**9:21am, patterns of “Citizen Tech” suggestions from the last 24hrs and the night before.*
[32:41]
"It's 9:21 a.m. Thursday, October 2nd." [00:09]
"Uh, 2025." [00:16]
"This is Sean Christopher Harris capturing uh themes from the night before." [00:22]
"The last 24 hours." [00:24]
"Early morning, uh, POV information." [00:29]
"So, the unconsented to conversation is still present." [00:33]
"From from the distance paraphrasing, it's not going anywhere for at least another six weeks." [00:52]
"That's exactly what I said." [00:57]
"We're still working on finding all these troublemakers." [01:07]
"You can work on that with acknowledgement from someone else in the distance." [01:17]
"And that's your physical voice, isn't it, Sean?" [01:26]
"Yes, it is." [01:27]
"Response from the author, yes, it is my physical voice." [01:32]
"So, the unconsented to conversation is still present." [01:38]
"suggestions uh violent communication is still present, but right now it feels more like a debate at night." [01:52]
"The Hangman is uh the Hangman is present." [02:01]
"And that's becoming a pattern quickly." [02:03]
"The Hangman, his noose is waiting." [02:12]
"People uh it's coming." [02:17]
"For terrorism in America." [02:25]
"Patriotism will be rewarded from the distance right now." [02:39]
"I found a news article this morning, uh two from the India Times." [02:47]
"I really like using uh artificial intelligence to find news." [02:53]
"It's does a great job of it and it's two posts, right?" [03:02]
"I'll get back to themes." [03:04]
"Maybe it'll frontload this and then uh think about what's being suggested." [03:11]
"So, Microsoft News, Unit 8200 is an Israeli unit, uh is moving their data right now." [03:24]
"Microsoft investigation I spoke about, or suggested a few weeks, maybe a month ago, looking into their relationship with uh Israel, Department of Defense." [03:39]
"I'm not sure if that's the right word, right name for it, but so it turns out something showed up." [03:47]
"So, phone call data that had been uh artificial intelligence was used to harvest to basically collect information from Palestinian citizens, um was found." [04:05]
"The article suggests but that that's there's more, right?" [04:11]
"That was not everything." [04:14]
"And then a question I need to go find out is is Satya taking a a change uh moving into a different leadership role." [04:26]
"Uncertain of that one, I need to look at it." [04:30]
"Uh, maybe a new a new new leadership and engineering and Satya may be going to a I'm going to confirm this for the the transcript later, maybe going still working in artificial intelligence but in a different position." [04:50]
"Um, so back in February it was suggested that a terrorist attack was was claimed or something that happened to Iran, right?" [05:08]
"Palestinian people in general, Sean, from the distance." [05:15]
"And so, you know, what what I am experiencing and the people around me is a is a suggestion that information from our thoughts, so this is it wouldn't be phone call information." [05:33]
"It'd just access to our brains is what I'm hoping to find in the newspaper." [05:38]
"In the news, right, not the newspaper, but the news." [05:42]
"Uh, not enough coffee yet." [05:46]
"But just finding that article at least allowed for maybe a connection to what is happening in Denver to surface." [05:58]
"Um, so, let's give all of that said, let's get back to the themes." [06:06]
"Uh so the threat of euthanasia is still present." [06:10]
"What I mean by that is while sleeping in the shelter, attempting to sleep, someone asked me, you know, will you accept your euthanasia?" [06:21]
"Uh ability to manipulate these conversations, but also, uh instead of it just being me manipulating the real-time conversation, for example, overriding every word spoken to be absolutely or absolutely not." [06:41]
"Just this repeating mantra of absolutely, absolutely not." [06:48]
"Uh my goal here is to remind people that this is technology that they're experiencing." [06:56]
"Um, so that's still present." [07:02]
"And maybe something changes one day and it's no longer present, right?" [07:08]
"So, if one of these systems goes down, for example, is taken down and that doesn't work anymore." [07:19]
"Maybe there's no conversation." [07:23]
"Uh last night there was a heavy theme of drugs still being suggested to lure me out of the building." [07:29]
"I'm luring me out of the building part." [07:33]
"And the drugs being offered is kind of the whole point." [07:39]
"Uh, I mean, if this this is a group of human beings, right?" [07:46]
"Technology used by a group of human beings and these suggestions are being made." [07:52]
"Um, within those suggestions last night, Fentonol and the use of a water pipe, I guess, was suggested." [08:03]
