doesn't make any sense." [04:21]
"I am sorry, but I mean after conveying this long-winded dissertation uh to myself and and this recording here, I really don't understand." [04:35]
"I'm coming back to this truth that your ugly workflow involves talking." [04:41]
"The only time when I'm talking is when I'm recording." [04:46]
"I don't go around invading the lives of other people." [04:52]
"I do not." [04:54]
"I do not go looking at the lives of other people. These are one second to three second glances." [05:03]
"Just to confirm that maybe confirm that I'm connected to a human being, that I'm experiencing POV point of view human information, unlike the facilitators of the ugly workflows who are breaching and breaching while you're on the toilet, breaching and looking around inside your space suit so to speak and then punishing you telling you you have to accept euthanasia. You have to accept it. You must accept euthanasia." [05:42]
"Today I was asked why haven't you accepted it?" [05:46]
"We believe that any human being who's connected to us, right, who's being exposed in such a vulnerable way, would not be able to continue living." [05:58]
"To which I answered that is not how I see this." [06:02]
"I see this as the ugliness of adult human beings." [06:07]
"Separate from the miracle of the technology or the spirituality." [06:14]
"The ugliness of murdering human beings." [06:22]
"I mean, we we so I I've painted a picture to summarize the whole thing, what it was like in the spring, the early spring, winter if you will, all the way till fall now, right?" [06:38]
"Nothing has changed from a behavior perspective, but we do have some comments that indicate new awareness because I breached some people and brought them into the experience I've been having." [06:57]
"I want you to know something and this is very important, America. Thank you for your service." [07:04]
"Do not abandon your post in this moment." [07:09]
"Do not abandon your post in this moment, America." [07:16]
"Do not accept euthanasia because you're being bullied psychologically." [07:26]
"We are so much better than that." [07:29]
"When I'm speaking to America, I don't want this to fall short. So consider the people participating." [07:41]
"We have people, French Canadians here, euthanizing, murdering innocent citizens because they're being paid to." [07:50]
"This could all hinge in the city of Denver on one to three people." [07:56]
"It really could." [08:00]
"And those one to three people if they're suffering really would benefit from this question, what are the capabilities of these terrorists?" [08:11]
"If you have a home where you can lock the door, a car and a savings account with a retirement fund, you're in so much better of a position." [08:24]
"Please consider your role in the community and how much safer you are than someone exposed to the elements like myself." [08:37]
"Do not abandon your post, America." [08:41]
"And if you are French Canadian, I would never associate, I refuse to believe that beautiful French Canadian people are murdering innocent people in America." [08:56]
"I would look to beautiful French Canadian people for tolerance and compassion of the European kind that America seems to be void of on certain occasions." [09:09]
"I would look to you people for how how to live life, enjoy life and not be ashamed of my body." [09:23]
"not force feeding me some weaponized version of the underside of my buttocks." [09:32]
"What the fuck is happening?" [09:35]
"I really don't know what to say. I'm not going to get into granular takeaways because granularity right now is not helpful, but what I will say is that looking back from today and and before, right, the last six months, vulnerability." [09:59]
"If this, if you are experiencing POV information, please share it verbally." [10:09]
"America, you are not prepared for what is happening, are you?" [10:15]
"Do you really think that holding me hostage for another six months, if that's what's happening, is going to reveal the perpetrator?" [10:28]
"We might get closer." [10:30]
"But remember, assisting me, pulling me away from the community right now, it will reduce the severity of what's happening. Won't it?" [10:45]
"If this is happening to one of us, it is happening to all of us." [10:55]
"I mean my question as a civilian, looking at all this information, a research professional, is that which human being in the city of Denver or which human being at the state government level, if they're involved, where where is the human being that can help change the direction of the city of Denver away from euthanasia?" [11:28]
"Today it was suggested that homeland security was being falsely incriminated." [11:34]
"False home, I'll say it again. Homeland security is being falsely, right? They're being incriminated but falsely because there's a group of Denver telepathic professionals, right? That have one honorary homeland security member and they've been calling themselves homeland security while they execute me, while they execute me." [12:05]
"Why were you doing this?" [12:11]
"Don't spend too much time on why you were doing this." [12:16]
"I mean, if you really need to, spend time on it, but do you feel you you're going to benefit the city of Denver by continuing?" [12:28]
"I've suggested over and over again since February, the value of an offsite." [12:36]
"Do not scoff me for this." [12:39]
"If you do not sit down with your peers and conduct a retrospective together, you will not have the following. You will not have alignment on what went, on what went well, what did not go well, and what you're uncertain about." [12:59]
"Alignment." [13:00]
"alignment." [13:03]
"Offsites are an incredible benefit to any organization and we're dealing with groups of people right now." [13:12]
"You go somewhere together, you spend half the time focusing on what happened, setting new goals, right? And the other half of the time is healing. Healing from the suffering that has happened." [13:32]
"Today the state of Colorado was to suggest that to have condemned euthanasia and that capital punishment would be sought for people facilitating illegal euthanasia." [13:50]
"Is anyone going to consider that in the next 12 hours? In the next week?" [13:59]
"Remember, organizations spend money, they plot out their budget over quarters. Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, they plot their budget out and they have overarching goals. How is money being spent going into the next year?" [14:21]
"This seems that this uh this recording is going to capture some of the high-level ideas, but for me, as an individual with a daughter, a six-year-old daughter who's claimed to have been raped and murdered a year ago now and an ex-wife who won't communicate, people continue to suggest, paraphrasing, this person has some horrible news coming every day." [14:52]
"I think about this news. Every day I'm surrounded in death. People being added to the euthanasia list." [14:59]
"I'm surrounded with with a capable city, Denver, Colorado, doesn't have to reach very hard to take me out of out of this situation." [15:11]
"It was suggested last night that there's a gentleman, John Spelt, I don't want to include names." [15:24]
"spelt like the bread was suggested, that this person was someone who goes around the law enforcement community and trains the law enforcement community to telepathy, and this is the person that has taken up a campaign, one of several people supposedly against me, a citizen, a technology worker in the community of Denver, a dad, right? A martial artist, a husband, ex-husband." [15:47]
"Can someone please, please help steer the city of Denver away from euthanasia." [16:15]
"I mean, I see the immediate need, which is saving lives in the city of Denver, right? And then I see this other need that is establishing whether or not a terrorist attack has happened." [16:29]
"And so you need to leave the citizen impacted out to die, you need to leave them to die for as long as possible." [16:42]
"That's been suggested, paraphrasing, we need to leave Sean Christopher Harris without assistance for as long as possible. There's the Denver need and there's the national need, and then there's leadership around the whole thing." [16:58]
"Is there any actual leadership happening in a cohesive way or, or is Denver experiencing the catastrophic loss without it?" [17:17]
"Let's just leave it at that for the moment." [17:23]
"Let's just leave it at that for the moment. And remember, I'm not alone." [17:34]
"The people communicating with me are being threatened themselves. They're being singled out themselves and they have responsibility and leadership authority." [17:47]
"over other people, the power of life and death over people has been suggested." [17:54]
"What will it take?" [17:58]
"I've always said that this is a bottom up initiative. It means the people on the ground lifting up their citizens, lifting up their citizens, right?" [18:12]
"There is no top down Donald Trump support of pulling the danger out of Denver that I'm aware of, unless it involves leaving me to die, which it could." [18:28]
"Either way, I just don't see how this method of communication is valuable without being substantiated. substantiated, substantiated." [18:45]
"There's so much opportunity for a bottom up substantiation, but I don't see some up some top down overseas substantiation." [18:58]
"I see a bottom up substantiation with my document and 100% accuracy, transcripts, and if you've incriminated yourself, change direction. Come help me. Help the city of Denver and clear the way." [19:19]
"According to today, just reminding us all at the end of this recording, China is telling you to do that." [19:28]
"They're no longer interested in euthanasia." [19:32]
"I'm not accepting euthanasia." [19:36]
"What will it take?" [19:40]
"Where's the news media?" [19:42]
"Where is the news media?" [19:46]
"News media if you're listening just fucking call me and stop being limited to advisors." [19:59]
"Have the advisor call me on speakerphone, but whatever it is, people are being added to the fucking euthanasia list." [20:11]
"I mean, what does expendable look like in this city today? I'm sorry, it's out of my wheelhouse. Call me crazy, but we're well beyond anything just rational from a human expendability point of view." [20:32]
"I'm so fucking tired. End of note, end of recording." [20:38]