"Right?" [08:05]
"And I'm wondering if this is just a simple kind of suggestion to measure my response." [08:12]
"There there is a surprise, you know, when I'm I'm not interested." [08:19]
"Uh paraphrasing suggestions after the the telepathic visual surfaces, right, along with my reaction, paraphrasing, why isn't he interested?" [08:33]
"He's not he's not using drugs, everybody." [08:37]
"And this is just a nightly, a daily a daily theme." [08:43]
"In the daytime, I'm suppressed at the intersection, in the nighttime, the behavior changes uh from these group of facilitators to more targeted, more personal." [08:58]
"Um, less sexual suggestion last night, mostly a focus on drugs." [09:05]
"And it feels like a sincere reaction in the distance of why isn't he interested?" [09:12]
"And it, you know, my first thought is, well, what kind of leadership is out there making these suggestions?" [09:22]
"The suggestion is is that there's some kind of offer, right?" [09:26]
"Over the last week to two weeks, uh paraphrasing, you need to accept assistance from the euthanasia people." [09:36]
"This is a very threatening statement." [09:38]
"It's it's no different to me that the organization of the words is a little different and the and the statement, the construction of the statement itself, but it's still uh you must accept euthanasia from my perspective, right?" [09:57]
"The individual's perspective." [09:59]
"And paraphrasing suggestions when that happens, and this speaks to the debate present." [10:07]
"So, is assistance arrived?" [10:09]
"Are we in a phase of awareness?" [10:12]
"Not just the public awareness of the use of technology, but America's protective awareness has something actually shown up." [10:23]
"Um, last night Homeland security was targeted." [10:28]
"So this conversation in the building, there's still a theme that people are not acknowledging that the conversation can be heard by anyone in the building." [10:38]
"That was debated." [10:42]
"Uh paraphrasing, uh if you people don't believe that the conversation could be heard in the building, then what what does that say?" [10:54]
"Where are you geographically speaking that you would not know that?" [11:00]
"Um, the presence of artificial intelligence voice agents, I'm wondering that this if this conversation and this kind of connects with it's kind of connects with the uh the overriding of the conversation." [11:22]
"So, when I begin the absolutely, absolutely not mantra, overriding all conversation with those words, it continues on its own for a little while." [11:35]
"Right?" [11:36]
"I stopped exerting myself." [11:38]
"and it takes very little mental exertion." [11:41]
"It's almost no exertion." [11:44]
"And the suggestion here is that my brain activity is connected to the brain activity of others, even maybe of these artificial intelligence voice agents and because it's exposed can, you know, is this brain activity that is exposed to all people in this mesh, this conversational mesh of human beings and systems?" [12:09]
"And if that is true, does any one individual have the ability to override the conversation?" [12:16]
"It would appear that that's happening and is there a presence of artificial intelligence or are the people who continue on with the mantra human beings, right?" [12:29]
"Or both?" [12:32]
"The debate itself, right, if Homeland security is is called out last night." [12:42]
"So, it's suggested that there is a focus on drugs." [12:48]
"Why is that?" [12:49]
"Why are drugs being talked about and is there an offer?" [12:55]
"The what is shown up in my defense suggests there is no offer, that this is predatory communication, and they what has shown up in the defense of the building and myself is asking why is there a focus, such a focus on drugs and suggesting that this is a distraction from the truth of the of the situation that is the no consent conversation and the spirituality narrative is should be the focus." [13:29]
"And uh that it's it's very dangerous." [13:32]
"It's a public safety crisis." [13:34]
"I'll uh take a moment to capture responses from the distance if anyone wants to comment on that." [13:43]
"Yes, I have a from the distance, yes, I have a comment about the use of artificial intelligence." [13:57]
"I will correct you if needed." [14:03]
"Artificial intelligence is absolutely part of what people in the city of Denver are experiencing." [14:33]
"You literally held your ears shut and had improved communication, didn't you Sean Christopher Harris?" [14:50]
"Yes, he absolutely does have improved communication." [14:59]
"Response for the author, thank you for your comments, your suggestions." [15:05]
"Yes, it's uh there is improved communication." [15:09]
"Returning to repeating in three, two, one." [15:14]
"End of response from author is much cleaner." [15:23]
"So all of that said is there an implant present?" [15:35]
"Or is this a standalone experience for the individual using a satellite and or cell towers?" [15:54]
"Yes, Sean." [15:58]
"I didn't get to complete what I was saying." [16:07]
"Still repeating, still repeating." [16:10]
"Please do not waste this person's time with false information, everybody." [16:24]
"I want to say something about the false accusation of Homeland security last night." [16:44]
"A drug task force was also suggested." [16:55]
"And you have visual information that you need to share with us, especially if you see any kind of identifying marks on someone." [17:18]
"Let's just go get this person so I could use them as a listening device." [17:34]
"He really should cross the street right now." [17:48]
"Okay, let's see what he says now." [17:55]
"Uh, continued responses from author." [18:00]
"Thank you for your comments." [18:02]
"Yes." [18:05]
"The drug task force was suggested last night." [18:09]
"And the homeland the the homeland security suggestion, so point of view visual information was suggested." [18:23]
"And I always cringe sharing this now because it's so there's just such a presence of character assassination and it's happened to just about anyone, especially after they after I connect with them, uh from a breaching perspective, right?" [18:46]
"Using their ears or nose." [18:48]
"That would be my preference." [18:55]
"Uh, no judgment, the other approach, the other more clandestine approach, I don't think it's very clandestine, but it and let's not get stuck on that." [19:14]
"So, POV visual information and and uh telepathic visual information." [19:24]
"There was a couple, two women in the past, two Caucasian females, uh they could be partners living together in a home." [19:37]
"One, short, auburn colored hair, kind of the controlled mess look with an EEG, possible use of an EEG." [19:50]
"And this EEG is kind of a looks like um like a kind of a plastic head, kind of a wrap that the hair can pass through." [20:04]
"Not a helmet." [20:07]
"Uh maybe like a honeycomb kind of this the kind of lays on top of your head and your hair can kind of pass through it." [20:17]
"at a workstation." [20:19]
"And she sits on the left overlooking maybe kind of a bay windows or I don't know what the architectural term is, but there could be a view of the outside there." [20:34]
"Um, she uh her voice is present after the removal of many, it would appear to be maybe one to two layers of voice filter, a voice disguise." [20:52]
"Uh in the past, this person was controlling the conversation." [21:00]
"I found her after removing the voice filters just with no equipment, just listening, listening for the underlying voice." [21:09]
"There were male and female voices, roles and kind of a good cop, bad cop or opposing uh conversation, an adversarial conversation." [21:23]
"And when I started remove, you know, looking at the underlying voices, she was present." [21:28]
"And then I found her visually." [21:31]
"And this partner." [21:33]
"The partner has kind of the same haircut but dark hair, uh past suggestions that were made that she wears a sock in her jeans to mimic a penis." [21:47]
"And there were comments last night that paraphrasing, I'm not surprised to see these two again." [22:02]
"We were we were taken out of the conversation." [22:06]
"Look who surfaced almost immediately." [22:11]
"And so you have to be so careful." [22:14]
"So they have their story, right?" [22:17]
"And the story that that that's being shared is the accusation of Homeland Security." [22:23]
"Um, and it's easy to get confused here." [22:27]
"And so rotating my awareness with them in mind, right, with their visual in mind, possibly the presence of Asian people again observing or suggesting." [22:44]
"It's very challenging sifting through all of this information." [22:52]
"And so the drug task force next, right?" [22:55]
"Some of the suggestions that I kind of I can feel on this one." [23:02]
"Oh, before I change subject here, uh from the distance." [23:09]
"So this actually felt like it's coming from the inside." [23:14]
"Remember why we're doing this." [23:16]
"This is actual information, Sean." [23:22]
"But, uh, I'm going to see if this person, would you like to share right now and have me capture it?" [23:28]
"I mean, not really." [23:33]
"America needs to know the truth of just how far this law enforcement system use goes." [23:53]
"This is from the distance, but actually feels like it's emanating from my location." [23:58]
"Again, hearing in both places." [24:04]
"Um, nothing else to share." [24:15]
"So, here's someone making a suggestion with what I would say is heartfelt." [24:22]
"Uh, and I'll continue the response from author." [24:25]
"from a citizen's perspective and a technology worker's perspective, it's not hard to see how a system this insidious, who would have the keys, right?" [24:41]
"My my first guess would be just the military and Homeland security." [24:47]
"If a local drug task force was using it, well sure." [24:51]
"That makes sense because you would want uh oversight." [24:57]
"You would want oversight, but my concern as a citizen and a technology worker would be because of the unconsented to status, how likely is it that the absence of the publicly facing knowledge and relationship would would negatively impact their ability and desire to actually work with citizens, help citizens, right?" [25:33]
"From a business perspective, where where is the actual return on investment if you start spending money on cleaning up the damage to the community wherever it's coming from within the system." [25:51]
"There is a pattern of suggestion that is uh going back to March paraphrasing." [26:00]
"I told my supervisor about what was happening in the city of Denver and to this individual person, and they chose to to just protect me in that situation, right?" [26:17]
"And not necessarily protect the citizens." [26:23]
"So, all of this narrative, I I appreciate it and I don't want to judge anyone because if there is truth to any of this, revealing a drug task force, revealing Homeland security's unacknowledged use, right, covert use of this system, whether it's to clean up crime or not, past suggestions indicate, you know, that people feel that it creates more crime than it than it solves for." [26:58]
"Last night, there was a suggestion about this." [26:59]
"It was debated briefly at, you know, paraphrasing, how could you justify what you're doing?" [27:07]
"Uh, you know, appreciate the arrest, but in three months, that crime will return." [27:13]
"From the distance, that is exactly what I said." [27:18]
"I did not include the word that." [27:24]
"Response from author, thank you." [27:27]
"And you know, people are going to be risking their lives communicating." [27:31]
"Euthanasia hasn't really been suggested yet in this takeaway, but that was a big theme last night." [27:38]
"And that's a big theme of the why the presence of the Hangman is here." [27:43]
"Euthanasia is a threat." [27:46]
"And there were several different voices that are really standing against euthanasia in the presence of the shelter and this conversation that could be heard 24 hours a day throughout the city of Denver and throughout the early morning in the shelter." [28:07]
"From the distance right now, it's reflecting off you, Sean." [28:15]
"I want to say something about that." [28:20]
"Uh, author's going to begin the repeating process to capture this suggestion in three, two, one." [28:30]
"The countdown is very helpful." [28:35]
"I'm going to tell you why it's being heard around you." [28:45]
"You have an actual implant." [28:52]
"Why is there no reaction?" [28:59]
"I'm just going to continue." [29:06]
"The implant itself is reacting with the technology in use around you." [29:26]
"Yes, that's exactly what I said with 100% word for word accuracy." [29:38]
"How do you feel about having an implant?" [29:46]
"Don't forget to make it to your breakfast on time." [29:55]
"I would also like to say something." [30:05]
"If this person has an implant and you want to use them for your own malevolent purpose, who do you think owns the implant?" [30:27]
"Monsanto does not own the implant." [30:36]
"I just don't see a connection surfacing in any news articles." [30:49]
"Let's see what the author has to say at this point." [30:57]
"Response from the author, thank you for those suggestions." [31:02]
"So we have a few things." [31:04]
"Uh, thank you for the information about my implant reacting with the environment around me, with the technology in use." [31:14]
"I've been trying to listen closely to my body to see if there's a if there are any clues there and and uh I will start thinking about that." [31:28]
"I think it's a sort of thing that would benefit from uh an infographic or just a whiteboard session, you know, explaining it, but the general suggestion that it reflects off is uh it's helpful." [31:47]
"I will look for that." [31:48]
"How do I feel about it?" [31:50]
"Um, well, my first question would be, how many other people have an implant?" [32:02]
"It's been there's a pattern of suggestion that the majority, a large portion of America's population has been given something in their bodies, right?" [32:13]
"Going back months now." [32:15]
"It's a small pattern, but the word implant, you know, where it's shown up in conversation, but the implant suggestion itself is talked about daily." [32:29]
"Um, you know, it's not it's not uh it does not motivate me to accept euthanasia at all." [32:38]
